The Big Question: If Mueller Makes Big Moves After Labor Day, Will Sessions Respond in Kind?

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

This is NBC, pushing that false narrative 24 hours every day. – NBC’s fake news hack Chuck Todd says something big is coming from Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel office today.  Not tomorrow, not Sunday, not next week – today.  Why?  Because Todd is still pushing the narrative that Mueller is some sort of stand-up guy who plays by the rules, and the rules dictate that his SC office should avoid influencing the November elections by making any big news between Labor Day and Election Day.  Given that today is the last “working” day before Labor Day, Todd figures Mueller’s gonna lower the boom on President Donald Trump.

This is, of course, all a lot of stuff and nonsense, as the great James J. Kilpatrick used to say.  Robert Mueller is just another Deep State skunk, and so is Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, and there are no “rules” or even the least bit of oversight governing this fake investigation.  This is a witch hunt based on a fantasy, explicitly designed to interfere with the ability of a duly-elected President of the United States to conduct the nation’s business.

Far from being silent for the next two months, we can expect Mueller and his gang of Clinton/Obama hacks to pull out all the stops in their efforts to tilt the midterm elections in favor of the Democrats, which was the plan here from the day of Mueller’s appointment by his buddy Rosenstein.  Mueller’s office might announce something significant today, or it might not.  But the thought that this Special Counsel is observing any of the rules or traditions of the past is hilariously stupid, and not remotely connected to reality.

Jeff Sessions’ job is safe, until it isn’t. – In an interview with Bloomberg yesterday, President Trump said that Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ job is safe until at least Election Day.  After that, all bets are off.

“I just would love to have him do a great job,” the president said.

And thus the competing theories about the Trump/Sessions relationship are set up once again.  Is Sessions just another Deep State skunk who is too compromised personally to ever make a move to bring all the Obama/Clinton-era bad actors to justice?  Or is the public feuding between the President and his Attorney General a Kabuki dance designed to build up public and media sympathy for Sessions before he begins to make his moves in that direction?

Here’s the deal on that:  If you don’t see Sessions doing something big during the month of September, if you don’t see him responding in-kind to any big moves made by Mueller, you should expect to see him fired shortly after Election Day.

Speaking of NBC, The Daily Beast published a report on Thursday claiming that NBC’s executives threatened Ronan Farrow if he didn’t stop reporting on serial rapist and big Hollywood muckety-muck Harvey Weinstein.  This threat apparently came after Farrow had left the peacock network in protest over NBC’s refusal to run his expose’ of Weinstein which started the whole #MeToo movement.

If you remember, NBC claimed at the time that it felt Farrow’s reporting was “not ready” for publication, but Farrow had no problem convincing The New Yorker to run the story within weeks after leaving NBC a year ago.  The Daily Beast report, naturally based largely on anonymous sources (because of course it is), claims that “NBC News general counsel Susan Weiner made a series of phone calls to Farrow, threatening to smear him if he continued to report on Weinstein.”  NBC of course denies the report, but NBC reporters and executives have lied so often about so many things in recent years, and the network is itself so deeply involved with trying to cover up its own series of #MeToo-related scandals that no one can really take anything it says at face value anymore.

At the end of the day this is just a pissing contest between two of the worst fake news media outlets in the business, but the most believable aspect of it is the allegation that NBC did everything it could to protect a heinous scumbag like Harvey Weinstein.  Because, what else would a network whose biggest fake news personality at the time was Matt Lauer do?

Just another day in fake news media America.

That is all.

Wait. Why Isn’t Rick Gates on Trial Again?

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

What tipped you off, Timmy? – Apple CEO Tim Cook is worried that “humanity is being drained out of music.”  It’s not about what you think, but it should be.

Tired of all this Winning yet? – Republican Troy Balderson won the special election for Ohio’s 12th district over Democat Danny O’Connor, denying the fake news media another excuse to rev up its “Blue Wave” narrative one more time.  The race was very close, with Balderson prevailing by just 1,754 votes out of the 202,000 total votes cast.  Absurdly, the two will face off again in the regular mid-term election in just three months.  If the Democrats hope to prevail, they’ll have to clear out some more of the district’s cemeteries on Election Day.

Ok.  Now do Kevin Spacey and Harvey Weinstein and Matt Lauer. – The creeps who infest the West Hollywood city council voted Tuesday night to demand that those who manage Hollywood’s Walk of Fame to remove the star honoring Donald Trump.  This move comes after the star has been repeatedly vandalized by criminal lunatics wielding axes and hoes.  So, these Democrats do what Democrats always do and blame the inanimate object for the problem.  So.  Damn.  Predictable.

