Trump to Provide Justice for Roger Stone; Mike Flynn Sees His Own Justice Delayed Again

There will be justice, even if President Trump has to provide it himself. – Days before he was to report to federal prison as a result of his Soviet-style prosecution by the Mueller Special Counsel thugs, a corrupt federal judge and a rigged jury, Roger Stone will apparently have his absurdly harsh sentence commuted by President Donald J. Trump. The announcement could come as soon as this evening.

From a story at Fox News:

President Trump is expected to announce that he will commute Roger Stone’s sentence, just days before the longtime political operative is slated to report to prison to serve more than three years for charges stemming from former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, Fox News has learned.

Sources told Fox News Friday that the president could announce a commutation of Stone’s sentence as early as Friday evening.

The president, as recently as Friday morning, has said he was “looking at” offering Stone clemency, saying he was “very unfairly treated.”

Stone was set to report to prison on July 14 to serve 40 months. He was sentenced in February to more than three years in prison after being convicted in November 2019 on seven counts of obstruction, witness tampering and making false statements to Congress on charges that stemmed from Mueller’s investigation. Stone, however, has appealed his conviction and continues to deny any wrongdoing.

[End]

Thus, a despicable abuse and corruption of the federal justice system will be remedied not by the courts themselves or by the Department of Justice, but by the President himself. It’s a damn shame it had to come to this, but bless President Trump for being willing to take this action and withstand the firestorm of condemnation that will inevitably come his way from the Democrats and their toadies in the corrupt national news media.

Meanwhile, General Mike Flynn sees his own justice delayed yet again. – The full body of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals today ordered Mike Flynn and his badass attorney, Sidney Powell, to respond within 10 days to Judge Emmet Sullivan’s request for an en banc hearing. The Circuit Court also invited the DOJ to file a response of its own.

In the same order, the Court placed a stay on the previous order by the 3-judge panel that Sullivan must dismiss the case against Flynn by July 24, pending a hearing on the merits of Sullivan’s en banc request.

From a piece at TruNews.com:

The full court has not decided on the validity of the Justice Department’s motion to dismiss, or of Flynn’s lawyer’s petition for a writ of mandamus to require Sullivan to approve the DOJ motion. Rather, it has given both sides up to 10 days to present their arguments related to those matters, and in the meantime, the June 24 order is stayed:

“Upon consideration of the petition for the rehearing en banc, it is, on the court’s own motion,

“ORDERED that, within 10 days of the date of this order, petitioner file a response to the petition for rehearing en banc. not to exceed 3,900 words. The government is invited to respond in its discretion within the same ten-day period. Any response from the government may not exceed 3,900 words. Absent an order of the court, a reply to the responses will not be accepted for filing. It is

“FURTHER ORDERED that the effectiveness of this court’s order issued June 24, 2020, will be stayed pending disposition of the petition for rehearing en banc. See D.C. Cir. Rule 41(a)(3) (order granting writ becomes effective automatically 21 days after issuance in the absence of an order or other special direction of this court to the contrary).”

The three-judge panel’s order was set to go into force next Wednesday. In the meantime, retired federal judge John Gleeson has sought to move forward with his continued witch hunt against Flynn. He had been appointed by Sullivan to make a case for why he should not approve the DOJ motion to dismiss all charges against the former national security adviser.

[End]

And so, the run-out-the-clock strategy being played by Sullivan and his Lawfare lawyers continues to find success and willing accomplices in the federal court system.

Despicable.

That is all.

Friday News Roundup: DOJ Puts Maxwell on the Epstein Narrative and an Encouraging New Poll

Epstein tapes? What Epstein tapes? – With rumors continuing to circulate that Ghislaine Maxwell has copies of all of Jeffrey Epstein’s illicit client sex tapes and plans to use them as a means of making a deal with the U.S. Department of Justice, now seems a good time to warn everyone to temper your expectations here.

Understand that, because Ms. Maxwell is being held in a federal lockup in New York City, her case will be prosecuted by the Southern District of New York (SDNY). That would be the very same SDNY that has had access to Anthony Weiner’s laptop computer since 2016 and has done absolutely nothing with it. Historically, the SDNY has been the place where cases inconvenient to the DC Swamp go to die.

