What is the Game with the Horowitz Report?

Today’s Campaign Update, Part II
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley is not a happy man. – The former Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee is understandably irritated about the seemingly endless delays in the process of getting the report on FISA abuse from DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz released to the public. Grassley made his concerns known in a tweet issued Tuesday afternoon:

Indeed, what is the game with this long-delayed report from an investigation that started more than 20 months ago in early 2018? The report has been rumored in the fake news media to be complete and ready for release since at least April of this year, yet we still have seen neither hide nor hair of it. Grassley’s reference to “next week when they said it would” is actually a reference to reports from Sara Carter and others claiming that their “sources” were telling them the report would be issued on or around November 18.

This is about the 600th “sourced” issue date for the report that Carter and others have rolled out on Sean Hannity’s radio and/or TV programs since April. Hannity himself has repeatedly claimed that his own “sources” were telling him the report was just bound to be released at some point every month for the last six months. And yet, here we sit, still without this supposedly crucial report.

And it only gets worse: Late Tuesday evening, the Associated Press issued a report that clearly tells us we won’t see this report next week, or the week after that, or anytime before at least early December. Here’s the key passage:

The inspector general in recent days has invited witnesses and their lawyers who were interviewed for the report to review portions of a draft this week and next, a critical final step toward making the document public, according to multiple people familiar with the process who insisted on anonymity to discuss it.

As part of that process, the people will have opportunities to raise concerns or suggest potential edits, making it unclear precisely when in the coming weeks a final version could be ready for release. Inspector General Michael Horowitz told Congress in a letter last month that he did not expect a lengthy review period and that he intended to make as much of the report public as possible, with minimal redactions.

Oh. It is “unclear precisely when in the coming weeks a final version could be ready for release.” Well, knock me over with a feather.

This witness review process could take a few weeks, or it could take months. It could even result in the release of the report being delayed until after Election Day 2020, at which time it could be safely quashed from ever seeing the light of day should a Democrat win the presidency.

Why? Because each and every one of these witnesses has a high-powered lawyer representing them, and those lawyers will no doubt employ every tactic for delay they can come up with, given that they are no doubt all loyal players whose livelihoods depend on the preservation of the DC Swamp and its corruption.

And presto! Just as if it were coordinated in advance, the reliable deep state mouth organ Washington Post issued its own report just hours after the AP report in which it claims that, while the timelines for some witness reviews have already been established, the timelines for others are “still being negotiated”:

Several witnesses have been scheduled or are in talks to review sections of the report dealing with their testimony in the next two weeks, the people said on the condition of anonymity to discuss a sensitive matter.

Even better for the deep state, the witnesses can submit feedback, which could result in further delays and force additional “investigations”:

That could mean public release is imminent, though the witnesses will be allowed to submit feedback — which could spark more investigative work and slow down the process.

Oh. And guess what? Any additional investigative work might – just might – result in new revelations of wrongdoing, which would the result in the accused persons within the FBI and DOJ getting yet another lengthy bite at the apple to review the findings and provide their own “feedback,” which could in turn create the need for more investigative work and witness interviews and feedback and counterclaims and lawyer tactics and corrupt FBI demands for redactions and on and on and on and on ad nauseum.

Oh.

Here’s the lesson for Senator Grassley: You need to stop watching or listening to Sean Hannity and his gang of tick-tock monkeys. Sean Hannity has aired essentially the same hour of TV and three hours of radio five days a week for the past three years now. His incessant, repeated claims of “big revelations coming” that will be “devastating” and result in “multiple criminal referrals” and yada-yada-yada and blah-blah-blah have become the single most tiresome feature of our national news media.

So, to quote Sen. Grassley: “WHAT THE GAME IS?”

The game is delay. The game is being played by not only Horowitz himself, but by Christopher Wray, by Dana Boente, by other corrupt DOJ and FBI officials, by the felons who participated and still participate in the coup cabal, by the witnesses and their lawyers and their willing accomplices in the fake news media.

