Cindy McCain Endorses Joe Biden – Nobody Could’ve Seen That One Coming!

So much media BS, so little time… – Reuters put out a “breaking” report last night reporting the fact that Cindy McCain, the vain, grasping 2nd wife of the dead John McCain, is – gasp! – not going to endorse President Donald Trump for re-election! Who could have possibly seen that one coming?

Seriously, why is this news? Reuters describes Ms. McCain as a “prominent Republican.” But is that really true? What evidence is there that Cindy McCain is in fact a Republican at all, other than possibly a voter registration card in Arizona? Hell, Jake Tapper could go register to vote and claim to be a Republican, but that wouldn’t mean he actually is one.

It’s like when Cher, Rob Reiner and Barbra Streisand dress up in their matching wicked witch costumes for their annual Halloween party – does putting on those costumes mean they really are witches?

Ok, don’t answer that.

The point here is, why is this news? Why would one of the major newswire services publish a report about this? It would be “news” if anyone outside of Washington, DC gave a rat’s ass what Cindy McCain thinks, because her endorsement of Creepy Uncle McWifeMolester might influence others to do the same. But the truth is nobody outside of Washington, DC give’s a rat’s ass what Cindy McCain thinks; thus, no one is going to be influenced by her endorsement.

So, again, why is this even a story? You know why. We all know why. This is what the corrupt news media does to any Republican presidential candidate.

For the corrupt Democrat toadies in the media, this is also just another continuation of the glorification of John McCain, done for the simple fact that McCain was both a traitor to his party and Arizona voters over a span of decades, and a prominent Trump hater. McCain thus became the media’s favorite fake Republican for the simple fact that he consistently provided corrupt media outlets with a tool with which to beat first George W. Bush and later Donald Trump over the head. He provided them with the pretense to claim that those President’s weren’t really doing the right thing because a prominent member of their own party was criticizing them.

All of that media/McCain love affair flew right out the window, of course, when McCain tragically became the GOP’s presidential nominee to hand the presidency to Barack Hussein Obama in 2008. For the better part of that year, McCain was suddenly nothing more than another evil Republican in the media’s eyes, a racist, a homophobe, a misogynist, and any other -phobe or -ist they could think to tag him with. He was running against not just a Democrat, but The ONE, and thus had to be smeared and demonized.

But all the corrupt reporters flew right back to the McCain love nest as soon as the campaign ended because they really do need a pet Republican in the U.S. Senate, a role that is now comfortably filled by Milquetoast Mitt Romney.

The thing is, once you get past all of the media idolization, the 9 days of funerals and memorials, the undeserved lying in state at the Capitol, John McCain was just another senator, and not really even an especially accomplished one. His one landmark piece of legislation in over 30 years in congress, the McCain/Feingold campaign finance reform act, has opened the door for billions of dollars in dark money flowing into the political process, much of it from foreign sources, as we have seen in every Democrat presidential campaign in this century.

Worse, his efforts to intervene in foreign policy helped involve the U.S. in 19-year quagmires in Afghanistan and Iraq, and helped Barack Obama and John Kerry create a Syrian “rebel” group that ultimately became ISIS.

McCain was no more accomplished as a Senator than a Sonny Perdue or a Kirsten Gillibrand, but because he was a shameless, self-promoting “maverick” who has happy to show up on MSNBC twice a week to bash W or Trump, the media loved him.

Thus, McCain’s grasping wife Cindy, who begged President Trump for an ambassadorship and was denied it, is still able to garner the attention of her dead hubby’s adoring fans at Reuters whenever she continues her husband’s Republican-bashing habit.

It’s despicable, and really just kind of stupid, but that is what this country’s mainstream news media is.

That is all.

Trump Brokers Middle East Peace Deal – Democrats, Media, Terrorists Hardest Hit

Trump brokers Middle East Peace Deal…. – Democrats and Palestinian Terrorists Hardest Hit.

