Alexander Vindman Was “Concerned.” So What?

Today’s Campaign Update, Part II
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Is that really all there is? – Some low-level flunky at the NSC claims to have been “concerned” about the July 25 call between U.S. President Donald Trump and Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky, and therefore we are supposed to support the Democrats’ ongoing impeachment circus?

Yeaaaahhhhhh….no. Not buying any of it. Sorry.

God bless Mr. Vindman for his military service, but can we please get him out of the NSC? Because, obviously his feelings are far too fragile to be a part of that difficult line of work.

Literally, the only thing Vindman said in his opening statement that was leaked by Adam Schiff to the media last night that in any way benefits the public discourse over this matter was when he confirmed that the transcript of it, which we have all been able to read and obsess over for the last five weeks, is a completely accurate recitation of what was said on the call. Here’s that key passage from his statement:

On July 25, 2019, the call occurred. I listened in on the call in the Situation Room with colleagues from the NSC and the office of the Vice President. As the transcript is in the public record, we are all aware of what was said.

Yes, we are all aware of what was said, and those of us whose level of reading comprehension is better than that of the average 6 year-old can plainly see that there was literally nothing wrong with anything the President of the United States said on that call.

Given all of that, why was Mr. Vindman even called to testify before the Schiff Soviet-style inquisition? Why, so that he could dress up in his uniform with all of his medals on it and parade into the hearing room, pausing to pose for all of the media cameras, and give the Democrats who spent 8 years defunding the military and the VA under Obama a chance to pretend to give a damn about the U.S. armed services for a day.

But once the one-man parade is over and his uniform and medals are put back into his closet – Vindman does not wear his uniform to his actual daily job – all we are left with from Vindman’s testimony is what we already knew: That this is all a sham and a farce over nothing. It’s the political version of an episode of “Seinfeld,” only without the funny parts.

In other impeachment-related news, House Majority Whip Stenny Hoyer is now backing off of Pelosi’s promise that the Democrats will hold a vote on their fancy new fake resolution by the end of this week. Pelosi had said Monday night that she expects the vote to take place on Thursday, but Hoyer is now not so sure, saying “We’re going to have to consider whether or not it’s ready to go on Thursday. I hope that’s the case.”

Oh. What does that tell us? It tells us that Pelosi, Hoyer and the rest of the Democrat House Circus Clown leadership are waiting to see some polling data on this whole resolution thing before they take it to a vote. It also tells us that they are obviously still getting pushback on the question from many of their most vulnerable members who represent traditionally Republican districts.

San Fran Nan can’t and won’t make the move to cross this particular road until all her ducks are in a row, and some of the little duckies don’t want to get in line for fear they might end up being road kill.

Pelosi, Schumer and Hoyer Stage Another DC Swamp-Kabuki Theater Act

Elijah Cummings died. – I have nothing nice to say about him, so I will say nothing at all.  Here’s a link to the AP article about his death, which of course is a thoroughly one-sided, glowing review of his life. Somehow the Republic and Baltimore will survive.

San Fran Nan is sick. – At least, according to President Donald Trump, who issued the tweet below after Pelosi blew up yet again in a White House meeting and staged a very theatrical walkout along with Chuck Schumer and Steny Hoyer:

Hey, didn’t we already know this is a very sick – as in mentally deranged – woman? Pretty sure most of us did, and Schumer and Hoyer should be – but won’t be – roundly condemned for helping her stage this latest bit of DC Swamp Kabuki theater.

As a partial, taunting payback for this latest staged event, the President followed later with this hilarious tweet:

Naturally, the Democrat activist press corps slanted its reporting in coordination with the Democrat narrative, featuring Schumer’s laughable contention that “the Speaker kept her cool.” But as you can clearly see in the clip below, Pelosi is visibly shaking, a fake smile pasted onto her face and having a very hard time keeping her constantly-loose dentures in her mouth while Schumer was ranting.

For their part, the Democrats couldn’t even keep their own story straight. Schumer claimed President Trump called Pelosi a “third-rate politician,” while Pelosi said Trump had in fact called her a “third-grade politician.” Seriously? That’s why you walk out of what was supposedly such a crucially important bipartisan briefing on the goings-on in Syria right now?