And here’s the biggest problem, Sen. Grassley: The game is also being played by your successor at the Judiciary Committee, your esteemed colleague Lindsey Graham. If you really are frustrated by all the delays, well, Sen. Graham has the power to convene a hearing and subpoena Horowitz, Wray, Boente and anyone else he wants to and ask them why they are playing this game.

Graham has in fact had that power for 10 months now and failed to convene a single hearing or issue a single subpoena related to this matter.

Tick-tock. Tick-tock. Tick-to…oh hell, nevermind.

That is all.

Lindsey Graham and Matt Gaetz: A Stark Contrast in Style and Effectiveness

Today’s Campaign Update
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

You can forget about the Senate doing anything effective about the sham non-impeachment process being run by Adam Schiff and San Fran Nan. –  House Republicans are on their own on this deal. Lindsey Graham gave that reality away during the first minute of his appearance on Sean “Tick-Tock” Hannity’s tediously-repetitive program on Fox News last night:

Here’s the crucial exchange:

Hannity: Adam Schiff is now a fact witness – would you be able to call him to testify before your committee?

Graham: I doubt it. The whole impeachment inquiry has been referred to the [Senate] Intelligence Committee.

Oh.

Graham goes on to talk about a “resolution” he plans to introduce on the floor of the Senate today, “objecting” to the raging abuses of process and power being employed by Pelosi and Schiff, but he knows that all it will take is an objection from a single Democrat to kill that meaningless gesture. But Graham’s entire life is built around meaningless gestures and interviews with the always-reliable Hannity these days, so that’s to be expected.

The only meaningful thing Graham said in that entire 6:47 clip is the part about everything being assigned to the Intelligence Committee. That would be the black hole of deep state toadies chaired by RINO Richard Burr in name only, and in fact run for the last 3 years by Virginia Democrat Mark Warner, who has led Burr around on a leash like John McCain used to lead Graham around. Yes, that Senate Intelligence Committee.

So, Mitch McConnell, by assigning everything to do with impeachment to the wrong committee – there can be no possible jurisdictional reason why an impeachment process focused on diplomatic dealings involving military aid to a foreign government should be assigned to the committee that has oversight over the nation’s spy community – has ensured that the Senate will do absolutely nothing to conduct any real oversight of its own until articles of impeachment have been delivered at his doorstep.

We might – and should – admire Majority Leader Yertle (thanks to Larry Schweikart for that dead-on nickname for McConnell) for his tenacity in getting President Trump’s judicial nominees confirmed, and to Graham’s credit, all of those nominations go through his Judiciary Committee. But we should never forget that McConnell is a DC Swamp critter to the core, and that his real loyalties in life are to the maintenance of his own privileges, perks and power. He’s more than happy to let Pelosi and Schiff conduct their KGB-style interrogations of witnesses in the Capitol basement with zero oversight from the Senate in the form of hearings or investigations, or indeed without even a peep of protest emerging from his reptilian lips.

So, Republicans in the House are on their own, and up until yesterday, they – and only a handful of them at that – had also limited their activities to issuing sure-to-fail resolutions on the House floor and making appearances on Fox News. But, thanks to Florida Republican Matt Gaetz, who understands that his Party has been bringing a hand grenade to a nuclear war thus far in this fight, that all changed on Wednesday, at least temporarily.

Gaetz led a group of about 35 or so GOP House members down to the Capitol basement hearing room in which Schiff and his fellow Soviet Democrats have been conducting their witness interrogations. There, the Republican protesters held a peaceful demonstration outside the room, held a press availability and generally disrupted the process, stealing a tactic the Democrats and their surrogates use 1,000 time every day all across America. Naturally, the fake news media uniformly described the demonstration as “storming” the hearing room. Because, you know, these are Republicans, and the media simply must use Nazi analogies and imagery anytime possible.