We can hope that the steps William Barr has taken recently – the firing of lead U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman being the most obvious among them – will change that rule of thumb for this case, but hope is all we have.

Speaking of cases going to New York City to die… – Yesterday, Ms. Maxwell’s clothes were taken from her and replaced with paper clothing as federal officials now fear she might commit “suicide” just like Epstein did (not do) last August.

From a story at Business Insider:

Federal officials were so worried Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime confidante Ghislaine Maxwell might take her own life after her arrest that they took away her clothes and sheets and made her wear paper attire while in custody, an official familiar with the matter told The Associated Press.

The steps to ensure Maxwell’s safety while she’s locked up at a federal jail in New York City extend far beyond the measures federal officials took when they first arrested her in New Hampshire last week.

The Justice Department has implemented additional safety protocols and federal officials, outside of the Bureau of Prisons, have been specifically tasked with ensuring there’s adequate protection and the prisons protocols are being followed, the official said. The protections are in case she harms herself, and in case other inmates wish to harm her.

[End]

Oh, gee, guess what? Jeffrey Epstein himself was also placed on suicide watch shortly after his arrest last July, because of “concerns” by those same federal officials. Guess what else? Epstein was conveniently taken off of suicide watch – and the special security measures that come with that status – just a few days before he committed (not really) “suicide.”

You see where this is going, right? Right. So far, Maxwell’s getting exactly the same narrative that Epstein got.

Pray for this wretched human being’s safety. She needs all the help she can get.

For those who thought there was no silver lining to this COVID-19 deal, I give you this…

Cool!

If you insist on being obsessed with polls, here’s one for you. – The UK Sunday Express has a new poll out that indicates that the radical, Marxist Black Lives Matter-led riots and demonstrations are doing a lot of harm to Joe Biden and the Democrats.

From the article at the Express:

THE FALLOUT from the Black Lives Matter protests in the US offers Donald Trump his best chance of winning the Presidential election, a shock poll for the Sunday Express has revealed.

According to the poll conducted by the Washington based thinktank the Democracy Institute, President Trump is neck and neck with his rival Joe Biden on 47 percent. However, Mr Trump would win in the electoral college system by 309 to 229 delegates because he is on course to win the crucial swing states including Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin where he outpolls Vice President Biden by 48 percent to 44 percent.

The findings come as the US President went to the iconic Mount Rushmore to make a speech attacking “the angry mobs” who want to erase America’s history.

He told the crowd of supporters: “There is a new far-left fascism that demands absolute allegiance. If you do not speak its language, perform its rituals, recite its mantras, and follow its commandments then you will be censored, banished, blacklisted, persecuted, and punished. Not gonna happen to us.”

According to the poll, the concerns over the effects of the protests appear to be boosting Mr Trump’s chances even though his campaign is believed to be flagging.

Given a choice between which phrases identified their views 71 percent chose “all lives matter” while 29 percent picked “black lives matter”.

[End]

Now, is this poll any more valid than those polls showing Biden with an 8 to 12 point lead? Probably not. But there are two key things to emphasize about it:

– It was taken right in the wake of President Trump’s speech at Mount Rushmore, and

– That preference question at the end between “Black Lives Matter” or “All Lives Matter” is extremely telling, given that 98% of our corrupt news media has been trying to shame every American against believing the latter for five long years now.

Make no mistake about it, the President’s speech at Mount Rushmore was essentially the kickoff point to his general election campaign. Before that, other than the Tulsa rally, he had not been campaigning at all.

Trump is armed with an enormous financial war chest now, and he is about to start flooding the airwaves with both positive messages about America’s rapid economic recovery and negative messages about Biden’s obvious elderly state and cognitive decline. Biden himself has provided an amazing wealth of moments for the Trump media people to pick and choose from.

Polls taken before one candidate – as all of those corrupt U.S. media polls have been to this point – are utterly meaningless and should be ignored. The Trump campaign will begin in earnest in the coming weeks. If you see him still trailing significantly in the legitimate polls like Trafalgar, Rasmussen and HarrisX in late September, then you might want to start getting a little concerned.

For now, you should remain calm and confident that Trump is going to WIN. Because WINNING is what he does.

That is all.

