Thursday News Roundup: Trump Pardons Stone and Manafort, Fauci Admits He’s Been Lying

More Trump pardons. – 26 more altogether were issued last night as the President now appears to be winding his administration down despite all of his public messaging about the theft of the presidency by the Democrats and corrupt Republicans in coordination with Dominion Systems. In addition to the 26 pardons, the President issued commutations to three more individuals.

Included in last night’s pardons are Roger Stone and Paul Manafort, two Trump loyalists whose rights were heinously abused by the Mueller Gestapo as a part of the slow-rolling coup d’etat that held the country hostage for 20 long months. The full list of the beneficiaries of these pardons and commutations can be found at this link.

Naturally, the Trump-hating corrupt news media is going berserk this morning over the pardons of Manafort and Stone. Cool.

Eric Trump tweeted this out last night – it seems especially appropriate here:

Image

Here are two suggestions for the President’s next pardons: Julian Assange and Edward Snowden.

Do it, Mr. President. Just do it.

Sassy Ben weighs in. – Sassy Ben Sasse let it be known he does not approve of these pardons, oh no, not at all:

Because of course he doesn’t approve. He’s an effete RINO, a terminally annoying clown who follows Mitt Romney around on a leash, apparently.

Imagine what a hissy fit Sassy Ben will toss if and when the President pardons Snowden and Assange. It would be glorious to behold.

Again, do it, Mr. President. Just do it.

Another Trump veto. – President Trump also issued a veto on Wednesday, though not of the $2.4 trillion in Covid/pork spending congress passed on Monday. Those bills remain in limbo at the moment.

The Trump veto yesterday relates to the $740 billion defense spending bill congress passed earlier this month with veto-proof majorities in both houses of congress. At the time of its passage, the President warned congress that he would veto the bill due to the fact that it does not contain repeal of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. So, yesterday he followed through on that promise, as he pretty much always does, and corrupt reporters and politicians expressed their shock. Because they’re all either lying scumbags or morons.

Sorry, I know that’s harsh, but it’s the truth.

Speaking of lying liars who lie for a living… – I give you Anthony Fauci. The little menace to American society is in the news again this morning. Check out this tweet from the New York Times:

“Anthony Fauci has been slowly but deliberately moving the goal posts…”

You know what “deliberately moving the goal posts” is a figure of speech for, don’t you? LYING.

Yes, friends, Romans and countrymen, the New York Times, in a laudatory piece celebrating the little menace’s deceitful behavior, freely admits he has been outright lying to the American public for almost a full year now about each and every aspect of this viral plague from China. Fauci admits it, too, because, you see, his lying is all for your own good.

You don’t have to believe me: All you have to do is read the little menace in his own words in this excerpt from the Times story:

In a telephone interview the next day, Dr. Fauci acknowledged that he had slowly but deliberately been moving the goal posts. He is doing so, he said, partly based on new science, and partly on his gut feeling that the country is finally ready to hear what he really thinks.

Hard as it may be to hear, he said, he believes that it may take close to 90 percent immunity to bring the virus to a halt — almost as much as is needed to stop a measles outbreak.

Asked about Dr. Fauci’s conclusions, prominent epidemiologists said that he might be proven right. The early range of 60 to 70 percent was almost undoubtedly too low, they said, and the virus is becoming more transmissible, so it will take greater herd immunity to stop it.

Dr. Fauci said that weeks ago, he had hesitated to publicly raise his estimate because many Americans seemed hesitant about vaccines, which they would need to accept almost universally in order for the country to achieve herd immunity.

Now that some polls are showing that many more Americans are ready, even eager, for vaccines, he said he felt he could deliver the tough message that the return to normal might take longer than anticipated.

“When polls said only about half of all Americans would take a vaccine, I was saying herd immunity would take 70 to 75 percent,” Dr. Fauci said. “Then, when newer surveys said 60 percent or more would take it, I thought, ‘I can nudge this up a bit,’ so I went to 80, 85.

[End]

So, he’s nudging it up a bit based on polls, a clear admission that he’s been lying and waiting on the polls to authorize his next lie, because he really doesn’t know a damn thing about any of this and doesn’t want to admit it in public, since he’s paid millions of dollars a year to actually know stuff.

The little menace is nothing more or less than just another corrupt DC politician, triangulating his message – to borrow a Clinton phrase – to the public based on polls. This is not science; this is tyranny, a tyranny of clueless “experts” that has served as the basis for our nation’s entire insane response to this virus.

It’s the sort of tyranny that leads directly to this kind of lunacy on the cable fake news channels:

It’s as if no one on CNN or MSNBC is capable of noticing the simple, unarguable fact that this latest outbreak of the China virus has taken place as we are all social distancing and wearing masks. These two practices do nothing to stop the spread of this virus – nothing at all. Not a damn thing.

They are no different than what homeland security does at our nation’s airports: Meaningless, ineffective gestures designed to instill public confidence while in fact doing little or nothing to actually make us safer.

IF MASKS WORKED, WE WOULD NOT BE HAVING THE CURRENT OUTBREAK.

Seriously, how hard is this? But 90% of the public just regurgitates the media/Fauci talking points because we have become a nation of pathetic sheep.

There will be no New Roundup on Friday for obvious reasons.

Merry Christmas to you all.

Sunday News Roundup: Mass COVID Protests in Europe as the U.S. Grapples With Democrat Election Fraud

While America was preoccupied with the outcome of a clearly stolen election, France is edging towards an open rebellion against the draconian Covid restrictions imposed by its socialist government:

Similar scenes are happening in London:

And this was Berlin on November 22:

Meanwhile, your corrupt, Democrat activist news media here in the U.S. was focused on things that are really important:

Holy crap.

If you think that Democrat governors and mayors have gone as far as they plan to go in restricting your constitutionally-guaranteed freedoms, boy are you going to be surprised.

Take a look at what the Democrat Governor of Kentucky is up to these days:

From the story at JustTheNews:

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear has filed an emergency appeal seeking to permit him to close religious schools throughout the state following an earlier ruling dictating that he lacks the authority to do so.

Beshear, a Democrat, last week ordered all schools within Kentucky to close down in the hopes that doing so would curb the state’s recent spike in positive COVID-19 tests.

Following that order, however, U.S. District Judge Gregory Van Tatenhove ruled that Beshear lacked the authority under the First Amendment to shutter private and religious schools. “[I]n an effort to do the right thing to fight the virus, the Governor cannot do the wrong thing by infringing protected values,” Tatenhove said.

[End]

Beshear is just continuing the pattern among Democrat governors of using the China Virus as an excuse to rob Americans of their religious liberties, a tactic that despots like Andrew Cuomo and Gretchen Whitmer have honed into a virtual art form over the past seven months. There is no science underpinning this assault, no evidence whatsoever that any of the prior lockdowns or mask mandates have done a thing to slow the spread of this virus. If anything, the current outbreak of new “cases” of the virus is more intense in lockdown states than it has been in states like Florida and South Dakota that have avoided resorting to such measures.

There is only fear, superstition and a brutish grab for power by aspiring Central American banana republic dictators like Beshear and his colleagues. They will never relent until the people force them to relent. That day will come sooner or later. Let’s all hope it comes sooner.

It’s not just the weirdos who think this was a stolen election. – Patrick Basham, a professional pollster and director at the Democracy Institute, who makes his living analyzing election data, lays out a dozen or more oddities in the 2020 election results in an excellent piece at the Spectator magazine.

Here is an excerpt from that piece:

First, consider some facts. President Trump received more votes than any previous incumbent seeking reelection. He got 11 million more votes than in 2016, the third largest rise in support ever for an incumbent. By way of comparison, President Obama was comfortably reelected in 2012 with 3.5 million fewer votes than he received in 2008.

Trump’s vote increased so much because, according to exit polls, he performed far better with many key demographic groups. Ninety-five percent of Republicans voted for him. He did extraordinarily well with rural male working-class whites.

He earned the highest share of all minority votes for a Republican since 1960. Trump grew his support among black voters by 50 percent over 2016. Nationally, Joe Biden’s black support fell well below 90 percent, the level below which Democratic presidential candidates usually lose.

Trump increased his share of the national Hispanic vote to 35 percent. With 60 percent or less of the national Hispanic vote, it is arithmetically impossible for a Democratic presidential candidate to win Florida, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. Bellwether states swung further in Trump’s direction than in 2016. Florida, Ohio and Iowa each defied America’s media polls with huge wins for Trump. Since 1852, only Richard Nixon has lost the electoral college after winning this trio, and that 1960 defeat to John F. Kennedy is still the subject of great suspicion.

Midwestern states Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin always swing in the same direction as Ohio and Iowa, their regional peers. Ohio likewise swings with Florida. Current tallies show that, outside of a few cities, the Rust Belt swung in Trump’s direction. Yet, Biden leads in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin because of an apparent avalanche of black votes in Detroit, Philadelphia, and Milwaukee. Biden’s ‘winning’ margin was derived almost entirely from such voters in these cities, as coincidentally his black vote spiked only in exactly the locations necessary to secure victory. He did not receive comparable levels of support among comparable demographic groups in comparable states, which is highly unusual for the presidential victor.

[End]

Go read the rest. You’ll be glad you invested the 10 minutes of your day.

About that Dominion Systems… – The video below aired on CSPAN-3 in 2016. In it, an analyst matter-of-factly reveals how Dominion Systems software allows any user to go in and manipulate data in the system, including the changing of tabulated results.

But your gaslighting news media and social media platforms demand that you just ignore this video and pretend it doesn’t exist.

It exists.

Sidney Powell is still going after Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and Sec. State Brad Raffensperger. – She’s like a pit bull once she latches onto a target, and these two RINOs are some of her favorite targets.

Powell appeared in an interview on NewsMax TV on Saturday, and again stated that both Georgia RINOs and their family members should be investigated for potential monetary benefits related to their signing off on the deal to use Dominion Systems hardware and software in the state’s elections. “There should be an investigation, a thorough criminal investigation, frankly, of everyone involved in acquiring the Dominion [Voting] System for the state of Georgia,” Powell told Saturday’s “The Count” hosted by Tom Basile and Mark Halperin.

Powell also alleged that other officials at the Secretary of State’s office may be culpable in unlawfully benefitting from the deal, which was entered into as a means of placating Stacey Abrams and her BS allegations of “voter suppression” stemming from her loss to Kemp in the 2018 governor’s race. “I think there are multiple people in the Secretary of State’s office and other that should be investigated in Georgia for what benefits they might have received for giving Dominion the $100-million, no-bid contract,” Powell said.

Powell’s hyper-focus on Kemp and Raffensperger is one of the more interesting aspects of this entire election controversy. It is highly doubtful she would continue to make these allegations unless she has some compelling evidence of wrongdoing in-hand, and the behavior of Kemp and Raffensperger in continuing to refuse to order the conduct of a true audit of ballots from this election only makes them more suspect.

The next two weeks in Georgia are going to be fun to watch.

That is all.

Joe Biden is an Addled Sock Puppet for the Deep State

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the man who claims to be the president-elect of the United States of America:

Verbatim Transcript:

“Governors, governors need to be able to get funding when they dispo..when they disp, uh…they need ta, ta uh…an, an, mmmm-bringabringa bring their national guard into play. And now, national guard’s gonna hafta play this, costs a lotta money. And governors need that paid for. We talked a lot about with the governors about what their amediate needs are. I’m gonna im, we’re gonna impose the, we’re gonna enforce the, ascuse me, employ the Defense, uhhh, re-cuh-strcm-aaact to be able to go out there annnnd…dictate…companies build and do following things: We need much more testing, we need much more masking, we need mass more…we need gloves. I ast them east ta go…I ast the National Governors socation to…tha Governor Cuomo, and the ones on the li…to let us know, what their shortages are, what they anticipate…”

In case you are sitting there thinking, hey, I can’t be sure but I think he’s talking about doing exactly what the Trump administration has been doing, and we have stockpiles of all of those things all over the damn country now, well, you’re right.

There is not a shortage of masks – you can go to your damn local Kroger or CVS store and choose between about 6 dozen different sizes and styles of those things. Same with gloves. What we DO have a shortage of is Charmin, laundry sanitizer and Clorox wipes.

The very thought that we somehow need MORE testing is one of the most absurd things I’ve ever heard of. Folks, in Texas, where we are supposedly having a record surge in the number of “cases” of COVID, doctors are actively DISCOURAGING people from being tested unless they are showing symptoms. I have personally been in and out of the hospital twice since early September, and never had anyone even suggest that I be tested for the China Virus. I even asked both a doctor and a nurse about whether or not I would be tested while ensconced in my lovely hospital room, and both highly recommended against it.

But of course, Biden and his Deep State puppet masters want more testing because by doing more tests – that are maybe 50% accurate, by the way – they can keep the China Virus fear porn going in order to justify their ongoing efforts to destroy our economy and our society.

Every word this man gurgled and slurred during that 50 second clip was utterly false, at least to the extent that it could be understood.

This is the corrupt, pathological simpleton the deep state is about to install – their word, used consistently over the course of 2020 – as the next President of the United States of America. He’s a sock puppet, nothing more. He isn’t physically or mentally capable of being anything more than that.

Thursday News Roundup: Newsom Exposed and Cuomo Goes Completely off the Rails

Another big reversal in Wayne County, Michigan. – I discuss the latest reversal by the GOP members of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers elsewhere today. It’s potentially a big deal for a variety of reasons.

Hey, that’s totally believable. – A local TV station in Fulton County, Georgia reported yesterday that one precinct in Atlanta a reported turnout that was 3300% above the number of registered voters living there.

From our Department of Futile Gestures….

God Bless Jim Jordan, but even if San Fran Nan were inclined to worry about election integrity (she isn’t), she’d just put Pencil Neck Adam Schiff in charge of any such investigation so it could be falsified and buried. The House of Representatives has no productive role to play here.

Bring them all home, Mr. President. – Now that he has some loyal people installed at the Pentagon, President Trump is using what could become the final months of his presidency to bring America’s men and women back home from the senseless Middle East and North African wars his predecessors got them involved in over the past 32 years. After announcing such moves related to the 19 year war in Afghanistan and the 18 year war in Iraq, the President is now reportedly preparing to bring most of our people home from the festering hellhole that is Somalia.

From a report at Reuters:

President Donald Trump may withdraw nearly all U.S. troops from Somalia as part of a global pullback that includes reductions of forces in Afghanistan and Iraq, U.S. officials said on Tuesday.

The officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said nothing had been finalized and that no orders for Somalia have been received by the U.S. military. But there appeared to be a growing expectation that drawdown orders would be coming soon.

The Pentagon on Tuesday announced that Trump will reduce U.S. forces in Afghanistan from 4,500 to 2,500 by Jan. 15, just five days before his term ends, and cut U.S. forces in Iraq by 500 to the same level.

The United States has about 700 troops in Somalia focused on helping local forces defeat the al Qaeda-linked al Shabaab insurgency. The mission receives little attention in the United States but is considered a cornerstone of the Pentagon’s global efforts to combat al Qaeda.

Trump’s newly-installed acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller, a former Green Beret and counterterrorism official, is taking a hard look at Somalia and could opt for keeping a minimal presence there and stop relying on large deployments to combat al Shabaab.

