The Democrats’ Ongoing Fascination With Political Losers

Today’s Campaign Update
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is an actress. – Everyone should watch this video. Trust me, just watch it. It’ll be the best 23 minutes you invest this week. I’m going to keep this pinned at the top of each piece I post for the next few days in order to maximize its – and her – exposure.

Paul Begala is an anti-Semitic sleaze. – The man with the highest forehead on television referred to Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump as “cockroaches” in a clear effort to dehumanize the Jewish couple in the minds of CNN viewers. Adolph Hitler and Joseph Goebbels would have been extremely proud of Mr. Begala, who has made a living for 25 years now by lying on television.

Why is today’s Democrat Party such a steaming cesspit of anti-Semitism? – Speaking of raging anti-Semites, the Deputy Press Secretary for the Bernie Sanders campaign, an illegal alien named Belen Sisa, was forced to apologize yesterday when anti-Semitic posts she made on Facebook on Sunday were made public. Just more proof that Jewish voters who continue voting for Democrats are voting for their own destruction.

I’m betting she learned how to lose Florida. – The Tampa Bay Times had this to say in a tweet yesterday: “Amy Klobuchar revealed she recently spoke with Andrew Gillum about what it takes to win Florida. Here’s what she learned.” I swear I don’t make this stuff up.

What is it about the current crop of Democrats and their ongoing obsession with losers? Irish Bob O’Rourke, the Texas loser to Ted Cruz, after months of dithering around while trying to “find” himself as if he were a 22 year-old snowflake, appears about to finally announce his run for the presidency. Stacey Abrams, who lost the Georgia governor’s race to Brian Kemp despite having massive voter fraud in her favor, is now making noises about doing the same, as we noted here on Monday.

And now we have presidential candidates seeking advice from Gillum, who lost the governor’s race to Republican Ron DeSantis in spite of the sleazebag elections officials in Broward and Palm Beach counties spending a week trying to manufacture enough votes to tip the count in his favor. Gillum is so ethically challenged that he will probably soon find himself on trial on findings by the Florida Ethics Commission that he accepted illegal gifts on many occasions while serving as Mayor of Tallahassee.

Ok, come to think of it, that is all most likely exactly why Klobuchar is seeking Gillum’s advice.  These are Democrats we’re talking about here, after all.

Hey, no offense intended, but these guys are really, really old. – Going back to our precious Robert “Beto” O’Rourke for a moment, despite all the hundreds of millions of dollars in free media hype he has received from every media outlet from CNN to the New York Times to the Washington Post to MSNBC to Oprah (who is a media outlet in and of her own self), Irish Bob finds himself running a poor 5th in the latest Monmouth poll, trailing Creepy Joe Biden, the Commie, Kamala Harris and even Fauxcahontas with just 6% support among registered Democrat voters.

Meanwhile, Creepy Joe Biden comes in at 28%, with the Commie close behind at 26%. This brings me to just a fascinating set of fun facts.

On Election Day 2020, the Commie will be 79 years old, while Creepy Joe will be less than two weeks away from turning 78. If elected and then re-elected, either man would be pushing 90 by the end of a second term in office. This is rather stunning to know, considering that the oldest serving president in our nation’s history, Ronald Reagan, was 77 years old the day he left office after having served two full terms.

Every Democrat in America spent the full eight years of Ronaldus Magnus’s presidency screaming that he was just too darn old for the office. Today, the Creep and the Commie are pulling well over half of Democrat voter support. Meanwhile, the comparative “young guns” in the race, Irish Bob and Harris, are stumbling along with a combined 14%.

Thus, at this point, the Democrat fascination with political losers by the Party’s leadership hasn’t begun translating into actual support among Democrat voters. It seems these voters will require many more months of heavy-duty brainwashing by the Democrat fake news media.

Rest assured, that’s exactly what they will be getting, and they’ll like it. Because, Democrats.

That is all.

The Week in Revew: Democrats/Media Shift Focus Away From Robert Mueller

The Campaign Update Week in Review

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

This was the week that the media/Democrat narrative mysteriously shifted away from Robert Mueller. After a couple of weeks of renewed, post-election focus on Mueller and his fake “investigation”, the media/Democrat axis of propaganda suddenly shifted to climate change, and then back to the border issue, and the 5,000-plus “migrants” from Central America overwhelming the infrastructure and public patience in Tijuana, Mexico.