The Biden (Sanders/AOC) Climate Plan: Socialism Wrapped in a Green Bow

The Biden (and Sanders and AOC) “Climate” plan is out, and boy is it a doozy. – Make no mistake about this: Joe Biden might be the “nominee” and official face of the Democrat Party in this general election, but the Party has been fully taken over by the party’s radical, outright Marxist wing. At best, Biden is nothing more than a sock puppet; at worst, a willing co-conspirator.

Yesterday’s release by the Biden Campaign’s “unity task force” on climate led by AOC is manifest proof of that reality. The “plan,” such as it is, is written in the soft, soothing language of the radical climate alarmist movement, but its vision is one of pure Soviet-style command-and-control forcing of “change” that is not even technologically feasible, much less financially affordable.

All you really need to know about this plan is who conceived it:

On climate change, the two candidates and their supporters had some serious divides to bridge. Over the course of nine months of primary debates, Biden touted his plan to build 500,000 electric vehicle chargers and put his faith in American exceptionalism while Sanders bashed fossil fuel executives and promoted the Green New Deal. To try to find a middle ground, Sanders appointed Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Sunrise Movement co-founder Varshini Prakash, and Catherine Flowers, the founder of the Center for Rural Enterprise and Environmental Justice, to the joint climate task force. Biden selected former Secretary of State John Kerry, former Environmental Protection Agency administrator Gina McCarthy, and former Biden policy advisor Kerry Duggan, along with two members of Congress.

[End]

Oh. Guess who did most of the writing? That would be Ms. Prakash, a committed radical whose “Sunrise Movement” is just another front group for George Soros:

Prakash wrote about her experience on the task force on Twitter on Wednesday, explaining that she had two goals: to push Biden to increase his ambition on climate change in terms of timelines and benchmarks, and to place environmental and climate justice at the heart of all of Biden’s climate policies.

On Prakash’s first goal, there was certainly some success. Previously, Biden’s climate policies centered around achieving 100 percent clean electricity by 2050. The task force shaved 15 years off that goal. It also came up with a slew of closer, more specific benchmarks: Within five years, make all school buses electric and help spur retrofits of 4 million buildings by unlocking private sector funding and setting efficiency standards, and by 2030, zero out the carbon footprint of all new buildings.

As for Prakash’s second goal, she applauded Biden’s commitment to putting environmental justice at the heart of his climate policy agenda by directing federal funds to disadvantaged communities, ending pollution & toxic waste sites, and creating mitigation strategies and rebuilding from disaster in just and equitable ways.”

“We are leaving these discussions with policies that, if implemented, will make Joe Biden’s climate agenda far more powerful, equitable, and urgent than where his plans were just weeks ago,” she tweeted.

[End]

So, what do you think the term “unlocking private sector funding” means? It means massive new taxes on businesses and the middle class, and those taxes on businesses will all be passed along to consumers, harming the poorest among us the most. Because that’s what leftism in any form always does. What does “directing federal funds” mean? It means redistributing the wealth away from the GOP voter base to the Democrat voter base, because again, that’s what leftism in any form always means.

They’re going to “make all school buses electric” by 2025: Who’s going to foot that bill, to the extent it will be footed with anything other than trillions in new debt? Look in the mirror.

And by the way, the plan itself refers to those electric buses as “zero carbon” vehicles. They aren’t. Not even close.

The average EV is overwhelmingly made of plastics, because that is the lightest-weight material Tesla and other manufacturers have available to reduce the weight of the cars in their efforts to maximize their driving range on a single battery charge. Guess where plastics come from? That nasty old oil. The tires on a Tesla are no different than the tires on a Jaguar or a Ford: Largely made from petroleum products.

Many of the battery charging stations you see in your cities are actually powered by generators fueled by diesel or natural gas, a secret the industry doesn’t like to talk about. The rest are powered by the same electricity grid from which you receive power in your home or office.

What do you think generates that electricity? The answer is power plants. In many states, the majority of that electricity is generated by burning coal. In Texas, where I live, most of the power comes from natural gas power plants, although coal provides a significant amount as well.

