Monday Will be a Very Bad Day for the Deep State Cabal

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

The liberal education bubble in action! – The Pantsuit Princess was given an award by Harvard University on Sunday for her “transformative impact on society.”  Wait, wait, wait – before you guffaw, or vomit at the absurdity of this, think it fully through.

The Coughing Crook has indeed had “transformative impacts” on our society.  Here are a few examples:

  • She “transformed” the U.S. State Department into a classic mob influence racket;
  • She “transformed” 20 percent of U.S. uranium supplies into Russian hands;
  • She and her husband “transformed” a charitable foundation into another mob influence racket;
  • She “transformed” the FBI into a full-fledged criminal enterprise.

But hey, it hasn’t been all bad.  At the end of the day, the Fainting Felon, more than anyone else, gave us Donald J. Trump as President.  Thanks, Hillary!

Today is going to be a big, big day. – I closed yesterday’s Campaign Update by point out that a tweet President Trump issued on Saturday indicated that he was considering taking the big step of declassifying some of the documents that DOJ and the FBI have been withholding from congress for many months.  Little did I know that that tweet was just the trickle of the presidential Twitter flood to come.

By noon Central Time, President Trump had issued a series of nine additional tweets, the text of which reads as follows, in the order in which they were posted:

  • Things are really getting ridiculous. The Failing and Crooked (but not as Crooked as Hillary Clinton) has done a long & boring story indicating that the World’s most expensive Witch Hunt has found nothing on Russia & me so now they are looking at the rest of the World!
  • ….At what point does this soon to be $20,000,000 Witch Hunt, composed of 13 Angry and Heavily Conflicted Democrats and two people who have worked for Obama for 8 years, STOP! They have found no Collussion with Russia, No Obstruction, but they aren’t looking at the corruption…
  • …in the Hillary Clinton Campaign where she deleted 33,000 Emails, got $145,000,000 while Secretary of State, paid McCabes wife $700,000 (and got off the FBI hook along with Terry M) and so much more. Republicans and real Americans should start getting tough on this Scam.
  • Now that the Witch Hunt has given up on Russia and is looking at the rest of the World, they should easily be able to take it into the Mid-Term Elections where they can put some hurt on the Republican Party. Don’t worry about Dems FISA Abuse, missing Emails or Fraudulent Dossier!
  • What ever happened to the Server, at the center of so much Corruption, that the Democratic National Committee REFUSED to hand over to the hard charging (except in the case of Democrats) FBI? They broke into homes & offices early in the morning, but were afraid to take the Server?
  • ….and why hasn’t the Podesta brother been charged and arrested, like others, after being forced to close down his very large and successful firm? Is it because he is a VERY well connected Democrat working in the Swamp of Washington, D.C.?
  • The Witch Hunt finds no Collusion with Russia – so now they’re looking at the rest of the World. Oh’ great!
  • I hereby demand, and will do so officially tomorrow, that the Department of Justice look into whether or not the FBI/DOJ infiltrated or surveilled the Trump Campaign for Political Purposes – and if any such demands or requests were made by people within the Obama Administration!

Ok, let me catch my breath.  Where to begin?  First, let’s just concede that this was the most awesome tweetstorm in the history of tweetstorms.  In 9 tweets, containing a total of about 300 total words, the President of the United states pretty much summed up his own frustrations as well as the frustrations of about half of the country with regards to the obvious, blatant dual system of law enforcement – or lack thereof – that has been practiced within the FBI and DOJ for the past three years.

It is a dual standard, it is a witch hunt, it is a situation in which our ostensible law enforcement agencies are allowing obvious, blatant criminals to walk free on the streets and receive awards from universities like Harvard.  These are people who have betrayed our country, abused its institutions for massive personal monetary rewards, shared its highest secrets with the entire globe and who did their very best to outright steal a presidential election.