To see “nutty people,” tour the halls of the state capitol building or the West Hollywood city council. – The LA Times editorial board is all verklempt about the latest secession – or “CalExit” – proposal making the rounds in the Golden State these days.  This proposal would first have California secede from the Union, and then lop off a big chunk of the Eastern portion of the state to form an independent Native American nation.

In slamming the proposal, the Times ed board asks this burning question:  “What is it about the Golden State that makes nutty people want to mess with its geography in ill-thought-out ways?”  Hilariously, the question is posed without a hint of self-awareness or irony.

In the grand pantheon of horrible Democrat ideas, this one could be the worst yet. – Axios reports that Democrats, led by execrable Virginia Sen. Mark Warner, are circulating a raft of horrible legislative proposals they would attempt to pursue in 2019/2020 should they gain control of one or both houses of congress this November.

In keeping with their philosophy of “never let a good fake crisis go to waste,” one of the proposals would be for the federal government to essentially take over the Internet in order to keep those nasty Russians off of Facebook and Twitter.  The Axios piece details a laundry list of proposals for command-and-control regulation from the feds that reads like something that would have come right out of the Soviet Union, a classic approach from social meddlers who think they’re smarter than everyone else and should have the power to tell the rest of us how to act.

All of this in the face of the fact that, after two years of Democrat/media-promoted hysteria over “Russian meddling” in our elections, there remains no evidence whatsoever that the amateurish efforts allegedly perpetrated by Russian interests during 2016 impacted a single vote.  But the “crisis” has been generated, Robert Mueller has indicted a bunch of Russian ham sandwiches who will never stand trial, and now’s the time in the Democrat hive mind to push for a government takeover, which is how they always respond to every issue, real or imagined.

Democrats:  If they didn’t exist, no person in their right mind would even dream of making them up.

Wait.  Why isn’t this guy standing trial again? – Speaking of Robert Mueller and his gang of Clinton/Obama hacks, their star witness in the Paul Manafort trial, Manafort’s former partner Rick Gates, admitted on the witness stand yesterday that he stole millions of dollars from his boss, bought his mistress a London apartment with some of the proceeds, regularly misclassified income as “loans” in order to avoid taxes, and “probably” embezzled funds from the Trump Inauguration Committee.

Gates also admitted to lying to Mueller’s investigators in an interview this past January, a process crime for which Mueller has already obtained two guilty pleas from other subjects of his investigation.  Gates, an already admitted liar, was awarded immunity instead so that he could spill the beans on Manafort.  Mueller hoped that by taking this action, he could pressure Manafort, himself an admitted liar, to turn and spill the beans on President Trump or someone closer to him.

Instead, we get this show trial on charges for crimes that took place years before Donald Trump ever thought about running for president, with Gates’s admission to committing a crime against Trump and his inauguration committee the only thing even tangentially related to the current President of the United States of America.

Your “Justice” Department in action, folks.

Just another day in nutty people-filled America.

That is all.

As Trump Negotiates, Democrats Self-Immolate

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

You thought Wendy Davis was a disaster for Democrats in 2014?  Lupe Valdez says “hold my beer.” – Texas Democrat gubernatorial nominee Lupe Valdez is making the closing of property tax “loopholes” one of her campaign’s major areas of focus.  Yesterday, the Dallas Morning News reported that Ms. Valdez – a former Dallas County Sheriff – owes more than $12,000 in delinquent property taxes.  Democrats:  If they didn’t exist, nobody in their right mind would want to make them up.

But..but…but…who are we gonna get to play the president in our next disaster movie? – Actor Morgan Freeman got his #MeToo moment yesterday, as no fewer than 8 women came forward to accuse him of all sorts of detestable harassment behavior.  This creates a severe casting problem for Hollywood’s producers, since it seems as if Mr. Freeman has appeared in about 50% of all movies filmed since about 1996.

Meanwhile, the scumbag di tutti scumbags, big Hollywood muckety-muck and good friend of Hillary and Oprah Harvey Weinstein, will apparently surrender himself to New York City police today on felony sexual assault charges.  We can expect a whole lot more surrendering himself on sexual assault charges to be in Mr. Weinstein’s future, as active investigations into his behavior are ongoing in at least three U.S. states and two other countries.  He was a very busy man.

