Creepy Uncle Joe Endorsed by Creepy Porn Lawyer! NYTimes Endorses…Border Wall???

Today’s Campaign Update, Part II
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

He’d have been better off being endorsed by the Boston Bombers. – Talk about your unwanted praise – within a few hours of the posting of his Twitter video announcing his candidacy, Joe Biden received an endorsement from possibly the last guy he’d ever want to get:

That’s right: The Creepy Porn Lawyer has bestowed his formal approval of the candidacy of Creepy Uncle Joe. Hooboy, that’s damn near as good as securing the treasured David Duke endorsement, huh? It’s a safe bet Avenatti won’t be receiving a thank you note from Biden for his generous gesture.

Avenatti is no doubt thinking about what might have been for his own self. Let’s all remember that it was just a few months ago that both MSNBC and CNN were offering the Creepy Porn Lawyer hour upon hour of free air time each week, and insufferable nitwits like CNN’s Brian Stelter and MSNBC’s Chris Matthews openly touting the Porn Shyster for the 2020 Democrat presidential nomination.

But that was all before his wife – or was it his girlfriend, I forget which – accused him of being an abuser and took him to court for unpaid alimony/child support, and before the U.S. Department of Justice indicted him for all sorts of criminal activity. But hey, unlike Paul Manafort, he’s at least out on bail and able to bestow his glowing imprimatur on the actual Democrat front-runner.

Attaboy, Joe, you really got it going now!

Wait: Thomas Friedman endorsed what??? – Ok, you’re going to need to be sitting down for this one.

Thomas Friedman is a long-time columnist for the New York Times, the official mouth-organ of the Democrat Party. This is a newspaper that has for the last three years consistently ridiculed Donald Trump for his promotion of the building of a wall to help contain the invasion taking place at our nation’s southern border with Mexico.

The effite, moneyed liberal snobs who by and large make up the remaining subscriber base for the Times take their cues on all issues from the newspaper, because it makes them feel all smart and stuff to spout quotes to their dinner party guests from Friedman, Paul Krugman and other reliably leftwing columnists the Times employs. Given that, it would be wonderful to be a fly on the wall in this afternoon’s meeting of the paper’s editorial staff, after Friedman appeared on CNN and basically endorsed the Trump wall in an interview with Wolf Blitzer:

Friedman had recently visited the border to see the ongoing crisis first-hand. He told Blitzer that the experience left him shocked and convinced that a wall was needed.  Not just any wall, mind you, but one with a “big, smart and compassionate gate”, whatever in the hell that means.

“A big gate, a smart gate and a compassionate gate, I said,” Friedman said. “Wolf, I’m as radically pro-immigration as they come. But it is pretty clear to me that unless we can assure a significant number of Americans that we can control our border, we’re never going to have the proper immigration flow I think we need, we desire and that we actually have a moral responsibility given our history as a nation of immigrants and a refuge for people fleeing persecution.”

Being a writer for the New York Times, Friedman naturally blamed the President for the current refusal by Nancy Pelosi to even negotiate on the issue, because of course he did, using current liberal bogeyman Stephen Miller as a very predictable foil:

“I think the only way is a compromise on this,” he said.” The tragedy and that’s why my column — I think Trump is wasting this crisis. A crisis is a terrible thing to waste. We have a president who actually, when you think about it, Wolf, he has the chops with his base. If he were to sit down, call Nancy Pelosi and say, ‘We’re going up to Camp David. You bring your immigration team, I’ll bring mine. I’ll leave Stephen Miller at home and we will actually sort out a compromise here.”

Man, what are all those liberal, rich, Upper Eastside snobs going to be saying to their guests on this issue now? This is not what they expect from the New York Times, not what they expect at all.

Hilarious.

That is all.

The Week in Review: Spying, Lying and Eunuchs, oh my!

The Campaign Update Week in Review
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

[The week just past as chronicled on the @GDBlackmon Twitter feed.]

The week began with the bag of scum named Preet Bharara admitting he actively plotted to reverse the results of the 2016 elections after Donald Trump was elected. Things got much, much better from there.:

See? There really is good news out there if you just look for it…:

I am so surprised to learn that this could happen in our public schools! said no adult who has ever dealt with the public schools in America.:

This about sums it up, all right.:

What if the Commie Mayor of New York City visited Nevada as part of a presidential campaign exploratory effort and nobody noticed?:

The ineffectual Kirstjen Nielsen got canned, and Larry Schweikart summed it up properly.:

Chris Coons demagogued the Neilsen firing, and pissed me off. Can you tell?:

James Woods with some really strong advice.:

One of the best parts of Twitter is reading all the enraged replies to the Babylon Bee by social justice warriors who are too dim to realize it is a parody account. Priceless.:

This was only the most predictable thing in the world.:

I’m not sure whether to laugh, cry, or just recoil in abject horror.:

The video of activist Candace Owens raking House Judiciary Democrats over their racist coals became the most-watched web-based video in C-Span’s history.:

Attorney General William Barr threw the Democrats and their news media co-conspirators into a panicked frenzy this week with his two days of congressional testimony. It was glorious.:

This happened on Wednesday.:

In the midst of it all, the shameless hacks at CNN just kept on doing what they do better than anybody else in the business, faking the news.:

No, times haven’t really changed much at all. All the racists in the un-doctored version of that photo were Democrats, too.:

GOP Texas Cong. Dan Crenshaw told the truth about Ilhan Omar’s despicable comments on 9/11. Democrats can’t handle the truth, so this tweet touched off a firestorm that raged through the rest of the week. *sigh*:

The Houston Chronicle embarrassed itself with this op-ed.:

AG Barr set the world afire once again with his clear-eyed admission that the Obama Administration was “spying” on the Trump Campaign. Democrats once again recoiled in abject horror at the truth finding its way into the public domain, because of course they did.:

CNN responded in very, very, very predictable fashion. The faked the news. *sigh*:

Oh, look. Bill Kristol thinks he still has “Republican friends.” Isn’t that precious?:

The hacks at Politico tried their best to keep up in the fakenews game by faking the news on…wait for it…a presidential visit to Mount Vernon.  I kid you not.:

Why yes, yes they are.:

Nick Searcy perfectly captures the essence of the Eric Swalwell for President campaign.:

I found the perfect screen shot of CNN’s little eunuch.:

Meanwhile, in news no American with a life gives a damn about…:

That’s a rhetorical question, right, Brit Hume?:

Hoping American taxpayers aren’t looking, makers of non-competitive electric vehicles campaigned to actually increase their already-princely taxpayer subsidies. Because of course they did.:

Also, this happened.:

Thursday was turning into a really epic day…:

Really, really epic…:

Some irrational tweets by mindless leftists require a rational answer.:

AOC decided to come to Ilhan Omar’s defense in a stupendously vapid way that only she could possibly achieve. For those unaware, Dan Crenshaw is a Navy Seal who fought for this country against terrorists in the Middle East, lost an eye in a roadside bomb attack, and is the recipient of a Purple Heart.:

The news of the indictment of Obama’s former White House Counsel was given less than a minute’s air time by the three major fake news networks. No surprise there, right?:

The latest media-created Democrat “Rising Star” was turning poor Beto into a has-been.:

By coincidence, my very thoughtful daughter and granddaughter bought me a fabulous new t-shirt. I’m wearing it, right now, in fact.:

Chevron bought out Anadarko in one of the biggest U.S. oil and gas mergers in the 21st century.:

Adam Schiff, whose home state has been using illegal immigrants as political pawns for decades now, tips off the Democrat/media talking points on Trump’s plan to relocate illegals to sanctuary cities. Hilarity ensuses.:

Speaking of our favorite pendejo, here he is, lying about the ongoing border crisis.:

Sure glad to see the Pentagon has its national defense priorities straight. *sigh*:

This bit of fakenews from Politico hasn’t held up well in light of current events.:

It’s the big one, Elizabeth! I’m comin’ to join you!:

We’ll close the week out with this one. If you want to understand the inner workings of the Democrat/media hive mind, it’s a good read. If you’re a Democrat, you should avoid it, since you might learn something.:

March 25 Was the BEST MONDAY EVER for Trump and his Supporters

Today’s Campaign Update
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Why did Monday ever have to end?  – Monday must have felt like a birthday, Christmas and Festivus all rolled up into one for President Donald Trump and the White House staff, as the good news started early in the morning and continued to pour in all day long.

Throughout the day, of course, they all got to watch as a parade of news-faking cretins flittered across their TV screens, vainly trying to concoct a rationalization for why they have been lying to their viewers and fans for more than two years as they promoted the Democrats’ “Russia Collusion” fantasy play. From Morning Joe and Mika and Donny Deutsch, to the despicable hack Carl Bernstein, to the contemptible Andrew Napolitano, to the seditious – no, make that treasonous – John Brennan, to the terminally unfunny and odious Stephen Colbert, with dozens of other circus clowns and cranks sprinkled liberally in between, the cascade of disgraced nitwits, dupes and just plain old liars was glorious.

As if that weren’t cause enough for joy in Trump Land, shortly after noon came the news that the Creepy Porn Lawyer had been indicted and arrested on charges of extortion and mail fraud. Yes, friends, the guy who everyone at MSNBC and CNN spent half of 2018 touting as a legitimate contender for the Democrats’ presidential nomination in 2020 due solely to the fact that he represented a porn star has been caught red-handed, as the Justice Department released damning telephone transcripts that show him explicitly blackmailing Nike for $25 million. Thus, a major tormentor of the President appears likely to soon be headed for the pokey.