[End]

If President Trump really wants to take this global, he should look at getting our remaining forces out of freaking Germany, where America has spent the last 75 years defending the country that started two World Wars from an “enemy” – the Soviet Union – that has not even existed for 30 long years now. Now, that would be a wonderful thing.

Cuomo goes completely off the rails. – Governor Andrew Cuomo held one of his Fidel Castro-like press events yesterday, ostensibly designed to provide the public with useful information and comfort about the draconian new shut-down restrictions he is imposing on them yet again.

Instead, the Central American dictator-in-training went completely off the rails, blaming his citizens for the problems with the China Virus, and haranguing one reporter who simply asked whether or not the state’s schools would be shut down.

Here are a couple of examples:

But Cuomo’s not the only despot-in-training. – Indeed, from New Jersey to Pennsylvania to Michigan to Nevada to California, the nation is filled to the gills with communist Democrat governors who are just itching for the chance to move to Honduras or Nicaragua and spend their lives issuing edicts depriving the masses of any human rights at all.

In California, Gavin Newsom continues to do his best imitation of Castro’s predecessor, the pompous and arrogant Fulgencio Batista, imposing dramatic restrictions on the masses while flaunting them in public. In the latest example of Newsom’s boundless hubris, he imposed new restrictions on the state’s restaurants and on Thanksgiving gatherings, then flew up to Napa for a ritzy, maskless, non-social distanced dinner at the fabulous French Laundry restaurant with a couple dozen of the state’s elite in celebration of some lobbyist’s birthday.

Photos show CA Gov Gavin Newsom without a mask at dinner | The Sacramento Bee

Astonishingly, two of the guests at the dinner were California Medical Assocation CEO Dustin Corcoran and CMA’s lobbyist Janus Norman.

You seriously could never make this stuff up in a million gazillion years, folks.

From a story at Politico:

California Medical Association officials were among the guests seated next to Gov. Gavin Newsom at a top California political operative’s opulent birthday dinner at the French Laundry restaurant this month.

CEO Dustin Corcoran and top CMA lobbyist Janus Norman both joined the dinner at the French Laundry, an elite Napa fine dining restaurant, to celebrate the 50th birthday of lobbyist and longtime Newsom adviser Jason Kinney, a representative of the powerful interest group confirmed Wednesday morning.

Both Norman and Corcoran are friends of Kinney, as is Newsom, who referred this week to his 20-year friendship with Kinney. In a photo obtained by Fox LA, Norman is clearly visible seated to Newsom’s left.

The presence of CMA brass could amplify criticisms of the dinner occurring despite coronavirus restrictions that have limited Californians’ movements and constrained businesses. While Newsom and Kinney’s lobbying firm have said the meal abided by public health rules, it has struck a chord with Californians who have assailed the upscale soiree as hypocritical as coronavirus cases surge.

The state has issued guidelines prohibiting more than three households from gathering privately — a limit clearly exceeded by the French Laundry dinner. However, the state has intentionally allowed restaurants to seat people from more than three households together.

[End]

Oh. I would feel sympathy for California’s masses, but hey, they voted for this jackass in overwhelming numbers. Or at least the state’s Democrat election officials told them they did.

Think about it.

Finally, if you think that mask is protecting you or anyone else, think again. – Check out the results of this massive Danish study on the efficacy of masks:

Fauci Won’t Stop Until Someone Stops Him

Get used to the new normal, folks. – Looking forward to getting rid of your masks and having the kids back in school once you’ve all been vaccinated? Not so fast, sez the little menace to society, Anthony Fauci.

Appearing on CNN – because of course he was appearing on CNN – Fauci told Jake Tapper that we’ll all just have to keep wearing those masks and doing that cute social distancing and pretending it all works for long after the vaccines have been made widely available.

From a piece at Breitbart:

National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director Dr. Anthony Fauci said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that it will still be necessary to social distance, wear masks after a coronavirus vaccine becomes available.

Jake Tapper said, “Once somebody has been immunized … Once the process is complete, does that mean they can take off their mask, don’t have to social distance, and go about their lives as before?”

Fauci said, “I would recommend that is not the case. I would recommend you have an added area of protection. Obviously, with 90 plus percent effective vaccine, you could feel much more confident, but I would recommend to people to not abandon all public health measures just because you’ve been vaccinated.”

[End]

You have to understand that, in Fauci’s demented mind, this is our “new normal,” one that should continue forever. This has been obvious since March. This is how this tiny little man derives his self-worth – determining how the lives of millions of Americans should be restricted every day. This is his base of power, and he will not be surrendering it voluntarily.

Let’s understand that he is advocating we continue into perpetuity tactics that have utterly failed to do anything real to contain this viral gift from China. The country is supposedly experiencing a new record number of “cases” despite the deployment of these very tactics across the country for months now. If these “case” numbers the media keeps pushing without fully explaining are in fact real, then we need new tactics, not a doubling down on the ones that have clearly failed us.

But success or failure doesn’t even factor into the Little Menace’s calculus: This is about control, pure and simple. It’s about Democrat politicians like Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, who ordered new lockdowns in her state over the weekend, being able to control her citizens and their personal behavior with the literal waive of a hand. It’s about Democrat governors in states like New York, California and Nevada being able to arbitrarily limit church attendance to no more than 10 people while they allow their strip clubs to reopen.

And it’s about Fauci being able to keep up his daily appearances on CNN and MSNBC, because when the lights on those cameras go on, he gets his endorphin rush.

He won’t stop until he is stopped. Does anyone really think Dementia Joe Biden will stop him?

And if you think all of this is just about containing a virus, well, think again:

It’s about global warming, and global economic challenges, and global social justice and global this and global that and, hey, wait – you thought the Biden campaign came up with that whole “Building Back Better” on their own? Hah.

Friday News Roundup: China Virus Propaganda and Democrat Election Fraud Proof Abounds

With Quid Pro China Joe and his fake Office of the President-elect now advocating a 6-week lockdown and shutdown of the entire U.S. economy, this seems a great time to remind everyone that today is Day 242 of Anthony Fauci’s “15 Days to Flatten the Curve” strategy implemented last March.

Yeah, let’s double down on that fiasco.

Today, we are being told that a national “mask mandate” would save 100,000 lives or more, not just by Biden people, but by Fauci and the snakes at the CDC. But my home state of Texas has been living under a mask mandate for the last five months, yet the number of new “cases” – a fake term with a constantly-shifting definition – has skyrocketed in recent weeks. The same story is true in many other states around the country.

Thus, what we are really being told by these corrupt puppets is that an utterly-failed strategy that has been in place for months will suddenly become successful and life-saving if only we make it a national mandate.

This is an utter, complete and blatantly transparent lie, just like pretty much everything else we have been told about this viral gift from China.

How reliable are those COVID tests? – Don’t ask me, ask Elon Musk:

Oh.

Meanwhile, Fredo’s big brother Andrew Cuomo comes out with this bit of propaganda, conveniently timed to support the Democrat Party’s effort to shut down Thanksgiving:

If you believe a word of this, you are a huge part of the problem in America today. Stop falling for Nazi-style propaganda, which is ALL THIS IS.

The only true things we have been told about this virus by government officials are:

– The virus is real;

– The virus is deadly;

– The virus is especially dangerous to certain specific groups of people in our society;

– The virus is not dangerous at all to about 90% of Americans;

Everything else we have been told, every “remedy” suggested by the Faucis and Birx’s of the world, has been nothing but Nazi-style propaganda aimed at implementing mass population control by despotic government authorities.

This will all only get worse in a Biden/Harris Harris/Biden administration.

God help us.

You want prima facia proof of massive voter fraud committed by Democrats?  – Take a look at this statistic from Georgia: In that state, right at 283,000 ballots only contained votes for the presidential race. Of that huge number of ballots, 99.993% were cast for Joe Biden.

That is a statistical impossibility, no more probable than the huge ballot dumps in Michigan and Wisconsin of 6,000 or 23,000 or 138,000 ballots ALL marked for Biden. The odds of any of these outcomes happening in the real world are in the trillions to 1 against their being legitimate.

In their recount and audit, Georgia officials should pay special attention to those 283,000 ballots.

This was not the victory you may think it was…yet. – In Pennsylvania, a state judge ruled in favor of the Trump campaign that Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar illegally extended the election deadline, but only related to one specific manner.

From a report at JustTheNews:

A Pennsylvania judge on Thursday ruled in favor of the Trump campaign, ordering that state election officials cannot count ballots that were cast provisionally by voters who did not have proof of identification and then subsequently failed to provide ID by Nov. 9.

Existing Pennsylvania law states voters have until six days after the election – in this case Nov. 9 – to “cure” problems with a ballot, including a lack of identification.

But just weeks before the election, the state’s Supreme Court ruled that mail-in ballots could be accepted up to three days after Election Day, or through Nov. 6. By then Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar – just two days before Election Day –announced that proof of ID could be provided up until Nov. 12.

The state judge ruled that Boockvar “lacked statutory authority” to make such a ruling.

[End]

Note that this specific decision will only impact a few thousand ballots.

Some blogs and fake news sites falsely reported that this decision means that all mail-in ballots postmarked within three days after Election Day would have to be tossed out, but it does not address that issue at all. That postmark deadline extension – in direct opposition to state law – was implemented via judicial fiat by the PA State Supreme Court, not by Boockvar.

The Trump Campaign has filed a separate lawsuit challenging that ruling, and that suit will almost certainly end up being decided by the U.S. Supreme Court. As a result of an earlier suit challenging that ruling, Boockvar and PA election officials were ordered by the U.S. Supreme Court to segregate all such ballots pending the election results and an ultimate decision on that legal question.

In a state in which Biden currently “leads” by 54,000 votes, there are reportedly several hundred thousand such ballots that stand at risk in this particular lawsuit, virtually all of which were ostensibly “cast” for Joe Biden. Obviously, the Supreme Court decision in this case could end up being decisive.

Are you really sure it is “muscle” she is applying? – I just want to congratulate whomever it is that runs the Twitter feed for @TheHill for coming up with this particular characterization of nature of the…ummmm…heft Stacy Abrams is applying to her voter fraud efforts in Georgia:

No, it doesn’t seem like “muscle” is at play here at all.

Our Leftist Dimwit of the Week award goes to this gal:

Where in the hell was this woman hiding throughout the general election, during which both Biden and Kamala Harris repeatedly promised to shut everything down on the pretense that it would somehow help with the China Virus? Good lord – how does this pathetic wretch get her socks on every morning? Does she even wear socks? Who cooks her meals and brushes her teeth for her?

Truly, it is absolutely impossible to underestimate the intelligence of the average leftist.

BREAKING: Biden’s Chief of Staff agrees that elections are rigged. – Great catch by Jordan Davidson at The Federalist yesterday:

Former Vice President Joe Biden’s new chief of staff pick claimed publicly that U.S. elections are rigged.

In 2014, Ronald Klain publicly replied in agreement with a tweet by Vox advertising an article headlined “68% of Americans think elections are rigged.” “That’s because they are,” he responded.

Klain’s comments echo Trump supporters and Republicans’ concerns about election integrity in the most recent election. Contrary to the narrative pushed by the left’s communications arm, the legacy media, fraud and election violations have been discovered in several key states including GeorgiaPennsylvaniaNevada, and Michigan. Some of this fraud has allegedly concerned tens of thousands of votes.

[End]

Wednesday News Roundup: Republicans Close Ranks Amid Overwhelming Democrat Election Fraud Evidence

This was the first thing that popped up on my Twitter feed when I logged in this morning:

So, the Russians have a 92% effective vaccine that surpasses even Pfizer’s 90% vaccine announced Monday morning. Sounds wonderful, right? Happy days are here again, folks! At least, that’s what the entirety of America’s corrupt news media disinformation monolith tells us.

But I can’t help having this nagging thought: How is it that, in just a few short months, these drug makers can develop such highly-effective vaccines against the China Virus, but in over a century of trying, they can’t produce a vaccine for the various strains of seasonal flu that is more than 20-40% effective? Why, it’s almost miraculous, isn’t it?

There’s an old saying that almost always proves to be right: If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

I’m sure glad the stock market is way up at the news of Pfizer’s new vaccine, but can’t help wondering how long that is all going to last.

Well, looky here: They called North Carolina for President Donald Trump. – So, what changed on Monday that led the corrupt news media monolith to call the state of North Carolina for the President?

Nothing. That’s right: Not a damn thing changed, including the vote count. But, early in the afternoon, the call went out anyway, awarding the state’s 15 electoral votes to President Trump.

Here’s what happened on MSNBC, when one of their field reporters saw the news come across on his I-Phone [please pardon the profanity]:

Yes, friend, that went out live and on the air at MSNBC. It was the only accurate thing aired on that channel all day long.

Wait, isn’t this a violation of the Logan Act? – Let’s never forget that the FBI framed General Mike Flynn and the Mueller Gestapo Gang spent the last four years persecuting him for making a single phone call to a Russian ambassador during an official transition period after his president-elect had been certified as the winner by the Electoral College.

Yesterday we found out that dementia China Traitor Joe Biden is out there doing what Gen. Flynn did despite the fact that he has NOT been declared as the winner of a single state in this election:

So, where’s the special counsel, Attorney General Barr? Why was doing this a crime in 2017, but is not a crime today? Did someone secretly change the law?

Yeah, we all know the answers to those questions. What a disgrace.

The Republicans are actually closing ranks. – As more and more overwhelming evidence of massive Democrat voter fraud continues to pile up, Republicans in congress and across the Trump Administration are closing ranks and supporting the real President and his contention that this thing is not over yet.

First, we had this from Sec. of State Mike Pompeo:

Then there was this from the Office of Management and Budget:

And there was this from Senator Ron Johnson:

How about this from Mitch McConnell:

Oh, hey, even Trey Trainor, the Chairman of the Federal Elections Commission, weighed in on Tuesday:

This is fantastic. Many other GOP members of congress have awakened now to their reality: This election was stolen, not just from President Trump, but also from senate candidate John James in Michigan and likely David Perdue in Georgia, who fell just short of the 50% of the vote he needed to avoid a runoff election in January.

They’re also waking up to the fact that, if they allow this election to be stolen, then we will never have a fair election in this country again. Because if the Democrats can get away with this once, they will simply keep on doing it.

Even Lindsey Graham has discarded his John McCain meat suit and begun to accept this reality, as reported by the Business Insider:

Lindsey Graham, the Senate Judiciary Committee chair who last week was re-elected the senator for South Carolina, told Fox News on Monday: “Networks that do polling that’s way off — we’re ought to call them into Congress and ask them how they do it.

“Mitch McConnell [Senate Majority Leader] and I need to come up with an oversight of mail-in balloting. If we don’t do something about voting by mail, we are going to lose the ability to elect a Republican in this country.”

In a different interview with Fox News last week, Graham urged Donald Trump not to concede the presidential election to Joe Biden, despite every media outlet confirming the latter as the projected winner, warning: “If Republicans don’t challenge and change the US election system, there will never be another Republican president elected again.”

[End]

Interestingly, Graham’s and McConnell’s comments came after McConnell had received visits from both AG Barr and CIA Director Gina Haspel. Not necessarily stating that those meetings were relevant to all of this election upheaval, but the timing sure as hell is interesting.

