Where Democrat Collusion Fantasies are Concerned, China is the new Russia

Hey! Anybody up for the “China Collusion” fantasy scam? – That’s what’s coming next from the Democrat/Media Axis of Disinformation, as was made clear on the Sunday morning talk shows. Democrat activist hosts Martha Raddatz of ABC and NBC’s weaselly Chuck Todd kicked off the festivities, with Fake Jake Tapper playing a supporting role.

Hilariously, this entire scam will revolve around the media’s former whipping boy, John Bolton, who has suddenly become their newest turncoat hero now that he’s taking shots at President Donald Trump.

Todd interviewed bug-eyed Adam Schiff on his gabfest, “Meet the Press.” There he practically begged Schiff to start new impeachment hearings ASAP based on the baseless and unsupported fables Bolton tells in his book about Trump’s dealings with China’s Xi Jinping. As reported by Fox News:

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff suggested on Sunday that former national security adviser John Bolton may soon testify before his panel – and that a fresh new round of impeachment proceedings may result from the memoir.

Schiff, D-Calif., made the remarks as Bolton, appearing on a separate talk show, charged that the Schiff-lead impeachment proceedings earlier this year were “too politicized” to bother with.

The back-and-forth came days after a federal judge determined that Bolton’s decision to publish his upcoming tell-all memoir on the Trump administration had “exposed his country to harm and himself to civil (and potentially criminal) liability,” and that Bolton had “likely jeopardized national security by disclosing classified information in violation of his nondisclosure agreement obligations.”

Schiff said on NBC News’ “Meet the Press” that although he hasn’t read Bolton’s book, “The Room Where It Happened,” his committee would be looking in coming days at having Bolton testify.

“If you don’t act now, and you sort of wait to act and you wait to see what happens in November, is that too late?” NBC News anchor Chuck Todd asked. “If you believe he has done impeachable acts with the Chinese government, can you really wait until after the election to put Bolton under oath, to start the process?”

“I don’t think we should wait, if we conclude that there are important things he says that needs to be exposed to the public,” Schiff responded. Specifically, Schiff asserted that “those comments that the president made when only the interpreter and President Xi [Jinping] was in the room, blessing the concentration camps of the Uighurs, it’s exactly why we want to know what he said to [Russian President Vladimir] Putin when he’s alone in the room with Putin.”

[End]

So, here we have the spectacle of a pretend-journalist basically talking joint Democrat/media strategy live on national television. At least old hacks like Dan Rather and Tom Brokaw kept their collusion with the Democrats behind the scenes, most often over champagne and caviar at the home of Washington Post editor Ben Bradlee.

But Weasel Todd isn’t the only corrupt media figure campaigning for another round of bogus impeachment activities from this congress. Martha Raddatz, who always looks and sounds as if she is right on the verge of crying (what must this poor woman’s childhood have been like?) aired a part of her “exclusive” interview with the star of this new fantasy play, Ambassador Pornstache himself.

In a tweet publicizing her interview, Raddatz said, “He didn’t want to be a part of the impeachment hearing” because “he thought it was too politicized and he wouldn’t make a difference … I pushed back on him several times,” ABC News’ Martha Raddatz said Sunday of his interview with Bolton.

She pushed back on him several times, because she’s right there with Weasel Todd, pushing as hard as she can for another impeachment effort by the Democrats in the house of representatives. Meanwhile, the man with the most perpetually furrowed brow in America, CNN’s insipid Jake Tapper, did his best to get Jerry Nadler, who comically chairs the House Judiciary Committee, to commit to impeaching both President Trump and Attorney General William Barr, but the little munchkin was having none of it:

“No, we’re not interested in Bolton’s testimony,” the New York Democrat said on CNN’s “State of the Union.” After being pressed by host Jake Tapper, Nadler acknowledged that “we may, but we’ll see about that.”

and, on Barr…

“I think he deserves impeachment. He certainly deserves impeachment. But again, that’s a waste of time because the Republicans in the Senate won’t look at that and we have, we have other ways of getting at this,” Nadler said.

[End]

Nadler said that, instead of moving to impeach Barr, his committee would move to withhold $50 million in funding from the massive DOJ budget instead, which would be akin to using a BB gun to try to bring down an elephant.

All of this – every last bit of it – was classic DC Swamp Kabuki Theater, with the Democrats who will ultimately lead this next scam pretending to be reluctant to move forward as they vet the concept on national TV. They will spend this week gauging public reaction before deciding whether or not to move ahead.

Will China Collusion become the new Russia Collusion? We will know soon enough.

That is all.

Mitt Romney Wanted to Stand Out Among His Peers – Trump Accommodates Him

The Evening Campaign Update

As President Donald Trump rolls out his administration’s guidelines for Opening America Up Again, only one Republican U.S. senator will not be asked to provide input into the process.

Early Thursday afternoon, the President listed the names of Republican and Democrat members of congress who would be a part of his coronavirus congressional advisory group. That list includes over two dozen Senate and House Democrats, 21 House Republicans and 52 of the 53 Republican Senate members.

The only GOP senator left off the list? Mitt Romney, who not coincidentally was the only GOP senator who made the despicable decision to vote to convict President Trump on one of the two hoax articles of impeachment that the Democrats concocted last fall.

Cool.

Also conspicuously missing from the advisory group roster are the names of Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer, the Democrat leaders in the House and Senate, respectively.