In case you missed it, the Twitter meme wizards have provided this campaign tool to every Republican candidate running for office in this year’s mid-term elections:

San Fran Nan – the gift who just keeps on giving – to Republicans.

Democrats really should learn how to read, Part 9,587. – On Thursday morning, President Donald Trump issued a letter to the Crazy Little Fat Guy in North Korea seemingly cancelling the scheduled June 12 summit meeting between the two men in Singapore.  Citing the intemperate tone of recent official comments coming out of North Korea over the past week, Mr. Trump also expressed his willingness to resume negotiations over the de-nuclearization of the Korean Peninsula whenever the Norks calmed their crazy selves down.

Democrats all over the country – none of whom have bothered to read “The Art of the Deal” or make any other real effort to understand the way the President operates in high-stakes negotiations – spent most of the day literally celebrating what they believed was a big “win” for Kim Jong Un (because liberals will always side with the world’s despots over the United States whenever a Republican happens to be in the White House).  Had any of these people ever taken the time to try to understand Mr. Trump, they’d have known that the letter, and the brief speech he made later in the day on the subject, are classic examples of negotiating tactics that he has used many times in the past.

At about 4:20 CT yesterday afternoon, I decided to try to be helpful to all the Democrats out there on my Twitter account:

Less than an hour after that tweet was posted, the Norks responded with an official statement calling the President’s cancellation of the Singapore meeting “extremely regrettable,” and offering to meet with Mr. Trump “any time and in any form.”  The Kim government also issued a video that purports to depict the destruction of the country’s main nuclear weapons testing site.

In “The Art of the Deal”, one of the negotiating tactics Trump emphasizes is that you have to be willing to just get up and walk away from a bad deal.  This was the major failure of Barack Obama and John Kerry in their laughable negotiations over the deal with Iran – they were so desperate to get a deal, any old deal at all that would in their minds enhance Obama’s pathetic “legacy”, that they were never willing to just walk away.  So they ended up with one of the most horrific “deals” in world history, a “deal” that ended up requiring them to load $400 million in cash on a plane and fly it over to Tehran to give to the Mullahs.

Donald Trump isn’t going to do that.  He’s not going to sacrifice America’s national security and national treasure for reasons of personal vanity as Obama did.

We have to remember here that Trump is engaged in a highly complex negotiation involving not just two countries, but four:  the United States, North Korea, South Korea and China, which is North Korea’s main benefactor, and thus exerts tremendous influence on Kim’s behavior.  Despite what it says, Trump’s letter was not about recent intemperate statements coming from Kim and his official spokesmen.  The President is obviously dissatisfied with some aspect of what is being offered by either North Korea or China, and is not willing to put his name on an agreement until that matter is resolved favorably to the U.S.

We also need to realize that the President’s dissatisfaction may not even be about some issue directly related to North Korea – he could be trying to gain concessions out of China’s President Xi in ongoing tariff negotiations or some other China-related matter.  We don’t know right now, and the truth is that we may never know.

What we do know is that yesterday’s upheaval has not ended U.S./North Korea negotiations.  We also know Democrats very predictably jumped the gun because they still, 17 months after the 2016 election, have no understanding of how the current President of the United States operates, or for that matter, why he was elected to begin with.

Yesterday was just part of the art of the deal.  The deal may – or may not – ended up being delayed, but the rapid response by the Crazy Little Fat Guy proves that it isn’t dead, as every Democrat in America had obviously hoped.

[ADDENDUM]

About 30 minutes after I posted this piece, President Trump issued the following tweet:

I rest my case.

Just another day in the Art of the Deal America.

That is all.

