Trump Authorizes DOJ to Use Declassified Russia Info for Grand Jury Investigation

First, let’s acknowledge that today is the final day that worthless William Barr will serve as the Attorney General of the United States. Here is what the slovenly bagpipe aficionado leaves in his wake for the rest of us to deal with:

Image may contain: 1 person, text that says 'BRANCO ©2020 Creators.co Americans or Limited HIPHIP HIP HIP HOORAY HIP HOORAY HIP HIP HIP HOORAY WIFA DEATH TO AMERICA! MEDIA PROJECED ELECT CHINA IRAN'

To the extent China Joe really did “win” the election, much of the blame must be laid at Barr’s fat feet given his and John Durham’s refusal to conduct their work in an expeditious manner. There is no reason other than politics that Durham could not and should not have been making arrests and conducting public perp walks of the Obama-era conspirators who ran a slow-rolling coup d’etat on U.S. soil from 2017 through early 2019 throughout this entire year.

Had that taken place, giving the American public some sense of the extent of the contemptible actions of Obama officals and Robert Mueller’s American Gestapo operation, not even Dominion Systems machines would have been able to manufacture enough votes to get China Joe Potato Head over the top.

So, good riddance, Mr. Barr, and don’t let the door hit you in your fat ass on your way out.

Meanwhile, John Solomon is reporting that Durham might actually have a grand jury convened and could be preparing to finally, at long last, start holding some people accountable.

In a report at JustTheNews, Solomon details a memo signed by President Donald Trump on Tuesday that allows Durham and other U.S. Attorneys to use declassified documents during the course of their investigations and before grand juries.

From that report:

Classified information may be utilized in the probe scrutinizing the origins of the FBI investigation related to the 2016 presidential campaign, according to a presidential order from President Trump.

U.S. attorney John Durham, who had been conducting the investigation, was named as a special counsel in the probe in October.

“The Attorney General is currently conducting a review of intelligence activities relating to the campaigns in the 2016 Presidential election and certain related matters,” the memo states. “On May 13, 2019, the Attorney General directed John Durham to conduct that review, which subsequently developed into a criminal investigation. On October 19, 2020, the Attorney General appointed Mr. Durham to conduct that investigation pursuant to the powers and independence afforded by the Special Counsel regulations of the Department of Justice.”

[End]I

In an interview on NewsMax last night, Solomon repeated his oft-stated claim that Durham really, truly is going to actually indict and prosecute people:

People might end up being “satisfied” by Durham’s tardy actions, as Solomon claims, if they actually do come about. But more people would have been even more satisfied had Durham conducted his investigation – assuming there really is one going on – in an expeditious manner that helped educate the voting public throughout 2020.

The fact that he utterly and completely failed to do that is a major reason why America now faces the prospect of being governed by a senile, life-long circus clown and/or his evil designated successor for the next four years.

Meanwhile, despite Solomon’s reporting here, no one should hold their breath waiting for Durham to actually bring anyone to justice. What you should expect instead is for him to do nothing before January 20, and for China Joe Potato Head to summarily fire him hours after taking the oath of office on that day.

Sad, but painfully likely.

That is all.

Bombshell: Devin Nunes Reveals a Key Point About Obamagate

As is his custom as chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, do-nothing South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham dribbled out some new information about ObamaGate yesterday, information that amounts to far too little, far too late for it to become any real benefit to the republic’s ultimate survival. Why Sen. Graham has waited this long to release this particular tranche of documents is anyone’s guess – there are possible explanations, both innocent and not-so-innocent.

Regardless, the release is worth noting because the declassified FBI records clearly establish the fact that the FBI and band of Mueller thugs knew full well that the Steele Dossier was a fraud very early on, but continued to use it to defraud the FISA court on multiple occasions.

Here’s the released documents:

That release led the guest host of Sean Hannity’s Tick-Tock hour on Fox News last night, Tammy Bruce, to bring on journalist John Solomon and intrepid Congressman Devin Nunes to discuss the importance of these documents. While Solomon and Bruce skirt around the central issue, Nunes, as is his habit, keeps his eye squarely on the ball that really matters.