Here are some other notable names you will not find on this roster:

Adam Schiff

Gerrold Nadler

Stenny Hoyer

James Clyburn

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez

Ilhan Omar

Rashida Tlaib

Ayanna Presley

Indeed, not a single member of the Democrat Party’s house or senate leadership teams, or any of the four nitwits who make up the infamous radical leftist “squad” in the House appears on the roster of the advisory group.

Apparently, the President is more interested in getting things done than in dealing with hyper-partisan circus clowns.

The China Virus’s Side Effects: The 2020 Election

The China Virus’s Side Effects: The 2020 Election

Guest Contribution by Larry Schweikart, America’s History Teacher

In September 2019 I wrote that the suicide of the House was complete when it began pursuing a meaningless and infantile impeachment of President Donald Trump. This suicide was, I argued, largely due to the fact that throughout the Bush and Obama years, the House had yielded much of its constitutional authority over it’s greatest stipulated power: the budget. Once that was gone, its very purpose for existing was called into question. When Nancy Pelosi and her Democrat hatchet gang spent the entire first year in power in a game of “get Trump”—while Trump continued to issue executive order after executive order and/or make end runs through the court system he had largely packed by then, the House’s historic role was pretty much finished.

I argued that the wave of Republicans resigning or not running for reelection was a sign that even though they may have held out hopes of winning, it would be meaningless. The House could no longer really do much. It had become the American version of the House of Lords, while, inversely, the US Senate—with its confirmation powers—had become the true place where “it’s happening.”

Now we approach the 2020 elections in the midst of the Corona Virus, better known as the China Virus or Wuhan Flu. Even in the wake of the Democrat House meltdown, not a great deal has changed. Republicans can point to evening the generic ballot, and even leading in some surveys—which in normal times would mean a landslide House victory. And there have been solid candidates recruited for many of the races that flipped in 2018, including both TX seats, OK5, the NJ seats, and the NM seat. Collectively (by my math) these races with candidates who stand to win amount to at most 10 seats.

That would leave the Republicans about eight short of flipping. One piece of extremely encouraging news comes from the CA38 race, where a Republican will win and flip that California state house seat, thanks to that state’s “jungle primary” where the top two vote getters run off in the general. In this case, the Democrats bungled it and allowed the GOP to place 1-2. In November, up to five of the CA US House seats look flippable.

But there are broad headwinds against the GOP. The lesser of these, fundraising, is lagging because of two factors. First is the fact that in most races, candidates aren’t decided yet, and fundraising for a primary is usually harder than against a Democrat. But the second involves the China Virus.

By pushing back so many primaries—as occurred in Virginia this week—Republicans won’t get those candidates until still later in 2020. But the China Virus also slams fundraising. Who can give to House candidates if you are unemployed, concerned about the mortgage, etc.?

On a broader scale, however, the Republicans have a bigger problem. How do you campaign against a House that has done nothing? In “normal” times, that might be an easy task. But in impeachment/China Virus times? It becomes difficult for candidates to say what they would have done differently. Of course, not vote for impeachment. But what else? Since there have been no major issues on which to take a stand (as contrasted with 1994 when the House Bank, term limits, and bringing items to the floor for a vote were key voting issues), it becomes almost impossible to define a candidate differently than the incumbent. Will “I wouldn’t have voted to impeach President Trump” be enough? Probably not.

How do you campaign for a seat that has been rendered nearly meaningless by Pelosi? This is why dog-catcher races are won with totals in the hundreds—because the position is in the overall big picture so insignificant that only family and friends vote. Over a one and a half year period—again, working from a foundation already handed her by the Republicans in the Obama era—Pelosi has made voting for a House seat less meaningful than ever.

There is a little light at the end of the tunnel. Most Democrat incumbents in the “flipped” seats are underwater in their polling. In the Senate races, John James in Michigan is polling better than his opponent. But all incumbents will fare better in this shutdown as their opponents are pre-empted from campaigning at all. For Martha McSally and Cory Gardner, that is good news. The GOP should keep the Senate, and it is entirely possible now that the balance will not change even if both McSally and Gardner lose due to flips from Alabama and Michigan.

It is, ironically, also good news for President Trump. Joe Biden is in lockup—although it is unclear if he is hurt by being in front of people or not—and his approval ratings in handling the crisis are, so far, extremely good. Last week, he went up in every major poll ranging from a whopping 54% approval in the best to 46% in the worse, for an average of over 47%. (He was elected in 2016 with a 46% approval.) Campaigning against Trump’s handling of the China Virus policies is tricky, and Biden already has seen how difficult it is to claim Trump should be doing something different.

Which brings us to “a” likely scenario for 2020: Trump will win convincingly, if not with an outright landslide (probably in the neighborhood of 320-340 electoral votes, adding Minnesota and New Hampshire to his 2016 list). The Republicans will hold the Senate at close to the present margin. But it is entirely possible the Democrats will narrowly hang on to the House. If that happens, they will be incapable of restraining themselves from once again seeking to impeach President Trump on baseless charges. It’s all they know. And they cannot present any true legislation that would in any way advance the nation’s interests because that would rebound to Trump.

Look for two more years of stonewalling from a House seeing its influence and power eroding; more confirmations from the Senate for Trump judges (because, without the House, that’s all the Senate will have); and Trump continuing to work through executive orders and the judiciary with a split House/Senate incapable of stopping him. It is absolutely not what our Founders wanted. But when one branch of government completely abdicates its role, it’s what we get.