We also have a situation in which the conspirators within the FBI, DOJ and CIA who conspired to rig an election and then take down a president now fully admit that they did spy on the opposition party’s presidential campaign, and then repeatedly, bald-facedly lied about it all under oath to various congressional committees and, with the help of their media allies, to the public at large.

So, the President who was the target of the conspiracy is upset about it all?  Go figure.

The very sweaty Rod Rosenstein, whose ill-considered appointment of his pal Robert Mueller as Special Counsel marks one of the low points in all of this, responded to the President’s final tweet within a few hours by announcing he was instructing DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz to expand his investigation to include “whether the FBI held a political motive in the counterintelligence investigation,” i.e., their spying on the Trump Campaign.

Consider the specific wording of that sentence.  Why is it worded that way?  Because Horowitz has already been investigating the FBI spying operation for months.  Back on March 28, when Attorney General Jeff Sessions expanded the scope of the IG’s investigation, the authorization letter included this language: “As part of this examination, the OIG will also review information that was known to the DOJ and the FBI at the time the [FISA warrant] applications were filed from or about an alleged FBI confidential source.  Additionally, the IG will review the DOJ’s and the FBI’s relationship and communications with the alleged source as they relate to the FISC applications.”

Here’s what’s probably going to happen today, judging from the President’s tweets, which by the way were obviously drafted with help from his lawyers and probably Chief of Staff John Kelly:

  • Rosenstein’s reaction to add it all to the IG’s plate is a good start, but probably not enough.  The President may well ask for a second special counsel to be appointed, or perhaps demand that Sessions appoint a U.S. attorney to perform a criminal investigation of some of the obvious criminal activity that Mueller refuses to address;
  • The President may well also announce he is using his constitutional authority to declassify certain documents – such as the letters Rosenstein used to appoint Mueller and expand the scope of his investigation – that Rosenstein and the FBI have refused to provide to Congress;
  • If Mr. Trump takes such action, Rosenstein will in all likelihood offer his resignation, which the President would no doubt accept.

Then there’s Jeff Sessions, our seemingly too-often-absent Attorney General.  There are two common schools of thought about Mr. Sessions:

  • He’s just another deep state operative and will never do anything to bring the real criminals in all of this to justice; or
  • He’s been carefully biding his time, awaiting the issuance of the IG reports and doing everything by the book before springing his carefully-constructed trap on the nation’s enemies.  He’s had Utah U.S. Attorney John Huber investigating all of this in coordination with Horowitz, and indictments and trials will follow shortly after the IG’s work is complete and relevant criminal referrals have been made.

I want to believe the latter scenario about Sessions is the case, because if it isn’t, then all is lost and none of this matters.  If the latter is the case, then things are about to come to a head very, very quickly.  If the first scenario is true about Sessions, then we may see him either resign or be fired outright this week as well.  Because the President has had enough of this crap, and really, who can blame him?

Boom.

Just another day in some of you laughed last Friday when I told you things were about to move very, very quickly America.

That is all.

Ben Shapiro Speaks, Everyone Lives To Tell The Story. Film At 11.