This is very odd, since the Climate Scam is where the American Left always goes whenever it has run out of anything else to say. “Climate Change” is always their issue of last resort because of its nature as an ever-evolving set of theories that conveniently allow the scammer to blame literally anything that happens in our daily lives on “Climate Change”.

All those people fighting over cheap TVs at your local Wal-Mart on Black Friday? Climate Change. Riots happening in Paris, France? That’s not caused by tax protesters, it’s caused by Climate Change. Record, bitter cold across the midwest and northeast? Climate Change – never been cold up there before. Your car wouldn’t start yesterday morning? Climate Change. Brian Stelter’s disappearing hairline? Climate Change.

It’s all Climate Change all the time, and that’s why the Axis of Propaganda invariably ends up focusing on it for at least one week every year because all of their other fake narratives have come up a crapper.  Thus, this week, a week when it became increasingly obvious that Robert Mueller has a huge bag of nothing where President Trump is concerned and is continuing to systematically wrap up his 19-month witch hunt, the media and their Democrat masters fell back on their old, reliable fright tactic.

The fake news media has also been forced to report on migrant invasion happening at our Southern border after a couple of weeks of attempting to ignore a story that is hugely damaging to Democrat interests. With even the media now admitting that more than 75% of these giant “caravans” consist of military-aged males, many of whom are known violent gang members, and with President Donald Trump tweeting and talking about it each and every day, the post-election effort to simply ignore it became impossible to maintain.

There are reports this morning that several hundred of the migrant army in Tijuana will attempt to storm the border crossing there later today, so CNN will gladly report on that, hoping to get films of violence that are that fake news network’s stock in trade. Of course, CNN will only air any such video if it can spin the shots negatively against U.S. Border Patrol and military personnel who will be there to turn back the invasion.

Which is what this is.  An invasion.

Let’s go to the rest of this Week in Review:

  • It was the week that all the focus on Climate Change and the migrant invasion took preening CNN peacock Jim Acosta right out of the news cycle, and that was a glorious result. America needs more of this.
  • It was the week that Oklahoma beat West Virginia by a score of 59-56 in a college football game in which neither team’s defense apparently ever took the field of play.
  • It was the week that yet another Obama-appointed federal judge ruled that President Trump, as opposed to all other presidents in U.S. history, lacks the authority clearly given to him in the text of the U.S. Constitution.
  • It was the week that the Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, the man who twisted himself into legalistic knots in order to impose Obamacare on our populace, lied to the American public by claiming there is no difference between an “Obama judge” and the judges appointed by other presidents.  Shame, Justice Roberts, shame on you.
  • It was the week when the White House Correspondents Association ended the tradition of having a bad comedian speak at its annual Dinner, giving yet another win to Donald J. Trump.
  • It was the week that our fake news media invested tons of its air and print time once again trying to convince the American people to care about the killing of a radical Islamist blogger who used to go to dinner parties hosted by editors at the Washington Post. The effort failed. Again.
  • It was the week that President Trump correctly chose to refuse to destroy our country’s key strategic relationship with Saudi Arabia over the killing of a radical Islamist blogger who the Saudi government considered to be an enemy of the state.
  • It was the week that Broward County’s Supervisor of Elections, Brenda Snipes, having tried and failed to steal the state’s senate election for Democrat Bill Nelson and the governor’s election for Democrat Andrew Gillum, tendered her resignation in disgrace. Now, if there is still any justice left in Florida, she will be prosecuted.
  • It was the week that Democrats expressed their outrage at all the subsidies and tax breaks given by the states of New York and Virginia to secure the new Amazon regional headquarters sites, while in their next breath confirming their support for subsidies and tax breaks for solar and wind power and billionaire Elon Musk.  *sigh*
  • It was the week that British Prime Minister Theresa May took her “Brexit” deal to European Union headquarters, a deal that will essentially keep Britain under the EU’s despotic thumb. To no one’s surprise, the EU approved. Sellout is Theresa May’s middle name.
  • It was the week that French Prime Minister Emmanuel Macron, barely a week removed from denouncing Donald Trump and populism at a summit conference in Paris, saw riots break out on the streets of Paris and his personal approval rating fall to below 20%.
  • Meanwhile, in America, it was the week that President Trump saw his approval rating in the daily Rasmussen survey tick up to 51% and stay there.

There’s a message in there somewhere – wonder if the Boy Prince of Paris can see it through all the smoke rising along the Champs Elysee’?

That is all.