Trump Fires ICIG Atkinson: Media/Coup Plotters Hardest Hit

Today’s Campaign Update (Because the Campaign Never Ends)

A new day has officially arrived at the U.S. Intelligence Community.  – Late Friday afternoon, President Donald Trump (I still never tire of typing those three glorious words) pulled the trigger on Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson, providing him with his walking papers effective at the end of this month.

A more appropriate firing has never before happened to any employee of our federal government. Naturally, the corrupt coup d’etat supporters in our national news media went berserk. They all love Atkinson, given the key role he played in the whole fake impeachment hoax that distracted the nation’s attention from other crucial matters – like the Wuhan Virus – from September through January.

Here is the letter President Trump sent to Senators Richard Burr (RINO) and Mark Warner (D), the chairman and ranking member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, last night:

The President no doubt took this crucial decision based on the recommendation of Acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grennel. It is also likely no coincidence that the move comes just a few days after former Congressman Mark Meadows assumed the job of President Trump’s Chief of Staff. So, let’s all give Mr. Grennel and Mr. Meadows a standing round of applause as well.

Oscars GIF - Find & Share on GIPHY

Atkinson, remember is the corrupt Obama holdover who last August single-handedly enabled the entire impeachment hoax to move forward based on the anonymous, hearsay “whistleblower” complaint by surreptitiously changing the IC’s whistleblower rules to allow second-hand information. As reported this morning by Gateway Pundit:

Atkinson saw to it that the whistleblower form was updated to allow for second hand information, which the ‘whistleblower’ (believed to be Eric Ciaramella) provided in his complaint. Although, the form should not have been accepted based on second-hand information and because it was about the President of the United States (who is not in the IC), Atkinson accepted the complaint.

The whistleblower later attempted to edit the form he originally provided. The original form stated that the whistleblower did not talk to Congress before filing the form but after it was discovered that he had met with Adam Schiff’s team in Congress, the whistleblower attempted to edit his form.

It’s important to note that Atkinson’s move came just days after Schiff and his staff had coordinated with the fake whistleblower – Eric Ciaramella – to compile his complaint. Atkinson was obviously also coordinating his efforts with Schiff.

Let’s also remember that, after Atkinson was interviewed by Adam Schiff’s Soviet-style impeachment committee in September, the results were apparently so damaging to the hoax that Schiff has still refused to release the transcript of that interrogation to this day. Atkinson’s transcript remains the only one of the 29 interview transcripts still being kept under wraps.

Finally, the guys over at The Conservative Treehouse remind us in a great, comprehensive expose’ of Atkinson, that he was also singled out for criticism in last December’s report by DOJ IG Michael Horowitz:

Also, in the recent FISA review by the OIG the DOJ inspector general specifically identified issues with the “accuracy reviews” conducted by DOJ-NSD chief legal counsel. Who was that former DOJ-NSD chief legal counsel? That would be current ICIG Michael Atkinson.

Currently, former CIA Director John Brennan is under investigation for his role in the FBI spy operations against the Trump campaign and administration. Brennan is being investigated by U.S. Attorney John Durham, an assignment from AG Bill Barr.

Few people have asked why it would take a U.S. attorney to conduct a review of the CIA considering ICIG Atkinson should have been doing that oversight already. The answer within that non-discussed dynamic points to the reason why Ric Grenell as ODNI was needed.

So today, as you find yourselves going stir crazy as you continue to hole up in your home for fear of contracting a virus, take just a moment to celebrate the great news that your President took the time and political risk in the midst of this crisis to rid our government of this corrupt, malign influence who has done so much damage within our intelligence community.

Uncorking a nice, cold bottle of champagne might be in order.

Nancy Pelosi: Domestic Enemy

Today’s Campaign Update, Part II (Because the Campaign Never Ends)

In an appearance with Jake Tapper on CNN Sunday morning, despicable and depraved Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi said this:

In response, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, appearing on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo, said this:

“What she said, she’s blaming the president for people dying because of the way he’s led the country. That’s the most shameful disgusting statement by any politician in modern history. Let me tell you we’ve seen the best of America from our citizens helping each other, delivering groceries, having special shopping hours for senior citizens. She’s the first politician to blame another politician for people dying.”

There is no question that Sen. Graham is right: Pelosi’s statement is unhinged and completely unbecoming anyone who holds such a high office. But sadly, it is becoming more and more typical of this 80 year-old lunatic as she continues to age.

Let’s remember that San Fran Nan is fresh off of holding up a crucial stimulus bill for an entire week so she could insert pork to feed to favored constitutents like NPR, PBS, the National Endowments for the Arts and Humanities, and the Kennedy Center. The Kennedy Center is such a national disgrace that it couldn’t even wait 24 hours from the time it received its $25 million bailout to tell all of its resident musicians that they were being laid off.

Let’s also remember that, when President Trump took the early, foresightful action of cutting off most travel into the U.S. from China on January 31, this is how the depraved Pelosi responded:

And here’s the babbling idiot urging tourists to go party in San Francisco’s Chinatown district on … wait for it … February 24:

Let’s also remember that, as the coronavirus was germinating in China’s Wuhan province last November through January, being spread across the world thanks to the rank mendacity of the ChiCom government, Nancy Pelosi was abusing her power and distracting the entire apparatus of the federal government with a completely bogus impeachment hoax. This stands as one of the most repugnant abuses of power by a high federal office holder in American history.

