Wednesday News Roundup: The New York Post Drops a Bombshell on Biden

You have to watch this in its entirety to fully grasp the level of depravity involved. – Appearing with Democrat activist Wolf Blitzer on CNN yesterday afternoon, Nancy Pelosi went into a full fit of rage after the fake news host dared to question her motives for refusing to negotiate in good faith on a stimulus bill.

You just have to watch both snips here to get the full picture:

This is what happens when politicians in one party become spoiled by never having to be held to account for their actions by the corrupted news media. Pelosi has gotten so used to living in her propaganda bubble with co-conspirator press members that she reacts with rage anytime a guy like Blitzer – who 20 years ago was an actual newsman and still slips into that mode on occasion – dares to pose a real question to her.

We see exactly the same reaction by Joe Biden anytime he is asked a real question by a reporter who slips up and forgets the role he’s playing.

It really is extraordinary. These people truly do believe they are entitled to say anything they want, to behave in any manner they wish, no matter how dishonest or depraved, and to do it all without having any fear of being held to account for their actions by the news media they carry around in their hip pockets.

And why wouldn’t they react this way, given that the news media has toadied for them for all these years?

Joe Biden, segregationist, Part 6,211. – It didn’t get any media notice, because of course it didn’t, but the Democrats’ Unfrozen Caveman Candidate is now back to praising old segregationist Democrats in his stump speeches:

Here is a famous James Eastland quote from the 1960s: “The white race is a superior race, and the Negro race is an inferior race,” said Democrat Senator James Eastland.

There is a deep-seated psychological reason why Biden consistently heaps praise on old racists like Eastland and Robert Byrd, and it isn’t an innocent one.

The Corona-madness is deep in this one. – Michigan’s corona-madness quotient went a little higher in recent days. In case you missed it, fascist Gov. Gretchen Whitmer got poured out by the state’s supreme court once again, with a 6-1 ruling denying her the ability to enforce an of her latest mindless China Virus-related mandates on the public.

In the course of reading about that decision, one truly mad aspect of herr Gretchen’s most recent order came to light. From a story in the Detroit Free Press:

Robert Gordon, the director of the Department of Health and Human Services, issued a sweeping order Friday that largely mirrors statewide mandates previously levied by Whitmer in an effort to curb the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.

The newly instituted order requires masks at any public gathering with two or more people — including sporting events and schools — for much of the state and maintains restrictions on the number of people who may enter stores or restaurants. Unlike under Whitmer’s orders, bars are now allowed to operate but they may only serve alcohol to people who are sitting down and 6 feet apart.

[End]

Yes, because the China virus is only transmissible if you are drinking while standing, see?

You seriously could never make this stuff up.

It’s all becoming crystal clear now. – In a blockbuster report that the rest of the corrupt U.S. news media will do its best to ignore, the New York Post this morning published some incredibly damning emails that it has obtained from a copy of Hunter Biden’s laptop computer.

The emails show officials at Burisma, the Ukrainian natural gas company that paid Hunter Biden millions in exchange for his influence on his then-Vice President dad, clearly soliciting the younger Biden to use his influence with dear ol’ daddy, who has claimed to have never even spoken to his son about his business dealings.

Here’s an excerpt from that story:

Smoking-gun email reveals how Hunter Biden introduced Ukrainian businessman to VP dad

Hunter Biden introduced his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, to a top executive at a Ukrainian energy firm less than a year before the elder Biden pressured government officials in Ukraine into firing a prosecutor who was investigating the company, according to e-mails obtained by The Post.

The never-before-revealed meeting is mentioned in a message of appreciation that Vadym Pozharskyi, an adviser to the board of Burisma, allegedly sent Hunter Biden on April 17, 2015, about a year after Hunter joined the Burisma board at a reported salary of up to $50,000 a month.

“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together. It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasure,” the e-mail reads.