This of course was the biggest story from Thursday. Where every U.S. president since Harry Truman has failed, Donald Trump and his much-derided son-in-law, Jared Kushner have succeeded. From a piece at the Jerusalem Post:

Israel and the UAE agreed to full normalization of relations in a phone call with US President Donald Trump on Thursday, marking the first peace treaty between Israel and an Arab country in 25 years.

Israel agreed to suspend its planned extension of sovereignty over parts of Judea and Samaria to facilitate relations with the UAE and potentially other Arab and Muslim countries.

The agreement will include establishing embassies and exchanging ambassadors, investments into the Israeli economy, trade, direct flights between Tel Aviv and Abu Dhabi, an investment in Israeli efforts to develop a coronavirus vaccine – as first reported in The Jerusalem Post last month – and cooperation in matters of energy and water. An important element of the deal for the UAE is the expectation that its citizens would be able to visit the Al-Aksa mosque in Jerusalem.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called the deal “full, formal peace” with “one of the strongest countries in the world.”

“Together we can bring a wonderful future. It is an incomparably exciting moment,” Netanyahu said. “I have the great privilege to make the third peace treaty between Israel and an Arab country, the UAE.”

[End]

The Palestinians who lob bombs into Israel on a daily basis and the anti-Semitic Democrat Party immediately erupted in outrage over the prospect of actual peace breaking out in the Middle East thanks in large part to the tireless efforts of Kusher and constant pushing by President Trump. Democrats – along with their war-mongering buddies in the #NeverTrump crowd of fake Republicans – simply cannot stand the thought of a peaceful Middle East, whose constant turmoil over the last 70 years has proven extremely lucrative for their personal bank accounts. The corrupt terrorists who run the Palestinian government, of course, depend on the constant upkeep of hostile relations between Israel and the rest of the Arab world for their very existence.

Imagine their outrage, then, when they read this next passage from the Jerusalem Post piece:

Netanyahu said he has “reason to be very optimistic that today’s announcement with the UAE will be joined by more countries in this expanding circle of peace.”

The agreement “ushers in a new era of peace between Israel and the Arab world,” he said.

[End]

Both Bahrain and Oman immediately endorsed the agreement between Israel and the UAE, and rumors abound that both countries will soon sign onto it as well. Egypt, which already has diplomatic relations in place with Israel – as does Saudi Arabia – also expressed its pleasure with the deal.

Naturally, Joe Biden’s despicable, elder-abusing handlers shoved their guy out of the basement in an absurd effort to try to take credit:

WILMINGTON, Delaware — Joe Biden is calling the agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates “a historic step to bridge the deep divides of the Middle East.”

The former vice president and presumptive Democratic presidential nominee issued a statement on Thursday, calling the agreement that the UAE publicly recognize Israel “a welcome, brave, and badly-needed act of statesmanship” and a “critical recognition that Israel is a vibrant, integral part of the Middle East that is here to stay.”

Biden also said that West Bank annexation by Israel “would be a body blow to the cause of peace, which is why I oppose it now and would oppose it as president” if he’s elected when the U.S. votes in November. He said that as president, he’d seek to foster a two-state solution in the Middle East.

Biden also said the accord shows “the role American democracy can play” and “builds on efforts of multiple administrations,” including President Barack Obama’s. But he did not mention the Trump White House by name.

Biden said he’d spent time with UAE leaders as vice president and “I am gratified by today’s announcement.”

[End]

For the record, the Obama Administration decimated the Middle East, involving U.S. forces in no fewer than 7 separate civil wars across that region and North Africa. Obama/Biden, with the help of John McCain, Lindsey Graham, and other war-mongering RINOs, literally created and equipped ISIS in Syria, leading to the establishment of the Caliphate which ravaged vast swaths of that country and Iraq until Donald Trump ordered the U.S. military to destroy it.