Here’s a clip, followed by a transcript of Cong. Nunes’s comments:

Transcript – Watch and listen as Bruce interrupts Nunes the moment he starts to point out the most crucial point in all of this – Nunes starts at about the 1:50 mark):

Nunes: Well, I think to correct [John Solomon’s call for a Durham “report”], uh, I’m not too interested in a Durham “report.” I would like to know everything for the four-plus years that went on, including even the Mueller investigation, but really what we want is, we want indictments.

We’ve made 14 criminal referrals, we have another investigation that is ongoing. I would say the takeaway I have tonight – John hit it on the head with those 3 important topics – but also, we have suspected for a very long time that Steele had only 2 Russians [sources]. But, we believe they were actually kind of “real” Russians, but he didn’t really know them.

And the question is, how was it that Steele supposedly “found” these Russians and was able to use them? We’ve asked the FBI and the CIA about these Russians – I’ve said for a long time we’re interested in 2 Russians – and this won’t surprise you: They have yet to allow us access to these 2 Russians, who we know [interrupted by Bruce so you can barely hear this] are now living in the United States.

[End]

Now, Ms. Bruce might have interrupted Nunes at that crucial moment simply because she was running up against a commercial break. Or maybe, just maybe, she had a producer screaming in her ear to make Nunes stop because he was getting into an area that the CIA does not want to have discussed on national television.

Think about this: The 2 Russian sources for the Steele Dossier are now living in the United States of America? How, pray tell, would that happen, other than under the auspices of some agency or another of the federal government? Why would the CIA, the DOJ and/or the FBI want to be keeping these 2 specific Russians safely under wraps?

Two possible explanations come to mind: a) Because these 2 Russians are spilling their guts to Mr. Durham and his investigators, or b) because the CIA under John Brennan was intimately involved in Spygate/Obamagate and the initial compiling of that Steele Dossier on behalf of the Clinton Campaign and the DNC.

On that latter possibility, it’s fair to remember that Steele himself is a British spy who was based in London at the time he was compiling that fake dossier, and that current CIA Director Gina Haspel happened to be the head of the CIA’s London office during that same time.

Oh.

We should also remember this key fact: Nunes knows where all of these bodies are buried. Remember, he was the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee during 2017-18, and he has already seen all of these documents long ago. He is not just speculating for fun in this TV appearance – he knows how Steel was linked up with those 2 Russians and he knows how and why they are currently living in the United States.

He is clearly sending a message here. Pray that he has strong security around him.

That is all.

Wednesday News Roundup: Fauci Follies, Rioters Give Notice, and Barr Knows it was a Coup

Tired of all this WINNING yet? – Stocks rose again on Tuesday, with the NASDAQ achieving its 21st record-high closing level of 2021. Even better, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics announced that U.S. housing sales leapt by a whopping 16.6% from April to May, and that May’s level of sales was 12.3% higher than in May 2019. This is what the Democrats and their corrupt toadies in the nation’s news media want to destroy.

Don’t expect there to be a vaccine for the Wuhan Virus, folks. – Students of strategic communications will understand that Dr. Anthony Fauci made that pretty clear in testimony to congress yesterday. Look carefully at the statement he made there:

“I still think there is a reasonably good chance that by the very beginning of 2021, that if we’re going to have a vaccine, that we will have it by then,” he said.

Now, NBC, Vox.com and other leftist fake news outlets reported on that in a way that makes it sound as if Fauci is saying we will have a vaccine by the end of this year. But is that what he really said there?

Break that carefully worded, pre-prepared statement down: “I still think…” “there is a reasonably good chance…” “if we’re going to have a vaccine…” “we will have it by then.”

So, Fauci “thinks” – he doesn’t feel confident, he isn’t sure – “there is a reasonably good chance” – define “reasonably” please – “IF we’re going to have a vaccine” – not “when” – “we will have it by then.” That’s a lot of weasel words in one sentence, folks.