An earlier e-mail from May 2014 also shows Pozharskyi, reportedly Burisma’s No. 3 exec, asking Hunter for “advice on how you could use your influence” on the company’s behalf.

The blockbuster correspondence — which flies in the face of Joe Biden’s claim that he’s “never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings” — is contained in a massive trove of data recovered from a laptop computer.

Other material extracted from the computer includes a raunchy, 12-minute video that appears to show Hunter, who’s admitted struggling with addiction problems, smoking crack while engaged in a sex act with an unidentified woman, as well as numerous other sexually explicit images.

Less than eight months after Pozharskyi thanked Hunter Biden for the introduction to his dad, the then-vice president admittedly pressured Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk into getting rid of Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin by threatening to withhold a $1 billion US loan guarantee during a December 2015 trip to Kiev.

“I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,” Biden infamously bragged to the Council on Foreign Relations in 2018.

“Well, son of a bitch. He got fired.”

[End]

If Joe Biden were a Republican, this would be completely disqualifying and would be the only story anyone in the media would focus on for the next week. Because he’s a Democrat, you’ll barely see it mentioned anywhere outside of the Post.

But it’s a big, big deal.

That is all.

WATCH: Ted Cruz Sums up the House Impeachment Scam

Today’s Campaign Update
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

If you don’t think there was very good reason to investigate Joe and Hunter Biden’s influence game vis a vis Ukraine, then you, friend, are a liberal hack. – That’s the one and only conclusion any reasonable person can reach after Pam Bondi’s tour de force on the Senate floor Monday, where she literally evicerated the father/son gang of thugs.

Bondi, a former Attorney General of Florida who is a key part of the Trump defense team, not only exposed the Bidens’ racketeering in Ukraine, but also in China and Iraq, two other countries where Quid Pro Joe served as Obama’s “point man” on foreign policy. During the course of her expose’, Bondi not only exposed the Bidens, she also exposed the House Managers as dishonest hacks, and exposed the news media for the manner in which it actually made token efforts to expose the Biden corruption, but then turned on a dime to defend Quid Pro Joe once he declared himself a candidate for the presidency.

This exposure naturally threw the Capital press corps into a rage, and Texas Senator Ted Cruz became a target of their ire when he held a brief presser after Bondi had finished. Watch as Cruz exposes the Democrat/media hacks for what they are in this clip, which is followed by a transcript.

Here’s the Clip:

Here’s the transcript for those of you who still like to read stuff:

Cruz: This was the first time in the entire proceeding we have heard just the beginning of the serious evidence of corruption involving Burisma, the Ukrainian natural gas company that paid Hunter Biden, Joe Biden’s son, a million dollars a year…[reporter interrupts]… let me finish, I’ll answer the question…[another interruption] … let me answer the question without interrupting me please.

Burisma paid Hunter Biden, Joe Biden’s son, a million dollars a year while Hunter [Joe]  Biden threatened Ukraine to withhold a billion dollars in aid unless and until they filed the prosecutor investigating his son.

Reporter: When did Hunter Biden threaten anyone, sir?

Cruz: Joe Biden. Joe Biden, the Vice President of the United States, and we just saw a video, and I would encourage each and every news outlet here to actually show the video of Joe Biden bragging how he told the President of the Ukraine he was gonna cut off a billion dollars…he was gonna block a billion dollars in foreign aid to Ukraine unless they fired the prosecutor.

And Joe Biden, in his own words, ‘son of a bitch, the fired the guy.’

Reporter: So, why not have Bolton testify? [lots of belligerent crosstalk here from reporters]

Cruz: So, I get that the press loves to obsess over the latest bombshell. Listen, I don’t know what John Bolton’s book says or doesn’t say. I’ve seen the New York Times coverage, but at the end of the day, it doesn’t impact the legal issue before this senate.