Absolutely disgusting that Biden’s handlers now try to rewrite history, after viciously demonizing Kushner and attempting to undermine his efforts every step of the way for the past 3-1/2 years. These people are pretty much the lowest life form on the planet.

God bless Kushner and President Trump for never giving up on this effort.

That is all.

Gerrold Nadler Presided Over a Chilling, Dark Train Wreck of a Hearing With William Barr

“Disgrace” is not the only word to use to describe the behavior of Chairman Gerrold Nadler and his fellow Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee yesterday during their hearing with Attorney General William Barr, but it’s the most accurate. Other appropriate words to use to describe it would be despicable, depraved, demented, deluded, and, as Mark Levin hilariously said it, the most miserable collection of “assholes” ever to exist in the U.S. congress.

Any Republican who, after watching that proceeding, continues to refer to Democrat members of congress as “colleagues” or, as Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham and all the other Senate RINOs love to say, “our friends on the other side of the aisle” needs to be defeated in their next re-election attempt. These are not your friends; they are not your colleagues, a word that demands some semblance of collegiality be present in order to be true. They are your enemies, and that is how they regard you.

Simply put, this hearing was delayed by the fact that Nadler supposedly was involved in a “car wreck” on his way to work in the morning (doubtful this is actually true), and he then presided over a massive train wreck for the rest of the day.

The U.S. system of government – the constitution, the separation of powers among three branches of the federal government, and the power sharing between the national government and the various states – is inextricably dependent upon two fundamental factors: 1) that the voters will by and large elect people of good will who love this country to become their representatives in the government; and 2) a spirit of collegiality and compromise between the major parties and factions that allow the government to get things done.

If it was not already obvious to you, then yesterday’s hearing should have shattered any doubt that Democrats have completely abandoned both of those fundamental foundations of the American Republic. After watching that spectacle of Democrat after Democrat after Democrat refusing to allow the witness to answer a question without childishly shouting “reclaiming my time” or rudely interrupting him when his answers made them look even more foolish, or even allowing the witness to take a 5 minute bathroom break after several hours of uninterrupted clown show, if you still believe that those Democrats are people of good will who love this country and have any interest in compromising their totalitarian aspirations in any way, shape or form, then you are a foolish person indeed.

John McCain, one of the most despicable RINO surrender monkeys to ever serve in the United States Congress, was fond of praising the level of “comity” that he maintained with his Democrat friends in the Senate. That was in fact McCain’s favorite word to toss out there whenever he was sucking up to Chris Matthews on MSNBC or Wolf Blitzer on CNN.

The definition of “comity” is “courtesy and considerate behavior towards others.” If McCain were alive today (has his funeral ended yet?) I would love to ask him at what point in yesterday’s hearing did he observe “comity” emitting from his “friends on the other side of the aisle?”

Yesterday was a complete abandonment by the Democrats of any further pretense of engaging in the normal functioning of the American government. It was a clear and unambiguous signal that they believe they are going to succeed in stealing the November elections and regain power, and when they do, they are going to punish anyone who has opposed them. At long last, Nancy Pelosi, one of the most evil women to ever occupy this planet, sees her end goals in sight and her minions are jumping the gun on taking her retribution.

If you are a thinking person who was shocked and disgusted by yesterday’s display, consider this: That was just one day. Under a Joe Biden presidency armed with majorities in both houses of congress and the filibuster rule having been repealed by the Democrat senate, this is what every day will look like in America. You will be under constant assault for 1,461 days. Think you will survive that? Think the country can?

These people hate you and would rather you were dead. If that is not clear to you after yesterday, then you cannot be convinced until it is too late to do anything about it.

America simply cannot be governed by these lunatics for four years and survive intact.

That is all.

RINOs Rand Paul and Mike Lee are Part of the Problem in the DC Swamp

Today’s Campaign Update, Part II
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Guest Contribution By Gregg Updike

If I remember correctly, several years ago Rand Paul was held up and harassed by the newly created TSA at an airport in either Nashville or Kentucky. He also had his ribs badly busted up at his home a few years back by some leftist radical wacko as a protest to something that got the left “OUTRAGED” over something Trump did to “OUTRAGE” them.