That statement does not convey confidence. In fact, it conveys that the speaker has a tremendous amount of uncertainty, and perhaps even a knowledge that he really doesn’t believe we will have a vaccine – at least not an effective one – at all. So he feels the need to use this highly-qualified language in order to avoid being accused of lying later. Which, given Fauci’s track record of never having found an effective vaccine for any previous virus during his 40 year career, makes complete sense.

If you’ve been thinking that it wouldn’t be any big deal to just shut everything down again until the first of the year when Fauci and Bill Gates will presumably deliver unto us a miracle cure, you might want to think again.

The American Taliban is now putting out meeting minders. – A group of Antifa/BLM agitators gave  the U.S. Park Police and other federal law enforcement agencies a head’s up yesterday, literally announcing to the world that they plan to topple the Emancipation Monument in Washington D.C.’s Lincoln Park at 7:00 on Thursday. That’s Eastern Time, for all you folks at the FBI.

Criticism has constantly surrounded the memorial, pictured above, because of the way in which it depicts Lincoln towering over a freed person kneeling on the ground with him looking up. Below the work 'emancipation's is written

From a report in the Daily Mail:

President Trump called on Congress to act Tuesday night after protesters in Washington D.C. were seen burning an American flag.

The president branded the demonstrators ‘lowlifes’, adding that it ‘should be stopped’.

His criticism came after protesters pledged to tear down Lincoln’s Emancipation Memorial in the Capitol, vowing to return to Lincoln Park Thursday night to topple the controversial statue.

Organizers of the protest said they would not be working with the police and would achieve change ‘by any means necessary’ as they crowded near the 150-year-old statue paid for by former enslaved people.

Although paid for by former slaves, the Emancipation Memorial is criticized as it was designed by white people and depicts a former slave in a subservient position to Lincoln.

[End]

Given that we can be certain that DC Mayor Muriel Bowser will not lift a finger to preserve this memorial paid for by freed slaves, the ball here is entirely in the court of President Donald Trump and the federal Park Police. At least they know when to show up.

Hey, those mail-in ballots are fine – no potential for fraud here at all. You can trust those Democrats to keep everything on the up and up. Nothing to see here, er, um, well…

Body camera footage? What body camera footage? – Speaking of trusting Democrats to keep things on the up and up…

John Solomon at JustTheNews.com has an interesting piece this morning. – Yeah, Solomon has been one of Sean Hannity’s Tick-Tock crew for the past three years, but he also does tremendous investigative reporting and is often very perceptive in his analysis.

This piece is titled “Seven big hints Barr has dropped about Durham’s investigation of the Russia investigators,” which is self-explanatory. Most of it is stuff I’ve already covered here, but #4 on Solomon’s list is worth noting again:

4. Barr views the FBI’s continuation of the Russia probe after the Steele dossier “collapsed” as an illegitimate effort to remove the president.

Barr has repeatedly cited the fact that the FBI continued to rely on the Steele dossier after the former MI6 agent’s primary sub-source contradicted information in the dossier in January 2017 and March 2017 — and failed to tell the FISA court about the problems with the repudiated evidence.

“The dossier pretty much collapsed at that point — and yet they continued to use it as a basis for pursuing this counterintelligence investigation,” Barr noted this past weekend.

The attorney general suggested such behavior supports arguments that what was really going on was an attempted coup to remove Trump from office. “It is the closest we have come to an organized effort to push a president out of office,” he said.

[End]

It was a coup d’etat on American soil, organized initially by one sitting President to take out his successor. That’s what it was, and the Attorney General of the United States understands that fact.

As I keep saying, these Antifa/BLM agitators are a tiny minority of our country and do not have the power to tear it apart. However, a failure by Barr and Durham to bring any of the coup plotters to justice actually could cause that to happen. Because once we lose all faith in the American system of justice – and we are right on the verge of that taking place thanks to Obama’s utter corruption of our institutions – then the country will have lost its very foundation.