But it got even better. It turns out that the Creepy Porn Lawyer’s alleged partner in this extortion plot is none other than attorney and – until yesterday – paid CNN “legal analyst” Mark Geragos. Yes, that Mark Geragos, the selfsame Mark Geragos whose most prominent current client happens to be …wait for it…oh, you have to wait for this one…JUSSIE SMOLLETT!!!!!

Yes, friends and neighbors, that would be the very same actor Jussie Smollett who is currently facing prison time of his own for creating an outrageous hoax in an effort to smear the President and everyone who supports him. That Jussie Smollett.

I swear I do not make this stuff up. The greatest, most imaginative fiction writer in world history could not in a million years make this stuff up.

But things just kept getting better and better all day long, as a seemingly endless stream of positive news stories for the President and his 2020 re-election ambitions came across the wire.  Here are some examples:

  • In Texas, all House Democrats boycotted a committee hearing on a bill that would …wait for it…OUTLAW INFATICIDE. Yeah, that’s not gonna play well with Texas voters next year.
  • Two-term New Mexico Senator Tom Udall announced he would not stand for re-election in 2020, opening up the seat for a strong GOP challenge.
  • Trump appeals court nominee Bridget Bade received a favorable cloture vote in the senate, paving the way for her to become the President’s 37th addition to the federal appellate courts, an all-time record for a first term president.
  • Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced the scheduling of a Senate vote on Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s hair-brained, economy-destroying “Green New Deal”, which Democrats had been desperate to avoid since it will force them to go on-record.
  • Education Secretary Betsy DeVoss announced that DOE has opened investigations into eight universities tied to the still-unfolding college admissions and bribery scandal.
  • While the Democrat Party remains mired in a slipperly-slope towards rank anti-Semitism, President Trump held a White House ceremony with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in which he formally recognized the Golan Heights as part of Israel.
  • To cap the day off, the Pentagon announced that it has formally authorized the transfer $1 billion to kick-start the building of the southern border wall.

It was, for this President and his supporters, the Best Monday Ever.

Let’s hope today is the Best Tuesday Ever. Might as well start a new trend.

That is all.

Kamala Harris is not Ready for Democrat Nomination Prime Time

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

A little better due diligence seems in order here. – Comic actor Kevin Hart will never be remembered as the best or worst host of the Academy Awards ceremonies, but he will be remembered has the host who never got to actually host the show.

Hart accepted the gig on Tuesday, but then gave it up on Thursday after it was revealed he had sent out tweets several years ago that were insulting to gay folks.  This action shows the Academy Awards at least have some standards for their hosts to live up to, but that those standards only apply to the insulting of people in certain protected classes.  This is no surprise given that the event is run by leftists and that is how leftists conduct themselves in their daily lives as well.

Meanwhile, over at MSNBC, host Joy Ann Reid, found several months back to have been guilty of exactly the same insensitive Twitter activities in which Hart engaged, still has her gig.  And so does Chris Matthews, who was revealed several months back to be a serial harasser of women in the workplace.

Dang, MSNBC – when you have lower standards for behavior than the Academy Awards, you really, truly suck as an organization.

More perjury opportunities, coming right up! – Former FBI Director and current aspiring Teenage Drama Queen James Comey will be testifying before the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees up on Capitol Hill today.  Unfortunately, the Republicans who insisted on his coming up to lie to them yet again seem to be woefully – and typically – disorganized, and divided on what they actually want to question him about.

Some want to ask more about the Clinton email fake investigation that Comey dummied up in 2016, others want to focus on the whole “Russia collusion” fantasy, and nobody appears to be in charge. So, it will be another wasted opportunity to edge closer to the truth, in all likelihood. Maybe that’s why the Rs insisted the hearing be held behind closed doors.

Byron York, meanwhile, has published a terrific list of 10 suggested questions the Rs might ask Comey about his role in the entrapment of General Mike Flynn. Forcing the Drama Queen to answer those questions would either be very revealing and damaging to him, Peter Strzok and Robert Mueller, or force Comey to commit more perjury – in other words, a win/win situation. Sadly, we can be about 98% sure no one on the Republican side will bother to read the piece, or ask these questions in their last chance to get at some truth before the Democrat majorities take over in January and start sweeping all the Clinton/Comey/Mueller wrongdoing under their very lumpy rug.

What a waste.

From our You Seriously Cannot Make This Stuff Up Files:

The Girl Isn’t Ready. – Over the last 32 years I’ve written many times about the unarguable fact that, to win the Democrat Party’s presidential nomination, a candidate must prove to be an especially accomplished and shameless liar. From Michael Dukakis to Bill Clinton to Al Gore to John Kerry to Barack Hussein Obama to the Pantsuit Princess, the nominees the Democrat Party has offered up to the American people over the last three decades reads like the murderers row in the grand pantheon of deceptive history.

Democrat voters just love to be lied to. As my hero Walt Longmire would say, “It’s a simple fact.”