The legal issue before this senate is whether the President has the authority to investigate corruption. The House Managers built their entire case [reporter tries to interrupt] on the proposition that investigating Burisma corruption, investigating the Bidens for corruption, was baseless and a sham. [more reporter interruptions]

Hold on, let me finish this…[more interruptions – note how desperate the media hacks are to prevent him from getting this point made] no, I’m gonna finish my point and then I’ll be happy to answer your question. The House Managers based their entire case on the proposition that investigating Burisma – and concerning the Bidens – was baseless and a sham.

That proposition is absurd. We’ve just seen…they said there wasn’t a shred of evidence concerning corruption. We’ve just seen two hours of evidence. And at a minimum, it was not only reasonable and justified, but the President, I think, had an obligation to investigate corrupt that potentially extended to the very highest levels of government.

Reporter: Senator, in that two hours, none of the President’s attorneys mentioned a single possible crime that Hunter or Joe Biden are accused of. [Cruz laughs out loud at this] What this basically is, is Hunter Biden got a job, and his father was Vice President. If that’s a crime, shouldn’t half of your children be in jail?

Cruz: [Laughing in the idiot’s face] My children are 9 and 11, and I’m sorry that you want to throw a 9 year-old in prison, but at this point, my third-grader plays basketball and softball at her school, so stop playing the nasty [reporter interrupts] no, stop playing the nasty Washington game [reporter interrupts again] attacking a 9 year-old? [lost of crosstalk here]

Reporter: Senator, we have seen reports of a possible one for one trade on witnesses. Would you be open to that idea?

Cruz: In my view, additional witnesses are not necessary. The House Managers have presented their case, and they haven’t come remotely close to meeting their burden of proof. Now, that being said, if the senate later this week when we vote on witnesses decides to go down the road to additional witnesses, I think at a minimum, the most important witness for the senate to hear from is now Hunter Biden. [reporter interrupts] Let another reporter have a chance [talking to the previous idiot]

Reporter: Why don’t you want to hear from John Bolton under oath?

Cruz: I don’t believe the testimony is necessary. The House Managers have a burden of proof. A burden of proof to prove their case. They have fallen woefully short. The standard under the constitution is high crimes and misdemeanors. They have not demonstrated any law was violated, and the President was entirely justified in asking for an investigation concerning corruption in the Ukraine and potentially Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.

At the end of the day, there might have been [lots of crosstalk here before the next idiot reporter asks the idiot reporter question of all time]

Reporter: What about the shadow over the presidency? If you don’t have witness testimony in this trial…

Cruz: [laughing out loud at the idiot hack again] Look, the “shadow over the presidency” is the last several months of sham proceedings in the House, where they only heard from prosecution witnesses, and they ignored the very substantial evidence of corruption with the Vice President, going potentially to the very top of the [Obama] Administration.

And let me – by the way, the Obama Administration pointed out the conflict of interest over and over and over again, and so did the press, until the press decided to defend the House Democrats’ partisan impeachment attack. This has been a sham from the beginning. Presidents have the authority to investigate corruption, and it was overwhelming.

[End]

Thank you, Senator Cruz, for summing it all up so succinctly and clearly. No wonder the media hates you so damn much.

That is all.

WATCH: Matt Gaetz Torches Hunter Biden at Impeachment Clown Show

Today’s Campaign Update, Part II
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

GOP rising star Matt Gaetz of Florida gave today’s clown show hearing on impeachment the respect it fully deserved – by spending most of his five minutes of time mercilessly torching the Bidens, most notably Quid Pro Joe’s ne’er-do-well son, Hunter.

The clip of Gaetz’s five minutes of greatness is followed by a full transcript of the festivities:

Transcript:

Thank you, Mr. Chairman. This amendment strikes “Joe Biden” as the center of the investigation, and replaces it with the true topic of the investigation: Burisma and Hunter Biden.

An essential element of the Democrats’ case on abuse of power is that the Bidens did nothing wrong. It can only be an abuse of power, and not a correct use of power, if the President was pursuing something under which there was no reasonable basis to ask a question about Hunter Biden and Burisma.