In their oaths of office, members of congress, commissioned military officers and other officials promise to “defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic”.

Nancy Pelosi, through her habitual bald-faced lying, her abuse of her powers as Speaker, and her increasingly wild and irrational accusations aimed at the President and anyone else who opposes her radical leftist agenda, has very clearly proven herself to be a domestic enemy of the constitution and the people of this country. She should be treated accordingly by all thinking Americans.

The New Democrat/Media Hoax Arrives: Impeach…William Barr?

Today’s Campaign Update (Because the Campaign Never Ends)

Tired of all this WINNING yet? – Once again, every major U.S. stock market index closed at new record highs on Wednesday, with the Dow closing above 29,500 for the first time and the NASDAQ now up over 9700.

Tired of all this WINNING yet? Part II. – President Donald Trump will host his nemesis (one of them, anyway) at the White House today, when corrupt New York Governor Andrew Cuomo shows up for a pleading session. Cuomo will be there to humbly ask the President to prevail on the Department of Homeland Security to amend its decision last week to ban residents of New York from participating in so-called trusted traveler programs.

The reason for the DHS decision, of course, is the Governor’s own moronic decision to turn his state into a sanctuary for illegal aliens, and deny DHS personnel access to New Yorkers’ Department of Motor Vehicles data and criminal records. Which makes perfect sense – how can one be a trusted traveler, after all, if authorities cannot determine whether or not that person is actually trustworthy?

Oh, to be a fly on the wall at this meeting.

If the mob thought like this, Robert F. Kennedy would have been assassinated in 1963 instead of his brother. – Hey, trying to take out the President via impeachment was a miserable failure, so why not go after his lieutenants?  Yes, friends and neighbors, the 10-day period without an active hoax being run against the Trump presidency is over.

We all knew the Democrats and their corrupt media toadies would have to mount another hoax soon, but most thought it would be something they would run directly at President Trump. Yesterday, though, the plan came clear, and it turns out it is not directed at the President at all, but at his Attorney General, William Barr.

Yesterday’s Update talked about the resignations of the four corrupt DOJ lawyers from the case against Roger Stone, which was an obvious pre-planned, staged event designed to create the pretense for Democrats on Capitol Hill and their toadies in the fake news media to squeal that the President was using the Justice Department to protect his friends. After what we have seen the last 3 years, if President Trump is actually doing that, he sure is terrible at it, as “friend” after “friend” and associate after associate have been abused by American Gestapo Chief Robert Mueller and his pack of Clinton and Obama-supporting attack dogs.

So, it was obvious early yesterday morning that the Democrats were mounting a new hoax. What was not obvious before the events that took place throughout the day, though, who the precise target of this particular hoax would really be. It is now obvious that the ultimate target of this hoax will not be President Trump, but Attorney General William Barr.

And, as if to emphasize my point, here is Elizabeth Warren promoting the narrative:

Which makes sense when you think about it. After all, the Democrats have already tried and miserably failed to impeach and remove President Trump, causing his public approval ratings to rise significantly in the process. They may actually possess enough sense not to want to travel down that particular road again during an election year. So, hey, how about going after his Attorney General? Yeah, that’s the ticket!

The Democrat/media propaganda complex has been trying to figure out what to do about Barr since he announced the appointment of U.S. Attorney John Durham to conduct an investigation into all the efforts by the Obama FBI, DOJ and CIA to spy on the Trump campaign and transition team during 2016. Make no mistake about it, they are deathly afraid of what this investigation will ultimately produce, especially, as mentioned above, during an election year in which their Party and candidates are already obviously sucking major wind.

There isn’t much the propaganda complex can do to impeded Durham’s progress; so, being the evil little leftist hacks they all are, smearing the messenger is  the Alinsky tactic they have decided to adopt. Because of course they have.

Yesterday, the narrative became clear: William Barr, the former Bushie who all the establishment liberals went ga-ga over when he was nominated by President Trump, is now the Boogeyman. He is nothing but a puppet whose strings are being pulled by the Orange Man Bad in the White House, and he is using office to do the President’s bidding and nothing else.

Being the new Democrat/media Boogeyman, he must be removed from office, and if he won’t agree to be hounded out by the smear merchants in the Democrat congressional caucus and their media agents, then Jabba the Nadler and Pencil Neck Schiff will mount another impeachment effort, this time targeted at Barr, not the President.

Nadler, as Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, took the initial step of calling Barr to testify about the Stone dust-up and other matters yesterday, sending a letter to Barr that was of course immediately leaked to the willing hacks in the media:

Here is the full text of the letter:

The Honorable William Barr
Attorney General
U.S. Department of Justice
950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
Washington, DC 20530

Dear Mr. Attorney General:

We are writing to confirm your agreement to testify before the House Judiciary Committee on March 31, 2020.

In the interest of transparency, we wish to be candid about one set of concerns we plan to address at the hearing. Since President Trump took office, we have repeatedly warned you and your predecessors that the misuse of our criminal justice system for political purposes is both dangerous to our democracy and unacceptable to the House Judiciary Committee.[1] Our Republican colleagues have warned the Department of the same.[2] We have been consistent — and bipartisan — in this message for years.

