Tuesday News Roundup: MLB Sells Out Atlanta as the Texas Rangers Sell Out Their Ballpark

They’re so demented that they put a mask on the freakin’ Easter bunny. – I kid you not, at Saturday’s annual White House Easter egg hunt, China Joe and his weirdo wife Jill Si Se Pwadwe Biden put a COVID mask on the Easter bunny:

May be an image of 1 person and standing

Note that China Joe even had to have note cards to be able to talk to children on Easter.

You just can’t make this stuff up, folks. You can’t.

Look for the Little Menace to Society, Anthony Fauci, to be whining about ‘Super-spreaders in Texas’ today…. – The Texas Rangers almost sold out their stadium on Monday – more than 38,000 fans were reportedly on-hand in a 40,000 seat stadium to see the terrible team the cheapskate owners are fielding this year lose badly to the Toronto Blue Jays.

Despite an edict from the team that fans must wear masks unless eating or drinking the highly over-priced food, almost none were wearing masks and none of the stadium ushers or security personnel could be seen saying a word to them. It was absolutely glorious.

May be an image of one or more people and crowd

Meanwhile, in Waco, thousands of fans of the Baylor Bears basketball team gathered in the school’s football stadium to watch the basketball national championship game. They all sat closely together in the stands, mostly without masks, and rushed the field together after the game ended in a Baylor win over Gonzaga:

It will be interesting to see how Anthony Fauci, in his role of chief COVID propagandist for this Soviet-style administration and its state-run news media, responds here. In his regular appearances on the Sunday weekend fake news programs, his emphasis was surprisingly on the belief that the vaccination program – for which he is now falsely taking credit – is working and the country will likely avoid a “4th wave” of the virus that others on the administration’s COVID propaganda team are out there predicting.

Will he lecture Texas, which has seen its COVID cases fall dramatically since Governor Abbott decided to ignore Fauci’s edicts in early March, on risking such events becoming ‘super-spreaders?’ He made the same false predictions about the Super Bowl in February and spring break beach gatherings in Florida and is risking now becoming perceived as the boy who cried wolf one too many times if he continues this line of propaganda, so maybe not.

As President Trump likes to say, we’ll see what happens.

Speaking of The Little Menace to Society, this is a situation he really should be taking full credit for. – Mask Nazis are everywhere in our society now, mask-shaming people in order to signal their own virtue and feel better about themselves. Here’s a clip of one Mask Nazi who works for Spirit Airlines running a family off of a plane because their 2 year-old daughter – who was eating – didn’t have a mask on:

A pox on all these people, and the Little Menace who gave them license for such behavior. They are among the worst people in our society today.

Speaking of the worst people in our society today, let’s talk about the FBI. – Asche Scow at DailyWire.com has a really good piece about the fact that the FBI has now been utterly corrupted by Obama loyalist Democrats in its ranks and is now simply a tool whose mission appears to be to persecute Republicans while letting Democrats skate, a reality I’ve been writing about for years now.

Here’s an excerpt:

What is the FBI’s main purpose now? Because outside of some great investigative work that gets little national attention, the bureau increasingly seems to be used as a federal weapon aimed primarily at Republicans, generally protecting Democrats while leaking any detail of ongoing investigations that could damage the GOP.

The latest example relates to an FBI investigation into a political ally of Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), during which allegations were made against Gaetz accusing him of having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old girl, whom he allegedly paid to travel with him. The New York Times reported on the investigation, quoting three, anonymous “people briefed” on the investigation. Gaetz has denied the allegations. Maybe there’s something there and maybe there isn’t, but no matter the outcome, the way the investigation was reported appeared, at least in part, politically motivated.

RedState’s Bonchie addressed the problematic aspects of the Times’ recent Gaetz piece:

Really, it should bother everyone, no matter their feelings on Gaetz, that the FBI can just leak something like this, to attack someone in such a blatantly political way. When you are facing an anonymous allegation, you can’t respond to it in any effective manner. Just last night, the reporter behind the Times story appeared on Rachel Maddow’s show and countered Gaetz’s claim about the man he named, yet she did so offering no proof whatsoever. These games are rigged, and you aren’t supposed to be able to defend yourself.

This is the same tactic media outlets took during the FBI’s investigation into whether former President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign colluded with Russia to “steal” the election. That investigation ultimately found no evidence of such collusion, but that didn’t stop media outlets from publishing thousands of articles over a two-year period featuring quotes from “sources familiar with the matter.”

[End]

For the record, I have no idea of Matt Gaetz is guilty or innocent of the behavior he has been accused of by our disgraceful FBI/Justice Department and the corrupt propaganda media, but do agree with Scow that the manner in which this story has been leaked is utterly despicable

Go read the rest. You’ll be glad you did.