Enter Kamala Harris, about whom there has been so much talk that she could become the Democrats’ next flag-bearer. Folks, she isn’t nearly good enough to get it done. One of her top aides resigned this week when his $400,000 settlement of a sexual harassment lawsuit several years back finally made the news, and all Sen. Harris could think to do was claim she didn’t know anything about it.

Now, that’s an obvious lie – how, after all, could the boss remain unaware for years that one of her top subordinates was a sex harasser? – but it is neither a creative nor convincing lie, and Democrat voters demand creative and convincing liars.

Think about it: Al Gore has made himself a near-billionaire by mounting a massive propaganda campaign, complete with not one, but two movies, over the last 20 years to support his lies about “climate change.” Hell, Bill Clinton literally reinvented the meaning of the word “sex” to support his lies about Monica Lewinsky. The Pantsuit Princess made up so many different lies about her illegal email server that she finally just lost track of them and needed Comey to use half of the DC office of the FBI to help her cover it all up.

Folks, those are the kinds of lies that qualify someone to become the Democrat Party’s nominee for the presidency. A simple denial, like the one offered by Senator Harris on Thursday does not, after all, entertain the Democrat masses, and the Democrat masses must be entertained.

Unless she gets a whole lot better at this real fast, we can pretty much write Kamala Harris off as a serious contender.

This also happened on Thursday:

Paris Burning Watch:

A new poll out this week shows boy Prime Minister Emanuel Macron’s approval among the French public now down to a microscopic 18%. Remember, this is the guy all the #NeverTrump nitwits were praising just a year ago as the real kind of leader America needs in the presidency.

Meanwhile, the approval rating for President Donald Trump (I still never tire of typing those three glorious words) remains at 50% in the current Rasmussen survey.

As the #NeverTrump flagship publication, The Weekly Standard, teeters on the brink of going out of business, there is a lesson to be learned in all of this. But you can bet that TWS editors Bill Kristol, Stephen Hayes and all of their #NeverTrump Nitwit army will fail to learn it.

That is all.

The Church of Climate Change Adds Another Arrow to Trump’s Quiver

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

News your fake news media will pretty much ignore. –  Erik Solheim, the fake Chief of the UN’s fake environment division, resigned this week after it was revealed that he had racked up travel expenses totaling $488,518 in a span of 668 days.  The UK Guardian reports that Solheim was on the road, traveling on carbon-dioxide-spewing planes, trains and automobiles, for fully 529 of those 668 days, which has to be some sort of record.

The role of the fake agency Solheim led, “UN Environment”, is to highlight “green issues and sustainability.” Obviously, Solheim’s boss decided that his travel bills were neither green nor sustainable.

Although, I have to wonder what the big deal is here.  After all, Solheim’s travel charges pale in comparison to other leaders of the world’s largest leftist religion, i.e. the Climate Scam.

The Pope of the Church of Climate Change, Al Gore, travels all over the world in a gas-guzzling, CO2-spewing private jet, and lives in a massive home whose carbon footprint is roughly equal to that of Rhode Island. The most visible Cardinal of that false Church, actor Leonardo DiCaprio, lives and flies in similar luxury, and also owns a gasoline-powered yacht that is similar in size to a Chinese aircraft carrier. Gore and DiCaprio each rack up higher bills traveling the world in most weeks than Solheim did in his infamous 668 days, and nobody’s firing them.

And what about all these various “Climate” conferences this religious cult holds in various parts of the world 10-12 times every year? These conferences see thousands of cultists, along with the Church’s royalty, clogging air traffic and overwhelming local airport capacities with their private jets and tying up 100% of the assets of gas-and-diesel-fueled limousine services for weeks at a time.

My point is not to defend Solheim for his profligacy – paid in large part by U.S. taxpayers, by the way – but to note just how ordinary he really is when taken in context of the Climate Scam movement writ large. In a rather perverse sense, maybe that’s why the U.S. news media is studiously ignoring his story.

Hey, why are we a part of the U.N. again? – Perhaps Solheim’s story, pedestrian as it seems in the context of the Climate Scam, is relevant in another way: It does provide just one more reason for President Donald Trump (I still never tire of typing those three glorious words) to question the wisdom of the U.S. remaining a member of this despicable and depraved collection of despots, thugs and grifters from around the world. Solheim is one of the grifters, and the U.N. employs thousands of them.

The President regularly questions the utility of the U.S. remaining a part of the international body, whose main mission in recent years has been to issue resolutions condemning America’s most important ally in the Middle East, Israel.  The most recent example of this came on November 16, when the question was raised once again in the wake of the U.N.’s annual vote on a resolution condemning Israel’s settlements in the Golan Heights.

Donald Trump is going to be President for at least two more years, and most likely for another six. The despots, thugs and grifters at the U.N. just keep poking this increasingly impatient bear, and do so at their own risk.