Time is getting very short before the November election, Mr. Barr. If you have crimes to prosecute, best get started now. Because if Joe Biden wins the election, all of Durham’s work will be torn into a million pieces and scattered to the winds.

That is all.

Biden Center Under Investigation for Illegal Donations From China

Today’s Campaign Update, Part II

If the label says “Biden,” it was definitely influenced by China. – John Solomon at JustTheNews.com is reporting that The National Legal and Policy Center has asked the U.S. Department of Education to investigate its findings that the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) has over the past several years accepted more than $22 million in anonymous China-originated donations to its Biden Center and failed to properly disclose the contributions.

From Solomon’s report:

The complaint, filed by the National Legal and Policy Center, says that over the past three years, the university has accepted around $22 million in anonymous funding from Chinese sources. That’s out of a total of more than $70 million from Chinese donors during that time, the NLPC said.

Those significant funds, including the anonymous amounts, rolled in after the Biden Center was announced in early 2017 and launched in February 2018. The center is located in downtown Washington, D.C.

Federal records show that the University of Pennsylvania has received significant donations from China since the opening of the center. One 2018 donation alone totals $14.5 million; it is listed as “anonymous” in federal records.

The NLPC alleges the university may have violated federal law in accepting those anonymous monetary donations. The Higher Education Act mandates schools report the national origins of any donations above $250,000 although not necessarily the individual names of donors themselves.

[End]

This serves as just one more reminder that Biden, his son and his brother have long been in the pockets of Chinese interests. The stark reality facing our country today is that, should Biden manage to win the election in November, all of the gains President Donald Trump has made through the sheer force of his will in terms of U.S./China relations and trade policy will be immediately reversed the day after Biden assumes office.

If you like the fact that virtually all U.S. antibiotics and PPE are sourced through China at some point along their supply chains and want it to stay that way, vote for Biden. Because that would be a fait accompli should he win. There are trillions of dollars at stake, and Creepy Uncle Quid Pro China Joe wants to ensure his family continues to get its fair share.

The stench of panic pandering is strong in this one. – How would you like to be Symone Sanders, the African American hack who serves as racist Joe Biden’s press spokesperson?

Sanders has spent the last few days desperately trying to clean up the pile of doggie-do the nation’s Unfrozen Caveman Presumptive Nominee left on the floor on Saturday, when he told a clearly-Black radio host “you ain’t black” if he has a hard time decided whether to vote for Biden or President Trump this November.

Appearing on MSNBC’s “Politics DC” show hosted by venerable old race-baiter Al Sharpton on Sunday, Ms. Sanders blurted out this bit of obvious panic pandering, as reported at Breitbart News:

“Vice President Biden has committed to making sure that we are underscoring not just the civil rights division and the Department of Justice, the civil rights division across his administration,” Sanders told MSNBC “PoliticsNation” host Al Sharpton. “He is committed to putting judges on the bench that reflect the community, taking a hard look, and making sure that they are African-American judges on the bench, qualified judges on the bench. He has committed to putting a black woman on the Supreme Court.”

So now, in addition to having the standard Democrat Party litmus test of having to be pro-abortion on demand and even after birth, Sanders says Biden will add the litmus tests of being a woman and African American to his list of pre-qualifications when considering his first nominee to the Supreme Court. This kind of rank discrimination is so despicable and anti-American that it is hard to put into words. It takes panic pandering to an entirely new level.

But this is Joe Biden, and this is what you can expect if you vote for him in November.

Think carefully before going into that voting booth, folks.

That is all.

DOJ Withdraws Flynn Case – Democrats, Corrupt News Media Hardest Hit

The Evening Campaign Update

You knew something big was about to happen about mid-day on Thursday when corrupt federal prosecutor Brandon Van Grack formally filed his notice of withdrawal from the Michael Flynn show trial with the judge in the case, Emmet Sullivan, along with several other cases in which he has been representing the DOJ.