And speaking of Major League Baseball… – The cowards who run MLB appear to have found a new home for their annual All-Star game:

So, here’s the thing to understand about this story: The main reason why MLB decided not to hold the All-Star game in Atlanta was because of a new voter law the legislature passed requiring those using mail-in ballots to provide the same sort of voter ID that in-person voters have always been required to show when voting in that state. Got that? Georgia’s voters have lived with a voter ID requirement literally forever, but the Democrat Party discovered a way to get around that last year, by having millions of mail-in ballots mailed to everyone in the state, and they don’t want to give up that easy ticket to massive voter fraud.

That is what this is about.

Ok, so, clearly Colorado doesn’t have such a voter ID requirement, right?

Uh, well, not exactly. As reported at RedState.com, Colorado has a similar provision in place:

Here’s an excerpt from that story:

Colorado also requires that a voter provide identification to vote – including in some instances of voting by mail. When voting by mail for the first time they may have to provide a photocopy of their identification with their return ballot, which seems extremely burdensome for people who don’t have a scanner or a printer at home.

In case the screenshot isn’t readable, here are the documents the Colorado Secretary of State lists as acceptable forms of identification:

  • A valid Colorado driver’s license or valid identification card issued by the Colorado Department of Revenue. (Note:  documents issued to not lawfully present and temporarily lawfully present individuals under Part 5 of Article 2 of Title 42, C.R.S. are not acceptable forms of identification.)
  • A valid U.S. passport.
  • A valid employee identification card with a photograph of the eligible elector issued by any branch, department, agency, or entity of the U.S. government or of Colorado, or by any county, municipality, board, authority, or other political subdivision of Colorado.
  • A valid pilot’s license issued by the federal aviation administration or other authorized agency of the U.S.
  • A valid U.S. military identification card with a photograph of the eligible elector.
  • A copy of a current (within the last 60 days) utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or other government document that shows the name and address of the elector.
  • A Certificate of Degree of Indian or Alaskan Native Blood.
  • A valid Medicare or Medicaid card issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
  • A certified copy of a U.S. birth certificate for the elector.
  • Certified documentation of naturalization.
  • A valid student identification card with a photograph of the eligible elector issued by an institute of higher education in Colorado, as defined in section 23-3.1-102(5), C.R.S..
  • A valid veteran identification card issued by the U.S. department of veterans affairs veterans health administration with a photograph of the eligible elector.
  • A valid identification card issued by a federally recognized tribal government certifying tribal membership.

But, Colorado won’t accept “any document produced by Colorado’s statewide voter registration system” as proof of identification, and it won’t accept expired driver’s licenses.

[End]

Oh.

Another stated reason for moving the game was complaints by Stacey Abrams that Georgia doesn’t provide enough days for early voting. Well, guess what? As you can see from the graphic below, Georgia provides more early voting days than Colorado does:

Oh.

Naturally, articles from CNN, ESPN and other corrupt, Soviet-style media outlets fail to include those details, because reporting the truth is not their mission.

You just could never make this stuff up. Not in a million, billion, gazillion years.

That is all.

HR 1, The ‘For the People Act,’ Would Destroy America’s Election System Entirely

This $1.9 trillion fake COVID bill is bad, for sure. – But if you want to see something really, really, really bad, take a gander at HR 1, which Democrats have cynically named the “for the people” act.

The Democrat Party has spent the last century working steadily to destroy the entire concept of free and fair elections in the United States of America. Last year, they weaponized a global pandemic to use as a tool to greatly enhance the gains they had already made in this effort via the widespread use of mail-in ballots, often deploying clearly unconstitutional means to make it happen. This year, their plan is to exploit their tiny majorities in both houses of congress to complete their century-long mission.

HR 1 is the vehicle they plan to use to accomplish that that goal. This is a bill that, put simply, would nationalize the entire election process, placing it firmly in the hands of whichever political party controls all levers of power in Washington, DC. The Democrats believe their current majorities in congress, along with China Joe Biden’s complete opening of our southern border to massive human trafficking once again, will enable them to finally move the ball across their long-cherished goal line.

Here’s how Congressman Andy Biggs summarizes the effort in today’s Washington Examiner:

One reason that Democrats pursued their second sham impeachment of President Donald Trump is to distract the nation from a myriad of leftist policies they are implementing. One of the very worst is a renewal of their effort to put D.C. swamp monsters such as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer in charge of all elections.

The far Left wants to take control of local elections and prevent states, counties, and cities from running elections. They also want to eliminate voter identification, a requirement in most states and one that the Supreme Court has upheld. Leftists also want taxpayers to pay for the campaigns of politicians.

These crazy ideas, which will undermine the integrity of all our elections, is priority No. 1 of the Democratic Party. It was the first bill Pelosi and company introduced when Democrats took control of the House in 2019. It was stopped cold by then-Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. But when Democrats took control of the House, Senate, and the presidency in January of this year, it was once again the first bill introduced by the Democrats.

