Tuesday News Roundup: Assange Asylum, Georgia Shenanigans and Ron DeSantis 2024

Let’s start with some “In Case You Missed It” items that I skipped over the last couple of days:

First, there’s the fact that a judge in England has denied the U.S. extradition request for WikiLeaks publisher Julian Assange, and will set bail for him later this week.

From a report at the Philadelphia Inquirer:

A British judge on Monday rejected the United States’ request to extradite WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange to face espionage charges over the publication of secret U.S. documents a decade ago, saying he was likely to kill himself if held under harsh U.S. prison conditions.

In a mixed ruling for Assange and his supporters, District Judge Vanessa Baraitser rejected defense arguments that the 49-year-old Australian faces a politically motivated American prosecution that rides roughshod over free-speech protections. But she said Assange’s precarious mental health would likely deteriorate further under the conditions of “near total isolation” he would face in a U.S. prison.

“I find that the mental condition of Mr. Assange is such that it would be oppressive to extradite him to the United States of America,” the judge said.

Lawyers for the U.S. government said they would appeal the decision, and the U.S. Department of Justice said it would continue to seek Assange’s extradition.

Then there’s the additional news that Mexico’s President Obrador has made an offer of full asylum for Assange: 

On top of all of that, the Prime Minister of Australia said on Monday that Assange would be free to return to that country once all of the British court proceedings have been completed and he has been released. From a story at The Hill:

Australia’s prime minister said Tuesday that his government would allow Julian Assange to return home should efforts fail to extradite the Wikileaks founder from London to face charges in the U.S.

Reuters reported that Scott Morrison made the remarks during a radio interview, telling the hosts that he had no inside information on Assange’s legal battles but adding that Australian consulate services are available to him and all other Australians.

“Well, the justice system is making its way and we’re not a party to that. And like any Australian, they’re offered consular support and should, you know, the appeal fail, obviously he would be able to return to Australia like any other Australian,” Morrison said.

“So, yes, it’s just a straightforward process of the legal system in the U.K. working its way through,” he continued, according to Reuters.

This is all important news in the U.S. for one simple reason: Julian Assange knows where all the bodies are buried, especially where the Democrat Party is concerned. More to the point, he knows the truth about the murder of Seth Rich, a truth that the DNC can never allow to come to light.

This is a story to watch closely.

This is funny only because it’s apparently true:

In case you believe Kelly Loeffler is a real part of the solution in Washington, well, think again. – Loeffler is married to the owner of the New York Stock Exchange, billionaire Jeff Sprecher. On Monday, even as his wifey was participating in a rally held by President Donald Trump on her behalf, Sprecher and his organization announced that it would defy a Trump executive order demanding that the NYSE and other U.S. stock exchanges de-list certain corporations controlled by the Chinese Communist Party.

If you are wondering if those “relevant regulatory authorities” included representatives of the ChiCom party, trust me, you are not alone.

Don’t get me wrong here: We need either Loeffler or David Perdue to win today’s runoff because their votes would deny Democrat efforts to eliminate the senate filibuster rule and prevent the stacking of the U.S. Supreme Court. But if you’ve been hoping Loeffler might actually a be a real reform-minded conservative who would support efforts to roll back the machinations of the DC Swamp, well, just let that go. She’s just Mitt Romney with long blonde hair, and Perdue is no better.

So, what do the polls in Georgia look like? – I predicted two weeks ago that a deal has been cut that would allow Loeffler to win her seat, while David Perdue would lose to John Ossoff. The only poll worth taking a look at, from the Trafalgar Group, shows – guess what? – Loeffler leading and Perdue trailing:

As I write elsewhere this morning, it all ultimately depends on how the Dominion Systems machines have been programmed. I’m betting they’ve been programmed to produce a split outcome.

You don’t have to believe me on this… – Let analyst Jovan Pulitzer, who hacked into a Dominion machine over the Internet during a live Georgia Senate hearing last week, explain it all to you:

Incidentally, you may remember that that Senate committee voted to allow Pulitzer to perform an audit on the Nov. 3 ballots in Fulton County. Pulitzer still has not been allowed access to those ballots by corrupt Sec. State Brad Raffensperger and his evil minions.

What a surprise, right?