In your tenure as Attorney General, you have engaged in a pattern of conduct in legal matters relating to the President that raises significant concerns for this Committee.[3] In the past week alone, you have taken steps that raise grave questions about your leadership of the Department of Justice. These include:

  • The ongoing developments following the removal of U.S. Attorney Jessie Liu, who oversaw the prosecutions of President Trump’s deputy campaign chairman Rick Gates, President Trump’s former national security advisor Michael Flynn, and President Trump’s longtime political adviser Roger Stone.[4]
  • The creation of a new “process” by which President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani can feed the Department of Justice information, through you, about the President’s political rivals.[5]
  • The decision to overrule your career prosecutors and significantly reduce the recommended sentence for Roger Stone, who has been convicted for lying under oath, at the apparent request of the President — a decision that led to all four prosecutors handling the case to withdraw from the proceedings in protest.[6]

These are not the only issues that our Committee intends to discuss with you when you appear, but they are enough to require our immediate attention.

We look forward to your testimony.

[End]

This is a really, really stupid path for Nadler and his fellow dimwits to tread. Barr will eat these people for lunch on these matters, fully digest them and eject them in a single bowel movement before the hearing ends.

  • The sentence recommended by the four corrupt lawyers prosecuting the Stone case was wildly outside of DOJ guidelines, and the AG intervened in the case before the President ever uttered a peep about it. Simple.
  • The “creation of a new “process” by which President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani can feed the Department of Justice information” is in fact not new process at all. The DOJ has long employed a “process” by which the DOJ is open to receiving relevant information from any and all citizens of the United States, and non-citizens as well. Only the abject imbeciles infesting the Democrat side of House Judiciary appear to be unaware of this.
  • Jessie Liu? Really? She was removed from her job as head of the D.C. U.S. Attorney’s office after refusing to follow up myriad criminal referrals from members of congress and DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, as well as agreeing to help cover up wrongdoing on the Senate Intelligence Committee and its staff, and the Imran Awan case. Despite all of that, Barr still thought highly enough of her to convince the President to nominate her for a position at Treasury. That nomination was legally and properly withdrawn this week, and Nadler and his fellow Democrats are outraged. So what?Do the Democrats really want to provide Barr with a public platform to publicly litigate all of Liu’s actions while in the DC U.S. Attorney’s role? Talk about bringing in fire on your own position.

So, you might ask why Nadler decided to schedule this hearing for six full weeks from now? Most likely, he has information that Durham is on schedule to wrap up his work and either issue a report or start issuing indictments by that time. The tactic here would be to turn the hearing into an opportunity for the committee Democrats to smear Barr and Durham.

The tactical error made here is clear: Barr and Durham now know that they have six weeks during which to start releasing key information about the investigation and its findings.  They have an opportunity now to completely prepare their own stage.

Many, many Republicans in Washington are too dumb to think of taking advantage of such an opportunity. William Barr is not among them.

This new hoax is destined to fail just as all the previous hoaxes have miserably failed. But, hey, it’s all the Democrats have at this point.

Someone go pop some popcorn. This will be fun.

That is all.

A Nation Awaits the Next Democrat/Media-Concocted Hoax

Today’s Campaign Update (Because the Campaign Never Ends)

Tired of all this WINNING yet? – Apparently, Hollywood is. At last night’s Academy Awards ceremony – which I didn’t even know was happening until about 8:00 in the evening – the voters gave the award for Best Picture to some movie from South Korea. I’m sure it’s a fine movie, at least as far as movies go these days, but wow, the film industry in South Korea is now turning out higher-quality films than the film industry in California? That’s rather a stunning admission for the Academy to make.

Who is this Milton Keynes fellow, and how can we get in touch with him? er, or her? – Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez continues to make news for all the wrong reasons. Last week, she was in the headlines for delivering a rant during which she made it clear that, despite her claimed multiple college degrees from Boston University, she has no idea what a metaphor is. On Sunday, this claimant to a bachelor’s degree in economics said that her, like, totally favorite famed economist and stuff, or something, is, like, that whole Milton Keynes? You know? He’s like totes fleck and stuff, or something.

The problem is, of course, that no one can find any record of any economist named Milton Keynes ever actually living, at least not on earth.

I swear I don’t make this stuff up:

Obviously, the poor dimwitted soul confused the names of John Maynard Keynes and Milton Friedman, both of whom actually are famed economists, and both of whose names AOC likely had to memorize in preparation for a test or two while she was obtaining her obviously worthless “degree” from Boston U. Her handlers need to quit letting her go off-script. Every time she attempts to ad lib something, this is the kind of stuff that happens.

So, what will the next Democrat/media hoax be? Any guesses? – Now that the whole Ukraine/impeachment hoax has come and gone, we are left to wonder what new hoax the Democrats and their corrupt media toadies will devise next. In preparation for this piece, I went back through the last four years and compiled a list of the various hoaxes the Democrat/media propaganda complex has already run against the President.

Thus far, we have had to live through the following:

The Russia Collusion hoax

The Trump is Crazy hoax

The Kavanaugh Nomination hoax

The Charlottesville/”Fine people” hoax

The Porn Star hoax

The Playmate hoax

The Creepy Porn Lawyer hoax

The Emoluments Clause hoax

The Jussie Smollett hoax

The Trump’s a Racist hoax

The Trump is AntiSemitic hoax

The Ukraine/Impeachment hoax

Now, this is most likely not even a comprehensive list – I’m sure I’ve failed to mention several additional hoaxes that our despicable fake news media has worked hand-in-glove with the Democrats to concoct against this President and his Administration. This has been a never-ending, constantly-evolving process that really began as soon as Trump’s campaign was announced way back in 2015.