Swalwell 2020: Nuking Gun Owners For Peace

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Hey, who is Marianne Williamson? –  I honestly have no idea who this person is, but the newsfakers at Politico think it is news that a person named Marianne Williamson is running for the Democrat Party’s presidential nomination in 2020.  According to Politico, she is a “spiritualist” – whatever that means – who ran an independent campaign for a California congressional seat in 2014, and failed. That race was won by Ted Lieu, one of the most despicable Democrats in today’s congress, so maybe we should be wishing she had won instead. She certainly could not be any worse.

Williamson’s main claim to legitimacy in the political arena appears to be that she is a “pal of Oprah Winfrey.”  Given that the two high-profile Democrat candidates Oprah campaigned for this year – Florida’s Andrew Gillum and Georgia’s Stacey Abrams – have been declared loooooooooosers in their gubernatorial races over the last 24 hours, it’s hard to see what value the Oprah seal of approval really has any more.

But hey, in case you’re interested and have actually heard of Marianne Williamson, she’s running. There you go.

Speaking of despicable California congressmen, Eric Swalwell did this on Friday:

Yes, all you gun owners out there, Democrat Rep. Swalwell responded to a guy on Twitter who said that the government would have to kill him to take his guns away by assuring the guy that the government would indeed kill him, with nukes. This promise to nuke gun owners will no doubt play extremely well with the demented Democrat base voters and dramatically enhance Swalwell’s chances in his 2020 presidential run.

Can’t wait to get me one of them “Swalwell 2020:  Nuke ’em for Peace!” bumper stickers.

Holy crap. You seriously cannot make this stuff up.

And since we’re speaking of despicable Democrat politicians… – The aforementioned Oprah acolyte Stacey Abrams “halted” her Georgia gubernatorial run on Friday, but made it clear she would never “concede” the race to the actual winner, Republican Brian Kemp.

In keeping with the Democrat Party’s 25-year campaign to declare every Republican win to be somehow illegitimate, Abrams blamed her loss not on the fact that she received more than 50,000 fewer votes than her opponent, but on “voter suppression”, which is her way of saying all Republicans are racists and she only lost because of their racism, or something. Because of course she did.

No, Texas is not turning blue anytime soon. – We’ve seen a lot of elections “experts”, i.e., liberals in the fake news media, offering sage analyses of the Texas election results and coming up with the conclusion that the state of Texas is going to turn blue as soon as 2020.

Let me assure you, as a 7th generation Texan, that ain’t gonna happen.

Yes, the Democrat Party made gains in Texas in the 2018 elections. The Dems flipped two congressional seats, 2 state senate seats and a dozen seats in the state’s house of representatives. It’s a BLUE WAAAAAAAVE, right?  Um, no, not really.

What those results mean is that the Texas congressional delegation is now 23 Rs and 13 Ds. The Rs will hold a 19-12 edge in the state senate, and 83 of the 150 seats in the state house.

Oh, and here’s the other thing all these “experts” fail to mention:  The Republicans won every statewide election held this year. Every one of them, from the governor’s office all the way down to the land office race. Yes, the winning margins were closer than they have been in the past 5 election cycles, but let’s think about why that happened.

I can explain the majority of it in two words:  Beto O’Rourke. His race against Ted Cruz was the first race on everyone’s ballot this year. O’Rourke, thanks to a flood of money from Hollywood and New York, was able to pour about $80 million into that race, outspending Cruz by a factor of about 3 to 1. Just above the senate race on the ballot was the option to vote straight Republican or straight Democrat tickets.

O’Rourke ran a mostly-positive campaign that excited a lot of voters in Texas. And thousands of those voters, perhaps hundreds of thousands of them, who might have otherwise voted for many Republicans, expressed their excitement for Irish Bob O’Rourke and saved a bunch of time by simply marking the box for the straight Democrat ticket.

There is simply no question that the ability to pour such a gargantuan amount of money into a single statewide race heavily influenced every race down the ballot. If you think the Republicans in Texas are going to get caught flat-footed in the money race again in 2020 or subsequent election cycles, you are going to be highly disappointed when those years come around.

I first started working Texas politics in 1996, two years after George W. Bush had become governor by defeating Ann Richards. At that time, all the “wise people” in Austin, all the analysts and lobbyists and reporters, assured me that this Republican thing was just a temporary aberration and that the Democrats would sweep back into power in the 1998 elections.  Instead, the Rs won every statewide office and took control of the state’s house of representatives and senate.