So, what is “climate” gain will be seen from spending hundreds of billions of dollars on half a million electric buses? Basically, zero. It  could even end up being a net negative given that we haven’t even talked about all the emissions involved in the manufacture of those buses and the parts that go into them. That all requires the generation of power from some source, and those factories are most often powered from the local electric grid or from separate generators fueled by diesel or natural gas. Most of them also now put up small arrays of prominently-placed solar panels for show.

But understand: None of this is really about the environment or the “climate.” It’s about control. More specifically, it’s about socialism, and using the “climate” as a means of justifying its implementation and full takeover of the federal and state governments in America.

The very same principle applies to every other aspect of the AOC plan that was released yesterday. It is just the “Green New Deal” put into more flowery and obfuscating terms. None of it is even possible from a technological standpoint, and it is certainly not affordable.

But to these central planners, that’s fine, because those aren’t the real goals and objectives at play here.

That is all.

Running Out the Clock: Mike Flynn Case Judge Requests En Banc Hearing

In possibly the single most predictable move in the long and sordid history of corrupt federal judges in America, District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan’s taxpayer-funded lawyer filed a request today for an en banc hearing before the DC Circuit Court of Appeals.

From a story at Law&Crime.com:

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, through his counsel Beth Wilkinson, has asked for U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to rehear his case against the immediate dismissal of the Michael Flynn prosecution.

The Thursday petition for rehearing comes after a three-judge panel on the D.C. Circuit granted Flynn’s petition for writ a mandamus on June 24, directing Sullivan to dismiss the case.

“The panel majority granted the extraordinary writ of mandamus to prevent the district court from receiving adversarial briefing and argument on a pending motion. The opinion is couched as a fact-bound ruling based on ‘the record before the district court,’” the Sullivan petition for rehearing began. “It in fact marks a dramatic break from precedent that threatens the orderly administration of justice.”

[End]

That last sentence is laughably absurd that it is hard to believe a competent lawyer actually wrote it. The only “dramatic breaks from precedent” in this case wer Sullivan’s decision to refuse to grant the government’s motion to dismiss it due to rampant misconduct and hiding of exculpatory documents by the FBI and the DOJ’s own prosecutors, followed by Sullivan’s hiring of a) an ex-federal judge to write an amicus brief supporting Sullivan’s absurd decision-making and b) a defense lawyer to represent him, a sitting federal judge, before the Court of Appeals.

It is notable that today’s request for en banc by Sullivan’s lawyer comes a bare week before Sullivan was to have held a hearing to consider dismissing the case based on the order two weeks ago by a 3-judge panel of the DC Circuit that he do so. It is also notable that none of the 11 judges on the DC Circuit Court itself took the initiative to request an en banc, something any one of them could have done had they felt the order by the 3-judge panel was in error.

That fact, along with the utterly absurd reasoning put forth by his own lawyer likely means Sullivan has little chance of actually prevailing in his en banc quest. Sidney Powell will rip Ms. Wilkinson and silly attempt to put lipstick on this legal pig to shreds.

But the strategy here is painfully obvious: This is just the next step in Sullivan’s desperate effort to delay any final dismissal of the Flynn case until after the November 3 election. Can anyone doubt that, after he pretty much inevitably loses this appeal at before the Circuit Court that he and his taxpayer funded lawyer will then file a similar motion to have the case heard before the U.S. Supreme Court, which does not convene again until the first Monday in October?

Sullivan is an utterly corrupt tool of the Deep State. He and his Lawfare lawyer know he is in the wrong here, and that he cannot ultimately prevail based on legal arguments. This is just one more attempt to delay the inevitable, so that Flynn can be prevented from publicly revealing all he knows about the negotiations of the Iran Deal and other wrongdoing during the Obama administration before November.

What a circus.

Everyone Calm Down: Today’s SCOTUS Decision was a Big WIN for Trump

President Donald Trump went on an angry Twitter spree this morning after a 7-2 Supreme Court decision ruled on very narrow grounds that a grand jury can subpoena a president’s tax records. Here’s what @RealDonaldTrump had to say:

Now, of course the President is right about the absurdly disparate treatment he has received from this Court, and obviously also correct about the criminal nature of the entire Obama Administration.

But what he apparently missed before he went on this Twitter spurt is that today’s decision by the Court is actually a significant victory for him, one that sends the case back to the lower court and basically ensures that his tax records will remain confidential at least through November, and possibly forever. Not only that, but the case is also a loss for Democrats in congress and their politically-motivated pursuit of those tax records.