Hunter Biden and Burisma – boy, that’s an interesting story. And I think just about every American knows there’s something up with that.

$86,000 a month, and no experience? Working for some foreign government while your dad’s the vice president of the United States?

Is there anyone who really believes this is ok? I know we’ve got a few of my Democratic colleagues who run for president, or might run for president one day: Would you let your vice president have their son or daughter or some family member out moonlighting for some foreign company?

Maybe I’ll use language familiar to the former vice president: C’mon man, this looks dirty as it is. Hunter Biden was making more than five times more than a board member for ExxonMobil [!]. I’ve heard of that company.

And so I wanted to read up on Hunter Biden, learn a little more about him, and I found this very extensive profile in the New Yorker.

Here’s what it says:

Hunter said that at that point, he had not slept for several days. Driving east on Interstate 10 just beyond Palm Springs, he lost control of his car, which jumped the median and skidded to a stop on the shoulder of the West-bound side. He called Hertz, which came to collect the damaged car and gave him a second rental.

The Hertz rental officer told me he found a crack pipe in the car, and on one of the consoles, a line of white powder residue. Beau Biden’s Attorney General badge was on the dashboard. Hertz called the Prescott police department and officers filed a narcotics offense report listing items seized in the car, including a plastic bag containing a white powdery substance, a secret service card, credit cards, and Hunter Biden’s driver’s license.

That is what we would call “evidence.” And I don’t want to make light of anybody’s substance abuse issues – I know the President’s working real hard to solve those throughout the country – but it’s a little hard to believe that Burisma hired Hunter Biden to resolve their international disputes when he could not resolve his own dispute with Hertz Rental Car over over leaving cocaine and a crack pipe in the car.

It continues:

Hunter stayed in Los Angeles for about a week. He said he needed to “get away and forget.”

Soon after his arrival in L.A., he said he asked a homeless man in Pershing Square where he could buy crack. Hunter said that the man took him to a nearby homeless encampment where, in a narrow passageway between tents, someone put a gun to his head before realizing he was the buyer. He returned to buy more crack a few times that week.

Again, not saying, not casting any judgment on any challenges someone goes through in their personal life, but it is just hard to believe this was the guy, wandering through homeless encampments buying crack, that was worth $86,000 a month to Burisma Holdings.

And that may be one of the reasons why, when ABC asked Hunter Biden, hey, do you think you would’ve gotten this job in the absence of your dad being vice president, well, he said, “probably not.”

Then I looked to the record evidence, and I looked to the testimony of Mr. [George] Kent. Mr. Kent was one of the witnesses they [the Democrats] called on the first day. He said Burisma was so dirty that our own embassy had to pull out of a joint sponsorship with them.

When Amb. Yovanovitch was being prepped for her own senate confirmation, the Obama administration was so worried about the corruption surrounding Burisma and Hunter Biden that they held special prep moments to try to get ready for the inevitable questions about this obvious corruption that the President [Trump] asked about.

Mr. Kent, one of their witnesses from the first day, also gave testimony that the head of Burisma had stolen $23 million in the U.S. and the U.K, and that he paid a bribe to get off the hook!

So, again, it’s not as if Burisma is pulling out new plays, their playbook is to go in and pay bribes and hire the people who are necessary to make those problems go away.

This is why the minority hearing issue [which Nadler refuses to call despite house rules requiring him to do so] is so important, by the way. You wonder why Republicans are so angry that we didn’t have a hearing to put on our own witnesses and our own evidence, and we wonder why, well, if they feel so good about their case, why did they block our ability to put in evidence?

It’s because we have the ability to show that Burisma is corrupt. We have the ability to show that Hunter Biden is corrupt.

And that totally exculpates the President, because there is no way in the United States of America that honestly pursuing actual corruption is an impeachable offense.

[End]