And hell’s bells, regardless of which insult the President may or may not have uttered, everyone on the face of the earth knows that Pelosi is a shameless political hack, and being one has made her a fabulously wealthy person. So, what’s the big deal? Own it, Nan – being a despicable political hack is what defines your entire life.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy spoke to the press gaggle later, after participating in the full meeting, saying that “”They left the meeting, other Democrats stayed and we had the most normal meeting you could ever have that was productive with the general of the joint chiefs, the secretary of defense and the president talking about how do we keep the homeland safe.”

Oh.

In case any of you might be inclined to take what the Democrats staged yesterday as a serious, spur-of-the-moment fit of pique, remember that this is not the first time they’ve created this exact scenario as a means of trying to fire up their lunatic Twitter Outrage Mob base. This is just another Alinsky-style event, a part of their ongoing coup d’etat effort designed to try to lower the President’s public approval ratings by portraying him as an unstable madman occupying the White House.

It is no coincidence that this piece of choreography came on the same day that the President’s approval rating in the Rasmussen survey once again reached 50%. It also came just a day after Pelosi had to cancel a planned formal impeachment vote of the full House because she simply doesn’t have the votes in favor of making that move, and if she forces it, she dooms her 35 or so Democrats who represent traditionally-GOP districts.

It also took place on a day during which news came that Adam Schiff’s Soviet-style basement interrogations of witnesses like Ukraine Envoy Kurt Volker are not yielding the results the Democrat coup plotters have hoped for:

Schiff persisted. “And when that suspension of aid became known to that country, to Ukraine, it would be all the more weighty to consider what the president had asked of them, wouldn’t it?”

“So again, congressman, I don’t believe — ” Volker began.

“It’s a pretty straightforward question,” Schiff said.

“But I don’t believe the Ukrainians were aware that the assistance was being held up — ”

“They became aware of it,” Schiff said.

“They became aware later, but I don’t believe they were aware at the time, so there was no leverage implied,” Volker said.

So, as we have seen time and time and time again from these Democrats and their media hack toadies, when the facts on the ground don’t support the narrative they are pushing, they stage a media event to distract the public’s attention. It’s a despicable tactic, one that undermines the stability of our society, and the constant progression of this kind of false-flag display pushes us closer to outright civil conflict with every passing day.

All of which makes it perfectly reasonable for the President to speculate that Pelosi “just plain doesn’t like our great Country.” The proof of that slaps us in the face on a daily basis.

Why Won’t These Elderly Democrats Retire?

Which raises the eternal question: Why won’t these people ever retire? San Fran Nan is 79 years-old and still desperately clinging to her power. Biden is almost 77 and running a destined-to-miserable-failure race for the presidency. Both of these Democrat “leaders” often look and act like they barely know where they are at any given point in time.

And they’re not really exceptional compared to many of their colleagues. Bernie Sanders is almost 78. Patrick Leahy is 79. House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer is 80. House Majority Whip James Clyburn is 79. Stolen valor Sen. Richard Blumenthal is 73. Dickie Durbin is 74. Dianne Feinstein is a whopping 86 and still clinging to the hope she’ll be able to confiscate all your guns. Hillary Clinton is still plotting a behind the scenes at age 71 to find a way to steal the Democrat presidential nomination if there is a contested convention next year.

Hillary, by the way, is the same age as Uncle Cy Robertson:

What is it that keeps these fossils hanging around? Why won’t they gracefully step aside and let the younger generation take over?  Is it the narcotic of political power? Is it the strange ability of “public servants” making about $170,000 per year to somehow accumulate hundreds of millions of dollars in wealth over the span of their careers? In the case of the Clintons, is it out of a sense of desperation as they try to find ways to avoid the wheels of justice catching up to them?

Whatever the motivation is, it’s a strong one. I’m 63, in very good health, and I’d frankly be thrilled to death to just hang up my spurs completely, get a home on a Caribbean island, and sit on my lanai watching the waves and sipping rum punches for the rest of my days.

But these elderly folks appear anxious to spend 2/3rds of their time glad-handing and fundraising and continuing to work unending 16-hour days. You have to admire their energy, even if  they do spend it on their tireless efforts to destroy American society.