Lisa Bloom Becomes A Strong Contender For The Title of Worst Person In The World

  • GOP Senators Marco Rubio and Bob Corker finally decided to stop their grandstanding and do the right thing on Friday, announcing they plan to vote in favor of the final tax bill reported out by the House/Senate Conference Committee.  With John McCain in the hospital and unlikely to be present to vote when the bill is brought to the floor next Tuesday, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell needed at least one of the two holdouts in order to get to 50 votes.  Thus, unless something changes over the weekend, the GOP Senate Majority will finally, at long last, keep one promise its members have made to the American people.  How about that.
  • Congressional Democrat leaders of course continued their disgracefully false and inflammatory criticisms of the bill, with San Fran Nan leading the pack, calling it “daylight robbery.  And with every iteration, the GOP tax scam becomes even more cowardly, outrageous, dishonest, brazen theft from middle-class families, giving money from them to the richest people in our country and to corporations. It’s a monumental con job.”
  • In other words, everything the Republicans do is going to kill everybody:  Repealing Obamacare was going to kill everybody; pulling the U.S. out of the fraudulent Paris Climate Accords was going to kill everybody; building the Dakota Access and Keystone XL pipelines is going to kill everybody; and now the tax bill is going to kill everybody.  If nothing else, the Democrats are at least consistent in their rank idiocy.
  • Meanwhile, President Donald Trump (I never tire of typing those three words), who has been extremely critical of the incredibly corrupt leadership at the FBI, went to speak at a ceremony for Quantico graduates.  When Attorney General Jeff “Sleepy” Sessions introduced him by saying “A few days ago, we were assembled in this auditorium and the announcement was made you would be attending and this room erupted with energy,” the assembled cadets and FBI field agents erupted with a rousing standing ovation.  No doubt FBI Super Duper Agent Peter Strzok and his mistress exchanged texts expressing their disapproval, and FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe became quite sweaty.  Then again, he always seems to be quite sweaty.
  • Speaking of super duper people, how about that Lisa Bloom, huh?  What a gal, amiright?  Man, has she been in the news a lot lately.  First, she agrees to represent the detestable Harvey Weinstein and gets caught peddling damaging information on accuser Rose McGowan, not to mention allegations that she and Weinstein were offering bribes to some of his victims to stay quiet.
  • As if that wasn’t bad enough, on Friday Mizz Bloom was revealed to have been offering bribes…er, gobs of money during the 2016 election campaign to women if they would accuse then-candidate Donald Trump of sexual harassment.  Writing for The Hill, John Solomon and Alison Span – two of the handful of real, actual journalists still working in the national media today – report that one woman was repeatedly hounded by Mizz Bloom to come forward, with the money being offered to her rising from an initial $5,000 to a fairly amazing $750,000 before the pesky daughter of notorious hack Gloria Allred was finally convinced to just go away.   At one point, this woman told the reporters that Bloom flew all the way across the country to pester her while she was actually in the hospital.  My goodness.
  • Making this episode even more egregious, Bloom’s scam – which apparently included at least four potential accusers of Trump – involved securing the payola money from big Democrat donors, and then… wait for it…wait for it…TAKING A CUT FOR HERSELF!  Solomon and Span report that Bloom “acknowledged a standard part of her contracts required women to pay her commissions as high as 33 percent if she sold their stories to media outlets.” I swear I don’t make this stuff up – who could?
  • Bloom justified her exhorbitant cut by telling the reporters that “As a private law firm we have significant payroll, rent, taxes, insurance and other expenses every week, so an arrangement where we might receive some compensation to defray our costs seems reasonable to us and is agreed to by our clients.”  Holy cow.  But then, why would we expect anything else from the daughter of Gloria Allred?  This hot mess apple obviously did not fall far from the hot mess tree.
  • At this point, it is fair to say that Lisa Bloom has become a serious challenger to Cecile Richards for the title of Worst Person In The World.  Kim Jong Un is highly jealous.

Just another day in Hot Mess America.

That is all.