Glenn Greenwald Eviscerates CNN/MSNBC Over Their Fake Vaccine Coverage

Commentator Glenn Greenwald issued a thread on Twitter Tuesday morning that everyone needs to see. In it, he presents talking heads on both CNN and MSNBC claiming six months ago that President Donald Trump’s promise to deliver a vaccine for COVID-19 by the end of 2020 to be not just unlikely, but “impossible.” Of course, the President, thanks to his Operation Warp Speed, has already caused the deliver of one vaccine, by Pfizer, that is being distributed this week, and two more that will be approved and start distribution to the American public in the coming days.

Here is Greenwald’s thread in its entirety. Take a few moments to read it and bask in its glorious takedown of these two despicable, fake, corrupt cable “news” channels:

Greenwald’s final point – that these corrupt media outlets, not QAnon or WikiLeaks or leakers like Edward Snowden – are the nation’s “greatest disinformation threat”, echoes the point I’ve been making here for years that the corrupt news media is a clear and present danger to the survival of the American Republic.

Never has this been more blatantly true than it has been with the media’s incessant fakery of the news related to COVID-19, a virus that has been used by governors of both parties to exert authoritarian power over the people of their states and to damage the national economy for years to come. An honest, truly functioning national news media establishment could have by and large prevented this tragic outcome by holding those in power accountable for their actions.

Instead, these parrots have acted in unison to enable the subversion of our freedoms and ability to make a living, all with the goal of influencing a presidential election.

A pox on all their houses. Or perhaps a virus. Either way works for me.

Friday News Roundup: COVID Fraud in Texas, Hackery From Politico, and the DNC Server Fiction Endures

It’s Friday, thank God, and we’re going to start this News Roundup with a couple of the funniest, most spot-on videos making the rounds of the Twitters this week.

Ok, enough of these shenanigans. Let’s move on to some actual news to round up…

This story didn’t get much notice yesterday, but the headline just irritates the hell out of me. – According to a British Intelligence report, the same group of Russians who supposedly “hacked the DNC” in 2016 attempted to steal COVID-19 data from the U.S. and its allies.

From a report at the Daily Caller, which quotes a Reuters report:

Russian government-backed hacking group reportedly attempted to steal research on coronavirus vaccines from the United States and its closest allies, according to a joint report from the U.S., Britain, and Canada released Thursday.

The report, published primarily through Britain’s National Cyber Security Center (NCSC), alleges the group APT29 or ‘Cozy Bear’ was responsible for attempting to break into academic and pharmaceutical institutions for information on COVID-19 vaccines and treatments, according to Reuters. ‘Cozy Bear’ is reportedly the same hacking group widely accused of breaching the Democratic Party ahead of the 2016 presidential election. Russia is the second country the U.S. has accused of attempting to steal coronavirus research, having named China earlier this spring.

“While others pursue their selfish interests with reckless behavior, the U.K. and its allies are getting on with the hard work of finding a vaccine and protecting global health,” British Foreign Minister Dominic Raab said in a statement.

To be clear, there is not a single shred of actual evidence in the public record that supports the notion that any Russian “group” in fact “hacked” the DNC’s email server. Remember, the FBI just took the DNC’s word for that. Comey and McCabe just allowed the DNC to contract with a private security firm called “Crowdstrike” to audit its server, and that firm – which was later implicated in efforts by the Ukrainian government to influence the 2016 election in favor of the Pantsuit Princes – produced a report to the FBI which Comey and McCabe then treated as gospel.

There is, however, evidence on the public record that the DNC’s emails were in fact downloaded by a DNC employee – most likely Seth Rich who ended up murdered on a vacant street in the wee hours of the morning – onto a memory stick which was then passed on to WikiLeaks.

With all due respect to the folks at the Daily Caller, this is an incredibly misleading headline and article that should not have been published by any reputable news outlets without gobs of asterisks and clarifications. This is how Soviet-style disinformation pushed by the Democrats ends up being perpetuated by our national media.

In case you missed it… – This happened in Texas this week:

In answer to Mr. Eagar’s question: Yes, this same thing fraudulent reporting of COVID-19 “cases” is happening all over Texas. It is in fact the practice being encouraged by state and federal officials here and in other states, and it is the main reason why the numbers of cases is so wildly overstated.

It was good of Mr. Eagar to stumble across the truth like this, but you can be sure he dropped the subject very quickly, since this bit of information definitely does not conform to the official media/Democrat narrative.

Speaking of misleading reports, check out this one from the corrupt Democrat toadies at Politico. – Politico has a major report out detailing how the evil Orange Man in the White House is trying to put people into high positions at the Pentagon who are actually – gasp! – loyal to him and his agenda.