An hour later, and bam!, we get notice that Attorney General William Barr has finally come through for the cause to restore American justice and filed notice with Judge Sullivan recommending that he allow General Flynn to withdraw his guilty plea and dismiss the atrocity of a case.

As reported by John Solomon:

he Justice Department on Thursday recommended a federal judge reverse the conviction of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn and drop the charges, a stunning reversal in a case that became a powerful symbol of FBI misconduct in the Russia case.

The government’s motion must still be granted by U.S. Judge District Judge Emmett Sullivan.

The government said recent revelations from evidence withheld from the court for years warranted the dramatic recommendation, including that the FBI interview that Flynn was accused of lying during was not warranted by law after agents had already concluded there was no criminal conduct on his behalf.

[End]

The next obvious step is for Van Grack to be allowed to resign his job at DOJ rather than suffer the unceremonious firing he so richly deserves for having framed a man who honorably served this country for more than 30 years, broken him financially and smeared his good name for over 3 years. Hopefully, we will see that formal resignation before the day is out.

For General Flynn, this represents justice at long last, but at an enormous financial cost and emotional toll on him and his family. For his counsel, Dallas attorney Sidney Powell, it represents one of the most impressive legal victories in modern times. Essentially working on almost a pro bono basis, Powell went up against the power of the U.S. Department of Justice arrayed against her client, a judge who refused to hold the corrupt DOJ lawyers accountable for their blatant disregard for the law and established court processes, and the constant smears and slanders mounted against her and her client by the utterly corrupt national news media, and somehow came out of it all victorious.

If you, like I am, are elated at this outcome, think of how Flynn and Powell must feel right now.

If you want to feel even better, check out this reaction by Jabba the Nadler:

In his next tweet, Fat Jerry promises to call Barr in for a hearing. Hopefully, President Trump will instruct his Attorney General to give Nadler the proverbial finger.

To add a little more cheer to your day, President Trump, during a press availability with Texas Governor Greg Abbott, just said “and I wouldn’t be surprised if you see a lot of things happen over the next number of weeks. This is just one piece of a very dishonest puzzle.”

Yes, more please. Much, much more.

Today’s a great day for America. Celebrate it.

That is all.

At Last, Some Real Indication That The Durham Investigation is Progressing

The Evening Campaign Update

I like John Solomon. I even admire him, because he’s one of the few real journalists still working in the national media today, and did yeoman’s work on the whole Ukraine scam the Democrats mounted last year.

But, on the subject of Spygate and the investigation of the investigators being conducted by U.S. Attorney John Durham, Solomon has become basically the boy who cried wolf. He, along with Greg Jarrett and Sara Carter, have made so many predictions about ‘indictments coming soon’ on Sean Hannity’s radio show and tick-tock TV hour that I finally had to quit listening and watching.

Embeded in this story at The Conservative Treehouse you will see a video in which Solomon repeats a claim he made last Friday that Durham is finally on the verge of issuing some indictments out of his investigation. (In Solomon’s defense, he never claimed that any indictments would be issued on Monday – that was a misinterpretation of his remarks by a clickbait website I won’t name here, that was then repeated all over conservative Twitter.) You’ll note that Solomon doesn’t claim, as Hannity, Carter and Jarrett have done on so many occasions, to have some sort of inside information to support his claim. Rather, he points to indications on the public record that lead him to believe that something is imminent.

Ok, fine. Take that for what it’s worth.

Meanwhile, there was some real, actual news on Thursday related to the Durham investigation that is in fact very interesting. That came in the form of a Washington Examiner report about Durham expanding his staff to include new personnel, at least one of whom would indicate that the scope of his investigation is also expanding.

From the Examiner’s report:

U.S. Attorney John Durham has expanded his team as his review of the Trump-Russia investigators ramps up during the coronavirus pandemic, which has gripped the country and swept the globe.