Meanwhile, the Democrats are reacting to all of this exactly as we would expect them to:

Democrats: We must unify as a nation!

Also Democrats:

Some things never change.

That is all.

Monday News Roundup: Fauci’s in Jeopardy and Trump Smeared for Planning to Declare Victory

The little societal menace may have finally gone too far. – At the last of his amazing five rallies yesterday, President Trump hinted that he might well be planning to finally, at long last rid us of the human pestilence that is Anthony Fauci.

From a report at the New York Post:

President Trump late Sunday night hinted that he may fire White House Coronavirus Task Force member Dr. Anthony Fauci after the election.

The president went on the riff while speaking about the pandemic during his fifth rally of the day in Opa-locka, Florida.

As Trump lamented news coverage of the virus, the crowd erupted into a “Fire Fauci” chant.

After the crowd simmered down, Trump said: “Don’t tell anybody, but let me wait till a little bit after the election.

“I appreciate the advice,” Trump said, to roaring cheers.

[End]

The President’s remarks came after the little menace to society had gone into full pro-Biden campaign mode in various interviews over the weekend, praising Creepy Joe McNastyFinger and telling one interviewer that the U.S. “is in for a world of hurt” this winter related to the China Virus. Given that, of course the President is considering ridding his administration of this attention-seeking creep who has been wrong about literally every aspect of this pandemic, and whose main core competency appears to be a singular talent for creating confusion by contradicting himself on a weekly basis.

Along with getting rid of Christopher Wray and Gina Haspel, sending Fauci out to pasture should be right at the top of President Trump’s post-election victory to-do list.

Speaking of Quid Pro China Traitor Joe… – Biden himself went into full pandering mode to Black voters while in Philadelphia on Sunday, resorting to all of the standard Democrat lies designed to frighten Black voters to get out to the polling places.

At one point, Biden, whose demented mind has always been an empty vessel waiting to be filled by the ideas of others, also slipped back into his standard plagiarist mode, channeling the ghost of Hillary Clinton:

Hey, at least Biden didn’t try to affect a cringe-worthy southern accent.

Notice that Delaware Blue Hens jacket Biden has on? The pathological liar told the crowd of half a dozen people that it was actually a Philadelphia Eagles jacket.

You seriously could never make this stuff up.

This is what is known as Nate Silver giving himself an out when Trump wins tomorrow. – Check out these comments from poll monkey Nate Silver, who is giving Biden an 88% chance of winning the Electoral College tomorrow:

Without Pennsylvania and its 20 electoral votes, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden will become “an underdog,” FiveThirtyEight founder and pollster Nate Silver said on Sunday.

Silver told ABC’s “This Week” that he thinks the 2020 election comes down to Pennsylvania.

“Pennsylvania has not bumped up to a seven or eight-point Biden lead, like we see in Michigan and Wisconsin,” he noted. He went on to say that “it’s not a big early voting state, so a lot of votes have not yet been cast in Pennsylvania.”

According to the FiveThirtyEight national polling average, with two days until Election Day, the former vice president was leading Trump by 8.5%.

As of Sunday, Biden leads Trump by 4.9% in Pennsylvania, according to FiveThirtyEight’s updating average of 2020 presidential general election polls, compared to a more sizeable lead of 8.4% in Michigan and 8.6% in Wisconsin.

[End]

Silver famously gave the Fainting Felon about a 90% chance of winning back in 2016. Obviously, he believes he needed to roll these comments out so he can say, “see? told you so” if Pennsylvania goes to the President one more time.

Silver is right about one thing, though: As this race is shaping up, it all will very likely come down to the Keystone State, which explains why both candidates have focused so much time and money there in the campaign’s closing days.

This might help. – The very liberal Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has not endorsed a Republican presidential nominee since Richard Nixon, who was running against the communist George McGovern in 1972. Well, given that the entire Democrat Party has gone full-on commie this year, that seems to be the magic bullet for the Post-Gazette’s editors, because they issued a hearty endorsement of President Donald Trump on Sunday. Here’s a clip:

Let’s look at the Trump record:

Under Donald Trump the economy, pre-COVID, boomed, like no time since the 1950s. Look at your 401(k) over the past three years.

Unemployment for Black Americans is lower than it has ever been, under any president of either party.

Under Mr. Trump, our trade relationships have vastly improved and our trade deals have been rewritten. Thanks to him, middle America is on the map again and the Appalachian and hourly worker has some hope.

Has Mr. Trump done enough for these struggling fellow citizens? No. But he recognized them. Maybe he was not articulate, but he recognized their pain.

No one ever asked the American people, or the people in “flyover,” country, if they wanted to send their jobs abroad — until Mr. Trump. He has moved the debate, in both parties, from free trade, totally unfettered, to managed, or fair, trade. He has put America first, just as he said he would.

He also kept his promise to appoint originalists to the Supreme Court of the United States. His third appointment, Amy Coney Barrett, is the best of all — a jurist whose mind and character and scholarship ARE first class. We hope she stands against both judicial and executive excess.

Finally, let’s talk about one of the most important concerns in this region — energy. Under Mr. Trump the United States achieved energy independence for the first time in the lifetimes of most of us. Where would Western Pennsylvania be without the Shell Petrochemical Complex (the “cracker plant”)?

Donald Trump is not Churchill, to be sure, but he gets things done.

[End]

That’s pretty good, coming from a bunch of leftwing nitwits.

Endorsements don’t generally mean much, but the one exception to that rule can be when said endorsement is a departure from the norm. Face it: Everyone knew the New York Times and Washington Post would line up to goose-step along with Biden and his commie hordes. That was a given. Everyone knew that the editors of the Wall Street Journal would faithfully endorse the President. There could be no doubt.

But everyone assumed that the Post-Gazette editorial board would also goose-step along with their comrades at the Times and the Post. That they chose instead to actually give the matter some real, honest thought is a real credit to their journalistic curiosity and a true service to their readers.

Good for them.

In other news, President Trump is now being smeared for planning to declare victory if it is apparent that he has won. – That pre-emptive smear comes from reliable old Jonathan Swan at the DNC bullhorn Axios, in a hit piece based on nothing but the claims of anonymous sources.

Here’s a clip:

President Trump has told confidants he’ll declare victory on Tuesday night if it looks like he’s “ahead,” according to three sources familiar with his private comments. That’s even if the Electoral College outcome still hinges on large numbers of uncounted votes in key states like Pennsylvania.

The latest: Speaking to reporters on Sunday evening, Trump denied that he would declare victory prematurely, before adding, “I think it’s a terrible thing when ballots can be collected after an election. I think it’s a terrible thing when states are allowed to tabulate ballots for a long period of time after the election is over.”

  • He continued: “I think it’s terrible that we can’t know the results of an election the night of the election. … We’re going to go in the night of, as soon as that election’s over, we’re going in with our lawyers.”
  • “We don’t want to have Pennsylvania, where you have a political governor, a very partisan guy. … We don’t want to be in a position where he’s allowed, every day, to watch ballots come in. See if we can only find 10,000 more ballots.”

Behind the scenes: Trump has privately talked through this scenario in some detail in the last few weeks, describing plans to walk up to a podium on election night and declare he has won.

[End]

So, what we see Swan doing here is setting the table for a refusal by the corrupt news media to properly call states for President Trump when it becomes obvious he has won them on Tuesday night, a clear departure from what they have always done in the past. It has been obvious that this has been the joint media/Democrat plan for months now, a plan clearly designed to create as much confusion and uproar as possible to help facilitate effort by the Democrats to steal the election in places like Pennsylvania, Florida and Arizona in the days following November 3.

Let’s say that it becomes obvious to the President that he has won more than 269 electoral votes at some point Tuesday night: Why in that instance would he not take to the podium and declare victory, regardless of whether or not the AP or any of the TV networks and cable channels agree?

Swan appears to believe that the media gets to declare who is and is not the winner, but that is nonsense. Nowhere in our Constitution is any mention made of a role for the media in determining the formal outcome of any election.

If the President is told by his staff that he has won on Tuesday night, then he should definitely declare that victory, and then send in his army of lawyers to monitor Democrat voter fraud efforts that will inevitably take place in places like Philadelphia and Broward County, Florida. The media has no say in any of this.

That is all.

Friday News Roundup: Why Donald Trump Will be a Two-Term President **UPDATED**

Note to Joe: When you’re bitching about the size of the other guy’s crowd, you’re behind. – Creepy Uncle Quid Pro China Traitor Joe Biden is so concerned about the size and number of Trump rallies that yesterday he accused the President and his rallies of being “super-spreader events” for the China Virus. That accusation comes without a shred of evidence of being true, of course, but no U.S. media outlet would dare to point that truth out. Because objective truth is anathema to our Nazi-style media/propaganda establishment these days.

But Trump supporters should rejoice in Biden’s complaint, because if you’re complaining about the size of the other guy’s crowds while speaking to a near-empty parking lot with maybe 50 cars in it while he’s speaking to a rally of 15,000 people in the very same city you’re in, that is a great indicator that you are losing.

Creepy Uncle McWifeMolester is, of course, going all-in on joining the corrupt news media in spreading China Virus fear porn as a last resort to stem the Trump-led Red Tide in key battleground states. Because, in reality, that is all he has left.

Yesterday’s incredible report that 3rd Quarter U.S. economic growth came in at a staggering 33% puts the lie to Biden’s false claims about Trump’s economic record, proving conclusively that America is indeed in the midst of the V-shaped recovery the President promised despite the best efforts of communist Democrat governors to create a massive economic depression. The signing of peace deals with Israel by four different Arab states in the Middle East with several more poised to do the same soon demonstrates that the Trump foreign policy is causing peace to break out all over in regions where the Obama/Biden Administration had done nothing but actively foment more conflict.

As this campaign winds down, Traitor Joe is plumb out of ammunition, and coronavirus fear porn is all he’s got.

Glorious.

Huge decision in Minnesota. – In a 2-1 ruling, the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ordered yesterday that all mail-in ballots received after 8 p.m. on Election Day be set aside, setting the stage for a potential legal battle after the election. The order stopped short of a final determination on the validity of the post-Election Day ballots, but the order to segregate them potentially indicates the direction in which the 8th Circuit is inclined to rule.

And here’s the thing: if the 8th Circuit rules for the Democrats and their vote-stealing plans, we now have a valid 5-4 majority on the Supreme Court poised to reverse it.

This new reality set Amy Klobuchar off into a panic:

Awesome.

Early voting trends continue to move in Trump’s favor. – In addition to the great early voting news coming out of the key states of Florida, North Carolina and others, Larry Schweikart cited a new, potentially consequential trend taking hold in Virginia, Arizona and Colorado yesterday:

**UPDATE** Oh, my, oh, my, oh, my, my, my – this trend is also happening in a very big way in…wait for it…NEW MEXICO:

Holy smokes.

This all supports my theory that America is about to experience what its first “outrage election” looks like. One of the main demographic groups that has failed in the past to turn out in big numbers is the white, non-college educated, lower-to-middle-class voter. Especially the men in that group.

This was the demographic that did show up in big numbers for Trump in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania in 2016, and they essentially were the difference in the entire election. Now, we appear to be seeing this same demographic of voters, disenchanted by the media/Democrat propaganda merchants calling them all racists for years now, sick of being lectured by multi-millionaire athletes like Lebron James about the ‘white privilege’ they have never personally experienced in their own lives, and outraged by all the riots and street violence they have witnessed on their televisions over the past 5 months, apparently now quietly coming out to vote en masse to express their displeasure with our culture’s prevailing status quo.

If we all wake up next Wednesday to the news that President Trump has scored upset wins in Colorado and/or Virginia (he was always going to win Arizona), we will likely see evidence of this great “silent majority” everyone’s been speculating about.

This is a very big deal, as Larry pointed out:

New Trafalgar polls show Trump momentum in key swing states. – Regarding Larry’s last question up there, as far as I can tell, this higher-than-normal turnout among white, working class voters is not a trend that any pollster, not even the Trafalgar Group, has made a point of trying to capture. Which is in part why the new swing state polling released by Trafalgar on Tuesday is so incredibly encouraging.

Here are those new polls:

In Michigan, Trump leads by 2.5%:

In Nevada, Trump trails by just 2.3% and the gap is narrowing:

Trump now leads by 2.7% in Florida:

Biden leads by just 3.2% in the very, very Blue state of Minnesota:

Trump trails by just .4% in Wisconsin:

And finally, Trump leads by .8% in the most critical state, Pennsylvania:

All of the momentum and every key indicator outside of the corrupt, media-sponsored polls is behind President Trump in this election.

I’ve told you since Day 1 that Donald Trump would serve two consecutive terms in office, and I see no reason to revise that prediction today.

Glorious.

That is all.

Monday News Roundup: President Trump Must Boycott the Final Debate

At 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning, Joe Biden’s elder-abusing handlers called a “lid.” So, what’s new, you ask? Well, the “lid” is going to last until the final debate, scheduled for Thursday, October 22.

That’s right: The Democrat Party’s Unfrozen Caveman Candidate, plagued by dementia and scandal, is currently in the midst of a four-day “lid” just two weeks away from Election Day.

It’s the campaign that never was.

Meanwhile, while Creepy Uncle McWifeMolester was holed up in his basement hooked up to his handy IV, President Donald Trump campaigned in Nevada and California, where he drew massive crowds like this one just for driving down the street:

That’s in California, folks, the state in which Biden supposedly leads President Trump by 34 points in the media-sponsored polls. But you’re expected to believe without critical thought or comment that the man who draws crowds like this one everywhere he goes in this country is losing to the guy who regularly speaks to empty parking lots and junior high gymnasiums.

Yeah, that’s not happening.

Meanwhile, this is the caliber of person Quid Pro China Joe is sending out to represent him on the airwaves. – Watch as Fox News’s Leland Vittert, a rank Trump-hating liberal, eviscerates Biden surrogate Jenna Arnold about the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop on Sunday:

And there you have the real reason why Biden is going to spend the next four days hiding in his basement: His campaign has no earthly idea what to say about the graft and corruption already reported by the New York Post and Fox News, and Biden’s people know there is much, much more to come from that apparent treasure trove of depravity and crime.

Even worse, Biden’s corrupt toadies in the mainstream news media are also at a loss about how to defend their man on this, and have now decided to simply try to change the subject back to fear porn about the China Virus. Yes, friends, we are back to all China Virus all the time in our national and local news casts, with the focus being on a rising level of new “cases” because the death rate just keeps dropping, a fact that most Americans would applaud but the media hates because it is inconvenient to their preferred narrative.

If you believe that sudden, coordinated shift in focus by every media outlet in America is just the natural result of good news work, you may be extremely naïve. Perhaps fatally so.

All of which finally brings me to the point of this piece, which is that the President must boycott Thursday’s last debate. He must do this for several reasons:

First, the playing field for this debate is stacked against him to the point of abject absurdity. The “moderator,” NBC White House fake reporter Kristen Welker, is a lifelong Democrat whose parents have given tens of thousands of dollars to the Biden/Obama campaigns. She is one of the most ridiculously hostile and vapid members of the White House press corps, and the President should not legitimize her as a professional by allowing her to interrogate him and constantly interrupt him on Thursday.