After that election, all these “wise people” kept assuring me that by 2002 or 2004, the state’s growing community of Hispanic voters would sweep the Democrats back into power. Here it is 2018, and it’s now a quarter of a century since any Dem won a statewide election in Texas.  Why?  Because the Republicans keep getting a higher and higher percentage of Hispanic votes as more and more Hispanics move up into the middle and upper classes of society. Republican candidates in this year’s election also saw a significant gain in their percentage of black voters.

Now, there is no doubt Texas Republicans have some work to do, especially with suburban and rural women, where they saw significant erosion of support in this year’s voting. Some of that is the Beto effect, but you sure can’t blame it all on that.

That is where the narrowing of the GOP majorities in both houses of the legislature could turn out to be a blessing in disguise, because those smaller margins are likely to force Republican leaders to focus on the state’s economic and budget matters in the upcoming legislative session, and leave all the social issues that tend to turn off those women voters on the sidelines.

In any event, any Democrat thinking they can just chalk up Texas’s mass of electoral votes to their party’s candidate for the presidency in 2020 or even in 2024 is just whistling past the graveyard.

That is all.

American Political Revolutions Never Come Easy

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

This was never going to be easy. No political revolution ever progresses in a straight line. The American system – the Constitution itself – strongly agitates against rapid, radical political change of any kind.

In the first two years of the Barack Obama Administration, Americans saw rapid, radical political change and rebelled against it, turning the House over to Republicans in 2010 and then the Senate in 2014.  Americans again saw rapid, radical change over the past two years, as President Donald Trump reversed about 90% of the Obama era from the history books, and reacted last night by turning the House back to the Democrats.

This is not only nothing out of the ordinary, it is exactly how the nation’s founders consciously wanted the system to work. No one on either side has to like it, but it is important to recognize this reality of the American system and work to affect change within its confines.

So, just as happened in 2010, we end up with a split decision as the voters basically send a signal to Washington, D.C. to slow down. The country writ large isn’t necessarily opposed to the general direction things have been moving, but just wants to take more time to think about things before they happen.  This isn’t always a productive dynamic within the voting public, but we have no choice but to accept the verdict and move on.

In the House of Representatives, where I was hopeful that the Republicans would be able to retain a small majority, the Democrat gain will end up being around 30 net seats, perhaps a few more.  In the Senate, it’s most likely going to be 55 Republicans vs. 45 Democrats/Commies for the next two years, which is exactly where I had figured we’d end up since January.

The sad part of it all is that we will now get nothing out of the House of Representatives other than hearings and subpoenas and bombastic posturing by clowns like Maxine Waters and Adam Schiff for 24 solid months.  The good part of that is that those clowns and others will no doubt so disgust the voting public with their outrageous behavior that the voters will rebel again in 2020 and turn the House back over to the Republicans.  We can always hope, anyway.

The 55 seat majority in the Senate (which is what it will be whenever someone wakes up and declares McSally and Rosendale the winners in their races) means that Mitch McConnell no longer has to worry about getting Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski’s squish votes on every judicial nominee. And praise the lord, fellow squishes Jeff Flake and Bob Corker will no longer be around because they retired. What a relief that is.

Another blessing is that we Texans won’t have to hear any more nonsense about Beto O’Rourke.  Well, at least until January, that is, when he declares his candidacy for the 2020 Democrat presidential nomination, at which point he becomes the nation’s problem child. But everyone should be grateful to Ted Cruz for at least giving us a two month break.

Speaking of breaks, what is that new noise you are hearing from your radios and television sets this morning? Why, it’s the sound of non-political commercials! Isn’t that a joyful noise? Yes, I hate commercials as much as the next guy, but I have honestly missed them as the commercial breaks have been filled with nothing but negative political ads for the last two months.

In my home state of Texas, Republicans once again won every statewide election – as they have done in every cycle for the past quarter-century – but leaders of the Texas GOP will be waking up this morning with an uneasy feeling. While Governor Greg Abbott and a few other officeholders won their re-elections by the traditional double-digit margins, Cruz only prevailed against his well-funded opponent by 3% and several others, including Lt. Governor Dan Patrick, saw their winning edges cut to 5%.

Yes, Irish Bob O’Rourke’s ability to pour $80 million of California/New York money into his race at the top of the ticket had a significant impact in races all the way up and down the ballot. But there is little question that Texas Repubs need to do some real soul-searching and find ways to broaden their appeal, particularly to middle-class suburban women and Hispanics if they want to retain their statewide dominance for the next decade or more.