One doesn’t need to look too far to understand why liberals want to centralize election procedures in Washington. They believe that the changes they propose will keep Democrats in power in perpetuity and reduce the role of Republicans. And after all, the purpose of everything Democrats do is not to benefit the nation; it is to keep Democrats in power. By taking control of elections away from the local jurisdictions that have constitutional authority over elections, the political party in power can create a system that favors that party staying in power.

Democrats want to eliminate voter identification requirements. Most rational people want to know that voters are eligible to vote and want to prevent fraud, such as duplicate voters. That is why most states impose minimal voter identification requirements. Without voter ID, it is simply easier to commit voter fraud. Democrats want to erase voter ID so they can cheat.

[End]

Biggs is absolutely correct about the Democrat motivation – the sole motivation – to eliminate voter ID. There is no legitimate logical argument that supports such a move in the United States, and never has been. This move has long been the centerpiece of the Democrat strategy to literally control the outcomes of elections in the future. If voters don’t have to provide ID, then there is no way to honestly certify the results of any election.

Another key piece of HR 1 for Democrats is that it will place severe restrictions on the ability of county clerks around the country to purge voter roles of people who have died or moved out of state. This would eliminate all risk in their efforts every election cycle to ensure every name on every headstone in the local cemeteries becomes a loyal Democrat voter. It will also enable the strategy of having voters from other states go to other states to vote in key elections – like happened in the special senate elections in Georgia on January 5.

The “for the people” act is being dishonestly promoted by depraved Democrats as a bill that would “enhance” minority voting rights. This is true only if you consider every person in every minority to be a Democrat voter.

Bottom line: This bill has nothing to do with protecting Blacks or Hispanics or women or anyone else. This bill is designed to accomplish a single goal, and that goal is the institutionalization of permanent Democrat control of all levers of federal power via massive election fraud.

This bill is, in other words, the end game of the century-long Democrat Party effort to eliminate the concept of free and fair elections from the American landscape.

In order for HR 1 to pass, the Senate filibuster will have to be eliminated. You should expect the corrupt news media to ramp up its brainwashing efforts to convince the public that this is a grand idea in the days and weeks to come. Because that is what our news media does for Democrats and their plans to dismantle our country.

That is all.

Trump Speech Highlights America’s Loss of Free and Fair Elections

Before we get into the rest of this, I wanted to be sure you saw this clip of an insane protest at the Georgia capitol over the weekend:

So, Georgia does the right thing and requires some form of ID for anyone requesting an absentee ballot, and these protesters literally go berserk.

Understand that these very same people must show ID in order to fly on an airplane, go on a cruise, ride on an AMTRAK train, enroll their children in public school, rent a post office box, or write a check for Crisco and Doritos at the local WalMart, and never throw similar fits of childish outrage while doing any of those things. Yet, require them to show even the most rudimentary form of ID in order to ensure they are who they claim to be when they vote, and to ensure that no one else can steal their vote from them, and they fly into fits of rage and start assaulting police officers.

Note that in our society over the last 200-plus years, it is only Democrats who engage in this sort of detestable behavior. The motivation behind this public show is quite obvious, isn’t it? They want to be able to continue defrauding our elections as they have been doing for many decades. There is no other possible logical explanation for it.

Which brings me to yesterday’s speech by former President Trump at the CPAC convention. The ex-President is being pilloried by the Democrats’ Perpetual Outrage Mob on Twitter and the corrupt news media today for repeating his well-based allegations of massive election fraud during the speech, because of course that is how they would react. But this is a man who just had an election blatantly stolen from him in the most public way possible, so it would have been pretty shocking had he not referred back to the events that led up to it.

Trump pressed the need for “election integrity and election reform,” calling on the GOP to be the “party of honest elections that can give everyone confidence in the future of our country.”

During the speech, Trump also ended speculation that he might form a third party, promising to work within the GOP to rid it of the RINO pestilence that has neutered its usefulness to the American people for far too long.

Here’s an excerpt from the story at JustTheNews:

“The future of the Republican Party is as a party that defends the social, economic and cultural interests and values of working American families of every race, color and creed,” Trump said.

President Trump spoke about the importance of election integrity during his remarks.

“Another one of the most urgent issues facing the Republican Party is that of ensuring fair, honest and secure elections,” he said.

“We need election integrity and election reform immediately. Republicans should be the party of honest elections that can give everyone confidence in the future of our country,” Trump said.

He reiterated his contention that the 2020 contest was “rigged.”

“We have a very sick and corrupt electoral process that must be fixed immediately. This election was rigged and the Supreme Court and other courts didn’t want to do anything about it,” he said.

Trump said there should be just one Election Day. He also called for voter ID.