But the point here is that what Gaetz and his fellow Republicans did was effective, in stark contrast to what Graham is planning to do today with his meaningless “resolution.” They got the attention of fake news media outlets outside of Fox News, and even got coverage on the network nightly news programs, something their other antics pretty much never do.

So Gaetz and a handful of fellow GOP House members like Mark Meadows, Devin Nunez and Jim Jordan get it. They understand the real nature of the war that is going on here, and that it is a war not just on President Trump, but on every Republican and every citizen in this country. That’s good.

But here’s the thing: If the demonstration Gaetz led on Wednesday ends up being a one-time thing, then it’s just a stunt, one that will be forgotten by the end of today. To be effective and to move public opinion, these Republicans need to be back there, or doing something similar, today, and tomorrow and every day next week and the week after that and the week after that, until they force Pelosi and Schiff to open up this dark, Soviet-style process to the light of day.

Gaetz’s instincts are good, and the tactic he led yesterday was quite effective. But will he have any follow-through? Guess we’ll find out today.

Don’t hold your breath.

That is all.

Trey Gowdy Warns Us Not To Expect Any BOOM From The Horowitz FISA Report

Today’s Campaign Update
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

In case you missed it, plodding, thus-far-inept DOJ IG Michael Horowitz sent a letter to congress yesterday notifying key committee chairs that he has finally, at long last, completed the initial draft if his eons-awaited report on FISA abuse. The report now goes to Attorney General William Barr and swamp rat FBI Director Christopher Wray to begin the internal review process. That process will likely consume another month or so, maybe even longer, before the public will finally, at long last, be able to see the fruits of Horowitz’s glacially-paced labors.

This, of course will set the stage for all manner of leaking and self-puffery by the subjects of the IG’s report, including John Brennan, James Comey, James Clapper, Peter Strzok and Andrew McCabe, to name just a few of the Usual Suspects who the public record already available clearly demonstrates defrauded the FISA court repeatedly during 2016-17.

It also sets the stage for wild anticipation and irrational optimism among Trump supporters who have been paying attention to all of this that Horowitz is somehow about to deliver the goods on all the participants in the Obama DOJ/FBI Cabal, the foundation that will result in all of them being tried for treason and shipped off to prison for the rest of their lives.

Like clockwork, former prosecutor and ex-congressman Trey Gowdy appeared on Sean Hannity’s show last night to caution everyone to cool your heels and tamp down your expectations. Below is a video clip of that appearance, with a partial transcript to follow:

Here’s a partial transcript for those of you who still like to read stuff:

Gowdy: “It’s hard to convince 12 people of anything – I used to have to do that for a living. It’s tough. You’ve gotta dot every I and cross every T.

“Candidly, it is more difficult if it is a high-profile defendant. So, if they go forward with McCabe, it’s going to be a tough trial. You don’t want the U.S. government going to trial and losing on a regular basis. They lost the Greg Craig case, and that’s not good. If you’re going to go to trial, you need to win.”

Hannity shifts the subject to the IG Report producing indictments:

Gowdy: “You have to find a criminal statute if your objective is indictment. That is why I’m very clear every time I appear on your show that we cannot live in a society where an indictment is the only thing that carries any stigma [valid point there –  more on that at the bottom of this piece].

“Most of the names in this FISA abuse process have already been fired or publicly called to task. Jim Comey, twice now, the IG said ‘you did not meet our expectations. You failed to follow policy. You violated your employment agreement.’ All of that has to be significant.

“I used to try to make representations in court, and I tried real hard to be honest and fair about it. But let’s assume that I didn’t tell the court something. The remedy for me is not indictment. The remedy is I may lose my law license, I may be held in contempt.”

[Hannity interrupts, which is what he is good at, but makes a good point about the use of the unverified Dossier as the basis for the FISA warrants being a conscious fraud on the court, which it was. Repeatedly.]

Gowdy: “Well, if you were a lawyer, you’d lose your law license, and the court could hold you in contempt. You would be held in contempt of court, absolutely and you can go to jail for that. But I don’t know that lawyers who make factual misrepresentations in front of judges get indicted. You’re gonna get punished, you’re gonna be held in contempt, you may get sent to prison.