From the slimy report:

The White House is taking advantage of a loophole to install loyalists to President Donald Trump in acting senior roles at the Pentagon, effectively skirting the Senate confirmation process.

While the number of vacancies isn’t new — one-third of the Defense Department’s 60 Senate-confirmed positions are filled on a temporary basis — the White House in recent months has been sending over people to fill open spots, as opposed to the more traditional method of tapping people within the Pentagon.

The White House on Monday announced that it was assigning Michael Kratsios, a 33-year-old White House chief technology officer, as the head of research and engineering for the entire DoD. Kratsios, who has a bachelor’s degree in political science, is replacing Michael Griffin, a former NASA administrator with a Ph.D. in aerospace engineering.

The administration has also discussed installing Anthony Tata, the controversial Fox News regular who has been nominated to be the Pentagon’s top policy official, in a different senior DoD role on an acting basis, according to an official familiar with the discussions. The move would head off what is expected to be a bruising confirmation hearing focused on now-deleted Islamophobic tweets.

Experts and Democratic lawmakers alike decried the campaign to root out those seen as disloyal and replace them with Trump acolytes, some of whom are underqualified. They worry that a climate that values loyalty over expertise scares away the best prospects and injects politics into an organization that tries to operate above partisanship.

To be clear: This “loophole,” as the hacks at Politico describe it, is actually a longstanding feature of law that has been used by every U.S. president for time immemorial. In recent history, it has been used to greatest extent by presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Hussein Obama His Own Self.

Let’s all remember that those two most recent Democrat presidents didn’t even both putting such acting officials at the Pentagon and in other agencies. Instead, they made copious use of creating new “Czar” jobs that exercised the same kinds of oversight and authorities from the damn White House itself, so that they could be more easily controlled. Doing this also relieved many of these “Czars” from having to go through Pentagon background checks, which many of them would not have been able to pass.

But hey, this is just one more example of your corrupt, fake news media in action, courtesy of the Democrat activists at Politico.

Trump Orders Barr to Light the Fuse on the Declassification Bomb

When real news intrudes on DC Kabuki Theater. – While most of the fake news media is focused on the back-and-forth childish insults between President Trump and San Fran Nan, actual important stuff just keeps happening. British Prime Minister Theresa May resigned overnight after making an utter disaster of Brexit planning. That’s kind of a big deal.

Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, who styles himself as a journalist, was hit with 18 charges under the Espionage Act. Gosh, that probably raised the stress level of all the reporters in our fake national news media outlets who’ve spent the last three years trading sports tickets, expensive dinners and sex for classified material, don’t you think? After all, it is one thing for a journalist to “receive” national secrets like several did from Daniel Ellsberg in the famous Pentagon Papers incident, but it is quite another thing to obtain them via bribery or, as in the case of Assange, via hacking illegally into computers. Something to keep in the back of our minds as Attorney General William Barr moves forward with his investigation. More on this later, in fact.

And speaking of our real, actual, functioning Attorney General, the biggest overnight news – news that the New York Times will likely relegate to page 19 of section C – came in the form of a letter to Mr. Barr from President Trump authorizing him to start the process of declassifying documents related to surveillance of the Trump campaign by high officials in the Obama Administration during 2016.

Boom.

“Today, at the request and recommendation of the Attorney General of the United States, President Donald J. Trump directed the intelligence community to quickly and fully cooperate with the Attorney General’s investigation into surveillance activities during the 2016 Presidential election,” White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said in a statement.

This memo is very interesting for several reasons:

  • It confers Barr the full authority to conduct the declassification without involvement from Mr. Trump himself. This makes sense since Trump was the ultimate target of the illegal spying, and thus would have an inherent conflict of interest. It is very telling that the President was unwilling to confer such authority on former AG Jeff Sessions, but is now willing to give it to Barr.
  • Giving Barr full authority to manage the process also makes sense given that it is being done in conjunction with the conduct of Barr’s own investigation, which is being led by Connecticut U.S. Attorney John Durham. It allows Barr and Durham the discretion to hold back any documents whose public revelation might harm their own inquiry.
  • Note all the other high officials addressed in the memorandum. Note the presence of the Secretary of …. Energy??? Hey, what is the main function of the Department of Energy? Why, it is providing security for the nation’s nuclear facilities, both in the Defense Department – whose Secretary is also addressed atop the memo – and in the nation’s power generation sector. Hey, remember that time when the Obama Administration – led by then-Sec. State Pantsuit Princess – sold 20% of our nation’s uranium reserves to the Russians, right after the Russians had poured more than $150 million into the Clinton Crime Family’s Fake Foundation? Yeah…guessing the Coughing Crook soiled her newest fashionable table cloth smock when she saw this little item.
  • Oh, yeah, look at who else is on that list – the Secretary of Treasury. Hey, remember that time when President Barack Hussein Obama his own self authorized the loading of $400 million in foreign currency onto a jumbo jet and had it flown over to Tehran to give to the Iranian Mullahs? Yeah, so do I.
  • Oh, and look at the paragraph headed “Section 1. Agency Cooperation.” Look at how it says “The Attorney General is currently conducting a review of intelligence activities relating to the campaigns in the 2016 Presidential election and certain related matters.” What might those “related matters” be? Sure is going to be interesting finding out.
  • [One more interesting note that comes from a friend] It is also “Interesting that it dropped on the Thursday night before Memorial Day weekend, when most of these swamp rats have already checked out for the long weekend, but while most Americans are still paying attention for another 12-18 hours.”  Solid point.

The timing of this memo is interesting for a number of reasons, one of which is the pending release of the report on abuse of the FISA process coming from DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz. As I told host Greg Budell in a Tuesday interview on Montgomery, Alabama’s 93.1 FM, some parts of that report most likely won’t make much sense to the public at large unless certain documents are declassified either along with the IG’s report or shortly after its release.

My bet is that the timing of this memo means that we will be seeing that IG report very soon now, probably during the first half of June.

One final point, cycling back to the discussion above about Assange and “journalists” who illegally obtain classified documents: Keep in mind that news item we saw several weeks back indicating that Horowitz has been looking into incidents in which FBI and other DOJ officials had received illegal compensation in exchange for such information.

We have waited a long, long time for this declassification and the final Horowitz report. After several false starts and disappointments, it is well past time for both to be real.

Democrats/Media Double-Down on the Fake News After Barr Bombshell Testimony

Well, this will be an interesting day – but what else is new? – The Ecuadorian Embassy in London withdrew the asylum status it had granted WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange seven years ago, and turned him over to U.S. authorities. This just happened at about 5:00 a.m. Central Time as I was beginning to compile this piece, so I have no more details other than that.

What do you do when the fake news fails? You double down on faking the news. – If you’re a Democrat or a Democrat activist pretending to be a journalist, that’s what you do, anyway.

If it appears to you that leading Democrats and their media partners at CNN, MSNBC, the New York Times, the Washington Post and every other major media outlet are in an outright panic this morning, that’s only because they are. Definitely in a panic. A big one.

After Attorney General William Barr revealed to the Senate Judiciary Committee that he is forming a team to investigate the origins of the Obama FBI/DOJ’s decision to spy on the Trump Campaign throughout the 2016 elections, Democrats and their media agents went into overdrive pushing their joint talking points, which when summarized amount to “Barr is corrupt!”

Hey, wasn’t just a few months ago that all the leading Democrats were praising President Donald Trump for picking an old Bushie to be his next Attorney General? Of course, back then the Dems all assumed that Barr must hate Trump just like all the Bushes do, and that Trump was stupidly putting a Democrat ally in the AG’s spot.

You know what “assume” does, don’t you? It makes an “ass” out of “u” and “me.” And all the leading Democrats and their media agents, too.

San Fran Nan had the most revealing comment on Barr, saying in an interview with some fake “journalist” at the Associated Press that Barr is “going off the rails.” Yes, see, he was supposed to stay “on the rails” the Democrats and Robert Mueller had laid out for him, and now he is straying from the desired narrative on President Trump and the Russia Collusion fantasy.

Then there was always-reliable Pelosi toady Steny Hoyer, who of course stayed right on the dictated script of the day with “He is acting as an employee of the president. I believe the Attorney General believes he needs to protect the president of the United States.” Oh, you don’t say? How shocking you would utter those exact words, words that were then parroted by pretty much every Democrat talking head and fake news media lapdog on the nation’s cable news networks, and in the two big newspapers that serve as the reliable print propaganda arm of the Democrat Party.

It’s all such an incredibly tiresome game, yet they will continue to play it because it is literally all they have left.

But there is an interesting aspect in this, and that comes in observing which players in the Russia Collusion fantasy/illegal spying effort who aren’t talking, and haven’t been for a while.