Here is how George Washington University Constitutional Law Professor Jonathan Turley explained it on his own Twitter feed:

Look, it’s very easy to understand the President’s anger and frustration about these never-ending battles he has had to engage in with the Deep State. But hey, he just keeps on WINNING those battles, even when, as in this case, he doesn’t even realize he has won.

Masking the Truth: It’s not about the Virus, It’s about Obedience

Guest Piece by Karen Kataline

The Left has sprinted past what we previously thought was a line in the sand between personal freedom and forced, state dictates for personal behavior.

The breach of that boundary has led to numerous other fundamental rights crumbling to dust along with our historical monuments.

There is still time to restore those boundaries and our rights but only if we start telling the truth en masse and defying unjust edicts from lawless lawmakers.  Sadly, we can no longer depend that there will be enough lawful lawmakers to protect our liberties. We must protect them.

Coronavirus is still being used as an excuse to crack down on our freedoms despite false projections that even the CDC dramatically ratcheted down months ago.

Democrat governors and other politicians are refusing to relinquish the “emergency powers” they have awarded to themselves that allowed them to continue lock downs and restrictions of citizens and their businesses on their whim.

As if they somehow thought of it independently, they continue to act simultaneously to tighten their demands and micromanage our lives.  They have now moved from suggesting to demanding that we all, no matter our health, risk level, or opinion are to be forced to wear masks in public. What a perfect and ever-present reminder that we are not in charge of our lives. They are.

Even weak-willed Republicans like Governor Greg Abbott of Texas have become lost in this masquerade.

It doesn’t matter whether masks work or make sense. It only matters that it has been a wildly successful tool for obedience training in collectivism for Americans. Socialism can’t take hold without it.

The avowed and secret socialists among us are engaged in an all-out battle to punish America for being built precisely on that individualism and for flourishing because of a constitution that was created to protect it.

While Democrat tacticians have their Democrat politicians ramping up threats of fines and jail time for refusing to wear a mask, they’re also pushing the idea that masks are “cool.”  There is a whole new cottage industry that is marketing masks as an opportunity to make a “signature” fashion statement. There’s nothing quite like superficial individuality to “mask” one’s prostration to serfdom and conformity.

Savvy watchers of the Left were suspicious early on when they noticed a familiar Leftist tactic being warmed up and served for public consumption. They went to work making it socially acceptable to vilify dissenters and brand them as selfish. They rush to reward it.

How dare anyone question the efficacy of masks or the use of bullying and intimidation to force Americans to comply?  How dare anyone care about their own personal freedom and the freedom of their fellow citizens, even those too ignorant or complacent to care?  “We’re in the middle of a pandemic!” They scold, self-righteously.

Masks create further alienation and suspicion between friends, neighbors and business associates. They muzzle us while helping snitches to easily identify dissenters.

We have seen how deadly the combination of collectivism and social bullying can be. It can often lead to mob rule and violence. At that point, politicians don’t have to worry about enforcing their unconstitutional orders. The mob does it for them.

Masks also blur the lines between criminals and law-abiding citizens. We are indistinguishable from Antifa and other groups who now commit heinous crimes in plain sight and with impunity. The backward subliminal message is that masked people are law-abiding and unmasked people are criminals.

After watching the same Democrat politicians refuse to impose their own orders on rioters, looters and vandals, their credibility is lower than the fatality rate of the coronavirus.

In light of such a blatant dereliction of duty to protect their innocent constituents, they still have the chutzpah to claim that it is compassion that compels them to order us to wear masks.

The good news is that a growing number of people believe that these suffocating orders are ridiculous and even dangerous. The bad news is that most still only whisper it in muffled tones behind their cloth masks.

As we have seen, complying with the orders of authoritarians only brings more authoritarianism. Masks will continue to be a major battleground on which we can beat it back.

Previously polite, law-abiding citizens must unmask themselves and let their voices be heard. Unlike their oppressive opposition, they have little interest in vilifying those who choose to wear a mask for their own reasons.