Same with Rep. Steve Scalise of Louisiana and a bunch or GOP congressmen getting ambushed at a softball field by a Bernie Sanders’ supporter. In the past three years, we have seen numerous elected Democrats arguing for and promoting outright violence against members of the Trump Administration, Justice Brett Kavanaugh, and other GOP/Trump supporters. Can you imagine the hue and cry and “OUTRAGE” that would happen if top Democrat bananas like a Rep. Steny Hoyer got shot or if a Sen. Corey Booker got assaulted by a right wing-nut?

I just don’t understand how any Republican – whether conservative or moderate – feels compelled to blast this president to the liberal MSM; they seem to relish the opportunity to channel their inner McCain and spew their guts, which displays their RINO tendencies. These supposedly smart and savvy politicians make these appearances on enemy-held TV and constantly get played – or maybe they want to be played – with the net effect of giving the Trump Administration a black eye, a PR hit to no positive purpose.

What did Lee or Paul gain by bitching on TV about yesterday’s intel briefing? When did Barack the Obama ever give you a brief, or listen to ANY GOP input?

Don’t these idiots realize that the MSM would do everything they could to outright defeat and destroy the Pauls and the Lees of the world if given the chance? The media’s goal is to totally destroy the Republican Party and the conservative movement. They promote the radical, violent ANTIFA and BLM groups, and denigrate and impugn the peaceful conservative TEA Party. Yet these idiots – Lee and Paul – keep lining up to give the MSM ammo to hurt Trump, and by extension, themselves; quit giving them fodder.

I don’t remember any Republican (if they ever did, it was always couched in the most tepid terms possible), and certainly no Democrat ever blasting Obama for his “War Criminal Acts” of droning actual American citizens without due process (Are there any Democrats who believe in the rule of law, or due process?), or any other liberal policy when he was president. Where was the pushback on Fast and Furious, the IRS abuse scandal, pallets of cash to Iran, Dreamer EOs etc.?

Why can’t these politicians just shut up and be thought fools rather than open their mouths and remove all doubts? Taking opportunities to gratuitously rip or denigrate Trump on TV does not serve them well especially when they represent Red States/Districts and serves no good purpose. Leave that to the Democrats, and quit giving Schumer, Pelosi, and the MSM metaphorical orgasms!.

Wise up, grow up, and support our pro-American president! Be part of the solution and quit giving aid and comfort to the DEM/MEDIA ENEMY! If you RINOS can’t see the writing on the wall, or reality, then retire and let someone with brains and guts take your place.

Better yet, the primaries will soon be upon us which signals the opening of RINO Season. To all Red States and reasonable Purple States, please primary these old war horse losers and get some conservative leaders to replace them.

That is all.

On a Slow News Thursday the Media Just Made the ‘News’ up

Today’s Campaign Update, Part II
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

The two biggest news ‘stories’ on December 26 weren’t ‘news’ at all.  – The fake news media went semi-wild with two stories on Thursday, pushing them relentlessly hour after hour on a day that was otherwise devoid of sexy stories to push.

The first was about GOP Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski, who all the leftists in the corrupt media establishment are praying will be one of the RINOs in the Senate who will vote to remove President Trump from office in a Senate trail, assuming there ever actually is such a thing. Hey, she was a spineless traitor on the Kavanaugh nomination after she was filmed being bullied in the hallway by Dianne Feinstein – why wouldn’t she commit the ultimate betrayal against a President she has never liked?

It’s a valid question, and it might even happen eventually. The problem is that today’s story being pushed by the corrupt media doesn’t really give us any indication one way or the other.

Here’s what happened: Murkowski was asked by a local Anchorage TV reporter if she approved of the promise made by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell that he would conduct a Senate trial “in total coordination” with White House lawyers. Murkowski answered that “When I heard that, I was disturbed.”