Ocasio Cortez Watch:

Why do liberals hate women, Part 6,563. – In a move as predictable as the sun rising in the East, the LA County District Attorney’s office refused to bring charges against The Creepy Porn Lawyer for his alleged assault on his girlfriend a couple of weeks ago:

Thus, after more than a year of screaming “we must believe all women in these domestic abuse accusations!!!!” and the Creepy Porn Lawyer himself attempting to derail a Supreme Court nominee with false charges of rape, liberals in power demonstrate one more time that their rhetoric where protecting abused women is concerned is utterly meaningless.

Ladies, wake up.  The Democrat Party of the United States is at war with you. It just elected a woman-abusing thug to become Attorney General in Minnesota. One of its judges just ruled a law banning genital mutilation of females to be unconstitutional (think about that). That Party has been completely co-opted by radical Islamism, trans-genderism and the woman-and-child-abusing Hollywood culture.

You continue voting for its candidates at your own risk. How many more examples do you need?

That is all.

Vote Faking in Florida and News Faking at CNN: Some Things Never Change

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

So, how about that Creepy Porn Lawyer, huh? –  When he was representing a porn star and suing President Donald Trump, Michael Avenatti was invited to appear on CNN no fewer than 108 separate times.  Since being arrested Tuesday night for allegedly beating his spouse Tuesday evening, CNN hasn’t found it possible to invite the Creepy Porn Lawyer to appear on its fake news TV platform, nor has it managed to file a report on the event.

That little fat, bald guy who is one of their on-air personalities, and whose name I can never remember and don’t care to look up, did manage to include a few sentences about the arrest in his newsletter which is read only by demented rich white women in Manhattan’s Upper East Side, but other than that, radio silence from the news fakers at CNN.  Because that is who they are.

But teacher, the dog ate my vote count! – At a press conference on Thursday morning, Broward County elections officials, i.e, vote-stealing frauds, assured the assembled press that they would have their machine recount completed well before the 3:00 p.m. ET deadline.  But then something funny happened:  They discovered that the machine recount had added to Republican Senatorial candidate Rick Scott’s winning margin by more than 1,000 votes.

Guess what happened?  Broward’s machine recount came in 2 minutes after the deadline, which means, after all of this rigmarole, the official vote total will be what Broward originally claimed it was.

Meanwhile, over in Palm Beach County, the vote-stealing Democrat frauds didn’t even bother to really try to turn in their machine recount, and just started their manual recount, which was ordered in the Senate race by Florida’s Secretary of State, early instead.

The net result of this is that Republican Ron DeSantis is the winner in the governor’s race, although that outcome will not be certified by the SoS until next Tuesday.  So get ready for Democrat loser Andrew Gillum, who still refuses to concede, to file some sort of lawsuit in the meantime.

Rick Scott will have to wait until at least Saturday to claim his victory over detestable Bill Nelson, who will probably also file some sort of lawsuit once the hand recount is completed.

We should not expect the Democrats to let this go until they have completely exhausted every legal angle their evil minds can concoct for the simple reason that there is no downside for them in keeping this alive.  When you have 98% of the nation’s news media faking the news on your behalf and doing nothing but reciting the daily talking points you provide to them, there is no price to be paid for doing everything you can to destroy the nation’s system of free elections, which is what the Democrats have been working on doing for the last 18 years now.

So the madness will continue, most likely until the Supreme Court forces it to end.

One America News Network makes a play for Fox’s fleeing audience. – Back to CNN, you should also expect that fake news network to pursue an appeal on its lawsuit against Donald Trump for his revocation of preening performance artist Jim Acosta’s White House press badge should they receive a negative decision at the District Court level.

The idiots now running CNN’s competitor, Fox News, made the decision on Wednesday to jump in on CNN’s side in the case.  This utterly insane and indefensible decision very predictably caused a huge backlash among Fox News fans, many of whom will now be looking for another news channel to serve as their safe haven from the fake news media.

Enter OANN, the news operation that has found a small but dedicated and growing audience since its inception a few years ago. Obviously smelling an opportunity, management at OANN decided to jump into the lawsuit as well, only by filing an amicus brief supporting the White House’s side of the argument.

Here are a couple of extremely correct arguments in OANN’s brief:

“Acosta does not have a protectible First Amendment interest or right in the context of this dispute,” OANN argued, adding that “while this narcissistic approach may serve Plaintiff’s self-interests as entertainers or media figures and the network that profits therefrom, they do not serve the interests of the forum.”

and…

Acosta “has hindered our free press from functioning effectively during White House briefings,” OANN argued in a court filing, calling Acosta’s behavior “disruptive.”

Awesome.  They should establish a GoFundMe account to pay for the legal fees.  If they do, I’m giving.

CNN probably will get a correctly adverse decision here, given that the judge in the case is not an Obama appointee. The judge in fact is a Trump appointee, Timothy J. Kelly, who was confirmed to his current job in the District of Columbia by the U.S. Senate on September 8, 2017. Judges for these cases are assigned based on a random, lottery-type system, and CNN had no doubt prayed the name of an Obama judge would come up in its case, which would have given them a great chance of prevailing. The drawing of a non-Obama judge means the case will be decided on the law rather than the principles of Saul Alinsky and Democrat talking points, so CNN is no doubt already preparing its appeal to the DC Circuit, whose membership is majority Obama/Clinton appointees.