The top federal prosecutor for Connecticut selected additional team members for his investigative effort in recent weeks, adding agents from the FBI, as well as the chief of the violent crimes and narcotics trafficking section for the U.S. attorney’s office in Washington, D.C., Anthony Scarpelli, according to sources cited by CNN. Durham, who has been running the operation out of Connecticut and D.C., drove down to Washington a few weeks ago to keep the investigation moving even as the COVID-19 virus hampered many law enforcement efforts nationwide.

The CNN report said Durham requested witness information in March and April…

Scarpelli has spent the last two years leading the office in charge of the fight against murder and the drug trade in D.C. Before that, he was the deputy chief of that office, according to his LinkedIn profile. Scarpelli also spent a year as an assistant U.S. attorney in the U.S. Virgin Islands, 14 years as an assistant U.S. attorney in D.C., and eight years as an assistant prosecutor for Middlesex County in New Jersey.

[End]

You can just hear that narrator for The Curse of Oak Island posing the questions: “The chief of the violent crimes and narcotics trafficking section? Now working on the Durham investigation? What could this mean about the nature of the evidence the Durham team has been uncovering on Spygate Island?”

It could mean nothing, but you have to admit that, if nothing else, Mr. Scarpelli would not be the first guy you’d expect Durham and AG William Barr to pick to add to this particular investigative/prosecutorial team. Perhaps he has some element in his background that neither the Examiner nor CNN have uncovered that would make him a likely choice to domestic espionage-related charges, or perhaps Durham and his team have come across some unexpected evidence during the course of their long and apparently wide-ranging investigation.

In any event, it was a pleasant surprise to see some real evidence that Durham is making progress in the midst of all the rumor-mongering that has surrounded his efforts over the last year. Who knows? Maybe someday one of the Hannity-Tick-Tock-Hour predictions of indictments coming soon will actually turn out to be right.

We can only hope.

That is all.

Lindsey Graham: I’m Gonna End This as Quickly as I Can for the Good of the Country

Today’s Campaign Update, Part II
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Sen. Lindsey Graham turned up on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo earlier today. He only did one segment, but a lot was said about the impeachment process. Graham, as is his habit, tossed out a lot of red meat that will infuriate some observers and please others, and vice versa. He got all sides covered, as usual.

His basic message was this: Impeachment is tearing the country apart, and because of that he is not going to extend it by doing things like allowing the President of the United States to call the witnesses he wants, or to force Adam Schiff to testify under oath about his pre-dealings with Eric Ciaramella, who everyone knows is the fake whistleblower who kicked this whole thing off. There will be no testimony from Hunter Biden or Joe Biden or Alexandra Chalupa or anyone else, if Graham has his way.

Graham’s grand plan is to – I kid you not – give the Democrats one more bite at the apple, allow them to present their slanderous joke of a “case” on national TV one more time, and then hold a vote if he has 51 Senators who will vote “yay” or “nay.” He promises the President will be acquitted, but with this guy, who really knows?

Below is a clip of Graham’s interview with Bartiromo, followed by a transcript provided after great and laborious effort for our voracious readers by your friends at the Campaign Update. Judge Sen. Graham’s intentions for yourselves.

Transcript:

Bartiromo plays clip of Graham on November 10, lambasting Schiff and House Dems for not allowing the “whistleblower” – CIA plant Eric Ciaramella – to testify, and saying that impeachment is “dead on arrival” when it lands in the Senate, largely as a result of that failure.

Bartiromo: You said that to me a few weeks ago – does it still apply today?

Graham: Well, the whole process is illegitimate in the house. It’s not just the whistleblower. You don’t want to create a situation where an anonymous person can start impeachment proceedings against a president of the United States. You can’t get a parking ticket based on an anonymous allegation. The hearings were held behind closed doors, the Intel committee gathered all the facts, the President’s lawyer was never allowed to participate, they asked to call witnesses in the Judiciary committee, they had one hearing of the Judiciary committee with 4 law professors and Nancy Pelosi said we’re gonna move forward with the articles of impeachment.