Ok, so, the spineless RINO was disturbed. Murkowski then went onto say this:

“We have to take that step back from being hand in glove with the defense,” Murkowski told KTUU. “And so [when] I … heard what Leader McConnell had said, I happened to think that that has further confused the process.”

Ok, so, the spineless RINO is disturbed and thinks McConnell has confused the process when in fact he has crystal clarified it. What else would we expect from a spineless RINO who desperately wants to pretend to be all things to all people instead of standing on something resembling political principle? The truth is that Murkowski’s dissembling here was exactly what anyone who pays any attention to her normal behavior would have expected from her. It would have been a shock had she in fact said anything else.

But it is a long way from a principle-devoid Senator dissembling as a means of getting a pesky reporter off her back to actually casting a vote to remove a duly-elected President from office. Murkowski’s statement here was not ‘news;’ it was just another day at the office for her.

Then there’s the other story that ‘broke’ early in the afternoon about dead former Senator John McCain funneling “5 reports by Christopher Steele” to James Comey in late 2017. This ‘news’ is contained in the report by DOJ IG Michael Horowitz, a report that was made public on December 9, which was two-and-a-half weeks ago.

This is news? Really? McCain’s efforts to distribute reports funneled to him and his staff by Steele have been well known since early 2018. This business about “five separate reports” is nothing but wordplay. All five of those Steele-manufactured “reports” ended up being included in the infamous fake Dossier, and the thought that the FBI was not aware of their existence until they were handed to Comey by McCain is absurd.

But hey, it was that rarest of rare things of the Trump presidency today – a very slow news day – so the people pushing ‘news’ 24 hours a day to attract viewers and website clicks were desperate.

For the rest of us, it’ll be a relief when the holidays are over and we are back to having half a dozen real news cycles every day.

That is all.

Lindsey Graham is in a Deep State Hole of his Own Making

Today’s Campaign Update, Part II
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

The First Rule of Holes: When you find yourself in a hole, stop digging. –  South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham is neck-deep in a big ol’ Deep State hole, and he apparently doesn’t have any idea how to get out of it.

Faced with rising anger among the supporters of President Donald Trump – who won his state by 14% of the vote in 2016 – over his refusal to follow up all year on promises to issue a raft of subpoenas and hold hearings to dig at the truth behind Spygate and the neverending coup attempts targeting the President, Graham thought it would be a peachy dodge to hold a press conference today at which he introduced his meaningless resolution condemning the House impeachment circus led by San Fran Nan and Bug-Eyes Schiff:

Far from placating any Trump supporters, Graham’s meaningless stunt only made them angrier, judging from the reactions on Twitter and other social media platforms. I would copy some of the responses over here, but they’re pretty much all obscene at this point. People are really angry, for very good reason.

Graham’s stunt also had the perverse effect of enraging the left-wing social media Outrage Mob, which had been quite happy with the Senator’s talk-a-big-game-but-do-nothing-real posturing since he assumed the Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee in January. So now, literally everyone is angry at Lindsey Graham, except for the Deep State minions his studious inaction serves to protect.

You get the feeling from watching Graham’s presser today that he is just scared to death. His voice was shaky, his answers soft and uncertain, his forehead sweaty – he just looks and acts like a guy who in his heart wants to do the right thing, but just can’t, for whatever reason.

The most generous line of speculation about Graham’s refusal to act in any meaningful way is that, whether he knew it in January and February when he was making bold promises to hold an aggressive hearing schedule, he understands now that all roads related to Spygate ultimately to his personal hero, the execrable John McCain. Anyone who spends five minutes looking at the publicly-available information related to the coup cabal’s spying efforts on the Trump Campaign and Transition team, and the creation of the Steele Dossier very quickly realizes that McCain and his office were intimately involved in all of it.