Of course, CNN’s big problem is that, should they pursue their laughable claim to the bitter end, the bitter end will come a year or two from now in front of the U.S. Supreme Court and its 5-4 Constitutionalist majority. The arguments that a) the White House has no right to enforce standards of behavior on preening fake journalists during press events, and b) Jim Acosta somehow has a constitutional right to a White House press badge so he can continue to disrupt those press events as he pursues his performance art career are going to be tough sells to John Roberts and Sam Alito and Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.

Judge Kelly is expected to issue his decision this morning, so we will know where this is going soon. If he rules in CNN’s favor, then the White House should simply disband the White House press corps, because it would then be in the completely intolerable position of having no authority to enforce any norms of behavior on what is nothing more than a collection of agents for the Democrat Party. That is simply not something that can be allowed to exist within this White House.

But if CNN loses, expect an appeal because, like the Democrats in Florida, there is no downside for this fake news network in doing so. It helps their ratings, and hey, you can’t harm a reputation that’s already been destroyed anyway.

That is all.

Halloween on Twitter: Political Mayhem, Fake News Zombies and Belly Laughs

The Evening Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

One of my Twitter followers sent me a private message today asking “how can you vote for some of these Republicans?” Seriously? You have to ask me that?

My answer was very simple: “Because they aren’t Democrats.” That was several hours ago, and I haven’t heard back from this person. Frankly, I expect she will un-follow me by the end of the day.

But look, why would I or any other thinking person ever vote for another Democrat? It’s a serious question. This is a political party that has over the last three years done everything it can to normalize the most reprehensible anti-American behaviors.

From shooting up Republican softball practices to accosting septuagenarians and their wives in restaurants to Antifa goons beating up people on the streets to CNN talk show hosts dog-whistling approval of potential presidential assassins to rounding up women to try to destroy the family and life of a Supreme Court nominee, if they think it might gain them even a momentary political advantage, Democrats are for it no matter how dangerous, destructive, depraved and despicable it might be.

I’m going to vote for that?  Really?  No, thanks.

Nor am I going to cast a vote to take this country back to the overregulated, moribund economy we had prior to November 9, 2016. I’m not going to vote to lop 25% off of the Dow Jones Industrial Average and 2% off of our economic growth rate. I’m not going to vote to put our country back into an irresponsible, un-American agreement with the Mullahs in Iran, or to re-engage us in a Paris “Climate” deal that was really nothing but a global wealth redistribution scheme targeting the American middle class.

Sorry, I’m not down with any of that, and I never will be.

And don’t try to convince me that I can vote for some particular Democrat for congress because he/she would get to Washington and be an “independent voice for Texas” or whatever other nonsense Democrats like Irish Bob O’Rourke are using in their campaign ads.  Give me a break here.  Irish Bob would get to Washington and become the third senator from California.  He’d be Chuck Schumer’s most reliable vote in the U.S. Senate.

Likewise, any Democrat who gets elected to the House of Representatives will be so bullied around by Nancy Pelosi within their first 2 weeks in D.C. that they’ll have literally forgotten where their congressional district even is, much less do anything effective to represent it.

Anyway, that was the bad part of Twitter today, but there was all sorts of fun on that platform as well.  Here follows a selection of the best examples of the day.

It’s a great question, and I’m glad Sara Carter asked it:

Speaking of great questions, Mollie Hemingway asks another one here…:

Hey, remember when Netflix signed that deal with the Obamas that allows them to produce series for its streaming platform?  Well, guess who their first target is going to be…:

And speaking of things nobody could have possibly seen coming…:

Desperate losing Sen. Claire McCaskill explains who she meant when she claimed in an ad to not be “one of those crazy Democrats,” and the crazy Democrat she specified responds in unambiguous and profane terms.:

Yikes. That particular crazy Democrat has some bite.

Speaking of moves being made by desperate losing Democrats, I give you Ed Donnelly of Indiana.:

There is literally no content too low and despicable for CNN to spew out onto its platform.:

By the way, Mr. Lemon’s boyfriend is white, and radical.

The Alexandria Ocasio Cortez parody account responds, but if you didn’t know it was a parody, you’d totally believe it was something she’d actually said:

No day on Twitter could ever be complete without making fun of the Creepy Porn Lawyer.:

Finally, while CNN and MSNBC were misleading their viewers into thinking President Donald Trump was greeted by nothing but protesters and haters on his trip to Pittsburgh to visit with Synagogue shooting survivors, you had to be on Twitter to see the truth:

Just another day of highs, lows and belly laughs on Twitter.

That is all.