“I’m not minimizing anything they’ve done. I’m saying we’ve gotta attach the right punishment to the right offense.”

[Hannity visibly angry now: “But by signing that, they’re denying an American citizen their constitutional rights. They’re literally using that lie to spy on a presidential candidate, and then transition.”]

Gowdy: “Aha! We’ve identified a statute! Using the color of a government official – it could be a 1983 action. And that’s all I’m saying – we have gotta match up the conduct with an official code violation. What you just laid out is a 1983 violation.  Now, we’re getting somewhere!” [Note: U.S. Code Sec. 1983 allows prosecutors to pursue a civil action against anyone acting “under color of law” to deprive an American citizen of their civil rights. It is not a criminal statute.]

[Hannity: “I’ll send you Greg Jarrett’s list, he’s identified a whole bunch of violations.”]

Gowdy: “Don’t sent it to me, send it to Bill Barr.”

[Hannity dissembles about not knowing Barr. Interview ends.]

So, if you’ve been reading all those Twitter-based tick-tock conspiracy mongers and and watching Hannity air the same program every night for the last 18 months, leading you to believe the IG’s report was going to lower the BOOM on all the participants in the Obama Cabal, well, sorry. Trey Gowdy, a former prosecutor who never lost a case is here to tell you to dampen those expectations and go watch some football this weekend instead.

Finally, let’s review this passage of Gowdy’s comments:

“That is why I’m very clear every time I appear on your show that we cannot live in a society where an indictment is the only thing that carries any stigma [valid point there –  more on that at the bottom of this piece].

“Most of the names in this FISA abuse process have already been fired or publicly called to task. Jim Comey, twice now, the IG said ‘you did not meet our expectations. You failed to follow policy. You violated your employment agreement.’ All of that has to be significant.”

Of course, Gowdy’s absolutely right there. Public stigma used to be a vital aspect of punishing bad actors like the Cabal participants whenever the government couldn’t succeed in actually prosecuting them under criminal statutes.

The problem, though, is that that stigma no longer exists for anyone who is opposed to President Donald Trump. That stigma can only exist if our society has a real, working news media establishment that is willing to lay out the truth of their acts to the public and shame them for it. Our fake new media no longer serves that function related to anyone opposed to Trump. In fact, those bad actors are not only NOT shamed by the media, many of them are handsomely rewarded by the media with big “contributor” contracts. Witness Andrew McCabe, John Brennan, James Clapper as prime examples.

Peter Strzok and Comey were fired, but then were rewarded by the media with big book deals. Strzok and McCabe were both able to collect hundreds of thousands of dollars from demented leftists when they set-up online funds for their legal defense. On and on the depravity on the political left and in our fake news media goes.

So, while what Gowdy says there used to be correct in a U.S. society of decades ago, it is utterly irrelevant in today’s world. Absent indictments – or, as Gowdy repeatedly implies in this interview, being held in contempt by the FISA court and spending jail time for that – all of these co-conspirators will just keep laughing all the way to the bank with money largely provided them by our fake news media.

Sad, but true.

That is all.

Watch Devin Nunes Discuss his Efforts to Expose Spygate

Today’s Campaign Update, Part II
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Good information here from a Hannity interview with Devin Nunes Friday evening.

Watch the clip here – a transcript will follow:

For those of you who still like to read, the transcript is below, but first the big takeaways.:

  • The Nunes letter Hannity references requests DOJ provide him with all documentation collected by the Mueller Witch Hunt related to longtime U.S. intelligence asset Joseph Mifsud.
  • Per Fox News, Nunes’ letter is also addressed to “Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Central Intelligence Agency Director Gina Haspel, National Security Agency Director Paul Nakasone and FBI Director Chris Wray. It asks them to hand over all information they have on Mifsud by May 10.”
  • Mifsud was one of the spies the FBI ran into the Trump Campaign during 2016 in its efforts to entrap George Papadopoulous and other Trump Campaign officials into committing some illegal admission or act.
  • Nunes knows already that Mifsud has also long been an asset for other western intelligence agencies, including those from Great Britain, Australia and Italy.
  • Nunes suspects that Mifsud also serves as an operative for the Russians, and believes the Mueller Witch Hunt likely collected documentation proving that’s the case.
  • As Nunes notes, if his suspicion about Mifsud is proven correct, it would be an enormous scandal for the FBI and U.S. intelligence agencies.