In the 1982 film, Ben Kingsley portrayed Gandhi as saying, “100,000 Englishmen simply cannot control 350 million Indians, if those Indians refuse to cooperate.”

It’s time to stop cooperating.

Thursday News Roundup: Joe Biden Needs More Fiber, the Times Beclowns Itself Again, and the Trouble With Polls

Pray for these debates to happen. – Think about it: If a debate breaks out this fall between Donald Trump, Kanye West and Joe Biden, we are all going to think we must have accidentally ingested a massive amount of peyote. It would be such a wild trip that we absolutely must find a way to make it happen.

Kanye West no longer supports President Trump, says Joe Biden not ...

This cracked me up, but only because it could be based in reality:

James Woods is a national treasure.

Your corrupt news media in action. – The New York Times weighed into the ongoing tit-for-tat exchange between Fox’s Tucker Carlson and depraved Democrat/Marxist Senator Tammy Duckworth. Because Duckworth cannot be defended based on facts and logic, the Times very predictably based its defense of her by proclaiming that, because Duckworth was born in Thailand and lost her legs serving her country in Iraq, she is above any form of criticism.

From a piece at The Federalist:

The New York Times charged Fox News’ Tucker Carlson of espousing nativism Wednesday after the prime time television host criticized Illinois Democratic Sen. Tammy Duckworth, who said Americans ought to consider cancelling George Washington and called American heroes honored in Trump’s Friday speech at Mount Rushmore “dead traitors.”

“Tammy Duckworth Confronts Nativist Smears From Tucker Carlson,” blared the Times headline. “Senator Tammy Duckworth of Illinois, a Thai-American Democrat who lost both of her legs fighting the Iraq war and is now a potential vice-presidential nominee, was targeted with nativist smears for the second night in a row on Tuesday by Fox News’ Tucker Carlson.”

Carlson however, did no such thing. His rant had nothing to do with where she was born which was in Thailand, and nothing to do with her citizenship, which was granted by having an American father. See for Yourself:

https://twitter.com/i/status/1280855419813015552

[End]

As you can see, what Carlson actually did was take Duckworth to task for saying it’s time for Americans to “cancel” George Washington, without whose amazing courage America literally would not exist, and for characterizing him and many others, like Thomas Jefferson, Teddy Roosevelt, Ulysses Grant, Andrew Jackson, Frederick Douglass, Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King and many other real American heroes as “dead traitors.”

Tammy Duckworth hates America, which of course just makes her a typical Democrat member of congress these days. But of course, her status as a Democrat is why the Times is obligated to defend her by any means available, even when the only means available happen to be intellectual dishonesty and abject stupidity. Because that’s what our corrupt news media does.

Hey, didja ever wonder what Creepy Uncle Quid Pro Farty China Joe Biden believes with every fiber of his being? – Well, yesterday, the Unfrozen Caveman Presumptive Nominee tried to explain it, and sadness and unintentional hilarity ensued:

Verbatim Transcript:

Biden: Lonnie knows I believe this every fiber my being. We’re posed. I, what I proposed is, is………..it can be done. I hink we’re in a position ta, ta really make it happen. And my team and your team…already working closely together, and light, to light up the path forward here. Critical laws like the pro act to strengthen collective bargaining. On politics like the prevailing and pr……look, I guess…I’m gettin’, I’m, I’m gettin’, f, takin’ too much time. You know…

[End]

So, there you have it, folks – Joe Biden’s core beliefs, beliefs that he feels with every fiber of his being. Or maybe he meant he just didn’t get enough fiber in his Metamucil – it’s all so confusing. Who really knows?

So, you needed one more reason not to watch CNBC? – Well, here you go:

Can’t wait to see the ratings for that time block.

The trouble with polls, part 6,572. – A new national poll released yesterday by The Hill/HarrisX has Democrats concerned. Why? Because HarrisX is an actual legitimate polling organization that has little-to-no incentive to fake up its results.

This poll of 933 registered voters was taken on July 3-4, and it finds Biden leading President Trump by a margin of 43 to 39. That 4-point margin is well below the 8-12 point leads found by a series of media-driven polls released over the past month, and it has some Democrats very concerned, as reported in a piece at The Hill:

“I think a four point lead should be very concerning,” Democratic pollster and founding partner at Hit Strategies, Terrance Woodbury, told Hill.TV.