This is a joke of a process. It’s dangerous to the country, it’s the first impeachment scenario in the country started in-house, not with outside counsel.  Whitewater – Prosecutor Ken Starr. You had Mueller looking at all things Russia and Trump, you had prosecutors in the Nixon case, outside the system.  This is being driven by Schiff and Nadler, Pelosi – partisan people – and I think it’s gonna meet a quick end in the Senate.

Bartiromo: Who are some of the people you are gonna want to hear from if in fact this does go to a trial?  Are you gonna demand that people like the whistleblower, Adam Schiff, Alexandra Chalupa, Fusion GPS – are these some of the people you’re gonna want to question?

Graham: There’s two ways to do this. In the trial, you can have the President present a defense to prove the fact that maybe the Ukraine was interfering in our election. The Russians stole the emails, not the Ukraine, but there’s articles suggesting that Ukrainian officials met with Democratic operatives in 2016. I don’t know if that’s true.

But here’s what I’m gonna do with the trial: I’m gonna try to get this over as quickly as possible. Listen to what the house case…let them present their case, and if there’s nothing new and dramatic, I would be ready to vote and we can do all this other stuff through congressional oversight [which of course will never happen in Graham’s committee].

Bartiromo: So, are you saying you are not gonna have people come down and test…

Graham: I am saying that I’m gonna end this as quickly as I can for the good of the country. When 51 of us say we have heard enough, the trial is going to end. The President’s gonna be acquitted. He wanna call Schiff, he may wanna call Hunter Biden, he may wanna call Joe Biden, but here’s my advice to the President: If the Senate is ready to vote and ready to acquit you, you should celebrate that and we can look at this other stuff outside of impeachment. Impeachment is tearing the country apart, I don’t wanna give it any more credibility than it deserves.

Bartiromo: Well, it’s interesting that you say that, because for all of this time – yes, they’re trying to rush this through, the Democrats want to get this done before the end of the year, and before the Iowa Caucuses and before we learn more about the IG Report, and yet there seems to have been a wrecking ball thrown at our democracy with Adam Schiff getting peoples’ phone records…I mean, what do you think about that? Schiff getting the phone records of Devin Nunes, of John Solomon?

Graham: I think it’s dangerous. What he did was, I think, looking a Rudy, and Rudy made some calls to these folks…

Bartiromo:…so Rudy’s not allowed to make these phone calls???

Graham: No, he certainly can. But here’s what I would tell Adam Schiff: Do you really wanna start calling other members, Republicans, members of congress in oversight? Do you want me to call you to the Senate as part of Senate oversight? Where does this insanity go?

Bartiromo: So will you call him?

Graham: No I will not.

Bartiromo: Why?

Graham: ‘Cause I’m not gonna participate in things I think will destroy the country. I’m not gonna call a bunch of House members to come to the Senate as part of oversight. Now, if you’re a House member and you participated, you’re not subject, you’re not above the law, but we’re not gonna turn the Senate into a circus. And I would  tell Schiff: What you’re doing is very dangerous for the separation of powers here.

Bartiromo: Just the idea of getting that information into the public view, so that the public can start speculating, ‘oh, why did Giuliani make that call, and why was John Solomon on the phone with Giuliani,’ it’s…

Graham: Adam Schiff is doing a lot of damage to the country, and he needs to stop. Mueller spent two years and $25 million looking a Trump. This whole Ukrainian stuff is a joke. They got the money. The got the meeting with the President. They didn’t investigate Joe Biden or Hunter Biden. There is no ‘there’ there.

Bartiromo: I understand, but it’s not stopping, Senator. You say, he needs to stop, but it’s not, for three years he said ‘collusion’ is in plain sight.

Graham: Yeah, well the guy…

Bartiromo: Where’s the accountability for that? Let me hear your thoughts on the IG report, do you think that’s…

Graham: The accountability comes in November 2020 when the public sees what the House has done with their majority. They’ve spent all their time trying to destroy the Trump presidency, they’ve done nothing beneficial to the American people. You know who may be the most valuable player for the Republican Party in the 2020 election cycle? It’s Adam Schiff [who Lindsey refuses to call to testify].