The Fake News Media’s “Flirty” Floodgates Are Opening Up Wide

  • I suppose that yesterday, November 29, 2017, will forever be remembered as the day the floodgates truly began to open for the fake news media, which is apparently nothing more than a boiling cesspool of sexual abuse in the workplace.  First NBC’s venerable ultra-liberal Today Show host Matt Lauer, then commie long-time radio performer Garrison Keillor (I had thought he was dead – go figure), then NPR Chief Fake News Editor David Sweeney, and finally CNN’s Teddy Davis, the producer of Jake Tapper’s daily low-rated fake news-fest, gone, all gone, in a furious flurry of sexual harassment payback mania.
  • One can only wonder where it will all go from here.  For example, when will police in New York City (where NBC is located), Minneapolis (Keillor’s base of operations, as it were), Atlanta (CNN’s home) and Washington, DC (where NPR sucks up its taxpayer dollars) begin opening criminal investigations into all the fake media sexual abuse?  After all, the Los Angeles Police Department recently announced it has no fewer than 28 active criminal investigations into all the sex abuse charges that have been leveled at Harvey Weinstein and myriad other Hollywood hot shots – won’t the same elements of the law apply to all these fake journalists and mediocre entertainers?
  • Hey, before you even think about it, don’t any of you Lauer lovers try to tell anyone that it’s not the same thing, that the allegations against him don’t rise to the same level as those targeting Weinstein.  Lauer is a guy who insisted that NBC install a secret button under his desktop that allowed him to remotely lock his office door once an unsuspecting victim had entered his lair.  What in the hell did NBC’s executives think he wanted that for?  Plus, we have even more allegations against Lauer leaking out this morning.  So, please, spare us.
  • And what of all these morning “news and talk” programs in general?  We have now had three major figures – Mark Halperin of MSNBC’s Morning Joe, CBS’s Morning host Charlie Rose, and now Lauer – knocked off because they are, well, monsters.  How many more monsters lurk out there amidst all the snark, wine guzzling, fake laughter and phony on-camera camaraderie that goes on on those sets each morning?  How long can it be before we find out the hard way?
  • Also, what’s up at 30 Rock?  As already noted, two of the big media muckety-mucks who have now gone down – Lauer and Halperin – were NBC people.  Let us also never forget that NBC was the network that attempted to bury Ronan Farrow’s original investigative report on Harvey Weinstein, claiming it was not ready to be aired.  Farrow then took the story to The New Yorker, which almost immediately took it to press.
  • Was NBC News President Andy Lack – who hilariously claimed yesterday to have been blissfully unaware of Lauer’s horrible behavior – in fact nervous about having Lauer being forced to report on Weinstein in great depth and detail?  How would that have worked?  Would he have been able to keep a straight face while pretending to condemn Weinstein’s behavior?  Would he have required an off-air coach to teach him the proper facial expressions to mimic while doing his “reporting?”  In any event, it is becoming uncomfortably evident that NBC has a culture problem that needs to be addressed pretty quick, because the thought that Lack or anyone else who worked with Lauer had no idea about his behavior is patently absurd.
  • For those of us out here in flyover country, the moral to this accelerating fake news media sex abuse extravaganza is the old “those who live in glass houses should not be throwing stones” deal.  Lauer, Halperin and Rose have all sat there for many years in their fancy broadcast sets with their pancake makeup and carefully coiffed hair (yes, Lauer used to have hair), lecturing and preaching to ordinary Americans about how they need to behave, not just in the workplace, but in every aspect of their daily lives.  But, as so often turns out to be the case in this crazy life, it turns out that many of those doing the lecturing and preaching are the very worst actors imaginable.
  • In response to all of yesterday’s revelations, longtime muckraker Geraldo Rivera said in a tweet that “News is a flirty business.”  Given what we are all starting to find out about the culture that exists inside these big fake news operations, I think he just misspelled “dirty”.

Just another day in fake news media downfall America.

That is all.