Thus, if Graham were to actually follow through on his promises to conduct a thorough investigation, he would inevitably end up revealing even more information that would negatively impact McCain’s already soiled reputation. McCain is a man who Graham literally idolizes, a role model who Graham eagerly followed around and emulated for two solid decades. It’s easy to understand why he would break dozens of promises in order to protect his life’s hero.

That, as I say, is the generous speculation about Graham’s refusal to act. Other lines involve him being compromised, threatened or just plain corrupt at his core. Who knows what the truth really is? We may never find out, just as we will probably never find out what really motivated the useless Jeff Sessions.

What we do know, though, is that the stunt Graham pulled today only served to anger people of all political persuasions more than they already were. The Senator needs to quit flailing around like this, quit doing thrice-weekly appearances with Sean “Tick-Tock” Hannity, stop talking in public altogether for a few weeks for his own good. Just go back to focusing on approving the President’s judicial nominees at a record pace, and leave it at that.

Stop digging, Senator.

That is all.

129 Republicans Disgrace Themselves in House Show Vote on Syria

Today’s Campaign Update, Part II
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Remember those Republicans who supported Nancy Pelosi and betrayed the American voters with this vote. – I have very often been thoroughly disgusted with the behavior of spineless, disloyal Republicans in the U.S. Congress, but seldom as disgusted as I felt on Wednesday afternoon.

That was when we got news that 129 Republican members of the U.S. House of Representatives joined with Nancy Pelosi and the Democrat caucus in a vote to condemn President Trump’s decision to pull U.S. military personnel out of harm’s way as the Turkish military invaded Northern Syria on Sunday. That decision involved about 50 U.S. military advisors who would have otherwise been trapped between the Turkish and Kurdish forces, and another 1,000 or so U.S. personnel who were already well away from the front.

This vote was a shameful act, and I’m frankly embarrassed to see the names of Texans like Kevin Brady, Dan Crenshaw and John Ratcliffe on the list of “yea” votes for this despicable, non-binding resolution. Here is why these were shameful votes: The U.S. Constitution grants Congress the sole power to declare war on another country. If these posturing, blustering politicians truly feel so horrified by the President’s decision to keep our country’s military personnel safe, and so strongly about siding with the Kurdish forces – who, by the way, regularly make incursions into Turkey against U.S. advice – then they need to man-up and hold a vote on a declaration of war.

Doing what they did on Wednesday is simply political posturing designed to allow them to go tell their voters that they bravely defied the President in a vote that in reality does nothing but provide political support for the Democrat Party. It’s disgusting, and I had hoped that I would not see the three men listed above – whom I have held in high regard – engaging in this sort of political cowardice.

Most Americans have no regard at all for Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who is a despicable, brutish thug. But the centuries-old conflict between the Turks and the Kurds is every bit as unsolvable as all the myriad other centuries-old conflicts involving various peoples and religious factions in the Middle East. These conflicts existed long before the United States of America was born, and will persist long after the Democrats succeed in dividing the U.S. into two or more separate nations.

They are, in other words, not our problem, and if the last 28 years have taught us nothing else, they should have taught every American that neither our country nor any other nation on earth, no matter how well-intentioned or powerful, is capable of resolving them peacefully. All we are capable of doing is ensuring the ongoing killing takes place in a reorganized fashion.

Donald Trump was elected to the presidency in large part to get our military personnel out of the middle of never-ending conflicts like this one, and that is what he decided to do on Sunday.  He inherited a set of quagmires from his four predecessors in office, holding a mandate from the voters to get our country out of them.

For members of congress, for warmonger John McCain disciples like Lindsey Graham, who are currently wringing their hands about the supposed “rebirth of ISIS,” the way to prevent that being a threat to America is to act on the other main reason why Donald Trump won the 2016 election and pass legislation designed to get control of our damn borders.

In other words, instead of going on Fox News and CNN to channel John McCain and lecture the President about “abandoning our allies,” Graham and Brady and Ratcliffe and Chrenshaw need to be going on those channels and others to pound the Democrats for abandoning the American people.