Bartiromo: unh-huh.

[End]

Now, we could argue this either way. Graham’s argument that a quick resolution in the Senate is best for the country has merit: There is no question that this impeachment fiasco has been horrible for our country.

But to just call a vote after giving these despicable Democrats another nationally-televised chance to lay out their joke of a case? To do that without giving the accused a chance to defend himself by laying out a case of his own not only seems unfair, but also completely contrary to the American system of justice.

The very concept should be frankly offensive to Lindsey Graham, the former lawyer. But to Lindsey Graham the current politician, acolyte to the detestable John McCain – whose own hands are dirty in all of this – and longtime friend of Quid Pro Joe Biden, well, it no doubt sounds fantastic.

Bottom line: While this impeachment clown show has obviously been terrible for the country, what is really tearing our country apart is our ongoing bifurcated system of justice, which Graham’s proposed solution here would only serve to strengthen.

P.S.: No one should forget this moment from Graham and McCain:

No Surprise Here: Fired Obama Ukraine Ambassador Likely Spied on Journalists

Today’s Campaign Update, Part II
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Um, hello, John? This is the IC, you know, the Intelligence Community? Yeah, that IC. Well, um, we’re just calling to let you know that it looks like the former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine was illegally spying on you. Yeah, Ukraine. Um, ok, that’s all for now.  –  No kidding, the fired U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine, Marie Yovanovitch, appears to have been illegally spying on the activities of Solomon and other U.S. journalists related to their reporting on Ukraine and the activities of Quid Pro Joe Biden and his ne’er-do-well son, Hunter.

Solomon talked about it with Sean Hannity Wednesday night. Here’s the clip.:

Don’t have time for a transcript, but the key information here is that Solomon says he was contacted by someone from the Intelligence Community 10 days ago, informing him about “strange requests” being made for his personal communications by the U.S. Ambassador’s office while Yovanovitch was serving in that job, from which she was fired earlier this year. He is still awaiting more details about the full nature and extent of these inquiries.

Note that Solomon also provides a key reminder of a previous illegal spying episode that took place way back in 2003, when then-FBI Director Robert Mueller had to admit he and his evil minions at the FBI had also illegally spied on Solomon’s communications. Funny how Mueller’s name just keeps popping up in illicit activities like this.

But back to Ms. Yovanovitch, who was appointed to be the Ukraine Ambassador back in May, 2016 by – guess who? – then- President Barack Hussein Obama His Own Self. Note that date – May, 2016, the very month that James Comey, Peter Strzok and the rest of the DOJ/FBI coup cabal were conspiring to mock up their fake findings on the Hillary Clinton email scandal. Obviously, Ukraine, and the Obama Administration’s looting of it, was already a big concern at that time, and the cabal needed someone reliable serving out there as the “ambassador.”

According to a Wall Street Journal report of October 3, “President Trump ordered the removal of the ambassador to Ukraine after months of complaints from allies outside the administration, including his personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, that she was undermining him abroad and obstructing efforts to persuade Kyiv to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden, according to people familiar with the matter.”

Oh. In other words, even as late as mid-2019, Yovanovitch was serving as Barack Obama’s loyal foot-soldier, doing everything she could to prevent the truth about the Obama Administration’s activities related to Ukraine from coming out. This is not hard to figure out, is it?

In another clip, Devin Nunes, ranking Republican on the House Intel Committee, promises to question Ms. Yovanovitch about her actions when she testifies before Adam Schiff’s kangaroo court on Friday.:

“We also have concerns that possibly they were monitoring press from different journalists and others,” Nunes said. “That we don’t know, but we have people who are giving us this information and we’re going to ask these questions to the State Department and hopefully they’re going to get the answers before she comes in on Friday.”

Oh.

Of course, the Democrats will do everything they can to cover for the Obama loyalist, but she will have to answer questions from Nunes and other Republicans under oath, regardless. Just another opportunity for the commission of massive perjury for one more Obama minion.

It’s good to get all of these folks on record.

That is all.