Another Day, Another Failed Fake Media/Democrat Narrative

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Your fake news media in action! – NBC is under fire for having sat for more than three weeks on a story that would have helped to clear Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s name before the vote on his confirmation took place on October 6. Turns out that NBC reporter Kate Snow, in filing the fake news network’s original story on the gang rape claims being pushed at the time by nutjob Julie Swetnick and the Creepy Porn Lawyer, conveniently left out the fact that one of the “corroborating witnesses” the CPL had provided completely contradicted the key parts of Swetnick’s false story.

So, after Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley filed his first of two criminal referral letters related to Swetnick and CPL on Thursday (he filed a second letter on Friday), Snow and NBC apparently decided they better come clean and actually report the exculpatory evidence they had withheld, probably in an effort to  avoid the receipt of subpoenas from the Justice Department. Younger people expressed shock on social media Friday about NBC’s despicable behavior, but those of us old enough to remember the Bill Clinton/Monica Lewinsky scandal know it’s just par for the course.

After all, the Drudge Report became a big thing 20 years ago when Matt Drudge discovered that Newsweek and reporter Michael Isikoff had been sitting on the Lewinsky story for months in an effort to protect the predator Democrat President, and broke the story on his then-fledgling news-aggregation website.  There have been countless other examples of fake media outlets withholding what would be huge, possible Pulitzer Prize-winning stories in desperate efforts to protect their Democrat masters.  NBC itself was revealed just a year ago to have refused to allow Ronan Farrow to publish his #MeToo movement creating story about the disgusting abuser and huge Democrat donor Harvey Weinstein, which led to Farrow taking his research over to The New Yorker instead.

Protecting Democrats and violating journalistic norms to try to damage Republicans is what your fake news media does.  They believe it is in fact their duty.  Once you accept this reality, everything they do makes perfect sense.

Probably because she just won’t shut up and leave us alone. – Speaking of fake media outlets, the Washington Post has a Trump-bashing piece up this morning titled, “Why are we still talking about Hillary Clinton?”  Seriously, is there really some mystery here?  I honestly don’t recommend you waste your time reading it – just thought it was incredibly ironic, given the Pantsuit Princess’s own behavior, that such a piece could even be conceived and written, much less actually make its way into publication.

Optics are why Trump won, and they’re why this fake pipe bomb fiasco won’t impact the elections. – So, here are the optics of this whole fake pipe bomb deal:

President Donald Trump’s Justice Department just went balls to the wall to protect a group of the President’s most vicious critics who were being mailed fake bombs that posed no real threat to them. The initial arrest was made less than 72 hours after the “crisis” narrative arose.

Meanwhile, the Democrats and the fake news media are using the apparent Trump-supporting identity of this lunatic as a weapon to demean and libel not only the President of the United States, but any and all of Trump’s millions of loyal supporters as well.

Honestly, I’m not sure you could find a better way to ensure about a 99% turnout by Trump supporters to get out and vote in this election.

Think about it:  Mr. Trump, both as candidate and as President, has now held over 100 of his famous political rallies since 2015.  Those events have been attended by upwards of a million people, probably even more than that.  In all of those rallies, the fake news media has been able to capture exactly one violent act by a single Trump supporter, an elderly man who threw a harmless punch at a young protester who was being escorted out of the arena at one of the 2016 campaign events.

Now, we have a second apparent Trump supporter who is alleged by the FBI to be the person who has somehow sent 13 of these fake pipe bombs to various critics of the President.  I say “alleged” because, given that at least several of these packages were obviously not delivered by the U.S. Postal Service, since photos of them clearly show the packages were not postmarked, the FBI has yet to adequately explain how one guy driving an extremely distinctive white van could have caused all these packages to have been hand-delivered to various destinations all over the country within 36 hours of each other.

But I digress.

So we have this one guy out of more than a million who have attended Trump rallies, and out of more than 60 million who voted for him in 2016, an obvious dimwitted steroid freak who we’re supposed to believe is some criminal mastermind with almost magical powers of transporting himself and his fake bombs all over the country, and our fake news media and their Democrat masters are tarring and feathering the entire Trump supporter base with his actions.

I don’t really know what to say other than to point out that stuff like this is exactly why Trump got elected in the first place.  This constant, unending demeaning and slandering of ordinary Americans whose main desire in life is to be able to quietly live their lives with their friends and families in peace and some semblance of freedom from oppression by the government and assault from the elite political class is what caused millions of us out here in Flyover Country to not just accept Trump as a better option to the career criminal being offered up by the Democrats, but to ultimately become excited about rallying to his cause in 2016.

This week alone has already seen the utter collapse of two major Democrat/media narratives:  The Khashoggi thing that no ordinary American had time to care about, and the obviously-staged “migrant caravan” narrative that has backfired hugely on the Democrats.

This fake pipe bomb deal is well on its way to become the third major backfiring narrative in a single week.  That has to be some sort of record, doesn’t it?

Just another day in fake news media collapsing narratives America.

That is all.