“There should be a legitimate reason for someone to vote absentee, has to have a reason. We should eliminate the insanity of mass and very corrupt mail-in voting. We must have voter ID,” he declared.

“We need universal signature matching,” the former president said. “There should be a 100% requirement to verify the citizenship of every person who votes. And there must be a chain of custody protections for every ballot,” he said.

“Even if you consider nothing else, it is undeniable that election rules were illegally changed at the last minute in almost every swing state with the procedures rewritten by local politicians…and local judges…as opposed to state legislatures as required by the Constitution of the United States,” Trump said.

[End]

He’s right on that last point, of course, but sadly the Supreme Court – including Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Barrett and John Roberts – recently voted to refuse to even hear cases challenging those state-level constitutional violations.

The loss of free and fair elections is the end of this country as a constitutional republic. The Supreme Court’s refusal to hear these cases makes one wonder what the concept of “constitutionality” even means anymore. If the Court is so corrupted and compromised now that it will not even rule on such clear-cut violations of the Constitution, then the document becomes meaningless. No law has teeth unless there is someone willing to enforce it.

Which of course has been the goal of the Democrat Party since the Woodrow Wilson administration.

The Democrats have achieved their goal, and no speech by any former President can begin to change that fact.

That is all.

Fauxcahontas Sounds the War Cry on Flyover Country

The Afternoon Campaign Update
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

By now, most of you have heard that, in her town hall event on the Collaboration News Network (CNN), Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren endorsed the idea of completely eliminating the Electoral College, because of course she did.

“Every vote matters and the way we can make that happen is that we can have national voting, and that means get rid of the Electoral College,” Warren told the audience, “I believe we need a constitutional amendment that protects the right to vote for every American citizen and makes sure that vote gets counted. We need to put some federal muscle behind that, and we need to repeal every one of the voter suppression laws that is out there.”

There’s a lot to unpack there, so let’s start with the second part first: There simply are not any “voter suppression laws” on the books anywhere in the United States of America today, and there haven’t been since sometime in the late 1960s.

What the fake Indian Senator is doing there is the standard Democrat tactic of putting flowery language around eliminating voter ID laws. It’s just a part of the ongoing effort by the Democrat Party to make it as easy as possible for non-citizens and non-living persons, i.e., the “dead”, to vote for Democrats. These people are all about stealing elections via voter fraud, and are willing to do or say literally anything to achieve that goal.

Now, onto this attack on the Electoral College.

There was a time in the not-so-distant past when Democrats were all about protecting the sanctity of this crucial American institution, an institution that has played a vital role in preserving our Republic, and giving it a stability that no other democracy on the face of the earth has enjoyed over the last 230 years. That time was as recently as the 1980s, when Republicans were still competitive all across the Rust Belt and the Northeast, and in big population states like California and New York. Because the GOP ran up massive edges in vote totals all across the Southern states and the Midwest, Democrats would literally freak out anytime anyone even suggested doing away with the Electoral College.

Why? Because the entire purpose of the Electoral College is to ensure that no region of the country or handful of big population states in which one party or the other dominates the vote would be able to force a president on the rest of an unwilling country. Fauxcahontas and her fellow Democrats are bitter about the Electoral College today for the simple reality that, in 2016, this stroke of absolute genius by our nation’s founders worked exactly as it was designed to work.

Were it not for the Electoral College, our nation would today be stuck with President Fainting Felon due to her ability to run up lopsided vote margins in California and New York and a handful of other coastal states. Indeed, California alone accounted for virtually all of the Coughing Crook’s popular vote margin. The will of the states that lie in the vast middle of the North American continent – the 80% of America that coastal liberals like to refer to as “flyover country” – would have found ourselves completely disenfranchised and subject to the whims of a madwoman.

If you live in Flyover Country, that great sea of almost pure red on the map pictured below, you need to understand that the Democrat Party is doing everything it can to ensure your vote in future presidential elections will no longer matter. Because that is exactly what the impact of eliminating the Electoral College would be.

Luckily for all of us, the Electoral College is enshrined in the U.S. Constitution, and the only way do away with it would be via a constitutional amendment.  So long as Americans who truly do want their presidential votes to count remain educated on the matter and vigilant, getting that done will be virtually impossible.

The Democrat Party now finds itself willingly at war with so many Americans:

  • Unborn, and even just-born, children
  • Jewish Americans
  • Organized Labor
  • Older Americans (as discussed in this morning’s Campaign Update)
  • White men
  • Trump supporters
  • Everyone in Flyover Country

Obviously, there is a great deal of intersectionality among those various groups, but taken together, they constitute an overwhelming majority of the voting public. If everyone included in those groups would wake up to the reality of the mendacious nature of today’s Democrat Party, no Democrat could ever be elected to any office outside of San Francisco, Seattle, Austin, Chicago, Washington, DC or Manhattan again.

That is all.