The Harvey Weinstein-ing of Bill and Hillary Clinton is Well Underway

Today’s Campaign Update

  • Liberal icons continue to fall to revelations that they have abused women in the past.  I would have said “allegations” rather than “revelations”, but hey, I’ve been told that all these women must be believed.  Liberals made these rules, and now they must live with them, even as it becomes painfully obvious that the issue of sexual harassment is mainly an issue among liberals preying on liberals.
  • Yesterday alone, the roster of liberal sexual abusers grew with the addition of these names:  Democrat Cong. John Conyers; very, very haughty liberal CBS/PBC fake news man Charlie Rose; NY Times White House fake reporter Glenn Thrush; leftwing movie director Oliver Stone; Senator Al Franken was accused by a third woman; even Bill Clinton had four more women come out and accuse him of sexual abuse.  Folks, that’s just one day in liberal sex abuse world.
  • Don’t think this is all, or that we are even nearing the end of these revelations.  The reality is that this deal is just getting started in earnest where politicians are concerned.  I haven’t noted it here to this point, but it was revealed last week that congress has for the last 20 years had a process for sexual harassment allegations in place that requires accusers to sign non-disclosure agreements and go through 30 days of mandatory “counseling” before moving forward with formal claims.  Over the last two decades, even this process, which strongly discourages the victim from moving forward, has resulted in congressional payouts of more than $15 million to victims of sexual abuse.  John Conyers is just the tip of the iceberg where that’s concerned, trust me.
  • We’ve also just begun to scratch the surface where Bill Clinton is concerned.  The four women who accused the former President yesterday were all employees of billionaire Ron Burkel, with whom Clinton spent years flying around the world with a gaggle of young women during the early 2000’s.  Clinton also made dozens of flights on private jet of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, who owned a private island known as ‘Orgy Island’ during the same time period.   What do you think he was doing with his pal Jeff?
  • Guess who else was a big pal of Mr. Epstein:  That’s right – Kevin Spacey, who himself stands accused of pedophilia by a covey of actors!  See how this all starts to tie together?  It doesn’t take a genius to see what our nation has ahead of it in the coming weeks and months, as all the people who have spent the last quarter century covering up for the Clintons wake up to the realization that they have lost their power and influence.
  • One such person is New York Senator Kirstin Gillebrand, who famously spent several weeks earlier this year acting on polling data that told Democrats that the best way to appeal to Millenials is to curse a lot in public.  Holy cow, did Sen. Gillebrand act on that data, filling every speech with f-words and s-words for weeks on end.
  • It’s no secret that Sen. Gillebrand entertains presidential ambitions of her own, and she has obviously decided that one good way to raise her profile is to quit covering for Bill Clinton, as she has done for many years, and go after him, as she did in an interview late last week.  In that interview, she told her fake journalist softball-lobbing interviewer that Mr. Clinton should have resigned over the Monica Lewinsky scandal.  She sort of got cold feet on Monday – possibly realizing she’d put herself in danger of committing Arkancide – and backed off of that claim, but her goal of raising her public profile by criticizing a Clinton was already accomplished.
  • Sen. Gillebrand is an early adopter of the ‘bash Clinton’ strategy for raising her public profile, and such early adoptions are always filled with stops and starts.  But we can expect more and more ambitious liberal politicians to jump on this train as the Clintons’ power and influence continue to wane.  It’s a much slower process, but the Clintons increasingly are finding themselves in the same situation that Harvey Weinstein is now in, isolated and with fewer and fewer hangers-on and media shills willing to do their bidding.
  • Unless the fake news media outlets that have covered for the Clintons for the last 25 years engage in one more big rally on their behalf, and start once again working to destroy anyone who criticizes them or accuses them of sexual wrongdoing, this process is irreversible.  Bill and Hill may well end up preferring to be prosecuted over the Uranium One scandal than to suffer through the ultimate public revelations of all of Bill’s sexual escapades.  It couldn’t happen to a nicer couple.

Just another day in liberal chickens coming home to roost America.

That is all.

Democrat Media Shills Begin To Awake To The Threat Joe Biden Presents

Today’s Campaign Update

  • The sleazebags who run MoveOn.org set a new standard for leftist hypocrisy on Saturday when they issued the following tweet:  “Allegations regarding are deeply disturbing. Progressives & Democrats must not tolerate sexual harassment or assault. We must lift up women & others speaking out. should be held to the same standard as anyone in public or private life.”
  • The more you know… – For all you younger folks who may not be aware of the group’s sordid history, MoveOn.org was founded in the late 1990s as an advocacy group with its single goal to protect the serial woman abuser BillClinton from being held accountable for his abuse of women. That is literally the only reason why MoveOn.org exists. #hypocrisy
  • Hey, maybe he’s just going for laughs here. – Don’t look now, but former FBI Director James “Leakey” Comey is setting off on a speaking tour sponsored by the Washington Speakers Bureau.  The subject for Comey’s series of talks?  “Ethical Leadership.”  That is not a typo – obviously, the WSB expects its audiences to be filled with nothing but Democrats and fake conservative #NeverTrump refugees.  I swear I don’t make this stuff up.
  • Wait, what?  How did this get into the Huffpo? – As rumors of handsy ol’ Joe Biden’s plans to run for the presidency for a third time in 2020 continue to swirl, leftwingers everywhere are getting very nervous about the fact that there are literally hours upon hours of video out there in the public domain of the former Veep inappropriately putting his hands on women and girls and invading their space.  As liberal heroes all over the country, like Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey and Al Franken are revealed to be horrific sexual harassers, it is becoming quite obvious that a Biden run for the presidency would be like manna from heaven for the Republican Party.
  • Even the near-terminal nitwits who run the ultra-leftwing online fake news site, the Huffington Post, are waking up to this uncomfortable reality.  And when the HuffPo is waking up to inconvenient truths about the left, that means pretty much everyone else already has, since the folks at the HuffPo are very slow learners.  On Saturday, Amanda Terkel, the fake news site’s Washington Bureau Chief, published a very long expose’ on Handsy Joe’s history of publicly groping women, saying  that “From former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly to producer Harvey Weinstein to comedian Louis C.K., men are losing their jobs after years of having sexually harassed or assaulted women with impunity.  Biden is the wrong guy to bear the standard of any party purporting to speak for the victims of unaccountable power.”  Well, yeah.  So good of you to notice, at long last.
  • Ms. Terkel’s piece about Biden comes on the heels of several reliable Clinton media shills publishing pieces expressing their sudden thoughts that hey, maybe those 25 years we spent helping Hillary Clinton cover up Bill Clinton’s crimes against all those women wasn’t the best thing for us to be doing, huh?
  • Now, if you’re thinking that all these fake journalists are really, truly having moral awakenings about the shameful way they’ve conducted themselves in their jobs over the last quarter century, you should put those thoughts on hold.  The reality is that they’d all much rather still be shilling for the Clintons and Handsy Joe, and joining the James Carvilles in viciously attacking their accusers into perpetuity.
  • The one and only reason why the Jeff Greenfields and Mika Brzezinskis are out there this week trying to sound sort of thoughtful about their years of protecting a creep is because they’ve been caught.  They’re like the kid caught with his hand in the cookie jar, desperately swearing he won’t do it anymore if mom will just let him off easy this time.
  • These people do not deserve to be let off easy.  The media shills for the Clintons and Handsy Joe deserve only our scorn and disgust, because they are among the most detestable human beings in our society.  To hell with them all.