The Week in Review: A Week of Democrat/Media Narrative Epic Fails

The Campaign Update Week in Review

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Every week in American politics is different.  They all have their ebbs and flows, their dramas, their comedies, their pratfalls and their tragedies.

Typically, they all have their own narratives, the overriding major story or stories that our fake news media conspire with the Democrat Party to push into the public domain for political advantage.  Sometimes, a single narrative dominates the entire week – as happened a few weeks ago with the whole Kavanaugh drama.  Most of them end up being ineffective, although a few end up having legs, and at the end of most weeks you can typically look back and identify one that served as the overriding Democrat/media theme for that 7-day period.

But not this week.  This week is different.  This week, there was no single overriding narrative that any normal American paid special attention to.

The Khashoggi murder at the Saudi consulate in Turkey came closest – it lasted the whole week, and the media obsessed over it for sure.  But at the end of the day, very few normal Americans actually cared what happened to this radical Islamic, Muslim Brotherhood-pushing opinion writer.  It was an utterly failed narrative, but because Khashoggi was a fellow fake journalist, the U.S. media couldn’t stop pushing it.

But hey, whether the narratives are effective or not, the one thing we know for sure about our hated fake news media is that they will keep on pushing them on behalf of their Democrat masters, because they’ve been doing it for so long now, they don’t know how to do anything else.

And now, without further ado, let’s go to the Week in Review (see what I did there?):

It was the week that Democrats hired a bunch of crisis actors to form a “migrant caravan” that amazingly consists of about 80% military-age males (see photo below) to make its way up through Honduras, Guatemala and Mexico to conveniently arrive at the Rio Grande a few days before Election Day.  Thanks to the intervention of President Donald Trump, the “caravan” was halted at Mexico’s southern border.  As of this morning, half of the original 4,000 are on their way back to Honduras and the other half are in a Mexican detention camp.

It was the week that the fake news media finally began admitting what the Campaign Update has been telling you for several weeks, which is that Special Counsel Robert Mueller is systematically closing up his shop.  The newsfakers at Politico ran a piece on Friday titled “Mueller Report PSA:  Prepare for Disappointment”.  The subhead reads “And be forewarned that the special counsel’s findings may never be made public.”  Campaign Update readers knew all of that a week ago.

Speaking of Democrat disappointment, it was the week that the fake news media and pollsters who have been pushing their “Blue Wave” fantasy for a year suddenly began getting cold feet and speculating about what will happen if the Republicans maintain control of both houses of congress again?  Go figure.

It was the week that the Pantsuit Princess let it be known she is contemplating running yet again in 2020 and many Democrat Party leaders contemplated slitting their own wrists.

It was the week that our fake news media demonstrated that it cares infinitely more about the murder of an obscure Saudi national opinion writer than it cared about the following killings of actual Americans:

– Kate Steinle

– Seth Rich

– Benghazi

– Vince Foster

– Mary Mahoney

– James McDougal

– Ed Willey

– Ron Brown

– Mollie Tibbetts

…and this list could go on and on and on.  And these fake “journalists” wonder why so many millions of Americans detest them.

It was the week that Mitch McConnell and his wife were accosted by a Democrat thug in a cafe in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky.  Rather than just sit and watch like a bunch of Washington D.C. slugs, McConnell’s fellow diners got pissed and ran the thug out of the place.  That’s what happens when you try to pull crap like this out here in Flyover Country, boys.  If you pull a stunt like that in Texas, you’ll probably end up in an emergency room.

It was the week when Elizabeth Warren became so enraged with President Trump and his constant “Pocahontas” taunts about her fake Indian heritage that she took a damn DNA test and proved herself to be 1/1,024th “right”.  The hilarity that ensued with meme after meme after meme on social media was comedic gold, I tell ya, gold!

It was the week that Christine Blasey Ford disappeared completely from the public conversation, as the Democrat Party has no further use for her.  The same thing will happen to all those crisis actors down in Mexico at midnight on Election Day.

Speaking of disappearing Democrat tools, it was also the week that the Creepy Porn Lawyer disappeared from the public space.  Presumably all those dimwits at CNN and MSNBC who gave money to Stormy Daniels’ GoFundMe account are a little ticked that their money will now actually go to reimburse President Trump for his legal expenses after the porn star and her creepy lawyer got poured out of court last week.

It was the week that oily Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein had several hours to spend being interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, but couldn’t find the time to offer testimony to congress.  When Rosenstein finally agreed to testify next week, he demanded the testimony take place in secret in a secure location, and with only 2 Republicans and 2 Democrats present.

It was the week that a husband and wife pair of nitwits in Katy, Texas decided it would be a peachy idea to paint a huge, 20′ x 20′ “Beto” sign on their front lawn, and then expressed great confusion about why their neighborhood HOA is irritated with them.  I swear I don’t make this stuff up.

Finally, it was the week when the President of the United States of America sent out this hilarious message on his Twitter account:

Funny, but oh, so true.

That is all.