Some other observations:

  • In conceding his very close loss to Ron DeSantis in Florida’s governor’s race, Democrat Andrew Gillum displayed a high degree of class and dignity that will help sustain him as a force in Florida poltics for years to come. We have not heard the last of this guy.
  • Unfortunately, Democrat Stacey Abrams, the Democrat candidate for Governor in Georgia, can’t summon those same qualities within herself and will keep her state in turmoil despite her obvious defeat.  Sad.
  • Back in Texas, Republican Dan Crenshaw, the Purple Heart veteran who was smeared by the sick people at Saturday Night Live over the weekend, won his race and will serve in the House of Representatives for the next two years.  There is still justice in this world, although you often have to look too hard to find it.
  • It is truly gratifying that Jon Tester, the Democrat slug who smeared Admiral Ronny Jackson, is dying this long, slow political death up there in Montana this morning. Couldn’t happen to a more rotten guy.
  • Nevada is officially a blue state now, and that is frightening. One wonders how long it will take the Democrats to completely screw up the state money printing machine that is Las Vegas. I give it a decade.
  • Scott Walker finally, at long last, lost an election in the blue state of Wisconsin, ending one of the most amazing political success stories of modern times. We haven’t heard the last of Walker.
  • Socialist dimwit Alexandria Ocasio Cortez won her race, and God bless the people of Queens for giving her to us to make fun of for the next two years.
  • Once again, CNN completely outclassed all other TV outlets with its election coverage.  John King is without question, far and away the best election night analyst in the known universe.  While Fox News was having a coffee chat session with a bunch of pundits, King and Wolf Blitzer were taking CNN’s viewers on constant whirlwind, county-by-county, sometimes precinct-by-precinct tours of myriad house, senate and gubernatorial races all over the country.  I won’t turn the channel over to CNN again before 2020, but when Election Night comes around that November, I’ll make an exception.

Finally, as I was wrapping this up, just a few moments ago, President Donald Trump (I never tire of typing those three glorious words) whipped this out to Twitter land:

If you thought the man was going to be intimidated by Speaker San Fran Nan or Bugeyes Adam Schiff, well, think again.

That is all.

Man, if this TargetSmart bunch has an accurate means of estimating early vote turnout, this is going to be an epic Red Wave.  TargetSmart, by the way, is a Democrat polling firm…

In Phoenix, Republicans are doing better in every city ward than they did in 2016. Bad news for nutjob Democrat Kyrsten Sinema…

The Week in Review: No Good Deed By Donald Trump Goes Unpunished

The Campaign Update Week in Review

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

President Donald Trump was in both Montana and Florida for rallies on Saturday.  Think about that for a minute:  He’s based in Washington, D.C.  He gets up in the morning, gets his daily security briefing, then hops on Marine One – after chatting with the hostile fake news media for a little bit – which takes him to Joint Base Andrews.

There, he boards Air Force One for the 5-hour flight out to Belgrade, Montana.  He spends an hour speaking to an audience of thousands of Montanans – with thousands more watching on large video screens outside the venue – then he hops back on Air Force One for the 2,000 mile, 5-hour flight down to Pensacola, Florida.

There, he again spends an hour speaking to thousands of Floridians, with a huge crowd of thousands more gathered outside, and then hops back on Air Force One for the 1-hour flight to his resort at Mar-a-Lago.  Presumably, he got some sleep there.

This is a 72 year-old man.  By the way, this is a 72 year-old man who works for free.  He donates his presidential salary every quarter to a different worthy cause, an act of generosity that goes unreported by our fake news media.

While Democrats, their agents in the fake news media and even many of his Republican colleagues bitch and moan about him spending too much time at Mar-a-Lago and the other properties he owns on weekends, the fact of the matter is that most normal men his age and wealth status would be spending all of their time playing golf while the kids take over the family business.  Instead, Donald Trump is spending his time presiding over a nation experiencing a booming economy and relative peace and stability in the world.

For delivering all of that, he has been rewarded with 92% negative fake media coverage, hostile and violent rhetoric coming from all corners of pop culture and the education establishment, unending assassination threats from entertainers and social media, and a special counsel investigation that has now lingered on for 17 months.

Our nation has an odd way of rewarding all this WINNING.

Trump in Montana:  Purple mountains majesties above the fruited plain!