Just another day in leftwing lunacy America.

That is all.

Who Will Be Left Standing To Mock Donald Trump At Hollywood’s Awards Shows?

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

  • Just when I’ve promised myself to stop writing about Hollywood depravity scandals for awhile, I get up this morning to the following tidbits of news:
    • Actress Denise Richards’ divorce papers say that one of the main reasons her marriage to Charlie Sheen ended because of his sexual obsessions with young boys;
    • Actor George Takkei, who has spent his past five years on Twitter, sanctimoniously telling everyone else how to live their lives, now stands accused by a former male model of sexual assault;
    • Jann Wenner, founder of fake news magazine Rolling Stone, is accused of offering jobs in exchange for sex.  Hey, when everything you’re doing is fake, are actual qualifications really necessary?;
    • Three women have accused “Atomic Blonde” producer David Guilloid of rape.  He apparently considered Harvey Weinstein to be his life’s role model;
    • And now, even actor Richard Dreyfuss stands accused of exposing himself and other acts of harassment by a writer who worked with him back in the 1980s.  This comes just days after Dreyfuss himself accused fellow actor Kevin Spacey of preying on his then-minor son years ago, proving yet again that what goes around comes around.

  • Holy cow, that’s just one day’s sleaze oozing out of Hollywood’s whitehead-filled pours.  Imagine what is yet to come from the blackheads.
  • Speaking of actors who sanctimoniously tell the rest of us how to live our lives, Hollywood is about to move into its five month-long season of handing out awards for all the products it created during 2017, all of which fall into the range of so-awful-they’re-unwatchable to mediocre-enough-to-waste-30-to-120-minutes-watching-them.  The official calendar for Hollywoods’ award season lists no fewer than 20 different awards ceremonies at which the depraved culture’s actors, producers, directors, writers, photographers and various other flunkies will have their chance to pontificate about how awful the rest of America is.
  • That list includes awards you’ve heard of, like the Academy Awards, the Peoples’ Choice Awards and the Golden Globes, and many that most have never heard of, like the SAG Awards, the Gotham Awards, the DGA Awards, the NYFCC Awards.  The list goes on and on.  It seems that no one in our society requires positive reinforcement from their peers like Hollywood’s pathetic collection of abusers of women and children.
  • Last year, every one of the awards shows immediately devolved into a competition between award presenters and winners to see who could say the nastiest things about President Donald Trump and those who voted for him.  Because, after all, nothing says “we’re better than you” than a bunch of sexual predators with microphones and cameras lashing out at all us hicks in flyover country.
  • But hey, after everything that has already been revealed about Hollywood’s depraved, sleazy, women-and-child abusing culture, surely that culture’s representatives who appear on stage at these awards events will get a dose of humility, give and accept their various undeserved awards with quiet dignity, and maybe a few will even offer apologies to the rest of America for the unbridled arrogance displayed by their community in the past towards the “little people” who happen to pay their bills.
  • Hah-hah-hah!  I’m cracking myself up here!  Ok, just kidding with you.  It is a very safe bet that what we will see instead is the hosts of the various programs, in their opening monologues, making passing reference to the rampant depravity revealed in all the myriad scandals, and then following up with “But Trump!”, or “But Roy Moore!”, thus freeing everyone else up to just go about their normal business of bashing people they don’t approve of.
  • This is all these people know how to do.  They can’t summon up the most modest level of dignity because most of them surrendered their personal dignity to the Harvey Weinsteins and Kevin Spaceys of the world in exchange for whatever level of fame they have managed to acquire, and those who didn’t knew about what was going on and remained quiet for fear of reprisals by the powerful.  To speak openly and honestly about Hollywood’s culture of abuse is to admit their own culpability.  Far easier to just keep lashing out at the guy with the funny hairdo, and pretend the rest of America is laughing along with all of their uneasy colleagues in the audience.