Just another piece of this highly-complex puzzle that could be about to fall into place.

======================================================================

[Here’s the transcript of the Hannity/Nunes clip. I have used the abbreviation “Papa” to avoid having to type Papadopoulous a dozen times.:]

Nunes: After the Mueller report came out, we said we were going to comb through it. One of the first things that came out was that they used a Guardian news report to claim that the Link campus was a place where Mifsud had worked. What they failed to say in that same report was that Mifsud was linked to Italian intelligence services.

So, if you’re Mueller, you don’t get to report the parts that you want to report in your story, you have to put the entire piece before the American people. He didn’t do that, so we’re calling him out. This is not how investigations are supposed to be run.

When you look into Mifsud closer, you realize he is connected with all kinds of intelligence agencies, including our own FBI. And in that letter, Sean, you’ll see there’s pictures with FBI agents at the Link campus where Professor Mifsud teaches.

So, we asked the question – and I’ll just sum it up like this – we want to know every document that these agencies have related to Mifsud. Because if he is in fact a Russian agent, this would be one of the biggest intelligence scandals not just for our agencies, but also for the Italians and the Brits and others. Because if Mifsud is a Russian agent he would know all kinds of our intelligence agents throughout the globe.

So we asked those questions, we want those documents and we are giving them a week.

Hannity: You said that this professor has all these connections to all these western intelligence agencies, and yeah, Mueller implies that he was a Russian agent, but it may be much deeper is how I’m seeing this. My question to you is do you believe that in an effort to illegally spy on the American people that it’s possible that some at the top of our intel community under Obama/Biden may have outsourced things that were illegal for them to do Americans, so that they could have our allies do the spying for them. Let me give you an example: Great Britain or Australia or maybe Italy – am I over the target here?

Nunes: I think you are, and one of the things we point out in the letter is very specific: Because the FBI, or I should say the Mueller group, claims that Papadopoulous misled them, and they were not allowed to get to Prof. Mifsud in time in order to interview him. These are the claims they make against Papa when they sentence him to prison.

What we found it, well wait a second, if this is really what happened, and if you backtrack all of this they’re basically making the claim that Mifsud is the guy who said he had emails or other information about the emails being the hands of the Russian government. If that is in fact true, they couldn’t talk to Mifsud until supposedly January, February of 2017. Well, how do they know to ask Papa all throughout 2016 whether or not he’s seen the Russian emails, or whether he knows about the Russian emails?

The only way that’s possible is that had to come from Mifsud some way, somehow.

Now, who Mifsud’s really working for I don’t know, but like everything we do, Sean, we have to be slow and patient because we have to see what is the real relationship between Mifsud and our FBI, Mifsud and our State Department?

Hannity: You specifically talk about omissions in the Mueller report and you also explain how Papa met Mifsud. We’re about to have Papa and his wife on, and the story that we now know is true – that even the NY Times has now admitted this week, the FBI was using young, pretty, flirtatious women right out of a James Bond novel, along with Stefan Halper, along with Mifsud, to set Papa up.  Is there anything I’m saying that’s wrong, and how deep did it go?

Nunes: I said this a year ago – and I and others got mocked – I’m not interested in if the Trump Campaign was spied on. That happened. That’s a fact.

I want to know how many spies, informants, whatever you want to call them, were run into the Trump Campaign.