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

  • If you’re looking for Hollywood’s next big box office stink bomb, look no further than Jennifer Lawrence’s latest vehicle, titled “mother”.  Thought by advance critics to be a dramatic character study of modern life, the film is being released with very little marketing or promotion, possibly because the advance critics were wrong.  Turns out, according to its director, the same clown who gave us the leftist climate change lecture, “Noah”, the movie is actually yet another Hollywood leftist lecture on overpopulation and climate change:  “As a species our footprint is perilously unsustainable yet we live in a state of denial about the outlook for our planet and our place on it. From this primordial soup of angst and helplessness I woke up one morning and this movie poured out of me.”  Oh, lovely, can’t wait to go out and pay a princely sum of money to see this train wreck.  Yeah, you betcha, sure.  Holy cow.
  • The Dean of Harvard’s Kennedy School of government rescinded his offer of a “visiting fellowship” to traitorous trans-gender Chelsea Manning on Thursday, as controversy about the invitation had continued to grow.  “I now think that designating Chelsea Manning as a Visiting Fellow was a mistake,” Douglas W. Elmendorf, the school’s dean, wrote in a message released around midnight.  Gee, you think?  I mean, how does such an invitation get extended in the first place?  Is there no process for review above the Dean in Harvard’s management?  Wouldn’t one logically think that extending such an invitation to anyone who actively conspired with our nation’s enemies during time of war would be sort of an automatic “no”?
  • This will no doubt end the matter, since no one in the fake news media will want to ask these tough questions of one of their favored left-wing institutions of higher brainwashing, but that’s a damn shame.  The mere fact that this invitation was extended to one of the grand traitors in our nation’s history ought to be cause for heads to roll, and not just the Dean’s.  But this the world of higher education, where accountability is a concept as buried within the culture as is the concept of free speech.
  • Conservative writer Ben Shapiro, who manages the “DailyWire” blog site, made his scheduled appearance at Cal Berkeley on Thursday, and amazingly, no riots broke out, though two Antifa morons were arrested even before the event began.  To watch the University’s preparations for the event, one would have thought an army of black-masked thugs or something was coming to destroy the campus and its easily-triggered student body, but no, it was just little Ben Shapiro, who sounds exactly like a 30 year-old Richard Dreyfuss, and is about the same size.
  • Boy, what an imposing figure he makes, armed with his speaker notes and wearing his Yarmuke.  Berkeley officials were so concerned about the impact of his words – you know, all that horrible talk about the need to address the federal budget deficit and stop getting involved in wars all over the Middle East, terrible stuff like that – that they had special counseling rooms set up for triggered students and – get this – faculty!  Good lord, even the freaking faculty at Berkeley is now a bunch of pathetic snowflakes.
  • Despite Shapiro’s mild demeanor and not-exactly-imposing presence, Berkeley prepared as if its campus was being invaded by Godzilla, spending more than $600,000 on police presence, and even erecting a concrete barrier around the site of Mr. Shapiro’s lecture – ironic for a school run by opponents of President Trump’s border wall – all on the pretense that Mr. Shapiro’s words, not Antifa thugs, might somehow cause a riot to break out.  The University carried that security charade so far as to actually bill Shapiro $15,000 as a “security fee” to come give a speech on its campus, an event to which he was invited by a student group.
  • This “security fee” tricked worked with Ann Coulter early this year, when she was invited to speak.  In response to receiving that billing, Ms. Coulter pulled out of the event rather than pay the fee.  No doubt, Berkeley officials expected – hoped for – the same response from Shapiro.  But Ben called their bluff, paid the fee, and gave his speech.
  • And guess what happened?  Not much, really, other than the two Antifa nitwits getting themselves tossed in jail.  The speech was extremely well-attended and, other than being interrupted a few times by agitators that University officials infiltrated into the crowd intentionally, came off pretty seamlessly.  About 1,000 protesters gathered outside the hall and chanted dumb chants and carried signs containing idiotic slogans, but that’s what these people do for a living, so no biggie as long as no one gets hurt.
  • Nobody died – indeed, campus police reported that no one was really even harmed – and actual ideas in conflict with the prevailing leftist/communist thought being washed into the students’ brains by the faculty every day were aired in a mostly peaceful atmosphere.  Questions were asked from the audience, and answered by the speaker, and no one passed out or became overly verklempt.  All of that exchanging of ideas took place on a left-wing university campus.  What a concept.
  • Hey, I’m old enough to remember when that sort of exchange of ideas and exercising of free speech on a left-wing college campus wasn’t headline news.  Things change.

Just another day in campus leftism is destroying America America.

That is all.