So, it’s obvious the Democrats have nothing else, which leads to the question: What hoax will they mount next?

San Fran Nan appeared to signal their intentions at the literally insane press conference she gave last Thursday morning in the wake of the Senate vote on acquittal. During that wildly disturbing presser, she mentioned at one point that she thought the President “seemed to be sedated” during his speech. She also spent a great deal of time trying to make the case that the current booming economy was something President Trump inherited from Barack Hussein Obama His Own Self.

Naturally, these statements led to much speculation that the Democrats and their media toadies were about to bring us a new hoax, i.e., the Trump is Drugged hoax. Or maybe they were about to leap off the cliff for good and try to go back and re-litigate the slowest recovery from a recession in U.S. history, which is what really happened during the Obama years, as that administration’s Soviet-style, command-and-control regulatory agenda choked the life out of what might have otherwise become a massive, real economic recovery following the Great Recession.

Oddly, though, there has been almost no followup from either the Democrats or their corrupt media toadies on either front. That could be because there were just too many other relevant news events to cover, as the Democrat Party committed political harikari in Iowa and the Trump Administration just kept on WINNING, bigly.

Or, it could be that Pelosi, who herself very often appears to be drugged – mostly with cheap vodka – was just engaging in a little projection during that press conference. It certainly wouldn’t be the first time that happened.

Or, here’s a thought, it could just be that the Democrats as a party have no idea where to go next, and if they’re lost, then their media toadies are going to be lost, too. That may be why, for the first time in really almost five years, the Democrat/media propaganda complex appears to be dead in the water, without a major hoax currently in play.

Regardless of the reasons behind this pause in hoaxery (I don’t think that’s a word, but I’m going to go with it anyway), we can be sure that it is only temporary. The Democrats have no choice but to keep running hoaxes at this President because they certainly cannot run on their policy record, which is non-existent during this Administration.

Lord knows they can’t leave it to their clown show presidential field to set their Party’s national agenda. The economy-and-society-destroying nonsense being tossed out into the public domain by that collection of radical lunatics, if left out there in a vacuum for the public to consume, would lead to the Democrats’ most crushing electoral disaster since 1984.

So, expect another hoax to start percolating up this week, especially after The Commie wins the New Hampshire primary. The hoaxes we’ve seen thus far have typically been started with an anonymously-sourced hit piece in either the New York Times or the Washington Post, so keep a close eye on those two Democrat propaganda outlets.

We don’t know right now what the hoax will be, but we can be certain that it is coming.

That is all.

Recapping A Historic Week of #WINNING

Today’s Campaign Update, Part III (Because the Campaign Never Ends)

When the history of the Trump Administration is written, the week just past will be remembered as the week in which the tide of history turned, not just in favor of President Donald Trump, but in favor of the American people and the American Republic as well. The forces of globalism are in retreat and tatters all over the developed world, and nowhere is that more clear than here in the United States, thanks to Mr. Trump’s endurance and leadership.

Let’s take a look at the events that have taken place since last Saturday, February 1, 2020:

Brexit becomes official. – There is no question that the fortunes of the Brexit movement in the UK and the nationalist Trump movement in the U.S. have been intertwined since the day Donald and Melania Trump rode the escalator into the lobby of Trump Tower to announce his candidacy. After a long and bitter, 3-1/2 year battle since the day it had been initially approved by the British voters, Brexit became official at 12:00 midnight, February 1, restoring the national sovereignty over the United Kingdom.

That moment in time came roughly 5 minutes after the United States Senate had voted to reject the calling of any new witnesses in its impeachment trial of President Trump, ensuring his ultimate acquittal in the Democrat/media’s absurd coup d’etat effort. The symbolism of those two historic events occurring within mere minutes of one another cannot be overemphasized.

The President’s historic State of the Union Speech – The optics around this speech could not have been more positive for President Trump or more negative for Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats in attendance. Americans got to see the true nature of the leftist radicals who make up the party’s caucus in congress, as shot after shot from the cameras showed their members scowling, jeering and even at times hissing as the President introduced a young mother who gave birth to a premature baby; another single mom to whose child he awarded an opportunity scholarship; a talk radio host with stage 4 cancer to whom he had the First Lady award a Medal of Freedom; and the rightful president of Venezuela.

The speech drove Speaker Nancy Pelosi into such a pique of outright rage that she tore the text to shreds as Trump finished, creating a visual so stunning and depraved that it will likely be used in most Republican TV ads for the general election.

Full acquittal. – Just 20 hours later, President Trump became the second president to be fully acquitted of impeachment charges, a verdict that will live in history for all-time. Simultaneously, the leader of the anti-Trump RINO faction, Mitt Romney, proved himself to be a despicable snake by becoming the first senator in history to cast a pro-conviction vote on one of the two articles of impeachment. Whether he understands it or not, Romney is now finished a viable candidate for any future GOP presidential nomination. As has so often been the case, yet another Trump enemy destroys himself with his own actions.

Dismissal of the Emoluments Clause litigation. – In a unanimous decision, a 3-judge panel of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals – none of whom are Trump appointees – dismissed the ridiculous and abusive lawsuit brought by 29 Democrat senators and 186 Democrat representatives alleging that President Trump had violated the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution. Another major win for the President in a clear case of mindless harassment by the Democrats.