So, look, the Times story now says 2, that’s up from 1, my guess is it’s a lot more than that. If you listen to what AG Barr said yesterday, as sophisticated as this operation was, there had to be a lot more people, sophisticated people that were involved in this operation from our own FBI.

So I still want to know how many spies were run into the Trump Campaign. I still don’t know, but we’re gonna get the answer, and we’re gonna get it out to the American people.

Jim Acosta Goes Full Alinsky on Hannity, Trump Supporters

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Tired of all this Winning yet? – The ADP non-farm payroll employment report for July was released yesterday, and of course studiously ignored by our fake national news media.  That’s because the report yet again came in well above expectations, sporting a whopping 219,000 new jobs added vs. analyst projections of 185,000.  Good news for President Trump and the American people = no coverage at CNN, the NYTimes or any of the major TV networks.  It’s a rule or something.

Speaking of CNN, whiny little Jimmy Acosta, who spends his time injecting poison into the nation’s bloodstream from the White House press room 5 days every week, took to Twitter last night to accuse Fox News host Sean Hannity of…wait for it…wait for it…INJECTING POISON INTO THE NATION’S BLOODSTREAM!

I kid you not, the guy who is the literal poster child for the #Fakenews Poison Injecting Association of America got all pissy (which is what he does best) about Hannity’s CNN-bashing opening monologue.  Here’s the tweet:

Don’t you love how this professional purveyor of news fakery adds that he’s “confident in the long run that truth will prevail”?  No doubt that will indeed ultimately happen, but Littly Jimmy won’t like it when it does.

Acosta went on his little Twitter tantrum shortly after he had told one of his fellow CNN fake newsers that the Trump fans at the President’s Tuesday rally in Tampa made him feel “like we weren’t in America anymore,” and that what the President does amounts to “whipping these crowds up into a frenzy” and is “a pitting of American against American and honestly, it needs to stop.”

This is so utterly dishonest.  If you watched the online live feed of the half-hour before the rally began, you saw Acosta  and other members of the press laughing around with people in the crowd, giving autographs, taking selfies with them, and just generally having a good time.  Acosta even sent out a tweet talking about what a good time he has having, while of course taking a false cheap shot at the President, who takes questions from the press almost every day of the week:

What Acosta and CNN do, though, is let the people know when they’re about to go live on camera and encourage them to be as loud and nasty as they can be.  It’s like what the sideline camera crews do with fans at football games.

So having literally created the scene, Acosta then later takes to the air to accuse the same people with whom he’d been paling around of being un-American, and implying they’re a bunch of violence-prone rubes who can easily be whipped into a frenzy.  This is literally the very definition of fake news.  It is also the very definition of encouraging violence to be committed against Trump supporters by de-humanizing them, which is something CNN does every day.

Here’s reality:  In all of the Trump rallies – and there have been hundreds of them since 2015, involving literally millions of Americans – the fake news media has been able to document exactly one incident in which one Trump fan actually committed an act of violence inside one of these rallies, and that was in late 2015 when one old man got mad at a younger protester who had been screaming obscenities at then-Candidate Trump while he spoke, and threw a single punch at him.

Meanwhile, during the campaign there were dozens of incidents in which Trump supporters were violently assaulted – often, as in Santa Cruz, CA, while local police stood around and did nothing – by leftist thugs as they attempted to enter or leave the rallies.  Acosta and his fellow fake newsers at CNN think you’re so dumb you’ve forgotten all of that.  Because, of course, you’re just a bunch of violence-prone rubes.

The truth is that it is CNN, with its constant dog-whistling for violence and absurdly false coverage of this President, that is, along with its wards in the Democrat Party, whipping up and refusing to cover the violence that is taking place on the streets of our country at an alarmingly increasing pace.  Last night, Little Jimmy Acosta was simply engaging in the Democrats favorite Saul Alinsky tactic of projection – accusing your opposition of being guilty of your very own bad behavior.

But hey, he’s been coordinating his efforts with Democrats for years now, so he’s learned from the best.

Just another day in all fake news all the time America.