The White House press corps should be abandoned and banned from the White House grounds as the enemies of the people that they are, not treated as if they were actual journalists.

Second, Welker’s chosen topics for this debate read like they were written for her by the Biden/Harris Harris/Biden campaign, which they probably were, come to think of it. Not a single question about the economy? Nothing on immigration? Nothing on the historic outbreak of Trump-brokered Middle East peace deals that have now seen him receive three Nobel Peace Prize nominations?

But Welker does plan to spend 10-15 minutes on “Climate Change” so she can pontificate about ‘science’ and stuff. Even worse, you know she will not spend one second demanding that Biden explain the influence racket he and his son were running out of the U.S. Naval Observatory while serving as Vice President.

Again, this approach is not something President Trump or any Republican should spend a single moment legitimizing with his presence.

Finally, the Commission on Presidential Debates needs to be blown up into a million pieces and scattered to the winds, and that has never been more obvious than it has become this year. The uniformly anti-Trump, anti-conservative, anti-Republican selections of “moderators” for this year’s debates is not really anything new, but the intensity of their obvious bias and hatred has risen to new heights.

Think about it: the Commission was so focused on tilting the playing field against the sitting POTUS that it selected one moderator who is actually a former intern for Biden. That moderator, C-Span’s Steve Scully, was so biased and dishonest that he literally disqualified himself and was suspended from his job for publicly lying to the country about his efforts to tilt the second debate.

Chris Wallace was so openly hostile to the President during the first debate that he actually spent more time debating Trump than Biden did. And now, President Trump is expected to just show up on Thursday and pretend that the Commission’s third selected Democrat activist, Welker, is somehow legitimate?

No. No, Mr. President, you must not do this. This farce, this DC Swamp Kabuki Theater pretense must come to an end. The feckless, useless Republican National Committee has allowed it to exist and demean its candidates for far, far too long.

This process must be destroyed for the good of this country, and if Donald Trump won’t do what is needed to achieve that goal, then who ever will?

The Commission on Presidential Debates must be destroyed. The time to do it is now. Just schedule a rally in Minnesota or Wisconsin or Pennsylvania for Thursday night and stop pretending any of this is legitimate.

Enough of this nonsense.

That is all.

Sunday News Roundup: The Media’s Odd QAnon Obsession and Chris Wray Gets Another Letter

I’m old enough to remember when Saturday Night Live and Jim Carrey were both funny. It doesn’t seem like that long ago. Oh, well.

CNN continues the media’s weird obsession with QAnon. – This has been the strangest part of the entire year in 2020, and that’s saying a ton. The media’s obsession with QAnon, a web-based loose association of people who believe in a bunch of stuff that no one can really describe and that only a tiny fraction of 1% of Americans have even heard of, is truly stunning and frankly inexplicable by any real journalistic practice.

Literally every major mainstream media outlet has done multiple major expose’s on this topic, attempting to portray the completely peaceful group as some sort of existential threat to America. As I noted on Thursday, Savannah Guthrie is so consumed by QAnon that she actually led off President Trump’s townhall on NBC Wednesday night with a demand that he condemn the group. 99% of viewers no doubt looked at their spouses and said, “what in the hell is a QAnon?” when Guthrie went into her vicious diatribe on the subject.

The only way to rationalize all of this attention on such a “nobody in the country gives a damn” subject is that it must be an enormous topic of discussion at all the right DC Swamp and Upper East Side dinner parties. Because virtually no one outside of the Washington DC/New York City media/Democrat propaganda bubble knows anything about it.

Think about it: Has the clerk at your local grocery store or barista at your favorite coffee shop ever struck up a conversation with you by asking, “So, what do you think about that whole QAnon deal, huh?” Yeah, that’s not happening. Not at all. Not anywhere.

Anyway, CNN has yet another long, tedious story about the group today, and maybe you should go read it if you have any interest in it. I really don’t, but it is just extraordinary how this media obsession with such a non-issue continues. I made it down to the sub-header that reads “QAnon only hurts people; it has helped nobody,” and realized I just couldn’t stomach the rest.

Bottom line here: CNN and the rest of the news media must be terribly worried about the pro-Trump, anti-pedophilia message coming from QAnon; otherwise, it is impossible to explain the level of uniformly negative attention they have given to this obscure group throughout 2020.

Director Wray! Paging Director Christopher Wray! – Senator Ron Johnson, Chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, lobbed a new letter into the Hoover Building, which serves as the headquarters for America’s dumpster fire FBI. The letter, co-signed by Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley, demands that Wray stop withholding key materials from the committee that are in his possession.

Coming as it does barely two weeks prior to Election Day, when Wray is praying Joe Biden will win and thus emancipate him from having to follow the law in any way, shape or form, I’m guessing the new missive from these two senators was immediately filed away in Wray’s enormous dumpster for the next round of burning.

And now we know why Facebook’s “policy” is very simple: Protect Joe Biden. – From our “you could never make this stuff up, folks” file comes the news that Joe Biden’s former “special policy advisor” for the Ukraine, a woman named Anna Makanju, is now a senior executive at Facebook who leads the social media monopoly’s efforts to “ensure election integrity on the platform.”

Oh.

See? I told you. You just could never make this stuff up.

Does this seem weird to you? Because it seems weird to me. – Thousands of women gathered in Washington DC on Saturday for another depraved “Women’s March.” The reason for their event? Why, to protest the elevation of a … wait for it … WOMAN, Amy Coney Barrett, to the Supreme Court.

Again, you could never make this stuff up.

By the way, here’s a photo of the event:

Hundreds protest nomination of Amy Coney Barrett in Washington DC

Oddly, no one in the corrupt news media who invariably complain about the lack of “social distancing” at Trump rallies uttered a peep in protest of this event. Nor did our little societal menace, Anthony Fauci, have any negative words to say about it, although he will tell you you can’t have your kids go trick or treating or have your family over for Thanksgiving this year.

But hey, Fauci’s just another Democrat, and thus a lying hypocrite, something we’ve known all along.

Speaking of lying hypocrites, how about the folks at the World Health Organization? – The chart below shows the WHO’s alleged count of seasonal flu cases from the first of April through the end of September during both 2019 and 2020:

Do you see anything that strikes you as just a bit odd about that 2020 chart, as compared to 2019, which was a pretty normal year for influenza? I mean, if you aren’t Anthony Fauci trying to be a menace to American society, that is.

Doesn’t it strike you as odd that the WHO is claiming that the entire world has seen virtually ZERO cases of seasonal flu since last April? I mean, the bars are barely visible there.

Do you really believe that this year, the seasonal flu has gone pretty much completely dormant? Or do you suppose that it is far more likely that that all of the seasonal flu cases are suddenly being classified as “COVID-19” for political reasons?

This really isn’t hard, folks. You are being brainwashed to continue to accept Fauci’s edicts into perpetuity. If you think this is all going just go away once we have a vaccine available, you haven’t been paying attention to what has been happening thus far related to this virus and the media/Democrat propaganda surrounding it.

Pay attention. Let your kids go trick or treating, for gosh sakes. Have your family over for Thanksgiving. Give Fauci the finger and live your lives like Americans.

That is all.

Biden Masks His Court Packing Position With Lies

Who gets away with this? – Why, any Democrat gets away with it, that’s who:

Yes, friends, you don’t deserve to know what Joe Biden’s position on packing the Supreme Court is before you go vote in this election. You don’t have to believe me or anyone else, the candidate himself just told you that. It’s like Nancy Pelosi and the whole Obamacare deal, when she said that neither Americans nor members of congress needed to know what was in the 2,000 page bill before congress voted on it: “We’ll have to pass the bill to see what’s in it.”

As always, the contempt for the average American held by Democrat politicians is brutally stunning. But it’s nothing new: The only difference between now and 50 years ago is that the politicians no longer make any effort to hide it.

Look, there is no mystery here: Biden’s refusal to answer the question simply means that he is going to pack the court if he is elected. If he weren’t in favor of doing so, he would answer the question. This is not hard.

In order to justify that position, Biden and his supporters in and out of the corrupt news media have now taken to accusing the Republicans and President Trump of “packing the courts” by confirming so many federal judges over the past few years and by pushing the nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the Supreme Court. Never mind that what the GOP has achieved since 2017 is thanks to the fact that the voters, in fair and free elections, chose to award the Party control of both the presidency and the U.S. Senate.  President Trump’s and Mitch McConnell’s focus on nominating and confirming judges using the process laid out in the Constitution is now being portrayed somehow nefarious in and unfair.

Dan Rather, the guy who literally invented the entire model for “fake news” in the 2004 campaign, tweeted his support for this utterly dishonest line of though on Saturday, and Senate Ted Cruz had a great reply:

You just could never make this stuff up.

Meanwhile, Biden has to have help from his staff to even know which way to exit a podium:

That was after making yet another teleprompter speech to a pretend audience, during which he misread his staff-dictated position on the minimum wage. The Unfrozen Caveman Candidate said he wanted to require a minimum wage of “15 million dollars an hour” rather than $15 per hour.

Personally, I’ll take the $15 million an hour and retire now.

Interestingly, Biden also made this particular speech without wearing a mask as a virtue signal. It remains a mystery how his staff determines whether or not he should wear a mask at any given dictated speech before any given pretend audience.

Obviously, since there is never a real audience consisting of more than 5-8 people, there’s never a valid reason for him to have one on, but he wears one about 70% of the time, apparently purely as a virtue signal to all the suburban housewife Karens out there. Naturally, no one in the pack of incurious sheep who follow him around as his pretend “press corps” has ever had the intellectual curiosity to ask the simple question: How is this determination made? What are the criteria?

Is it purely based on the polling data of the moment? Is there some preset threshold of mask polling support that must be met in order for the candidate to don the mask, and if said support falls below that threshold, he doesn’t wear it?

Given that Democrats make literally every decision they make based on polling and focus group data, this seems most likely. But, just as with Biden/Harris Harris/Biden’s position on packing the courts, the corrupt news media lacks the institutional and personal integrity to do its job and obtain real answers.

Because that is who these corrupt fake journalists are, and it is what they do in today’s America.

Thursday News Roundup: Trump is NOT Doing a “Virtual Debate”

So, who won last night’s debate in the only measure that matters – public opinion? – The Drudge Report’s snap poll following the debate showed Vice President Mike Pence destroyed Kamala Harris by a 69-31 margin. Yikes.

Image

A similar poll conducted by the Spanish language station Telemundo arrived at an even more-lopsided 76-23 edge for the VEEP:

Mercy.

Thus, because of this very fact that Pence scored a lopsided shellacking of his sneering Valley Girl opponent, the New York Times, CNN and all the other corrupt news outlets are focusing their post-debate coverage this morning on two brief outtakes:

  1. When a fly landed on Pence’s head for a moment; and
  2. When Harris said to Pence “Mr. Vice President, I’m speaking” at a point in time in which Pence had not even interrupted her.

That’s it. That is all you are going to see and hear talked about related to this debate in the corrupt mainstream news media today. Had their girl had a good night, we’d be hearing about all the debate points she scored. Trouble is, she didn’t score any points.

Thus, flies and feigned indignation it is.

So. Damn. Tiresome.

Remember, though, that Kamala Harris is the Democrat Party’s de facto presidential candidate. – No one, not even in the Democrat Party’s leadership, expects Joe Biden to remain in office for long should he win this election. Harris was the Obama faction’s favored candidate going into this election cycle, and she was hand-chosen to become Biden’s successor-in-waiting for that very reason after her own campaign for the party’s nomination crashed and burned.

If you’ve been wondering why last night was basically the first thing you have seen from Harris during the general election campaign, there’s a good reason for that. Everyone in the Democrat Party understands that she is an awful candidate who turns off everyone with whom she comes into contact. The reactions by viewers to what they saw last night as measured by those two snap polls did not surprise anyone, which is why corrupt news outlets like CNN and the Times were so prepared to leap into the lurch and try to defend her and push the DNC’s preferred narrative.

With nothing real and positive to point to in terms of Harris’s performance, they rely on these silly deflections instead.

Again, very tiresome, but utterly unsurprising.

On the whole “I’m speaking, Mr. Vice President” thing… – Why is it that feminists are all about strong women being able to stand and compete on exactly the same platform and rules as any man, until there’s a debate, when they pretend that any effort by the man to engage in some real back-and-forth with the woman is somehow “mansplaining” or bullying?

This is an incredibly sexist allegation, not towards Pence, but towards Harris, because the pretense is that, because she’s a woman, she is immune from being questioned during a debate by her opponent. Pence was simply attempting to engage with Harris as he would try to engage with a male opponent, which was exactly what leftist “feminism” pretends to be all about.

But when politics come into play, it is not about that, not at all, not even a little bit.

What made last night’s episode even worse is that Harris, being fully aware of the double-standard her media pals would impose on Pence, chose to play into it by pretending to be offended by his non-interruption. If anything, she may be an even more off-putting candidate than Hillary Clinton was, which again explains why the DNC and Biden campaign have striven so hard to keep her under wraps.

A virtual debate? Isn’t that what they all are? – News broke last night that the next presidential debate will be one of the “virtual” variety, causing the initial question of “so, what will be different?” I mean, we haven’t had a real debate between presidential candidates in this country since 1860.

The difference with this next one will, of course, be technological: Due to the President’s positive test for the China Virus, the Biden camp has insisted that it be held via Zoom or some such platform. From a story at the Washington Examiner:

“The second presidential debate will take the form of a town meeting, in which the candidates would participate from separate remote locations,” the Commission on Presidential Debates said in a statement Thursday morning about the Oct. 15 event.

The change in format, made “in order to protect the health and safety of all involved with the second presidential debate,” follows the president testing positive for the coronavirus last week just two days after he debated the Democratic presidential nominee, potentially exposing Biden to the virus.

“The town meeting participants and the moderator, Steve Scully, Senior Executive Producer & Political Editor, C-SPAN Networks, will be located at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County in Miami, Florida. The White House Pool will provide coverage of the second presidential debate,” the commission said.

Earlier this week, Biden said that the debate should not be held if Trump still has the virus.

[End]

*sigh*

But wait, President Trump has not agreed to that change! – As I was typing the above, President Trump, during an interview with Maria Bartiromo, just said this:

“I heard that the commission a while ago changed debate style, and that is not acceptable to us,” Trump said. He added, “I’m not going to do a virtual debate.”

Bartiromo then followed up to make sure she had heard correctly:

“I’m not going to waste my time on a virtual debate,” Trump responded. “That’s not what debating is all about. You sit behind a computer and do a debate. It’s ridiculous.”

Hey, maybe the Commission on Presidential Debates – which needs to be completely blown into a million pieces and scattered to the winds – ought to check with both campaigns before issuing statements about format changes.

Seems like a sound business practice, anyway.

That is all.

Trump Goes Home – Democrats, Media Hardest Hit

At about 3:00 p.m. ET, President Donald Trump sent out this tweet:

Meanwhile, his doctor, White House Physician Sean Conley, sent the media into yet another rage by refusing to let them nitpick every tiny detail of the President’s condition and treatment regime over the past four days. Especially galling to the corrupt reporters is the fact that Conley won’t tell them when the President was first diagnosed.