Fake NYTimes Reporters Correct Fake WaPo Reporters

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

  • When fake news corrects fake news.:  The fake journalists at the WaPo issued a “blockbuster” report – based solely on anonymous sources – that Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner contacted Russian officials in December to discuss the concept of creating a “secret” communications channel with the Trump transition team.  The fake reporters for the Post spend about 1,000 words without ever landing on two key bits of information:  1) was such a channel actually established, and 2) what did they wish to discuss?  To get that information, you have to go to a follow-up report, filed not by the fake reporters at the Post, but by the fake reporters at the NYTimes, who actually chose for once to inform their readers.  Turns out that 1) no one – not the Russians or the transition team – ever followed up on the call, and 2) the Trump team simply wanted to establish a channel of information regarding the situation in Syria, most likely because it couldn’t get accurate information from the Obama Administration, and was by that time sick of being spied on by the Obama minions.
  • One more item of info the WaPo conventiently left out:  The fake reporters at the WaPo want its brainwashed readers to think Kushner’s request somehow violated U.S. law.  Guess what?  It didn’t.  The Post’s own report admits – 400 words in – that it is very common for presidential transition teams to establish communications with foreign governments.  Just another nothing-burger from the WaPo.
  • Remember when we used to get college degrees so we could go out into the world and earn our own way in life?  Yeah, those days are over.:  The snowflakes graduating from Harvard were treated deep thoughts from Facebook creator Mark Zuckerberg, among them, this gem:  “We should explore concepts like universal income, to make sure everyone has a cushion to explore new ideas.”  Yes, new ideas.  Like socialism.  Of course, these snowflakes will need all the help they can get, since most of them have incurred massive debt in order to obtain worthless degrees that have no application in the U.S. economy.  Seriously, you can’t make this stuff up.
  • The racketeering never ends for the Most Corrupt Woman in America.:  She used her commencement speech at Wellesley College for Communist Indoctrination mainly for communist indoctrination, but interrupted that theme for a few minutes to get in a plug for her new racket:  “I’m going to devote a lot of my future to helping you make your mark in the world,” she told the class of 2017. “I’ve created a new organization called Onward Together to recruit and train future leaders, organize for real and lasting change.” It’s a very, very safe bet this dark money group will be run on the same model as the dying Clinton Crime Family Foundation:  a tiny sliver of funds going to the mission, and well over 90% of the money going to exorbitant salaries, bonuses, travel and event planning.

Just another day in fake news correcting fake news America.

That is all.

Fake Journalist Heads Explode Over Simple Military Tactic, Film At 11

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

  • Heads exploded all over the fake news media last night over a Reuters report that, in a conversation with the President (i.e., Dictator) of the Phillipines, President Trump “revealed” the fact that the U.S. has two nuclear submarines somewhere in the general vicinity of North Korea:  “We have a lot of fire power over there. We have two nuclear submarines, not that we want to use them.”  The fake journalists who are trying to brainwash you want you to believe that this is the revelation of some deep, dark secret, right?  Right.  Trouble is, these two subs made a very, very well-advertised port of call in the general vicinity of North Korea just a few weeks ago.
  • As a friend who knows about such things reminded me last night, this is called “projection of power”, a tactic designed to let the Crazy Little Fat Guy who rules North Korea know that we’re keeping a very close eye on him.  It’s been pretty effective, too, since we haven’t heard much out of the Crazy Little Fat Guy – who just a few weeks ago was widely reported to be about to lead the world into WWIII – recently, have we?  We should not expect the abject ignoramuses who infest our fake news media to understand any of this, of course, but that doesn’t mean we should let our heads to explode, too.
  • He’s got my vote.:  Montana Republican congressional candidate Greg Gianforte was accused of body-slamming a fake reporter with the U.K Guardian who barged uninvited into an event yesterday, on the eve of the vote to fill the seat vacated by new Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke.  Americans all over the nation found themselves wishing they lived in Montana just so they could help Mr. Gianforte win.
  • Today’s Required Reading.:  There Remains No Evidence Of Trump-Russia Collusion.  Seriously, just read it.  It will make you smarter and better-informed than you were before.  Promise.
  • But doggone it, people like him!:  Ed Morrissey reports that Minnesota Senator Al Franken has ruled out running for the presidency in 2020.  He has apparently decided he isn’t good enough or smart enough.
  • Writing in the NY Post, Maureen Callahan describes the problem MSNBC has on its hands with notorious serial fabricator Brian Williams:  “Pre-election, the left-leaning MSNBC had been planning to pivot to hard news. Post-Trump, they’ve doubled down on punditry, to their great advantage.  It’s hard to believe that not one executive is mulling their greatest contradiction: How can they employ an anchor known for pomposity, grandiosity and lies while decrying these very traits in the American president?”  Well, hey, this is after all the same cable channel that has employed the likes of Al Sharpton, Keith Olberman, Larry O’Donnell and Andrea Mitchell.  So, no problem at all.
  • If her name was Trump lefties everywhere would be screaming about obstruction of justice.  And they’d have a point.:  The terminally vapid Debbie Wasserman Schulz was caught on camera threatening a police chief for collecting evidence related to her IT staffer’s alleged crimes.  Oddly, none of the fake journalists in the fake news media accused the former DNC chair of any sort of misbehavior at all.  Funny how that works.
  • Whew!  That was close.:  Speaking to graduates of the Harvard Kennedy School, former Secretary of State Lurch, er, John Kerry, the architect of the very worst international agreement in American history with the Mullahs in Iran, told the audience that “this is not a normal time” for America.  Well, color me relieved then.