“We know the enthusiasm gaps between Biden and Trump, with Trump’s supporters being very enthusiastic and insistent on voting for him, margins that close are problematic,” Woodbury added.

A recent USA Today-Suffolk poll found half of Trump supporters said they were “very excited” to vote for the President while 27 percent of Biden supporters said the same.

New York Times-Siena College survey from early June showed similar gaps in voter enthusiasm when looking at battleground states.

[End]

As good an organization as HarrisX is, even its polls on this race remain extremely problematic, for one simple fact: Most Trump supporters are very uncomfortable expressing their real views with any stranger who claims to be a pollster. One poll of Trump voters on Twitter earlier this week showed that well over 70% of the respondents would fear retribution from employers or others for admitting to be a Trump supporter.

That’s how pervasive the media campaign to demonize supporters of the President of the United States has become.

Now, think of what that means for pollsters, even the really good ones like HarrisX. It means you can never be confident that you have compiled a truly representative sample of the American public, no matter how hard you try. This is why no one should waste a bunch of time worrying about these polls, especially four months in advance of Election Day.

Those Democrats have every reason to be worried, because if Biden really does have a 4-point “lead” in the current polls, it likely means he really trails the President by half a dozen points or even more.

That is all.

Watch Tucker Carlson Destroy Don Lemon in 92 Seconds

Down goes Lemon! Down goes Lemon! Down goes Lemon! – Holy, cow, this is brutal. Watch as Tucker Carlson absolutely destroys Don Lemon and CNN in 92 short seconds (Transcript follows):

Transcript:

Carlson: Now, if you’re running a channel like CNN, you want dumb people on the air because they’re compliant. They’ll say what they’re told, they’ll tell the audience what the moment demands, they’ll never stray from the script, and that’s exactly what Mr. Lemon is doing. But just 7 years ago, it was a different country and people were kind of allowed to say what they think. And so, at the time, here is what Don Lemon was saying about Black communities. Watch this.

Lemon: More than 72% of children in the African American community are born out of wedlock. That means absent fathers. And studies show that lack of a male role model is an express train right to prison. And the cycle continues. So please, Black folks, as I said – if this doesn’t apply to you, I’m not talking to you – pay attention to and think about what has been presented in recent history as acceptable behavior. Pay close attention to the hip-hop and rap culture that many of you embrace, a culture that glorifies everything that I just mentioned: Thug and reprehensible behavior. A culture that is making a lot of people rich, just not you. And it’s not going to.

Carlson: Wow. Can you imagine what would happen if Don Lemon or his body-building buddy over there, or any of these hair hats, said anything like that on CNN tonight, or MSNBC? That would be their last live broadcast ever. They would be fired immediately. You can’t express views like that, and so they don’t. Tells you a lot

[End]

Of course Tucker is 100% right on this: Don Lemon and his fellow “hair hat” hosts at CNN and MSNBC are nothing more than automatons, useful idiots who the honchos at CNN and MSNBC can put on the air and feel certain will stick to the DNC script, whatever that happens to be on any given day.

Lemon is a rank coward – and credibly accused sexual assaulter – and thus will likely not address Carlson’s monologue. But if he were to address it, he would no doubt recite some talking points that had been carefully drafted for him about how times change, and his thinking has evolved on fatherless children, yada yada yada, blah-blah-blah.

Well, what exactly has changed since 2013? That’s easy: First, you have the ascendancy of the Marxist Democrat Party support group Black Lives Matter. Did you know that advocacy FOR fatherless families is one of that domestic terrorist group’s central tenets? That’s right: BLM doesn’t think 72% of Black babies being born out of wedlock is a high enough percentage – these thugs (Lemon’s word) are shooting for 100%, because they know the chaos that creates in the Black communities spreads across the entire country.

The second obvious thing that’s changed is who the President happens to be. In 2013, it was Barack Obama, who spoke frequently about the damage done to black communities by federal policies that incentivize fatherless families in the Black community. Of course, he never implemented a single policy to try to change anything, but he talked a good game.