But that would take political will, something that is always in short supply among Republican members of congress.

Again, here is the link to the roll call on Wednesday’s show vote. Memorize those 129 Republican names, and if one of them represents your district, do something to let them know about your displeasure with yesterday’s abandonment of the American people. Because the 2016 election was a referendum on this very issue, and their side lost.

That is all.

Bad Lindsey Graham Has Made a Comeback

Today’s Campaign Update
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Bad Lindsey Graham has re-taken the body. – In case you hadn’t noticed, Bad Lindsey Graham has made a comeback this year. Good Lindsey Graham came increasingly to the fore last year as John McCain’s absence due to illness and subsequent death released Graham from his daily duties of following McCain around like a puppy on a leash.

Unleashed Lindsey turned out to be a pretty consistently conservative guy and loyal supporter of his country’s best interests and of a President from his own party, quite the direct contrast to Senator From the News Media McCain. Go figure. He was so good, in fact, that his powerful, impromptu speech before the Senate Judiciary Committee in the midst of the Democrats’ despicable smearing of Brett Kavanaugh last October very likely changed the entire course of that nomination.

So it was that, when Unleashed Lindsey ascended to the Chairmanship of the Senate Judiciary Committee in January, conservatives were encouraged that he would continue the aggressive conduct of the Committee’s business that we had seen under Chuck Grassley. Grassley had done stellar work in confirming judicial nominees and investigating the real criminals in the Spygate scandal. Unleashed Lindsey himself talked a good game, promising repeatedly throughout the winter and into the spring to use his chairmanship to aggressively pursue the Obama-era scumbags who utterly corrupted the FBI and intelligence agencies. As recently as March 25, Graham was overtly promising that his Committee would conduct its own, parallel investigation into Spygate’s origins even as Attorney General William Barr conducted his own inquiry at the Department of Justice.

But since then? Crickets.

As the Democrat-dominated House committees have tossed out hundreds of subpoenas and conducted an aggressive hearing schedule designed to turn public opinion against President Donald Trump and the GOP, Unleashed Lindsey has done…nothing. Not a single hearing. Not one subpoena. No letters to the DOJ containing criminal referrals.

Nothing. Zero. Zip. Zilch. Nada.

Unleashed Lindsey, it seems, has been re-leashed, and this time we don’t have John McCain to blame. Indeed, there is no difference at all between Re-Leashed Lindsey’s conduct of the Judiciary Committee and the conduct of the Senate Intelligence Committee by its’ Chairman, deep state skunk Richard Burr of North Carolina. With Republican “friends” like these controlling the key Senate committees, President Trump has no need for enemies.

So, who has “gotten to” Re-Leashed Lindsey? Does it matter, really? Back in early May, the Campaign Update expressed the concern that Graham was one of the most easily-compromisable senators in Washington. It appears that concern was well-founded.

Graham and his Committee continue to confirm President Trump’s judicial nominees at a record pace, and for that we should all be grateful, since Obama, in his efforts to corrupt every institution in our society, had obviously succeeded in corrupting the federal judiciary as well. But Re-Leashed Lindsey’s do-nothing posture towards his Committee’s investigative powers will, if continued, forever be a stain on his senate career.

That is all.

Joe Biden Would be the Democrats’ Weakest Possible Nominee

Today’s Campaign Update
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Tired of all this #WINNING yet? – The fake news media pretty much ignored the story, but U.S. weekly unemployment claims fell to their lowest point since the records began being kept half a century ago last week. The Trump economy is so strong that even Sears, which has been shuttering outlets since the Carter Administration, is opening new stores again.

The ADP private sector jobs report showed only 129,000 new jobs being created in March, but that low number is largely due to the fact that there are more than 1,000,000 more job openings today than there are unemployed workers. Given that, we can expect the government’s non-farm payroll report to be issued this morning to also come in with a low number. [Note: The BLS jobs report actually came in at a very strong 196,000, beating expectations once again.]