From a typically pedantic story at The Hill:

White House physician Sean Conley on Monday ducked repeated questions from reporters about President Trump‘s health and the timeline of his COVID-19 infection, even as he insisted the president is well enough to leave the hospital and return to the White House.

Conley, who has come under scrutiny for offering conflicting statements about the president’s health in recent days, briefed reporters hours before Trump is expected to depart Walter Reed hospital, where he’s been treated for the virus for three days.

Conley noticeably refused to answer multiple questions about when Trump last tested negative for the virus, something White House officials have similarly declined to share in recent days.

“I don’t want to go backwards. The contact tracing as I understand is being done,” Conley said.

Pressed again on why he would not disclose when Trump last tested negative, Conley smiled, saying “everyone wants that.”

[End]

Conley also issued this warning to the media and their clients at the DNC:

Hilarious. The more we see of Dr. Conley and the obvious contempt he holds for the media jackals who infest the White House press corps, the more absolutely loveable he becomes.

The media’s collective behavior since last Friday has been about the sorriest episode the U.S. press establishment has ever exhibited. Hysterical, deceptive, rumor-mongering and active wishing for a sitting President to die: That is what America has received from this dead profession for the last 96 hours.

It’s an utter disgrace, but that is just who these people are.

Welcome back to the White House, Mr. President, and congratulations for kicking COVID in its’ sorry ass.

Monday News Roundup: Trump’s Good Health Throws the Media Into Fits of Hysteria

The President trolls the media in a black SUV. – Had Barack Obama done the exact same thing, the nation’s corrupt news media would have nominated him for sainthood. Ok, they did that during his 2008 campaign, but still, you get the point and cannot deny that it is true.

Sunday evening, in a gesture of thanks to the thousands of his supporters who have spent the last 3 days in a vigil in support for his and the First Lady’s health, President Donald Trump took a ride in one of his black Suburbans around the perimeter of Walter Reed Hospital so that he could wave and give a thumb’s up to the crowds.

Naturally, the corrupt news media went absolutely berserk, falsely claiming variously that the President was never sick, that his car ride endangered Secret Service agents who are in his presence almost 100% of the time and just generally behaving like the sub-human pack of animals they have become. I didn’t see anyone in the media condemn the President because his SUV’s emissions are melting Greenland, but you know they were thinking it.

This is, of course, exactly the reaction by the media the President knew this SUV tour would create.

These people are the slowest learners on earth.

He just won’t die or resign like they demand that he do. – That SUV tour came on the heels of a news conference held by President Trump’s medical team, during which they informed an incredibly distraught press corps that the President was doing fine, had had no fever since Friday, and would soon be released to go back to the White House, possibly as soon as today.

Oh, my. Sunday was a truly awful day for the Democrats and their media toadies.

Thus, the same group of corrupt fake journalists who on Friday were speculating with great glee that the President could die and that his hospitalization means that this campaign is basically over were by Sunday evening left to deal with the forlorn reality that this entire episode was in fact just another blip on the screen and that the President of the United States who they all want to see dead will in fact live on to fight it out through November 3.

Glorious.

Image

Ok, this is from CNN, so take it for what it’s worth…CNN is reporting, based solely on “sources with knowledge of the situation,” that the President his hot, hot, hot at Chief of Staff Mark Meadows over his Saturday stunt. Immediately after President Trump’s doctors had reassured the drooling press corps that the POTUS was in fine health, and had basically never been in any mortal danger, Meadows apparently told some reporters that his vital signs had been “very concerning” on Friday and that he was still at that point not on “a clear path to a full recovery.”

What motivated Meadows to make those statements is anyone’s guess, but they obviously created an uproar in the media and undercut the credibility of the President’s medical staff. Thus, while any report by CNN is certainly suspect, this one at least appears to be believable.

Meanwhile, at the Campaign That Never Was… – Creepy Uncle Quid Pro China Joe Biden called a lid for the day at 9:16 Sunday morning so that he could remain hooked up to his IV, but that did not stop his wife Jill from spending about 15 minutes at a food pantry and fondling a gigantic eggplant:

Image may contain: one or more people

Hey, at least she wasn’t fondling someone else’s spouse or child like her demented husband would have certainly been doing. Naturally, CNN and MSNBC gave this event huge, glowing coverage.

You just could never make this stuff up.

De Blasio stamping out all signs of economic life. – New York City has already lost more than 4,000 restaurants and cafes to the brutally unconstitutional edicts of Mayor Bill de Blasio, and he’s going after the rest of those who are barely hanging on this week. NBC News 4 in New York City reported yesterday that the sadistic Marxist Mayor will now order all “non-essential” businesses to yet again shutter their windows and doors this Wednesday in his latest effort to kill the Big Apple dead.

An excerpt from that story:

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio says all non-essential businesses, public and private schools will close Wednesday in nine zip codes in Brooklyn and Queens, if approved by the state, after reporting coronavirus cases above a 3 percent positivity rate for at least seven consecutive days.

The closures would impact roughly half a million people in the following zip codes: 11691 (Edgemere/Far Rockaway), 11219 (Borough Park), 11223 (Gravesend/Homecrest), 11230 (Midwood), 11204 (Bensonhurt/Mapleton), 11210 (Flatlands/Midwood), 11229 (Gerritsen Beach/Homecrest/Sheepshead Bay), 11415 (Kew Gardens), 11367 (Kew Gardens Hills/Pomonok).

Within those nine zip codes, the mayor says approximately 100 public and 200 non-public schools would be closed. Students in the identified zip codes would be allowed to return to their schools on Monday and Tuesday to meet with teachers and plan for a school-wide return to remote learning.

[End]

Hey, here’s a pure coincidence I’m sure: Borough Park  and Bensonhurst just happen to be two of the city’s traditionally-Jewish neighborhoods. Surely this is not a continuation of the Marxist buffoon’s systematic targeting of the city’s Jewish population throughout this pandemic, right?

Sure.

Again, as we have noted many times throughout our nation’s insane response to this viral gift from China, there is not a shred of science, not an ounce of data that would even imply that draconian business and school closings do a damn thing to slow the spread of this virus. None. In fact, although the corrupt media put an embargo on reporting on it, the vast majority of NYC cases occur among shut-ins who have not ventured out into public.

This is simply the latest effort by this raving lunatic to destroy his city. If Andrew Cuomo had a lick of personal integrity he would step in and remove de Blasio from his office before he reaches that goal.

Hah. Silly me for using “Andrew Cuomo” and “personal integrity” in the same sentence.

Saturday News Roundup: Democrats and Their Media Agents Just Keep Ramping up the Depravity

Every time you think they simply cannot become more despicable and depraved than they already are, Democrats and their media toadies go and fool you. – Here is what CNN’s resident pea hen Jim Acosta tweeted after President Trump left the White House for Walter Reed Hospital last night:

Appearing on CNN’s air later in the day, Acosta complained that the President did not stop even though he shouted a couple of questions to him, lamenting that “all we got was a thumb’s up.”

Now, imagine if President Trump, reportedly suffering from chills and a fever related to the China Virus, had stopped to take questions from Acosta and his depraved colleagues. What do you think Acosta would have tweeted had that happened?

Here’s a pretty good guess:

“Trump endangers press corps by standing close so he can hear our questions, even though he is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.”

You know I’m right.

The Democrat plan to steal the election via ballot harvesting and mail-in voter fraud is falling apart. – Our good friend and frequent contributor Larry Schweikart tweeted this good news out late on Friday:

“The 11th Circuit, thanks to two Trump SCOTUS shortlisters–Britt Grant & Barbara Lagoa–overturned an injunction that would’ve required Georgia to accept ballots 3 days after Election Day if postmarked by 11/3. Now ballots must *arrive* by Election Day.”

Thus, Democrat activists will not be able to wait and see how big a margin President Trump and other Republican candidates roll up on Election Day so they can know how many fake mail-in ballots they need to manufacture to make Biden/Harris Harris/Biden the “winner” a week or two later. This decision comes on the heels of victories in 5 other states this past week on similar questions: Iowa, Ohio, Maine, New Hampshire and Arizona. All potential swing states.

However, more work remains to be done in three other key swing states: Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. Democrat governors and secretaries of state in those states have all attempted to implement new rules to allow vote harvesting and the counting of late ballots in direct conflict with existing state statutes. It is vitally important that these efforts to steal the election be turned back as well, and this week’s winning streak is very encouraging.

Speaking of great court decisions… – A constitutional crisis could be brewing in the State of Michigan, where Generalissimo Gretchen Whitmer and her patently unconstitutional China Virus orders got poured out by the state’s Supreme Court on Friday.

From a story at the New York Post:

Michigan’s highest court confirmed in a landmark decision Friday that Gov. Gretchen Whitmer had overstepped her authority by repeatedly issuing emergency COVID-19 declarations without ever getting the approval of state lawmakers.

In a narrow, 4-3 vote, the court held that Whitmer violated state law by not working with the legislature, The Detroit News reported.

“Our decision leaves open many avenues for the governor and Legislature to work together to address this challenge, and we hope that this will take place,” wrote Justice Stephen Markman.

Whitmer said that she “vehemently” disagreed with the ruling and will find ways to keep her directives in effect through “alternative sources of authority.”

[End]

No word on what those “alternative sources of authority” might be in the Generalissimo’s mind, but given her obvious authoritarian leanings, calling out the Michigan Gestapo to round up the Supreme Court justices does not seem to be beyond the realm of possibility.

Whitmer says she's not ready to welcome Trump, but he's coming to Michigan anyway

Stay tuned.

But these fascist Democrats don’t give in so easily. – The next October surprise is brewing down in Guatemala in the form of…wait for it…oh, you have got to wait for this one…more Democrat-organized fake refugee caravans from Central America, made up mainly of military-aged males!

Mexico deploys military to block migrant caravan

You had to know this was coming, right? Sure you did. It was inevitable, especially with their election-stealing plans being rejected in the state and federal courts. They are pulling out every stop they can think of to try to influence voters. These fake caravans had tremendous utility in the run-up to the 2018 elections, so the Democrats have their Soros-funded activists down in Honduras recruiting people to once again make the trek up through Mexico.

This effort is so transparently a Democrat con job that even Mexico President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (AMLO) noted it on Friday.

From a piece at Reuters:

GUATEMALA CITY/MEXICO CITY (Reuters) – Mexico’s president on Friday said he suspected political interference behind a new migrant caravan in Central America, promising to keep his country out of the U.S. presidential race as the group splintered and some began turning back.

More than 2,000 migrants, many wearing face masks against the coronavirus, barged past Guatemalan troops at the Honduras-Guatemala border on Thursday. Some said they were seeking to escape poverty aggravated by the pandemic.

President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, who has taken steps to curb illegal immigration so as to avoid entanglements with his U.S. counterpart Donald Trump, suggested that the caravan’s departure from Honduras had been timed to provoke.

“It is very weird, very strange,” Lopez Obrador told a news conference. “It’s a matter that I believe is linked to the U.S. election.”

[End]

Look, there are trillions of dollars at stake in this election. Trillions. If Biden wins, those trillions of dollars will resume being sent over to China by U.S.-based firms like Apple, Facebook, At&t, Disney, Verizon, Microsoft and others who run the U.S. Chamber of Commerce these days. Do you think the vicious opposition  by the leaders of those companies to President Trump and his “America first” policies is due to simple political philosophy?

No. It’s about money, folks, and markets. And China represents the world’s largest, most rapidly-expanding market for those companies named above and hundreds of other supposedly American firms. Given the rabid desire by these corporations to continue to be able to make inroads in China, it is no wonder that the traditionally-GOP-centric Chamber of Commerce has suddenly decided to become a “bi-partisan” trade association, targeting gobs of money to pro-China Democrats in this election cycle.

Thus, October Surprise No. 2 has now been firmly identified.

Don’t know what October Surprise No. 3 is going to be, but we will no doubt find out within the next 2-3 days. It’s the most predictable thing in the world.

Biden Predicts 2/3rds of U.S. Population Will Die Today, and Other Sunday Hilarity

After taking the day off on Saturday – the day after the death of leftist icon Ruth Bader Ginsburg – Creepy Uncle Quid Pro China Bumbin’ Joe Biden was allowed out of his basement by his guards, er, “campaign staff” so he could go read a speech in front of a pretend audience. To no one’s surprise, all manner of hilarity and deception ensued.

No, I am not making that headline up. – In yet another failure to properly read his TelePrompter, the Democrats’ Unfrozen Caveman Nominee predicted on Sunday that “It’s estimated that 200 million people will die, probably by the time I finish this talk.”

No, really, that’s exactly what he said:

Honestly, how many data points do we need for everyone to figure out that this guy is in advanced dementia? You can talk all you want to about Biden’s propensity for gaffes, but this is just not something anyone in their right mind actually says out loud. It just isn’t.

The honest truth is that if Joe Biden were to win this election and become president, we would all be far more likely to die in a nuclear holocaust because Gropey Joe McNastyFinger mistook the nuclear launch button for the flusher on the Oval Office toilet than we would be of dying from some virus. This simply cannot happen. Not even in the year 2020.

Liars, damn liars and any random Democrat. – In the same speech spoon fed to him by his elder-abusing handlers, Biden made this false claim:

President Trump has in fact been challenging Biden for months to be open and honest with the American people about the kind of radical leftwing lunatics he would be willing to appoint to the courts. Every word out of Joe Biden’s mouth is an outright lie, even though he personally isn’t aware of most of it. Every. Damn. Word.

And of course, once he had finished rublin’ stumblin’ bumblin’ his way through his dishonest speech to a fake audience, Biden fled the scene without objection from any of the assembled fake reporters:

Meanwhile, Democrats on Twitter are pointing at Rahm Emanuel and screeching “HERETIC!!!!!” – That’s because the former Chicago Mayor had this to say on ABC’s “This Week” Sunday morning:

Man, is he off the dementia reservation.

In other Despicable Democrat news, San Fran Nan refused to rule out mounting another fake impeachment hoax as a means of preventing President Trump from filling the Supreme Court vacancy:

It just don’t get no more despicable than that, folks.

Or does it? – With Amy Coney Barrett at or near the top of the list of potential Trump nominees, let’s all remember how disgusting Dianne Feinstein and other Democrats assaulted her for her religious beliefs during her confirmation to the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals:

That might be even more despicable than Pelosi. Hard to tell, though, since it’s such a high bar.

Let’s close with another bit of unintentional comic relief, this time provided by the walrus-like Michael Moore:

Someone should really let Mr. Moore know that a government shutdown would not apply to the ongoing work of congress.

Holy crap.

COVID Data Manipulation is in no way Unique to the Nashville Mayor

Trust me, this has happened all over the country. – Emails made public yesterday reveal that Democrat Nashville Mayor John Cooper and his staff intentionally withheld information related to the number of bar-related China Virus infections in his city because the numbers were too low.

From a story at the New York Post:

The mayor of Nashville and his health department have been accused of withholding data about the low number of COVID-19 cases linked to bars and restaurants in the city — all while placing strict restrictions on the venues.

Internal emails published by FOX-affiliate WZTV purportedly show top officials in the Tennessee city discussing the low figure and whether certain data should be made public.