Let’s start with Obama-era CIA Director and noted communist John Brennan. On March 26, two days after Barr released his four-page summary of the Mueller report, Brennan appeared on MSNBC’s Democrat propaganda show “Morning Joe,” and blamed all of the seditious statements he’s made about “Russia Collusion” on bad information he’d gotten from his “sources” who may or may not actually exist.

Two days later, the bombastic ex-spymaster issued a single tweet in which he said “It doesn’t matter if you are a Republican, a Democrat, an Independent, or an American of any or of no political affiliation. We all should hold our elected officials and those who hold the public’s trust to the highest ethical and moral standards, most especially Presidents.” Oh, golly, how high-minded of him.

Since that tweet, it had been two solid weeks of radio silence from one of MSNBC’s most highly-paid “contributors.” No tweets, no mornings with Joe and Mika, nothing.

Until last night, that is, when he appeared on MSNBC’s “Hardball” program with Chris Matthews, and said only that he was “disappointed” that the Attorney General used the word “spying” in this testimony to describe what were without any doubt at all the spying actions conducted by the DOJ/FBI cabal against the Trump Campaign and Trump Transition Team. None of Brennan’s usual bombast, none of his standard accusations that President Trump committed “treason”, just an expression of disappointment.

Why, it’s almost as if some lawyer has given him some new, toned-down talking points.

Same thing with James Comey, Obama’s favorite FBI Director and current teenage drama queen. Comey made one radio appearance and one TV appearance in the few days following the issuance of the Mueller report, along with a couple of his typically weird tweets. But since that last April fool’s joke tweet, nothing. Nada. Radio silence.

I’m sure it’s just coincidence, but that’s exactly what a good defense lawyer would advise Comey to do.  Nothing. Shut up. Be quiet.

What about Andrew McCabe? Just a few months ago, McCabe was all the rage, doing interviews on “60 Minutes”, appearing with the shrews on “The View”, hawking his book and just generally enjoying his post-FBI thug life.

But now? Well, suddenly he’s nowhere to be found. Not a public word out of him in weeks. Why, it’s almost as if he’s lawyered up or something.

Where’s FBI Super-Duper Agent Peter Strzok? Or his paramour, Lisa Page? Man, MSNBC just can’t find a good ex-FBI guest willing to libel the President on live TV these days. No wonder their  and CNN’s ratings are tanking.

Couldn’t happen to a nicer bunch of people.

The Guardian Beclowns Itself in Mad Rush to Fake the News

Today’s Campaign Update

Was that wrong? Is there, like, a rule against that? –  It turns out that there actually is a rule against wedding photographers having sex with an invited wedding guest while the reception is ongoing, and then urinating on a tree when the cops show up to investigate.

That was actually a revelation to one Katie Mehta, 26, who moonlights in the Weatherford, Texas area as a wedding photographer when her swimsuit modeling career isn’t producing enough revenue. When the deputy sheriff providing security for the wedding was alerted by other guests to some illicit sounds coming from an ante room, he found the comely camera clicker engaged in some hanky-panky with one of the guests. His efforts to disentangle the pair were rewarded with a profanity-laced verbal assault. When he escorted the young professional out of the hall, she broke free and promptly rushed over to the nearest tree where she allegedly began to relieve herself in the same manner as your pet labrador does on his morning walk.

By that time the local police had shown up and promptly took her to the pokey.  Shockingly, one of the arresting officers stated that the frisky Ms. Mehta “smelled strongly of alcohol.” Go figure.

Displaying a similar type of anti-social behavior, the newsfakers at The Guardian mounted a strong challenge to CNN and the New York Times for this week’s title of Fakest News Outlet, filing a report, citing anonymous sources of course, claiming that former Trump Campaign Chairman Paul Manafort had visited Wikileaks founder Julian Assange no less than three times in 2013, 2015 and 2016, the last meeting taking place just weeks before the DNC’s hacked emails were made public during the midst of the presidential campaign.

Given that Assange has been holed-up in London’s Ecuadorian embassy in order to avoid prosecution for all of that time, and there are dozens of surveillance cameras on every block in that city, my immediate reaction to this story was that it was a rather pathetic attempt at the sort of news fakery in which CNN and the Times have cornered the market over the past few years.  Obviously, had Paul Manafort actually ever visited Assange at the Ecuadorian embassy, not only would formal official records exist of those visits, but there would be copious amounts of video evidence as well.  I mean, c’mon, Manafort’s a big, distinctive-looking guy – if he had really gone to see Assange in the midst of the 2016 campaign, we’d have had absolute, irrefutable proof of that visit in 2016.