The utter collapse of Joe Biden. – Quid Pro Joe Biden, who has been the clear front-runner for the Democrat presidential nomination for 10 solid months, saw his base of support completely collapse during the week. This was inevitable, as voters who just recently began paying attention to the Democrat race began to realize that Biden is clearly impaired and not in any way capable of holding the highest office in the land. The result was a poor, 4th-place finish in Iowa, where he barely was able to finish ahead 0f Amy Klobuchar. Biden’s polling numbers have nose-dived not only in New Hampshire, but also in Nevada and South Carolina, setting up the possibility that he will not win a single contest before heading into Super Tuesday.

The Democrat Party implodes in Iowa. – As if Pelosi’s antics weren’t damaging enough, the effort by the DNC to rig the results of the Iowa caucuses against The Commie, Bernie Sanders, resulted in such a mass of confusion and outright buffoonery that even the New York Times felt obligated to report on it. It is a muck-up of epic proportions from which the Party may never be able to recover.

As I write this today, six days after the voting, party officials have still been unable to release final results, and “irregularities” in which the published results do not match the results tabulated by the individual caucus managers have been identified in 95 of the state’s 99 counties. Unsurprisingly, virtually all of those “irregularities” work against The Commie and in favor of Preacher Pete Buttigieg, who the Party has tried to portray as the Caucus “winner.”

This is electoral larceny on an unprecedentedly grand scale.

Incredible jobs numbers. – On Wednesday, the ADP report on private sector jobs added for January came in at 291,000, almost doubling the consensus predictions by “experts” of 160,000. On Friday, the Labor Department non-farms jobs report for the month came in at 225,000, blasting through the “experts” forecast of 165,000. Despite a whopping 183,000 previously-discouraged workers coming back into the labor force during January, the rate of unemployment for all classes of Americans remained at record or near-record lows.

Cleaning House. – To cap off the most amazing week of non-stop WINNING of this or perhaps any presidency, the Administration began the process of cleaning house of coup plotters. Both of the Vindman twins serving as spies and leakers at the NSC were escorted from the White House premises late Friday afternoon, and a few hours later, smarmy Ambassador to the EU Gordon Sondland was relieved of his official duties. Much, much more cleaning house remains to be done, but these dismissals were a very fine way to start.

By week’s end, the Democrats were reeling from their week of horrific losing, obviously at a loss over where to head next. Their media supporters, meanwhile, were so panicked over what they were seeing that not a single Sunday morning fakenews program invited anyone from the White House to appear as a guest.

The Democrats no doubt will now cast about for another scam to try to run against the President, but the tactic has become so blatantly obvious to the vast majority of Americans that few will take seriously anything they and their corrupt media toadies drum up next. The Democrat Party, through its incessant dishonest machinations against the President over the last four years, has literally turned itself into the Boy who Cried Wolf. Not a good look for a political party with no policy agenda.

As for President Trump and his Administration, it’s hard to see what they could do to even come close to the level of WINNING seen in the past week.

Wait, how about this: The Department of Justice is still sitting on unacted-upon criminal referrals targeting Peter Strzok, Andrew McCabe and James Comey. Acting on some or all of those sure would make for a fun week.

How about it, Attorney General Barr?

That is all.

Lindsey Graham Drops the “Jail” Bomb on Judge Jeanine

Today’s Campaign Update (Because the Campaign Never Ends)

Appearing with Judge Jeanine Pirro on Fox News, Senator Lindsey Graham gave us another dose of big talk Saturday. The Senator who has done a lot of talking and accomplished pretty much nothing in terms of investigating anything for an entire year as Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee was once again spouting off on investigating pretty much everybody. At one point in the clip below, you will hear him even promise Pirro’s audience that “half the people involved in the Russia investigation” will end up in jail.

Here’s the thing about this: He’s running out of time. Senate investigations take a lot of time. It can and often does take weeks or even months to get a single witness’s testimony, especially given the willingness of Obama judges on the federal courts to intervene in congressional processes these days. But Graham makes it sound as if he has a grand plan for finally, at long last taking some action in this regard now that the impeachment scam has been disposed of.

Below is a 7:23 clip of the interview, much of which is irrelevant to the subject of this piece. A transcription of several of the key passages follows the clip.

Partial transcript:

Pirro: What’s left for Mitt Romney?

Graham: Well, number one, I’m not going to say anything bad about Mitt Romney. I’ve known him for a long time and I think he made a very bad judgment call. I’m not going to question his faith. But let’s see if you and I can figure this out in about two minutes.

Who was behind it [impeachment]? Schiff, Nadler, Pelosi. Not  Mueller, not Watergate prosecutors, not Ken Starr. The 3 most partisan people in the country, who hate Trump’s guts. How did they do it? They impeached the man in 78 days. He couldn’t call a witness; he couldn’t cross-examine anybody; he couldn’t present evidence….[summary of the impeachment scam continues here] this was a bad decision for anybody to vote guilty on these facts.

Pirro: What do they do now? Do they move on?

Graham: I don’t think they can move on, because they’ve got nothing to move on to…

Pirro: Let’s switch it to you guys. Can we expect that you, or Burr as Chairman of Senate Intelligence, may want to look at the whistleblower…the Bidens…James Rich, Chair of Foreign Relations, doesn’t seem to have an appetite. He says “I’ve got other things I’m doing now and I haven’t given it any thought.” Haven’t given it any thought??? America’s been talking about this for 3 months!