Let’s go to the Week in Review:

  • It was the week that one of Brett Kavanaugh’s Democrat-recruited accusers admitted not only that she lied to the Senate Judiciary Committee, but that she has in fact never even met Justice Kavanaugh.  If you’re surprised by this, you haven’t been paying attention.
  • It was the week that leftist lawyers for a dozen “migrants” who have never set foot in the United States of America were allowed to file a lawsuit in federal court against a sitting President.  Because, rights, or something.
  • It was the week that a campaign staffer for Democrat Andrew Gillum was arrested for throwing her milk at a group of college Republicans.  Because, hey, this is what the media has empowered her to do.
  • It was the week that multiple staffers for Irish Bob O’Rourke were caught on video illegally using campaign funds to send money to the “migrant caravan” in Mexico, and the Texas news media shamed itself by parrotting the O’Rourke campaign’s talking points and ignoring the video evidence.  Again, if this surprises you, you haven’t been paying attention.
  • It was the week the fake news media completely forgot about that Khashoggi guy, and so did every other American.
  • It was the week that the Democrats and their media agents mounted a coordinated effort to define any effort to criticize the despicable, anti-American, anti-Israel George Soros as “anti-Semitic” hate speech.  Holy crap.
  • It was the week that Democrat Supreme Court Justice Sonya Sotomayor said in one breath that she often would have used a baseball bat on the late Antonin Scalia if she had had one handy, but in the next breath said that “differences don’t stand, necessarily, on ill will.”  I swear I don’t make this stuff up.
  • It was the week this happened:

*sigh*

  • It was the week a former high-profile campaign worker for Barack Hussein Obama was arrested for spraying anti-Semitic graffiti and attempting to burn down a Jewish Synagogue, and the fake news media studiously ignored his connection to the former President:

  • It was the week garbage human being Alec Baldwin got arrested, yet again:

  • It was the week President Trump re-instituted all previous sanctions on Iran and added a few more.  This came after two days of fake media reports that his Administration was backing off of most of them.  Fake news, defined.
  • It was the week that Morning Joe guest pinhead Donny Deutsch actually said that Donald Trump was elected to the presidency because “I don’t think we were ready for a black president.” Quick:  Someone tell Donny that we actually elected a black president, TWICE.  My goodness.
  • It was the week that this happened:

Are there really real, actual Texans who care what John Brennan thinks about our senate race?  Really???
  • It was the week that CNN fake host Don Lemon told America – or, well, the tiny little sliver of leftist America that still watches CNN – that our biggest terror threat is “white men,” and CNN’s management endorsed his statement.  Again, if this surprised you, you need to pay closer attention.
  • It was the week we discovered that MSNBC’s Katy Tur is, um, geographically-challenged:

  • It was the week that CNN morning host Alyisin Camerota’s tiny little brain exploded when a guest didn’t follow the narrative:

  • It was the week that fake pollsters, on the same day in Arizona, gave us results that said Democrat Kyrsten Sinema was leading by 4 points and Republican Martha McSally was leading by 7.  And some of you wonder why I have a negative view of our nation’s polling industry.
  • It was the week that the editorial board at the Houston Chronicle beclowned itself by endorsing Irish Bob O’Rourke in his race against Ted Cruz because O’Rourke plays well with others.  *sigh*
  • It was the week that this happened:

There was so much more, but I’m running out of energy here.  After all, I’m not a 72 year-old guy who works for free.
That is all.

Trump Creates The Most Amazing Jobs Report In American History

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Sitting here on a Saturday morning wondering when Oprah and Barack are going to go up to Michigan to campaign on behalf of the single most-qualified candidate for the U.S. senate running anywhere in this election.  That would be John James, a black man, who is running against the execrable Debbie Stabenow, a white woman.

Ok, silly me – James is a Republican, so he doesn’t qualify as being “black” in the world of Oprah and Barack.

Speaking of America’s Biggest Mistake… – A day after the Oprah campaigned on behalf of Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum, Barack Hussein Obama was down in the Sunshine State doing the same thing before an audience of dozens of Floridians.

As is Obama’s habit whenever campaigning in the South, he spent his entire speech trying like hell to sound like a southern black guy.  Take a listen to the fake accent here:

Just unbelievable, shameful pandering.  But that’s our Barack!