All of which ties back to the reality that the biggest problem we have in Trump’s economy is finding enough qualified workers to fill all the jobs being created. That’s a good problem to have.

He’s experienced, maybe too much so. – One of the things supporters of Joe Biden point to when making their case for why he’d make the best nominee for the Democrats in 2020 is that he’s experienced, and he certainly is. Biden was first elected to the U.S. Senate in 1972 at the age of 29.

During his first term in the Senate, he served with such blasts from the past as J. William Fulbright, Sam Ervin, George McGovern, Frank Church, Russell Long, and 1968 Democrat presidential nominee Hubert Humphrey. Fulbright was first elected to the Senate in 1945, Ervin in 1954.

But, while long years of experience in national government may be a positive for Biden in his run against an assortment of no-accounts in his party’s primaries, is not necessarily an advantage in a general election against Donald Trump, who was elected in 2016 over another “experienced” candidate specifically because he was an outsider.

Indeed, since Biden first came to Washington, the American people have shown a very strong bias against electing “experienced” guys like him to serve in the presidency.

Going back to the 1976 election, here is how many years’ experience in Washington DC our past seven presidents had when they got elected:

Jimmy Carter – 0

Ronald Reagan – 0

George H.W. Bush – roughly 20

Bill Clinton – 0

George W. Bush – 0

Barack Obama – 2

Donald Trump – 0

Combined, those seven presidents had about 22 years’ total experience in the DC Swamp, with Bush 41 having almost all of them. Bush 41, as we all remember, was defeated in 1992 by an outsider, Bill Clinton, who got a big assist from an even more authentic outsider, Ross Perot.

Are you seeing a trend here? I am.

Biden will no doubt be running as the guy who would bring us the third term of America’s Worst Mistake, Barack Hussein Obama, for whom he served as Vice President. Oh, hey, didn’t the Pantsuit Princess, who served as Obama’s Secretary of State, already try that one? How’d that work out for you, Democrats?

But what other reason would the American people have for electing Biden to the presidency? It certainly wouldn’t be based on his senate record, where he was wrong about literally every major issue our country has faced over the last 46 years. It couldn’t be based on all of his achievements as Vice President since, like every Veep, he didn’t accomplish a damn thing while serving in that office.

It definitely wouldn’t be based on his comparative youth and vigor, since Biden will be older on Election Day, 2020 than our oldest previous serving President, Ronald Reagan, was on the day he left office after serving two full terms. When you really get right down to it, the only real reason why Biden appears to want to run is that he regrets not running in 2016, when he reasonably should have, and now thinks it is “his turn” to be the Democrat Party’s nominee.

Nominating anyone because it is their “turn”, lacking any other compelling reason for doing so, almost never works out for either party in modern times. Let’s go back to 1976 again and take a look at those results:

1976 – Gerald Ford (Loss)

1980 – Jimmy Carter (Landslide Loss)

1984 – Walter Mondale (Record Landslide Loss)

1988 – Bush 41 (Won, became a one-term POTUS)

1996 – Bob Dole (Landslide Loss)

2000 – Al Gore (Loss)

2004 – John Kerry (Loss)

2008 – John McCain (Miserable Loss)

2012 – Mitt Romney (Loss)

2016 – Pantsuit Princess (Loss)

Look at those results. In all that time, the only “it’s my turn” candidate who was nominated by either party and actually won the election was George Herbert Walker Bush, and he only won because he was carried into office on the enormous coattails of Ronaldus Magnus. When left to run on his own devices after four years of deviating from the Reagan agenda and raising taxes, he also suffered a miserable defeat.

Joe Biden will most likely not go onto become the Democrat nominee in 2020 – I’m frankly still not convinced he’s even going to make a go of it, with all of these women still coming out of the woodwork to complain about his handsy habits.

But if he does get the nomination, Donald Trump and all of his supporters should celebrate.

That is all.