Let’s also remember that Manafort had been under FBI surveillance since 2014 due to his lobbying efforts – in partnership with Tony Podesta – on behalf of the Ukrainian government. Are we to really believe that he would somehow be able to visit the notorious founder of Wikileaks, entering through the front door of the Ecuadorian embassy in London, without the FBI noticing?

Wikileaks responded immediately and somewhat hilariously to the story with a message on its Twitter account: “Remember this day when the Guardian permitted a serial fabricator to totally destroy the paper’s reputation. @WikiLeaks is willing to bet the Guardian a million dollars and its editor’s head that Manafort never met Assange.” As of this writing, neither the Guardian nor its editor’s head have responded.

It took Manafort a little longer to get a response out to the story – he is in federal prison, after all – but when he did, his denial was similarly unambiguous:

“This story is totally false and deliberately libelous. I have never met Julian Assange or anyone connected to him. It is a sad fact of modern life that news-faking goes on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in our fake news media, but it has been awhile since any major news outlet file a report as manifestly fake as this one in an obvious effort to try to prop up the Democrats’ dying “Russia Collusion” fantasy play.

For its part, the Guardian has not, as of this writing, retracted its blatantly false and libelous report, although it did go back into it add a bunch of weasel-word language after Wikileaks and Manafort issued their forceful denials. In the end, it seems amazing that any editor worth a damn would have agreed to run the story in the first place.

But hey, when you’re competing with CNN and the New York Times in the news-faking business, you’re playing with the big boys and mistakes are going to be made. For the Guardian, this was a doozy.

About that DNC Lawsuit…

The Evening Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

…don’t expect anything to really come of it.

In fact, you should expect it to occupy most of the fake news media attention over this weekend, quickly fade from view starting on Monday, and be withdrawn entirely within a few weeks.

The DNC did not make a legal move today by filing that lawsuit, it made a political move.  Democrats were getting crushed by the back-firing of the James Comey teen angst tour, the IG’s criminal referral on Andrew McCabe, and the news that the IG had opened a new investigation into Comey and the likelihood he illegally leaked classified information to the New York Times in the memos he fed to that fake newspaper through an intermediary.

On top of all of that, President Trump’s polling numbers this week are coming in at their highest point since his inauguration, and the Democrat edge in generic congressional polling data continues to narrow.

In light of all this terrible news, the Democrats had to take some action in advance of the weekend or have all this negativity dominate the Sunday talk shows.  So, they got the nitwits who run the DNC to file this lawsuit in order to give all of their willing dupes in the fake news media something else to obsess over throughout the weekend.

Yes, the DNC is so dead broke it couldn’t pay lawyers to run with this lawsuit if it wanted to, but think about it from their perspective:  This lawsuit gives all of the Democrat press agents in the fake media an excuse to spend the entire weekend doing nothing but re-hashing all of their fantasy theories about the Trump campaign “colluding” with Russia.

So, from a political perspective, it’s really brilliant, even if it is a complete non-starter from a legal perspective.

Seriously, the DNC could never even think about letting this “lawsuit” actually make its way into a courtroom, simply because of what they’d have to surrender in the discovery process.  The central claim in the suit is the demonstrably false claim that “Russia” hacked the DNC computer server and fed thousands of DNC emails to WikiLeaks.

Ok, so, the first thing the defendants do is subpoena the DNC computer server as part of the discovery process.  The second thing that happens is that President Trump pardons Julian Assange, who would then be free to travel to the U.S. and provide his proof that the emails WikiLeaks obtained were provided not by anyone from Russia, but by murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich.

Does anyone really think the DNC is going to voluntarily reopen that particular can of worms?  Well, ok, DNC Chairman Tom Perez is a raging Marxist moron, but he presumably has someone on staff who might point out these realities to him.

And really, that’s just for starters.  After all, the DNC fixed its own primary process in order to ensure the Pantsuit Princess would win its nomination.  It then paid millions of dollars to agents of foreign countries – including Russia – to dummy up the fake Trump Dossier, which it then used in an attempt to fix the general election.  These are all matters of public record at this point.

No, this was not a legal move today, and this is a lawsuit that will quietly go away in very short order.  This was a political move designed to give the fake hosts of the Sunday morning talk shows a shiny object to chase.  And trust me, with the possible exception of Chris Wallace at Fox News, all the fake hosts will thrilled to death to play along.

Because that’s what the fake news media does for its benefactors in the Democrat Party.