Just another day in Hollywood Depravity America.

That is all.

What A Sad Existence It Must Be To Fake The News For CNN And The NYTimes

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

  • Actor Keven Spacey, who has apparently had a habit of preying on young boys over the last 30-plus years, played the traditional “I’m sick” card yesterday, checking into the very same rehab facility used by Harvey Weinstein.  Weinstein managed to last a whole week before he just couldn’t take anymore curing and decided to declare himself “cured” and fly the coop.  Of course, Spacey is an actor, not a mere producer like Weinstein, so we can expect Spacey to keep up this facade of seeking help for quite a bit longer, because that’s what actors who prey on children do.
  • We can always hope. – The Hollywood Reporter runs a piece this morning by some guy named Stephen Galloway titled “Harassment, Scandal and the Media: Is a Hollywood Witch Hunt Brewing?” My reaction to that is dang, let’s hope so, since there sure do seem to be a lot of witches running around Hollywood, assaulting women and little boys.
  • The writer’s big concern is that, golly, the bad ol’ fake news media – a news media that had huddled happily in Tinseltown’s hip pocket for the last century – might not exercise proper care and will start airing accusations at all those innocent people as well as the guilty.  Obviously this guy hasn’t heard that the New York Times actually had the goods on Weinstein in 2004, and chose to sit on the story rather than upset its advertising revenue, or that Ronan Farrow was turned down with his own story on Weinstein by NBC before finding a home for it elsewhere.  Or that fake news media icon Barbara Walters viciously attacked Corey Feldman when he appeared on The View in 2013 to talk about his and the late Corey Haim’s experience with Hollywood’s pedophile mafia.
  • To this point, the fake news media has been far more interested in covering up for Hollywood’s monsters than in carelessly pointing fingers at anyone who is innocent.  And let’s be honest, the same is true of all those actors, directors and producers who have piously lined up to claim “I didn’t know” after having worked closely with Weinstein, Spacey and other monsters for the last 30 years.  They were all more than happy to hide the monsters in their midst as long as the monsters might benefit their careers in some way.
  • This….is CNN. – The fake reporters and editors and hosts at CNN are so anxious to portray President Donald Trump as an incompetent boob that they resorted on Monday to intentionally editing a video of him feeding Koi fish with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in a way to fasely portray him as breaking protocol.  The video, as edited, shows the President following the Prime Minister’s lead in spooning food from a box into the Koi pond, and then shows Mr. Trump pouring the remainder of the food from the box, as CNN’s commentators claim he just got tired of spooning the food.  The unedited video, of course, shows that the President was simply following the Prime Minister’s lead in emptying the box after a few spoonfuls had gone into the pond.
  • How sad an existence must it be to get up out of bed every morning believing that it is your job as an employee of CNN to intentionally mislead the American public?  Sad!
  • Wait, what? – Speaking of sad existences, Brett Stephens, the NYTimes’ latest fake conservative op/ed mascot, told the nitwits who host “Morning Joe” on Monday that conservatives can’t cite a “single instance” of anyone “us[ing] their guns to protect their liberties.”  This statement ironically came less than 24 hours after someone using his guns protected not only his, but a bunch of other peoples’ civil liberties by shutting down the leftist Antifa disciple who was wantonly killing people in a Baptist church in Sutherland Springs, Texas.
  • It is not surprising that Mr. Stephens is not aware of that element of the story – he does work for the NYTimes, after all – or that he is unaware of the literally thousands of instances of armed citizens protecting their homes, families and civil liberties from assault by thugs that take place each year around the country.  Nor is it surprising that no one on the Morning Joe lineup of lunatics had the presence of mind to correct him, since they’re all locked in the NYTimes fake news bubble themselves.  The only surprising thing about any of this really is that the NYTimes’ editors still feel the need to hire liberal idiots to pretend to be “conservative” writers on the fake newspaper’s op/ed pages.  Why continue a facade that no one believes?
  • Oh, wait – that literally describes the daily modus operandi of our country’s entire national news media.  Nevermind.

Just another day in shamelessly Fake News Media America.

That is all.