Graham: So, we’re not gonna live in a world where, as a Republican, you get investigated from the day you’re sworn in; 3 years later, they’re still coming after you.

Here’s what amazes me. The Russia investigation, what happened? Half the people involved in the Russia investigation are gonna go to jail, and Trump was cleared…

Pirro: Hopefully…

Graham: Well, just hang tight. They come after Trump on Ukraine, and Biden blows up. So, every time they throw a rock at Trump, they get hit.

So, here’s what we should look at: Why did the State Department not act when they were told about the conflict of interest with Hunter Biden regarding Ukraine, right? Who is the whistleblower? Does he have contacts on Schiff’s staff? Did Col. Vindman lead information to the whistleblower? And as to the FISA warrant, how could you sign the warrant four times and not know the thing was off the rails? That’s where I come in.

Pirro: So, you’re going to do something. You want to tell us what you’re going to do?

Graham: Yeah, I’m going to give a list of witnesses to the Department of Justice that I want to call. It’s going to the case agent. I want to find out how this thing got so screwed up. Why didn’t they tell about the Russian source who said the Dossier’s not reliable? How could it be possible that it never goes up to the top?

I want to know what Obama knew about this investigation. I want to call Rosenstein, Sally Yates, Comey, McCabe, and all the people who worked on this case, to find out how it got so off the rails and make sure it never happens again. I want to know who in the White House knew about this counterintelligence investigation against the Republican nominee.

Pirro: [Immediately changes the subject to Joe Manchin’s vote to convict the President. It’s Joe freaking Manchin – who cares?]

Graham: …The reason I’m so upset about this impeachment is it puts every president after Trump at risk. You can’t even pick the phone up as president under this standard.

Pirro: [Changes the subject to Afghanistan.]

[End Transcript]

So, several things to unpack here:

  • As is always the case with Senator Graham, what we have here is a mixed bag. Graham continues to promise to perform investigations, which is great if he starts following through with some real action starting now. Not in April, not in June, not in August because by then it will be too late. Now, Senator.
  • It is encouraging that Graham pointedly lists the whistleblower – who we all know is Eric Ciaramella – Adam Schiff’s staff and Alexander Vindman as subjects he plans to pursue with his committee. Yes, Hunter and Joe Biden are important here, but they weren’t part of this coup effort in any real sense. Ciaramella, Vindman and the bad actors on Schiff’s staff – along with Schiff himself, obviously – were a part of it.
  • And how patently absurd is it that U.S. senators are still going on national TV and saying “the whistleblower” when everyone in the room and watching at home knows who the freaking whistleblower really is? This is national insanity. Ciaramella participated in a COUP D’ETAT, folks, and that is treason.
  • But look at Graham giving himself a convenient out on all of this, when he says he’s going to send a list of potential witnesses to the “case agent” for approval. That “case agent” is a guy named John Durham.
  • If Durham is really performing an actual investigation – and I believe he is – then that’s great. Let him determine whether the Senate taking public testimony will interfere with anything he’s doing. But if, as others suspect, Durham and Barr are just playing a delaying game in concert with Graham and other to put this all off until the November elections have come and gone, then not so great, right?
  • When Graham tells Pirro to “just hang tight” on people going to jail, that is an obvious reference to Durham. If you, like me, believe that Durham is actually conducting an investigation designed to prosecute people, then that might be a signal from Graham that he’s been told things are about to start happening on that front.

When you boil this all down, unless Graham really is planning to start an investigation posthaste, then it’s really hard to see why he would keep going on television to talk a good game. Coming as this appearance does this close to election time, his constituents back home are really going to have some pointed questions for him if, come September, he still hasn’t moved on any of this.

It does make sense that Graham and the other Senate committees would let the whole impeachment scam play itself out before opening their own investigations. It also makes sense that Durham would wait until those waters had calmed before moving on any indictments and prosecutions. Timing is very important in all of this.

Here’s the other thing: Durham is going after real justice for real bad actors. Scams like this fake impeachment can be mounted and play out quickly, but real justice in our system takes time. It’s like the difference between a bottle of Welch’s grape juice and a bottle of 2012 Cade Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon.

In a just world, Attorney General William Barr would announce the appointment of a Special Counsel to investigate the origins of the impeachment coup d’etat, just as he has Durham investigating the origins of the whole Russia Collusion coup effort. Lacking that, we are left with only Republican-controlled Senate committees to do the investigative work, which will certainly end with a series of criminal referrals. Ultimately, either process will require DOJ to act.

Here’s the key statement Graham made in this entire interview: “So, we’re not gonna live in a world where, as a Republican, you get investigated from the day you’re sworn in; 3 years later, they’re still coming after you.”

Unless Durham is really conducting an earnest investigation that truly will end with a bunch of these people going to jail, and unless Graham and Burr and Senate Finance Chairman Chuck Grassley really do mount major investigations into the origins of the impeachment scam through their committees, that is exactly the world we are going to be living in from now on.

It is crucial to remember that all of this takes place with the November elections looming and the GOP holding onto a tenuous Senate majority. Should the voters decide to award the corrupt Democrats a majority in the Senate, then the hopes of ever bringing any of the coup plotters to justice will end, unless they have already been indicted.

Talk is cheap, gentlemen. Time to move.

That is all.