In that 2013 clip, it’s a safe bet that Lemon was simply parroting recent remarks made by Obama, or perhaps Eric Holder, who was the Attorney General at the time. It has to be something like that, given that Lemon is obviously not capable of forming his own thoughts on any subject. Like Joe Biden staring blankly at the camera in his basement, Lemon was just reading a script.

Today, Donald Trump is the President, which at CNN HQ means that the scripts being handed to Lemon to recite are being compiled to reflect the views of Black Lives Matter, which the Democrats and corrupt media are working feverishly to normalize as a legitimate “civil rights” organization, even though that terrorist group advocates for policies of destruction and deprivation of such rights.

Everything you see today on CNN, MNSBC and 98% of the national news media is engineered with a single goal in mind: To deny the re-election of Donald J. Trump. Lemon is just a mindless automaton with a $200 haircut who looks good in a suit and happens to be a good reader.

The hilarious part of all of this is that Lemon has no idea he read that stuff in 2013, and was probably as surprised as anyone to see that clip. Because the messages he parrots are not his – he’s just the empty vessel who carries them on-air.

That is all.

Alex Berenson Flays Team Apocalypse in 12 Easy Tweets

Journalist/author Alex Berenson continues to do yeoman’s work in exposing the hypocrisy and true motivations behind the purveyors of Panic Porn related to COVID-19. Today, he discovered a 2006 report co-authored by two of the most notorious panic-mongers, Thomas Inglesby and Jennifer Nuzzo, and took them to task in a brilliant thread on Twitter.

Take a look:

2/ The final paragraph begins: “Experience has shown that communities faced with epidemics or other adverse events respond best and with the least anxiety when the normal social functioning of the community is least disrupted.” What’s changed,

@T_Inglesby? What’s different now?

3/ On quarantines: “As experience shows, there is no basis for recommending quarantine either of groups or individuals. The problems in implementing such measures are formidable, and secondary effects of absenteeism and community disruption [are severe]…” What’s different now?

4/ On schools: “Closing schools for [more than two weeks] in hopes of mitigating the epidemic by decreasing contacts among students is not warranted unless all other likely points of assembly are closed (e.g., malls, fast-food restaurants, churches, recreation centers, etc.)…”

4a/ “Such widespread closures, sustained throughout the pandemic, would almost certainly have serious adverse social and economic effects.” What’s different now? What’s changed? (Aside from the fact that #SARSCoV2 is less dangerous/transmissible to children than the flu.)

5/ On masks: “But studies have shown the ordinary surgical mask does little to prevent inhalation of small droplets bearing influenza virus. The pores in the mask become blocked by moisture from breathing, and the air stream simply diverts around the mask.” What’s different now?

6/ On social distancing: “It has been recommended that individuals maintain a distance of 3 feet or more [Ed: NOT 6] during a pandemic so as to diminish the number of contacts with people who may be infected. The efficacy of this measure is unknown…”

6a/ “It is difficult to imagine how bus, rail, or air travelers could stay 3 feet apart from each other throughout an epidemic. And such a recommendation would greatly complicate normal daily tasks like grocery shopping, banking, and the like.” What’s different now?

7/ On “Prohibition of Social Gatherings”: “During [flu] epidemics, public events with an expected large attendance have sometimes been cancelled… There are, however, no certain indications these actions have had any definitive effect on the severity or duration of an epidemic.”

7a/ ” Were consideration to be given to doing this on a more extensive scale and for an extended period, questions immediately arise as to how many such events would be affected… Implementing such measures would have seriously disruptive consequences for a community…”

7b/ “But a policy calling for communitywide cancellation of public events seems inadvisable.” What has changed, @T_Inglesby @JenniferNuzzo? Aside from the fact that #SARSCoV2 is so much LESS dangerous than the influenza strains that led you to make these recommendations?

8/ I mean, I know one thing has changed in 14 years. But it’s not the science. Please, help me out here. This is a serious question. Why shouldn’t we pay attention to you and what you said THEN?

[End]

Obviously, of course, the one thing that’s changed since then is that Donald Trump is the President of the United States, and these politically-motivated fear-mongers are prostituting themselves because they think the irrational fear they are helping to spread will hurt Trump’s chances for re-election. Trump Derangement Syndrome in action.

There is no mystery here at all. Kudos to Mr. Berenson for laying these despicable hacks bare.

That is all.