In a June 29 email correspondence, Benjamin Eagles, the senior advisor to Nashville Mayor John Cooper asks Metro Nashville Health Department epidemiologist Leslie Waller for countywide contact tracing data over the last 14 days.

“Looking to see what sort of activity has been most related to new cases,” Eagles wrote, according to the email.

Waller, in response, asked for time to pull the data together before writing, “This isn’t going to be publicly released, right? Just info for Mayor’s Office?”

“Correct, not for public consumption,” Eagles replied, according to the report.

A month later, a local reporter asked the health department about a claim that there are only 80 coronavirus cases traced to bars and restaurants.

“The figure you gave of ‘more than 80’ does lead to a natural question: If there have been over 20,000 positive cases of COVID-19 in Davidson and only 80 or so are traced to restaurants and bars, doesn’t that mean restaurants and bars aren’t a very big problem?” Tennessee Lookout reporter Nate Rau asked, according to WZTV.

Health department official Brian Todd then asked five health department officials, “Please advise how you recommend I respond,” according to the news outlet.

One of the officials whose name was cut off replied, “My two cents. We have certainly refused to give counts per bar because those numbers are low per site,” the report said.

[End]

So, why would these Democrats do this? Isn’t the answer obvious? Of course it is.

Naturally, the Mayor’s office responded by hilariously saying that the emails are “taken out of context.” No curious journalist could summon the personal integrity to ask exactly in what possible “context” these emails could be placed that would make their content and obvious intent look any less evil?

Here’s the most repugnant thing about this episode: Nashville and its despicable Democrat Mayor are in no way unique. In the months to come we are going to gradually discover that this same kind of data manipulation designed to keep businesses closed and keep people frightened, cowering in their homes was engaged in by Democrat Mayors, County judges and other public officials all over the country.

What our nation has suffered through for the last six months has been a highly-organized, intentional effort by the Democrat Party to use the China Virus as a tool to destroy the U.S. economy for pure political advantage. If you think the Democrat mayor of Nashville is the only Democrat mayor or county judge of governor who intentionally withheld and manipulated data related to the viral gift from China, you are living in an alternative universe.

And all of this, every bit of it, was willingly facilitated by our utterly incurious, utterly corrupt news media, which refuses to make any effort to hold Democrat officials accountable unless – as happened in Nashville – the information is spoon-fed to them.

An honest, properly functioning media establishment would now be assigning multiple reporters in every major city to demand the release of all COVID-related communications from mayoral offices in light of this Nashville scandal, but that won’t happen. Because our media, like the Democrat Party, is a raging dumpster fire fueled by dishonesty and anti-Americanism.

Schweikart: Democrats’ COVID Miscalculation Could Doom Biden

Writing at UncoverDC.com, historian Larry Schweikart has a terrific analysis arguing that the Democrat Party has made a huge miscalculation in its exploitation of the China Virus crisis, a blunder that likely has already cost the Biden/Harris ticket – or is it Harris/Biden? – the election. Schweikart further argues that the blunder will result in Democrat losses up and down the ballot.

Arguing that the Dems overplayed their hands on the China Virus and really rolled out their Soros-funded riot strategy too early in the summer, Schweikart says those mistakes have allowed President Trump to own the “law and order” issue to the point that it has now been displaced in the public’s mind by the economy as the most important election issue.

Excerpt from the UncoverDC piece:

With the COVID-17 China Virus and the riots, I kept thinking “why did they roll this out so early?” Perhaps (or perhaps not) they didn’t have any control over the China Virus and the national, then state, response. But the riots? Those were clearly orchestrated and pre-packaged. The Soros-backed groups could have used those at any time. By rioting so early, it gave Trump a chance to clearly be the only “law and order” candidate—so much so that polling by my friend Richard Baris has shown that by far, now, the economy has overtaken “law and order” as the #1 issue. Trump has been able to pivot from “a” strong point to his strongest suit, economic growth. Goldman Sachs, for example, has raised its third-quarter GDP estimate from 30% to a stunning 35%. Most likely, Team Trump knows that the figures are at least this good and possibly better.

[End]

This hyper-focus on the China Virus, Schweikart argues, has left most Democrat voters (who are already prone to fright by nature) all a-skeered of voting in person. This has in turn left the Biden/Harris Harris/Biden ticket and down-ballot Democrats in several key states overly-dependent in the Vote By Mail (VBM) turnout. Indeed, as Larry points out, the Democrats have decided to rely so heavily on their VBM/China Virus fright strategy that they decided to completely eschew the traditional get-out-the-vote operations on the grounds that going door-to-door is just too darn dangerous.

After all, it’s a whole lot harder to convince people to be frightened of voting in person if they see Democrat campaign workers roaming their neighborhood every day, right? Right.

Schweikart believes this particular Democrat bubble is about to burst, and uses an analysis of North Carolina data as a case study.

From the UncoverDC piece:

A new analysis of North Carolina VBM by poster “byecomey” from FreeRepublic entitled “Joe is Done” should terrify Democrats who may be counting on VBM to bail out Sleepy Joe. As byecomey shows, in 2016 the Democrats were outvoted by Republicans in NC VBM (40% to 31%), but this year Democrats expect to have a 51% to 16.9% edge. As byecomey says, “This is actually bad news for Joe.” According to an NBC/Wall Street Journal poll, while 47% of Biden supporters plan to vote by mail, some 66% of Republicans say they will vote on election day. The number of Democrats planning to vote by mail in battleground states rises to 57%, largely because they believe voting in person is a “health risk.” After all, that’s what their pals in the media have told them.

When byecomey applies this turnout to VBM statistics, he found that in 2016, the Democrat turnout was 1.872 million, who voted at an estimated 50% rate. For Democrats to match 2016 levels (remember, they lost North Carolina by over 2 points) they would need 936,000 VBM ballots. Republicans, of whom 1.571 million voted in 2016 with an estimated 18% VBM share would need 282,900 VBM ballots to match 2016 levels.

Here’s where it gets interesting. Currently Democrats are on track for . . . 762,000 (under-performing by 174,000) while Republicans are voting at a rate of 288,630, or over-performing their 2016 pace by almost 6,000. Independents are over-performing their 2016 pace even more strongly, at 82,000 over 2016 levels. Want to know the even better news? Byecomey used the more pessimistic estimates for turnout of both sides. In other words, Democrats may fall short of their 2016 pace even worse, and Republicans may do even better.

[End]

Oh. Oh, my. Oh, my, my, my.

Combine all of theses factors with the facts that a) Democrats have failed to successfully force mass VBM in several key swing states, b) Democrat governors refusing to allow colleges to re-open will deny their Party its traditional edge on college campuses and depress the college-age vote significantly, and c) the GOP has racked up big voter registration margins in states like Arizona, Florida and Pennsylvania, and you have the Biden/Harris Harris/Biden bubble getting ready to suffer a Hindenberg-like catastrophe.

Wednesday News Roundup: China Scientist Drops a Bombshell and DOJ Convenes a Bolton Grand Jury

Let’s all remember that Anthony Fauci and Bill Gates and Barack Obama directed hundreds of millions to this lab and its “research”. – Last night, Tucker Carlson interviewed a Chinese virologist named Dr. Li-Meng Yan. Ms. Yan worked at the WHO reference lab in Hong Kong, one of the top research labs on earth, during the time the China Virus was released from the virology research lab outside of Wuhan.

She told Carlson that the China Virus was created in that lab and the release of the Virus was committed intentionally by the Chinese communist government.

From a story at Fox News:

Carlson specifically asked Dr. Li-Meng Yan whether she believed the Chinese communist party released the virus “on purpose.” “Yes, of course, it’s intentionally,” she responded on “Tucker Carlson Tonight.”

Yan said more evidence would be released but pointed to her own high-ranking position at a World Health Organization reference lab as a reason to trust her allegation.

“I work[ed] in the WHO reference lab which is the top coronavirus lab in the world, in the University of Hong Kong. And the thing is I get deeply into such investigation in secret from the early beginning of this outbreak. I had my intelligence because I also get my own unit network in China, involved [in] the hospital … also I work with the top corona[virus] virologist in the world,” she said.

“So, together with my experience, I can tell you, this is created in the lab … and also, it is spread to the world to make such damage.”

Yan’s comments conflicted with the opinion of Dr. Anthony Fauci, a White House coronavirus adviser, who previously cast doubt on the idea the virus was artificially created. In May, he told National Geographic: “If you look at the evolution of the virus in bats, and what’s out there now is very, very strongly leaning toward this [virus] could not have been artificially or deliberately manipulated—the way the mutations have naturally evolved.”

In response, her former employer, the University of Hong Kong, criticized her account. A press release noted “that the content of the said news report does not accord with the key facts as we understand them.”

“Specifically, Dr Yan never conducted any research on human-to-human transmission of the novel coronavirus at [the University of Hong Kong] during December 2019 and January 2020, her central assertion of the said interview.”

Yan, who said she was one of the first scientists in the world to study the novel coronavirus, fled China and currently fears retaliation. She was allegedly asked by her supervisor at the University/WHO reference lab, Dr. Leo Poon, in 2019 to look into the odd cluster of SARS-like cases coming out of mainland China at the end of December 2019.

[End]

So, who are we to believe, a scientist who is placing her life in clear danger by making these allegations, or a lifelong bureaucrat who steered millions of dollars to the lab from which the virus was clearly released?

Doesn’t seem like a real tough question.

This also happened on Tuesday:

From a story at the Washington Examiner:

The Justice Department opened a criminal inquiry into whether former White House national security adviser John Bolton unlawfully disclosed classified information in his latest book.

A grand jury convened and issued subpoenas for communication records from Simon & Schuster, the company that published The Room Where It Happened: A White House Memoir, as well as from Javelin, Bolton’s literary agency, according to multiple reports on Tuesday.

“We are aware of reports that grand jury subpoenas have been issued seeking information concerning the publication of Ambassador Bolton‘s recent book,” Bolton’s lawyer, Charles Cooper, told the Washington Examiner. “Ambassador Bolton emphatically rejects any claim that he acted improperly, let alone criminally, in connection with the publication of his book, and he will cooperate fully, as he has throughout, with any official inquiry into his conduct.”

[End]

Oh, my, oh, my, oh, my, my, my. Whether he ends up being prosecuted and convicted or not, the decision to publish this book is going to end up costing Mr. Bolton far more money in legal fees than whatever money he may make from it. Couldn’t happen to a nicer warmonger.

No critical race theory training at CDC after all. – After President Trump ordered a halt to all training sessions on the evil “critical race theory” within federal agencies, some Obama holdover at the CDC decided they would move ahead with that agency’s sessions anyway:

Yesterday, the Director of the OMB, Russ Vought, announced that that bit of subversion had been halted:

There is still justice in the world.

A beautiful day for a peace deal. – As I covered elsewhere this morning, the Democrat/media Axis of Propaganda was beside itself with rage on Tuesday as President Trump was having the temerity to bring actual peace between three nations in the Middle East.

Katie Pavlich posted these photos, which captured the beautiful setting at the White House:

Blessed are the peacemakers. Thank you, President Trump.

Today’s Democrat Party-sponsored Riot Update – Portland, aka Riot City USA, had a fourth straight day of no rioting following the DNC stand down order issued last Friday due to bad polls. But real journalist Andy Ngo reports that the Democrat-paid organizers are getting ready to mount a new offensive soon:

As I pointed out yesterday, the past few days of relative calm are just a lull in the action. Expect the death and destruction to mount back up soon.

There was some action in Philadelphia, where Democrat-sponsored BLM terrorists held what CNN and MSNBC would claim was a “largely peaceful” rally that included these scenes:

Ask yourselves this: Why do Democrat mayors force their police officers to put up with this kind of crap? That woman is a feral animal who should have been arrested, taken to jail, and booked for assaulting a police officer. She needs to be in custody for her own safety and for the safety of those around her.

That is all.

Queen Pelosi Visits Shuttered Hair Salon for a “Blowout”

Queen Nancy the Beast needed her hair done. Unfortunately, she found herself at home in San Francisco, safely ensconced behind the massive security wall surrounding her palatial estate. The problem was that San Francisco is in California, a state where Dictator Gavin Newsom is keeping the salons closed for no real reason other than politics. Plus, Newsom has decreed that one must – MUST, I say – not venture out into public without wearing a mask, which Queen Nancy doesn’t like to do. Unless, of course, there is a virtue-signaling reason to put one on for the TV cameras, because Queen Nancy does love her virtue signals.

What to do, oh, what to do?

But fear not, for Queen Nancy is privileged. Why, she’s even special – just ask her. So special that Dictator Newsom is her nephew, if only by marriage, but that’s special enough to intimidate most Californians. Even California business owners who own a salon that is officially closed.

And so it was that on Sunday afternoon, when Queen Nancy really, really, really needed a “blowout”, whatever that might be, she contacted a hair stylist to demand that she meet her at the shuttered salon where she used to work – you know, when she was allowed to work by Dictator Newsom – and restore her gnarly, decrepit hair to its former glory, or to as much glory as it can muster these days, which isn’t much.

The poor stylist knew she had little choice, given all the damage Queen Nancy and her step-nephew could to to her life if she refused. So she got permission from the shocked salon owner and met Queen Nancy at the salon, where this ensued:

And thus it was that Queen Nancy had her personal need fulfilled while her step-nephew, Dictator Newsom, ensured that the little people of California remained suffering with bad hair.

This concludes your Despicable Democrat Fairy Tale for today.

That is all.

CDC Pushes the Latest False Narrative About “Controlling” COVID-19

You are the frog, and they are slowly boiling you. – In March, the CDC, along with doctors Anthony Fauci and Deborah Birx, assured President Trump that we could control the viral gift from China if we just had everyone stay at home for two weeks. “Two weeks to flatten the curve,” they said. Remember that? I do.

Then, when that didn’t work, the CDC, along with doctors Fauci and Birx, assured us all that we could control the Wuhan virus if we all stayed home for another month, washed our hands 32 times a day and practiced something called “social distancing” whenever we went out to the grocery store. Remember that? I do.

When that didn’t work either, the CDC and doctors Fauci and Birx, after having spent two months telling us all that masks don’t really do a damn thing to stop the spread of this Chinese plague, suddenly did an about face and began assuring us that, hey, all data and science to the contrary, we really can slow the spread of the virus if we would just practice social distancing, wash our hands 32 times a day, and wear a mask. Dr. Birx even told us that we should turn the masks into a fun thing, a fashion statement like her omni-present scarves. Remember that? I do.

We’ve since been put through another dozen or two story changes by the CDC and doctors Fauci and Birx, and today the story from the CDC is changing again, and they’re putting it in multiple choice terms. From a story at CNBC:

The U.S. could get the coronavirus pandemic under control if most Americans wear masks, embrace social distancing and practice good hand hygiene for up to three months, the head of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Friday.

“It’s in our hands, within our grasp,” CDC Director Robert Redfield told reporters on a conference call. “But it is going to require all of us to embrace these mitigation steps. And we’re going to need to do that four, six, eight, 10, 12 weeks and then we will see this outbreak under control.”

[End]

Get that? We can “control” the coronavirus in either 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 weeks, according to CDC Director Redfield.