Act II of the Trump Presidency Begins With a Media Meltdown – Same as Act I

And now, Act II of the Trump Presidency begins. – As the curtain came down on Act I of the Trump Presidency following William Barr’s release of the Mueller Report on Thursday, we found our fake national news media engaged in one of the most epic meltdowns in its sordid history, exactly as we found them at the start of Act I. In other news, water remains wet, dogs still lick themselves in bad places, and Cody Bellinger hit another home run. Some things never change.

Act I was titled “Trials and Tribulations,” for obvious reasons. Today, on Good Friday, we move to Act II of the three-act play, this Act titled “The Race and Revelations.” (The symbolism of this day should not be lost on anyone paying real attention here.) This Act will be the shortest act of the 8-year Trump Presidency, but perhaps the most consequential once things are all said and done.

We begin with The Race – the Revelations will begin to come shortly, starting with the release of the Horowitz Report – as a motley array of miscreants, grifters, commies, liars and hacks present themselves to the Democrat Party voter base as potential nominees to run against President Donald Trump in 2020. Though they don’t fully realize it yet (though many suspect it), this is a contest they are preordained to lose, as America’s history stopped being written by chance early on the morning of November 8, 2016. From that point forward it has all been one big case of divine intervention – it’s the only rational explanation for all the insanity that has occurred since Trump won that election.

Regardless of the futile nature of the quest, we already have 15 or so (no one seems to be certain how many have actually announced) souls formally in the race, with more to come. This morning’s big news about The Race is that Creepy Joe Biden, with his half-century history of bringing unwanted physical contact to thousands of women and children, will defy all logic and common sense and go ahead and jump into the nominating contest within the coming week.

At 76 years old, Biden has already sought the presidency on two previous occasions and failed, but seems intent on besting the Pantsuit Princess in that category by trying and failing one more time. The social justice warriors and snowflakes who dominate the Party’s nominating process now might agree to nominate a young, gay white guy like Pete Buttigieg, or a young-ish, lunatic white guy like Irish Bob O’Rourke, or even an ancient, Bolshevik Commie white guy like Bernie Sanders. But there is no way on earth that they will nominate a doddering, handsy, goofy white guy like Biden.

In any event, Biden’s bad decision is just another Democrat gift to President Trump, providing the President with yet another easy target for ridicule from his Twitter feed. Having Biden, Bernie, Buttigieg and Beto – the four pasty white men of the Apocalypse – sitting atop the horse race polls for the foreseeable future will just serve to create further division and conflict within the Democrats’ identity politics-driven voter base, driving the Party’s voter enthusiasm inexorably downward.

Cool.

The fake news media will continue its focused effort to revive the rotting corpse of its Russia Collusion fantasy through this Easter weekend, but there will be no Easter Sunday resurrection, and Biden’s coming formal announcement will serve to move that dead story out of the news cycle starting next week. Congressional Democrats will continue to try to keep it somewhat in the news with their own Witch Hunts, but those will all ultimately amount to little more than dud bullets being fired from rusting pistols.

Even Rachel Maddow will ultimately be forced to abandon her nightly conspiracy-mongering for one simple reason: Democrat Party leaders will demand it of her. We must remember that the Democrat Party and the fake media establishment are essentially a single entity now, as intertwined with one another as the Obamas and Netflix.

The DNC will ultimately demand that all fake media outlets refocus their propaganda efforts on promoting the Party’s candidate clown car. We already saw the beginnings of this transition taking place yesterday, as first Steny Hoyer and later Bug-eyed Adam Schiff ran to the nearest microphone and camera to poo-pooh the idea of trying to impeach the President even as all the irate boobs at CNN and MSNBC were demanding they do so.

No, The Race is the thing now, and the Revelations are soon to come. Act II has officially begun, and this is all preordained.

Buckle up.

Oh, in case you’re wondering, Act III of the Trump Presidency is titled “Justice and Jubilation.” It’s preordained.

Democrats/Media Double-Down on the Fake News After Barr Bombshell Testimony

Well, this will be an interesting day – but what else is new? – The Ecuadorian Embassy in London withdrew the asylum status it had granted WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange seven years ago, and turned him over to U.S. authorities. This just happened at about 5:00 a.m. Central Time as I was beginning to compile this piece, so I have no more details other than that.

What do you do when the fake news fails? You double down on faking the news. – If you’re a Democrat or a Democrat activist pretending to be a journalist, that’s what you do, anyway.