Just another day in projection of power America.

That is all.

Today’s Campaign Update (Because The Campaign Never Ends) – 3.17.2017

  • Campus Stupidity of the Week:  Goes to Harvard University, where officials announced yesterday that they are eliminating the term “freshman” – because, you know, it has “man” in it – and replacing it with the far more PC term, “first year”.  As if this action weren’t stupid enough, Harvard’s leadership admitted that they had been fretting about what to do about this awful injustice “for years.” Really?  With all the education-related issues going on in America these days, this is what you spend “years” worrying about?  I swear I don’t make this stuff up.
  • Entertainment Media Stupidity of the Week:  Goes to Netflix, which, in the wake of bad comic Amy Schumer’s new special receiving almost nothing but 1-star reviews from dissatisfied viewers, is now changing its on-line reviews to only allow “thumbs-up” or “thumbs-down” ratings.  Presumably, they will change the system again after Ms. Schumer’s next not-funny-at-all special receives nothing but “thumbs-down” reviews.  Because that’s what idiots do.
  • Fake News Media Stupidity of the Week:  Goes of course to MSNBC fake host Rachel Maddow, who spent an hour on her show Tuesday night accidentally letting America know what an outstanding taxpayer President Donald Trump happens to be.  Compounding her problem, Ms. Maddow then blamed her problem on her viewers, who she said tuned in the show with “unrealistic expectations.”  It’s a safe bet many of those viewers won’t be making that mistake with her program again.
  • Congressional Stupidity of the Week:  Goes to the news media’s favorite U.S. senator, Cranky Old John McCain, who has decided that anyone who opposes anything he wants to see done is nothing but a tool of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.  Spending far too many years in the nation’s capital dealing with liberals, whose favorite tactic is to pick a boogeyman to frighten the public with and refer to that boogeyman at any given opportunity, has obviously rubbed off on the Senator From the News Media.  Thanks to the short-attention-span voters of Arizona, he’s not going anywhere for six long years.
  • Conventional Wisdom Stupidity of the Week:  Goes to all those “experts” in the fake news media telling us that President Trump’s administration is in a “death spiral” (I must have heard this phrase uttered a dozen times this week) due to his low public approval ratings in all the fake polls.  Let’s all take a breath and remember that these are the very same “experts” who were wrong about literally everything during the presidential election campaign, and who obviously have learned absolutely nothing about Donald Trump from that experience.  Anyone who paid attention for the last 20 months knows that, when it comes to President Trump, the DC “conventional wisdom” is pretty much always wrong.

Just another day in Trump Derangement Syndrome America.

That is all.