What does this tell us? Well, pardon my language, but it tells us that Dr. Redfield doesn’t have a god damn clue whether or not he and his worthless agency can ever “control” this virus. Which is not at all surprising, given that, since its founding 76 years ago, the CDC has never been able to “control” any of the common, seasonal flu viruses that preceded COVID-19.

Oh, and guess what else? Despite all the assurances we have received from Redfield, Birx and especially Fauci over the past 5 months that what we really need is a “vaccine,” that story is now shifting as well. Early this week, Fauci admitted that any “vaccine” will probably not be more than 50% effective, i.e., just like the “vaccines” we’re supposed to take every year for the seasonal flu.

But it gets even better than that.

Today, the criminals who run the World Health Organization went even further, stating that, even after we have a “vaccine,” life will not return to “normal.”

This is all a huge fraud, folks. We are dealing with a virus that is no more deadly than the seasonal flu, a virus that impacts mainly the elderly and people with major pre-existing health issues, and we are being scammed by government officials to behave as if we are Londoners during the Nazi Blitzkrieg.

We are even terrorizing our young kids in the process. Check this out:

This 7 year-old child will be scarred for life by this incident. Anyone who has ever been in trouble at school knows you retain those memories forever. And we are doing this to our children all over this country right now. It is madness, it is abusive, it is cruel and it should be criminal for adults to treat children like this.

Yet our government officials, especially Democrats, and the media ghouls who function as their propaganda agents completely approve of this stuff.

You are the frog, and they are boiling you. The question is, how long will you take this societal madness before things start to boil over?

That is all.

Try as They Might, the Democrats Cannot Kill the American Spirit

Tired of all this #WINNING yet? – The stock market continues to boom as the Trump economy keeps out-performing the predictions of the media’s favorite “experts.” The Dow Jones Industrial average temporarily topped 28,000 on Tuesday for the first time since February, before falling back slightly. The NASDAQ and S&P 500 set new all-time record highs on almost a daily basis.

Another indicator that the economy is recovering at a more rapid pace than expected is the price of crude oil, which has been remarkably stable for two full months now after several months of extreme volatility and one day when it even dropped below zero. The West Texas Intermediate benchmark that is used to determine most domestic transactions has held within a range of $39 to $42 per barrel for 8 weeks now, with a steady upwards trend.

Saudi Aramco’s CEO stated last week that his company sees Asian crude demand now virtually the same as it was prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. In the U.S., we have now had two consecutive weeks of huge drawdowns in crude inventories, a strong sign that the global oil market has essentially come back into balance.

All of this is happening despite the efforts of Democrat governors all over the country to use the China virus as an excuse to keep vast parts of their economies locked down as they try to influence the outcome of the presidential election. This is a truly despicable tactic employed by despicable people who believe that the ends of obtaining political power justify any repugnant means they decide to employ.

But even with that, the Trump economy – America’s economy – is just too strong to kill. The American spirit remains too strong to die.

In the midst of all the COVID lockdowns and restrictions, my wife and I took a road trip with some family members two weeks ago. We traveled through Arkansas, stopping for a night at Hot Springs, where we stayed in a downtown hotel. Every person we interacted with there was happy, upbeat and going about their business as Americans tend to do despite all of the dumb and ineffective COVID mandates like wearing masks and limited restaurant capacity.

We next traveled across Tennessee, stopping for a night in Nashville, where we again stayed in a lovely downtown hotel. There we had the exact same experience as we did in Hot Springs, as everyone we dealt with was a happy, real American going about their business, not some smartass nitwits wasting their time screaming on Twitter.

Next up was Gatlinburg and the incredible Smoky Mountain National Park, where we had to contend with literally thousands of Americans who were all friendly, helpful, going about their business and living their best lives. We spent two nights in Memphis on the way home and again had the very same experience before making the long drive back to Texas.

Along the way, I was struck by the scenic beauty across the entire states of Arkansas and Tennessee, states in which neither of us had spent much time in the past. Oh, and we also went for a long hike just across the state line in North Carolina, which was incredibly beautiful, too. I’ve now visited 41 of the 50 states in my life, and what you come to understand when you travel that much is that, once you get out of the big cities, our country is an incredibly beautiful masterpiece of God’s hands from sea to shining sea, and beyond to Hawaii and Alaska.

As we have sat somewhat locked-down in our homes over the past several months and spent far too much time watching the painful coverage of the big-city riots since June, it has been easy to get into the mindset that everything is bad, and that America is falling apart. That mindset is completely wrong.

America remains America, and Americans remain Americans. Twitter is not real life – it is a public cesspool dominated by blue-check wonders who hate our country and suffer with massive inferiority complexes.

This is why the Trump economy – America’s economy – will not and cannot be killed no matter how hard the communist Democrats try. America is not falling apart, and the indomitable spirit of Americans will ultimately prevail through this current crisis.

My wife and I enjoyed our road trip so much that we are about to take off on another one today, this one across the wonderful state of Louisiana, which for us has long been a bit of a second home. America is still America, and there is no more uniquely American place than Louisiana.

We’re going to see and enjoy some more of America before summer is over. I’ll still be posting every day, but probably not quite as extensively as normal.

God bless you, and America.

That is all.

Trump’s COVID-19 Orders: Now Come the Lawsuits

Now come the lawsuits. – I’m not a big fan of an unbridled president making huge decisions on the budget and other matters unilaterally, but this all began in earnest with Barack Obama and the courts have refused to rein it in. Most recently, compromised Chief Justice John Roberts once again twisted himself into a logical pretzel to side with the communists on the Supreme Court to uphold Obama’s clearly unconstitutional DACA order.

So, what happened on Saturday was fair game.

What happened was that President Donald Trump, after watching Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer tank the latest effort to pass a COVID-19 relief bill in congress, simply issued a series of executive orders implementing the basics of the Senate version of the bill himself. In four separate orders, the President extended foreclosure protections, extended an unemployment benefit weekly bonus of $400 – down from the previous $600 per week – suspended payments and interest charges on student loan debt through the end of 2020 and suspended collections of the payroll tax for the final four months of the year for those earning $100,000 or less per year.

As I told host Greg Budell during my weekly Saturday appearance on his morning show on News Talk 93.1 FM in Montgomery, AL yesterday, the immediate Democrat response – after all the wailing and gnashing of teeth we will see all day long today – will be to file a lawsuit before a friendly Obama judge first thing Monday morning seeking an injunction that would prevent the President from being able to enforce these orders. Note, of course, that each and every one of these is designed to help ordinary Americans make their way through our nation’s insane response to the China Virus. And then note that Democrats once again will prove that they do not give a damn about ordinary Americans.

Note also that the suspension of the payroll tax would target lower-and-middle income Americans. You know – that vast “middle class” where most of the voters are that the communist Democrat Party is always giving lip service to wanting to help but never quite managing to follow through on those promises. Funny how that works, huh?

Lunatic Karen reporter Paula Reid already gave up her pre-knowledge of the communist Democrat strategy during her absurd exchange with the President at last night’s press conference. Listen closely:

Hear her statement that she already knows the Democrats plan to challenge the orders in court? Of course they will, albeit through some third party Soros front group like Lawfare.

And here’s the beauty part: In forcing the communist Democrats to file their lawsuits challenging this assistance for ordinary Americans impacted by the national COVID-19 insanity, the President once again baits them into revealing who they really are: Elites who do not care about you.

The other immediate reaction the Democrats had was this:

Thus, the head communist leads the communist Democrat Party’s rollout of its quadrennial tactic of scaring the old folks about social security. The President, of course, made no such statement about “defunding” social security, although he did promise to take a look at eliminating the payroll tax permanently next year.

Sanders will now claim that, because the payroll tax theoretically funds social security, the two things are one and the same. But that’s an outrageous lie, since congress long ago decided to simply roll payroll taxes into the general fund in order to try to mask the annual budget deficit. The payroll tax is just an income tax by another name.

No one – especially not President Trump – is talking about abolishing social security, except for craven communist Democrat politicians who feel the need to lie about literally everything.

And so, here America sits as a country, its constitutional separation of powers completely in tatters; a congress that has gone abjectly non-functional; a court system corrupted by hundreds of Alinskyite Obama appointees; and a Chief Justice who has obviously been personally compromised.

Amid all of this chaos and squalor, the one and only elected official in our federal government who tries every day to look out for the interests of ordinary Americans is the President, Donald J. Trump.

So, now you know why everybody else in Washington, DC hates his guts.

That is all.

Just thought this was very compelling and everyone should see it, given our ongoing national insanity over the wearing of useless masks to give us a false sense of security over the China virus. Ric Grenell Should Stay in the DNI Job a Little Longer

Today’s Campaign Update (Because the Campaign Never Ends)

Before we get into the main topic for this morning, we need to call this out. The San Antonio city council has been completely overrun with Marxists. From the Mayor all the way down to the lowliest rookies on that body, it is now all-consumed with Marxist thinkers.

On Thursday, that council unanimously passed a resolution that literally turns San Antonio citizens and law enforcement official into Orwellian thought police. Check it out:

“…all persons are encouraged to report any such antisemitic, discriminatory or racist incidents to the proper authorities for investigation”. Be good citizens, comrades: Report your family and neighbors for speaking objective truth.

The Wuhan Virus comes from China. It is LITERALLY a “Chinese virus.” That descriptor, along with Wuhan Virus, is the most accurate descriptor of what the virus actually is. And the Marxists on the San Antonio city council just made it a crime to speak that plain, objective truth.

If you think this kind of crap is just happening in places like Seattle and San Francisco, you are living in a dream world. It’s happening right in your back yard.

Today should be a very interesting day. – On Tucker Carlson’s program last night, Fox News reporter/anchor Ed Henry reported on a “tip” he had received indicating that Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell had hand-delivered a satchel filled with additional key documents to Attorney General William Barr on Thursday. The delivery came shortly after Grenell had forced Adam Schiff to release the long-withheld transcripts of 53 interviews conducted by the House Intelligence Committee during its 2017-18 Russia collusion investigation.

Ed Henry says Ric Grenell spotted carrying documents to William Barr (Fox News screengrab)

From a report at the Daily Caller:

“But breaking tonight, Schiff may be even more panicked right now because I am hearing from two sources familiar with this that as early as tomorrow, Rick Grenell, the acting Director of National Intelligence, is going to reveal even more documents shedding light on the Russia probe of President Trump and how Schiff and other investigators knew for a long time there was no collusion even though they kept saying they had direct evidence there was,” Henry said.

“What’s also new tonight, Fox is learning there is a second set of documents that Rick Grenell, who now has the job Clapper had, brought to the Attorney General William Barr today in a satchel,” Henry said as Fox News producers played a clip of Grenell presumably delivering the satchel.

[End]

Henry went on to say that he had been told that some of the contents of what is in those documents would be made public as soon as today. While that may seem improbable, what we appear to be learning is that Grenell’s involvement makes anything possible.

The pace of document releases and other revelations about the Obama-era conspiracy to fix the 2016 election and then to take down a duly-elected President has been quickening for several weeks now. Much of that is due to the decision by President Trump to fire former DNI Dan Coates, who was in the job to protect all the Obama flunkies, and ultimately replace him with Mr. Grenell.

Through his own force of will, Grenell is not only reforming the IC, he is also forcing Attorney General William Barr to move more quickly or be seen as a force of obstruction. As more and more of the documents that we know John Durham has been looking at for over a year now become public thanks mainly to Grenell’s efforts, pressure is also applied to Durham to get his job done more timely as well.

Senator Chuck Grassley, in an interview on Fox last night, said that he thinks that we will start seeing results in some form from Durham “in 2 or 3 months,” which would put it in the July/August time frame. Grenell does not appear to be interested in waiting around for that long, however, especially given that he stands to be replaced in the DNI job soon by nominee John Ratcliffe. So long as Grenell remains in that job, there is no reason to expect him to delay his actions to fit anyone else’s slower time frame.

All of this raises an interesting conundrum for President Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. While there is every reason to believe that Ratcliffe is one of the good guys in this ongoing drama, anyone coming into a position as pressured and intense as the DNI job is going to have a pretty steep learning curve, which means the passage of some time before he gets fully up and running. That learning period would present prime opportunity for the myriad career deep state skunks within the IC to undermine processes Grenell has put in place to ensure all of this information comes to light.

With the November elections looming just six months away, this is time the Administration does not have to spare. Given all of that, it might behoove the President to lean on McConnell to delay a full senate vote on Ratcliffe’s confirmation until Grenell has been able to force the critical mass of withheld information out into the light of day.

As “acting” DNI, Grenell is able to remain in the job for a six month period, which would terminate in mid-August. Given the stunning results he has produced in just three months on the job, it would be a good idea to leave him there for another three. No one in U.S. history has been as adept at strategically-delaying Senate action than Mitch McConnell.

While every person of good intent for the country is likely happy that Ratcliffe is now likely to be confirmed, the timing of his confirmation now appears to have risen to one of very high importance, thanks to the courage and sheer force of will shown by Ric Grenell.

That is all.

The Disturbing, Growing Rift Between Free States and Prison States

Today’s Campaign Update (Because the Campaign Never Ends)

So, I’m sitting here on a Saturday morning contemplating the fact that our country is now at a point at which it has become normal for talking heads on TV and print commentators to talk about “free states” and “prison” or “lockdown states”. I did it myself in a piece the other day without even thinking about it.

At any other time in the last 150 years, this kind of discourse would have been shocking, but today it is part of the “new normal” that aspiring despots like Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer now talk about, echoing the kind of language Barack Obama used during his term to convince people to accept his own efforts to regulate every aspect of their daily lives.

It’s easy to tell which states are “free” or becoming more free, anyway, and which states are “prisons”: The Free States have Republican governors, and the Prison states, with a few exceptions like Ohio, are run by Democrats like Whitmer. This dichotomy between the governance by the two parties in this national emergency over a virus with a mortality rate well below 1% becomes increasingly stark with every passing week.

Friday, May 1 was a great example. In Texas, GOP Governor Greg Abbott moved to reopen a vast swath of businesses (with limited capacity restraints), state parks and the beaches along the Gulf Coast. On the very same day, Democrat California Governor Gavin Newsom moved to close all state parks and beaches. As a result, free Texans flocked to local shopping malls or to reopened restaurants to enjoy their first meal out in six weeks, while thousands of imprisoned Californians staged a massive protest in the city of Huntington Beach:

Think about the brutish stupidity of that beach closing order: Given that we now know that heat and sunlight kill this virus, what better place for Southern Californians to spend time than on the damn beach? But Governor Newsom, acting on his fascist impulses, shuts the beaches down because he was personally “disturbed” by video of people enjoying a day in the sun earlier in the week.

Americans all over the country have clearly shown that they are willing to cooperate with restrictions to their freedoms that make sense in fighting the spread of this virus. But irrational nonsense like this and Gov. Whitmer’s ban on motor boats has got to stop.

If these Democrat governors do not begin to relent soon, and stop treating the rural residents of their states as if they all live in densely-populated Manhattan, the peaceful protests we have witnessed all over the country in the past few weeks will begin to turn more aggressive, possibly even violent. This is not something I’m encouraging: It’s simply an inevitable outcome of dictatorial governors insisting on continuing to deny people their constitutional rights.