That is all.

This is America, Where Fake News Reporting Now Wins Pulitzers

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Tired of all this Winning yet?  – Heads had to be exploding all over the fake mainstream news media on Monday, as President Trump hit 51% approval in the Rasmussen Survey and several other polls showed the President’s approval ticking upwards.  These results have to be maddening to all the fake reporters and editors who wake up every day intent on slanting their reporting against the current POTUS in their tireless efforts to reverse the outcome of the 2016 national election.

Even worse for the fake media and its masters at the Democrat National Committee, the new ABC/Washington Post survey shows the Democrat edge in the generic congressional preference category closing to just 4 percent, at 47/43.  This poll had that margin at 12 points in January.  Hey, maybe Robert Mueller’s assault on the right to attorney client privilege and the constitutional protection against unreasonable search and seizure isn’t such a great idea for the Democrats after all?  Just a thought.

Speaking of Mueller and his efforts to destroy every shred of attorney/client privilege in his desperation to dig up dirt on the President, the assault on former Trump attorney Michael Cohen made big news when the federal judge in the case, one Kimba Wood, forced the public revelation of Mr. Cohen’s three most recent clients, and it turned out that one of those clients happened to be Fox News and radio talk show host Sean Hannity.   The fake journalist Twitter-verse erupted with glee at the judge-ordered doxing of Hannity, who they all hate.  Hannity, for his part, said that it’s no big deal, and that he had never paid Cohen for any services, though if he had it is hard to see why that would be anyone’s business.

In any event, the actual big news in all of this to anyone who is not a fake reporter or fake editor is the name of that judge – Kimba Wood.  Those of us who, like me, are old enough to remember the early years of the Clinton Administration will remember that Judge Wood was Hillary Clinton’s hand-picked favorite to become Bill Clinton’s first nominee for Attorney General.  We will also remember that Ms. Wood’s potential nomination for the job fell apart when it was revealed that a) she had trained to be a Playboy bunny while in college, and b) she had once employed an illegal alien as a nanny and failed to properly report the wages she paid the nanny to the IRS.

To make things even more outrageous, it turns out that Judge Wood actually officiated at the 2013 wedding ceremony of the evil funder of all sorts of radical efforts to destroy American society, George Soros.

Yes, that Kimba Wood, the long-time buddy of Hillary Clinton and George Soros, is now presiding over the Michael Cohen case.  And all the fake reporters in your fake national news media look at that amazing situation and think “hey, that’s all perfectly normal.  Nothing to report there.”  Holy cow.

In other fake news, our drama queen former FBI Director can’t compete with a porn star for TV ratings.  James Comey’s Sunday night interview on ABC with a former Clinton toady drew only a little over 8 million viewers.  This compares to the 24 million who tuned in to see porn star Stormy Daniels get the softball treatment from Gloria Vanderbilt’s son on CBS.  Which proves, I guess, that in today’s America, a 6’8″ drama queen is only worth a third of the value of a porn star.  Or maybe Anderson Cooper is just that much better looking than George Stephanopoulous.

Finally, in the ultimate expression of the new legitimacy of fake news, the fake staffs at the New York Times and the Washington Post shared the Pulitzer Prize (because, hey, these are mostly Millennials and thus, everyone must go home with a trophy) in the “National Reporting” category for their coverage of “Russian meddling in the 2016 elections.”  Think about this for second:  Both the Times and the Post have been forced to rescind or massively correct dozens of fake stories about what is mostly a fantasy made up out of whole cloth by the Clinton campaign in the wake of its stinging defeat by Donald Trump.

It is fake news at its finest, a media-supported fantasy play that has a completely out-of-control Special Counsel running around the country destroying some of our most crucial constitutional protections, and the Pulitzer Committee is celebrating the two fake newspapers that have played the biggest roles in helping to perpetuate it.  If you’re an American citizen, the members of the Pulitzer Committee just gave you the finger.

Just another day in everything is fake in today’s America.

That is all.