If it appears to you that leading Democrats and their media partners at CNN, MSNBC, the New York Times, the Washington Post and every other major media outlet are in an outright panic this morning, that’s only because they are. Definitely in a panic. A big one.

After Attorney General William Barr revealed to the Senate Judiciary Committee that he is forming a team to investigate the origins of the Obama FBI/DOJ’s decision to spy on the Trump Campaign throughout the 2016 elections, Democrats and their media agents went into overdrive pushing their joint talking points, which when summarized amount to “Barr is corrupt!”

Hey, wasn’t just a few months ago that all the leading Democrats were praising President Donald Trump for picking an old Bushie to be his next Attorney General? Of course, back then the Dems all assumed that Barr must hate Trump just like all the Bushes do, and that Trump was stupidly putting a Democrat ally in the AG’s spot.

You know what “assume” does, don’t you? It makes an “ass” out of “u” and “me.” And all the leading Democrats and their media agents, too.

San Fran Nan had the most revealing comment on Barr, saying in an interview with some fake “journalist” at the Associated Press that Barr is “going off the rails.” Yes, see, he was supposed to stay “on the rails” the Democrats and Robert Mueller had laid out for him, and now he is straying from the desired narrative on President Trump and the Russia Collusion fantasy.

Then there was always-reliable Pelosi toady Steny Hoyer, who of course stayed right on the dictated script of the day with “He is acting as an employee of the president. I believe the Attorney General believes he needs to protect the president of the United States.” Oh, you don’t say? How shocking you would utter those exact words, words that were then parroted by pretty much every Democrat talking head and fake news media lapdog on the nation’s cable news networks, and in the two big newspapers that serve as the reliable print propaganda arm of the Democrat Party.

It’s all such an incredibly tiresome game, yet they will continue to play it because it is literally all they have left.

But there is an interesting aspect in this, and that comes in observing which players in the Russia Collusion fantasy/illegal spying effort who aren’t talking, and haven’t been for a while.

Let’s start with Obama-era CIA Director and noted communist John Brennan. On March 26, two days after Barr released his four-page summary of the Mueller report, Brennan appeared on MSNBC’s Democrat propaganda show “Morning Joe,” and blamed all of the seditious statements he’s made about “Russia Collusion” on bad information he’d gotten from his “sources” who may or may not actually exist.

Two days later, the bombastic ex-spymaster issued a single tweet in which he said “It doesn’t matter if you are a Republican, a Democrat, an Independent, or an American of any or of no political affiliation. We all should hold our elected officials and those who hold the public’s trust to the highest ethical and moral standards, most especially Presidents.” Oh, golly, how high-minded of him.

Since that tweet, it had been two solid weeks of radio silence from one of MSNBC’s most highly-paid “contributors.” No tweets, no mornings with Joe and Mika, nothing.

Until last night, that is, when he appeared on MSNBC’s “Hardball” program with Chris Matthews, and said only that he was “disappointed” that the Attorney General used the word “spying” in this testimony to describe what were without any doubt at all the spying actions conducted by the DOJ/FBI cabal against the Trump Campaign and Trump Transition Team. None of Brennan’s usual bombast, none of his standard accusations that President Trump committed “treason”, just an expression of disappointment.

Why, it’s almost as if some lawyer has given him some new, toned-down talking points.

Same thing with James Comey, Obama’s favorite FBI Director and current teenage drama queen. Comey made one radio appearance and one TV appearance in the few days following the issuance of the Mueller report, along with a couple of his typically weird tweets. But since that last April fool’s joke tweet, nothing. Nada. Radio silence.

I’m sure it’s just coincidence, but that’s exactly what a good defense lawyer would advise Comey to do.  Nothing. Shut up. Be quiet.

What about Andrew McCabe? Just a few months ago, McCabe was all the rage, doing interviews on “60 Minutes”, appearing with the shrews on “The View”, hawking his book and just generally enjoying his post-FBI thug life.

But now? Well, suddenly he’s nowhere to be found. Not a public word out of him in weeks. Why, it’s almost as if he’s lawyered up or something.

Where’s FBI Super-Duper Agent Peter Strzok? Or his paramour, Lisa Page? Man, MSNBC just can’t find a good ex-FBI guest willing to libel the President on live TV these days. No wonder their  and CNN’s ratings are tanking.

Couldn’t happen to a nicer bunch of people.