Make no mistake about this: Each and every one of the lockdown orders issued by Republican and Democrat governors alike are blatant violations of individual rights. These governors – and various mayors and other local officials – can only maintain these orders so long as they are able to maintain control over their law enforcement agencies to enforce them. Already, we see this level of control beginning to crack.

We saw it in Houston last week, when associations of both Houston police officers and Harris County sheriff’s deputies made it known they would not try to enforce an abusive order made by the idiot county judge there. We saw it in Orange County, CA on Friday, where the sheriff issued a statement informing the public he would not attempt to enforce Gov. Newsom’s beach closing order.

Because, you see, law enforcement officials read the constitution, too, and they promise to uphold it when they are sworn into office. Just because some governor or mayor doesn’t give a damn about individual freedoms does not mean the local police chief or sheriff or head of the state police agency feels the same way.

We know enough about this viral plague brought to us by China and have enough effective treatment regimes in place now to move away from the “flatten the curve” stage to a “protect the vulnerable and treat the sick” stage. Hell, if these governors would just focus on dealing effectively with the nursing homes in their states, that would take care of half the problem. In Texas, the median age of those who have died from this virus is over 80. Let that sink in.

Everyone who has been paying attention and is not just a brain-dead outrage monkey on Twitter can clearly see that the time for these statewide, one-size-fits-all lockdowns has passed. The situation now calls for the aspiring South American junta leaders like Whitmer, Newsom and Ralph KKK Northam to stand down and engage in more thoughtful and intelligent governance, and to stop the systematic violation of the rights of their citizens.

It’s time for there to be no justification or need for any talking head to use the terms “Free state” and “Prison state” anymore. We’re supposed to be the United States, and dichotomies in governance like the ones we see continuing to grow over this virus cannot persist for long before they threaten to become permanent.

How China Virus is Creating Political Flips and Flops

Guest Piece from America’s History Teacher, Larry Schweikart

As the fallout from the China Virus continues to spread—though the China Virus itself is largely contained now—the political ramifications are not raining down equally on all. As of this morning, Gallup has President Trump at over 49%—his highest ever in that poll—and Scott Rasmussen’s partnership poll also has him over 49%. IDB/TIPP has Trump now tied with the demented Joe Biden for the first time, with Biden slipping several points from just a month ago.

This is more than just Biden’s “woman trouble.” It represents a growing understanding by the American people that not just anyone can do the job of president, and that Biden is mentally incapacitated. While I don’t do polls, I’m guessing that Trump already has sailed past the lowest point he will see in 2020.

And I think the Democrats know it.

This has powerful implications for the state elections though. Those governors who have not locked down their states, particularly Kristi Noem of South Dakota, are being feted. The people of South Dakota actually threw a parade in their governor’s honor! Don’t expect that to occur in other red states, where some tyrannical or duped governors remain hostage to their doctors’ flawed charts and models. In Ohio, Mike DeWine—never a strong politician—has ceded almost all authority in his state to Amy Acton, the Department of Health Director.

Arizona’s Doug Ducey, coming off a 14-point win in 2018 (against an admittedly lame opponent) similarly is a prisoner of charts and graphs. Ducey’s actions—so far more than those of DeWine—seems to be sparking protests in the traditionally independent Arizona electorate. Protests are picking up steam, and Ducey was forced to threaten fines and jail time for any business that opened early. Ducey was a rising star who expected to move on to bigger things.

Not. Any. More.

On the other hand, some stars continue to shine. Besides Noem, Georgia’s Brian Kemp has likely cemented his position with Georgia re-opening; Ron DeSantis in Florida likewise is looking wise and fearless; and of course Greg Abbott in Texas, while not opening gyms or hair salons, nevertheless is moving in the right direction and refusing to use state coercive power to make people wear masks.

The flop governors will likely create a chasm in their states between themselves and those who support reopening, including President Trump. In Arizona, Martha McSally’s fate likely will rest on whether she forcefully comes out for reopening or (again) tries to play it safe and hide. Her comments on the Chicoms’ role in this have been encouraging so far.

Meanwhile, Democrat governors like “Comfortable” Ralph Northam may well have flipped Virginia in the 2020 election. Certainly much of the perpetually-paid beltway NOVA area will not mind a paid holiday, but the rest of the state may grow restless enough to vote for Trump in the fall. Prior to the China Virus, I thought such a flip was impossible.

If the Democrat governors maintain the lockdowns long enough, and if they become painful enough, it very well may move still other states to Trump in the fall. For every flop, there might be a flip.

The China Virus’s Side Effects: The 2020 Election

The China Virus’s Side Effects: The 2020 Election

Guest Contribution by Larry Schweikart, America’s History Teacher

In September 2019 I wrote that the suicide of the House was complete when it began pursuing a meaningless and infantile impeachment of President Donald Trump. This suicide was, I argued, largely due to the fact that throughout the Bush and Obama years, the House had yielded much of its constitutional authority over it’s greatest stipulated power: the budget. Once that was gone, its very purpose for existing was called into question. When Nancy Pelosi and her Democrat hatchet gang spent the entire first year in power in a game of “get Trump”—while Trump continued to issue executive order after executive order and/or make end runs through the court system he had largely packed by then, the House’s historic role was pretty much finished.

I argued that the wave of Republicans resigning or not running for reelection was a sign that even though they may have held out hopes of winning, it would be meaningless. The House could no longer really do much. It had become the American version of the House of Lords, while, inversely, the US Senate—with its confirmation powers—had become the true place where “it’s happening.”

Now we approach the 2020 elections in the midst of the Corona Virus, better known as the China Virus or Wuhan Flu. Even in the wake of the Democrat House meltdown, not a great deal has changed. Republicans can point to evening the generic ballot, and even leading in some surveys—which in normal times would mean a landslide House victory. And there have been solid candidates recruited for many of the races that flipped in 2018, including both TX seats, OK5, the NJ seats, and the NM seat. Collectively (by my math) these races with candidates who stand to win amount to at most 10 seats.

That would leave the Republicans about eight short of flipping. One piece of extremely encouraging news comes from the CA38 race, where a Republican will win and flip that California state house seat, thanks to that state’s “jungle primary” where the top two vote getters run off in the general. In this case, the Democrats bungled it and allowed the GOP to place 1-2. In November, up to five of the CA US House seats look flippable.

But there are broad headwinds against the GOP. The lesser of these, fundraising, is lagging because of two factors. First is the fact that in most races, candidates aren’t decided yet, and fundraising for a primary is usually harder than against a Democrat. But the second involves the China Virus.

By pushing back so many primaries—as occurred in Virginia this week—Republicans won’t get those candidates until still later in 2020. But the China Virus also slams fundraising. Who can give to House candidates if you are unemployed, concerned about the mortgage, etc.?

On a broader scale, however, the Republicans have a bigger problem. How do you campaign against a House that has done nothing? In “normal” times, that might be an easy task. But in impeachment/China Virus times? It becomes difficult for candidates to say what they would have done differently. Of course, not vote for impeachment. But what else? Since there have been no major issues on which to take a stand (as contrasted with 1994 when the House Bank, term limits, and bringing items to the floor for a vote were key voting issues), it becomes almost impossible to define a candidate differently than the incumbent. Will “I wouldn’t have voted to impeach President Trump” be enough? Probably not.

How do you campaign for a seat that has been rendered nearly meaningless by Pelosi? This is why dog-catcher races are won with totals in the hundreds—because the position is in the overall big picture so insignificant that only family and friends vote. Over a one and a half year period—again, working from a foundation already handed her by the Republicans in the Obama era—Pelosi has made voting for a House seat less meaningful than ever.

There is a little light at the end of the tunnel. Most Democrat incumbents in the “flipped” seats are underwater in their polling. In the Senate races, John James in Michigan is polling better than his opponent. But all incumbents will fare better in this shutdown as their opponents are pre-empted from campaigning at all. For Martha McSally and Cory Gardner, that is good news. The GOP should keep the Senate, and it is entirely possible now that the balance will not change even if both McSally and Gardner lose due to flips from Alabama and Michigan.

It is, ironically, also good news for President Trump. Joe Biden is in lockup—although it is unclear if he is hurt by being in front of people or not—and his approval ratings in handling the crisis are, so far, extremely good. Last week, he went up in every major poll ranging from a whopping 54% approval in the best to 46% in the worse, for an average of over 47%. (He was elected in 2016 with a 46% approval.) Campaigning against Trump’s handling of the China Virus policies is tricky, and Biden already has seen how difficult it is to claim Trump should be doing something different.

Which brings us to “a” likely scenario for 2020: Trump will win convincingly, if not with an outright landslide (probably in the neighborhood of 320-340 electoral votes, adding Minnesota and New Hampshire to his 2016 list). The Republicans will hold the Senate at close to the present margin. But it is entirely possible the Democrats will narrowly hang on to the House. If that happens, they will be incapable of restraining themselves from once again seeking to impeach President Trump on baseless charges. It’s all they know. And they cannot present any true legislation that would in any way advance the nation’s interests because that would rebound to Trump.

Look for two more years of stonewalling from a House seeing its influence and power eroding; more confirmations from the Senate for Trump judges (because, without the House, that’s all the Senate will have); and Trump continuing to work through executive orders and the judiciary with a split House/Senate incapable of stopping him. It is absolutely not what our Founders wanted. But when one branch of government completely abdicates its role, it’s what we get.

New Yorkers Suffer Today From Wounds Inflicted by de Blasio and Cuomo

Today’s Campaign Update (Because the Campaign Never Ends)

I’m going to preface this by saying that I love New York City and the people there. My wife and I have visited there upwards of 20 times over the past decade, and have twice taken our entire family with us for Christmas vacations. We are huge theater fans, love the Broadway scene, the museums, the parks and the general busy-ness there. We have never had anything but positive experiences there and look forward to going back whenever life gets back to some semblance of normalcy.

But there’s the deal: New York City and New York State are saddled with horrific leaders. Just plain awful, uncaring and out of touch individuals who lack the first idea of how to behave in a crisis like this one. Mayor Bill de Blasio is a committed Marxist clown who might as well wear a red nose and gigantic clown shoes to work. His utter fecklessness during February and early March is basically the reason why his city is the epicenter of this epidemic in America today.

He was all over television during those weeks telling New Yorkers to live life as normal, ignoring the advisories issued by the CDC and the White House Coronavirus Task Force, and even allowing a massive Chinese New Year celebration to be held in February. As the very, very, very liberal New York Magazine pointed out in a devastating piece on the Mayor this week, as late as March 10, de Blasio was pretending life could just go on as normal for most New Yorkers:

“For the vast majority of New Yorkers, life is going on pretty normally right now,” Bill de Blasio said on Morning Joe March 10, as the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the U.S. topped 1,000. “We want to encourage that.” He added that there was a “misperception” that the disease “hangs in the air waiting to catch you. No, it takes direct person-to-person contact.”

He pledged to keep schools open, even if someone at any given school was found to have contracted the disease, saying that they would take a day to isolate the sick and clean the school before getting it back up and running. “If you’re under 50 and you’re healthy, which is most New Yorkers, there’s very little threat here.”

Those remarks came at a time when the CDC/Task Force were telling people of all ages to stay at home and only venture out to get groceries and other necessities. School districts all over the country were beginning to shut down, and governors were at the time getting ready to issue orders that all non-essential businesses be closed. The Mayor continued to hold out on cancelling the city’s huge St. Patrick’s day parade, waiting until March 13 to finally relent.

Perhaps in part due to de Blasio’s lackadaisical attitude, many New Yorkers continue to lack a basic understanding of the crisis their city is facing. Check out this scene from a park in Queens from Saturday:

I love New York and want to go back, but the longer this behavior continues, the longer it will be before anything goes back to normal.

Governor Andrew Cuomo isn’t helping in this regard, either. He’s getting rave reviews from the corrupt news media for his “leadership” since he’s a Democrat, even to the point of being talked up as a potential replacement for the elderly, clearly impaired Joe Biden when the time comes to toss him over the side. To his credit, the Governor is adept at holding a daily press conference, but other than that, what has he really done?

He spent a solid week pointing fingers at the federal government for his state’s shortage of ventilators, but we found out that he had refused to stock up on ventilators in 2015 when his health officials recommended he purchase 16,000 of them. As President Trump pointed out in an interview:

“He had a chance to buy in 2015 16,000 ventilators at a very low price, and he turned it down. I’m not blaming him or anything else. But he shouldn’t be talking about us. He’s supposed to be buying his own ventilators. We are going to help,” the president said.

That was last week. This week, after FEMA had delivered a total of 8,000 of the things to New York City, we discovered they were just sitting in a warehouse days later, unpackaged, undistributed and unused. Shortly after photos of the thousands of ventilators appeared in the press, the Governor finally sent in crews to move them…somewhere. No one really knows.

Cuomo’s response when asked about these thousands of unused ventilators was classic Cuomo BS:

“Yes, they’re in a stockpile because that’s where they are supposed to be, because we don’t need them yet,” Cuomo said. “We need them for the apex, the apex isn’t here, so we’re gathering them in a stockpile.”

Cuomo’s comments demonstrate there is not an immediate shortage in ventilators in the city, despite alarming reports.

“We don’t need them today, because we’re not at capacity today, that’s why they’re not deployed because they’re not needed,” Cuomo said.

So, you spend weeks bitching about a supposed shortage of ventilators – a shortage Cuomo created himself with stupid decision-making 5 years ago – and then, when they are delivered, you let them sit in a warehouse because you really didn’t need them at the time you were complaining, and might not ever need them at all.

This is appalling.

Throughout all of this time, tens of thousands of New York citizens have, thanks to the complete inaction of Governor Cuomo to implement a travel ban from the epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak, been traveling to Florida and other states, very likely helping to further spread the virus. The problem has become so bad that Governors in several states, including Florida and Rhode Island, have issued mandatory 14-day quarantines of anyone coming into their states from New York, and have even begun turning cars with New York license plates on them away at the state borders.

Cuomo’s response? Last night, he threatened to sue Rhode Island if that state doesn’t relent and allow New Yorkers to keep spreading the virus. I swear I do not make this stuff up:

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is threatening to sue Rhode Island over its new coronavirus policy that calls for police to stop cars with New York license plates and has seen National Guard members go door-to-door to ask if anyone has arrived from the Empire State.

Rhode Island Gov. Gina Raimondo — like Cuomo, a Democrat — announced the drastic new policies last week to limit the spread of the coronavirus. New York is the epicenter of the outbreak in the U.S., confirming more than 52,000 cases of COVID-19 and recording more than 700 deaths.

“I understand the goal … but there’s a point of absurdity, and I think what Rhode Island did is at that point of absurdity,” said Cuomo. “We have to keep the ideas and the policies we implement positive rather than reactionary and emotional.”

But that’s not all. When President Donald Trump casually told reporters Saturday morning that he and the Task Force were “considering” a quarantine of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, Cuomo responded thusly:

“This is a civil war kind of discussion,” he said of the proposal while doubting that Trump was seriously considering it as an option. “I don’t believe that any administration could be serious about physical lockdowns of states.”

Yes, friends, the man whose utter lack of leadership helped to create the problem considers federal deliberations over how to deal with his own ineptitude to be some sort of act of war.

This is leadership, New York style, and as of today it is a severe problem not just for New Yorkers, but for the entire country.

That is all.