A human dumpster fire walks into a bar.  The bartender looks up and says, “What’ll it be, Alec Baldwin?” –  Washed-up actor and horrible father Alec Baldwin was taken to jail in New York City yesterday.  Again.  How many times is this?  Not sure.  But he always gets off, presumably because of white privilege, or something.

Anyway, he got into a dispute with a guy over a parking spot, because, hey, we all know how tough it is to find parking in Manhattan, thanks to reruns of Seinfeld.  The C-list actor had had a relative holding the spot for him as he prepared to back into it, but the victim pulled into the spot first.  Baldwin, being the demented hot-head that he truly is, jumped out of his car and punched the guy as he was feeding the parking meter.

Hilarity ensued.  No doubt the writers at Saturday Night Live have already come up with an extremely not-funny skit about it for tonight’s show, with Baldwin playing himself.  Because that’s how our depraved entertainment industry works.

Just wait until we find out Christine Ford never met Brett Kavanaugh, either. – Judy Munro-Leighton, one of the women who accused Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh of being a rapist last month, has recanted her story and admitted she never even met the man.  Guess she’s pissed that she didn’t get her own million-dollar GoFundMe account from the Democrats who planned the whole smear operation.

For her troubles, she does get her own personal criminal referral authored by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, so she’s got that going for her.  This was the third such referral Grassley has sent over to the Department of Justice in the last 10 days, and no one should think for a minute that he is done here.  Every one of the women who accused Kavanaugh was lying, and if we ever get a real attorney general into office, they might all end up serving time in federal prisons.

Speaking of news the fake New York Times and CNN will ignore… – We had possibly the single most stunning jobs report in American history on Friday.  Yes, the 250,000 new jobs was amazing; yes, the 3.7% rate of unemployment is fantastic; yes, the 3.1 real wage growth is terrific, the strongest in more than a decade. A new record 156,562,000 Americans employed?  Almost unbelievable.  Black unemployment?  An all-time low.  Hispanic unemployment?  An all-time low.  Female employment?  An all-time high.

But the most amazing part of this amazing report?  Not one, single, solitary industry in the United States of America suffered a net loss in jobs.  Not one.  Retail jobs? Up.  Manufacturing jobs?  Up.  Mining jobs?  Up.  Industrial jobs?  Up.  On and on it went, throughout every single segment of the most diverse and massive economy in the history of civilization.

Barack Obama was happy to destroy U.S. manufacturing jobs and ship them overseas, telling Americans that they were old-style jobs that were never coming back.  The Trump economy just created more than 1,000 new manufacturing jobs every DAY during October.  Every DAY.  This happened during a time in which all the “experts” predicted the Trump trade dispute with China would result in a net loss in manufacturing jobs.  Oops.  So much for “experts.”

Back in December, I wrote that the biggest economic problem our country would face in 2018 would be finding enough people to fill all the jobs that would result from the passage of the Trump tax cuts.  Today, after this incredible jobs report, employers have more job openings than we have qualified applicants looking to fill them.  I’m 62 years old – this has never happened in my lifetime.

Enjoy it while you can – next time we elect a Democrat to the presidency, it’ll all come to a crashing end.

That is all.

Update:  Just found some stunning numbers I wanted to share with my readers, courtesy of GOP Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel:

Vote Republican on Tuesday.  This is the easiest decision we have ever had.

This Election is the Easiest Decision Americans Have Ever Faced

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Fake news media declares Luis Bracamontes to be a “race”. –  President Trump tweeted out a video on Wednesday featuring admitted, convicted multi-murderer Luis Bracamontes on Wednesday, and naturally our fake news media immediately declared the President’s tweet to be the worst thing any person in the history of mankind has ever done.  This declaration becomes the 14,982nd time President Donald Trump (I never tire of typing those glorious words) has done something that our fake news media has declared to be the worst thing any person in the history of mankind has ever done.  You’d think they might find a different approach after 3 years of abject failure, but these are not the smartest people in the world here.

You may remember Mr. Bracamontes: He murdered two sheriff’s deputies and wounded another in California in 2014. The murders were of course committed after he had illegally entered the country and been deported after committing other crimes multiple times during the Bush and Obama Administrations.  So, your basic model citizen in the sanctuary state of California.

The Bracamontes case became famous when he was filmed laughing during his trial and loudly bragging that he wished he had killed more people. He also shouted at one point that “I will break out soon and I will kill more, kill whoever gets in front of me … There’s no need for a f—— trial.” You know, just one of the poor, downtrodden types who Democrats blame on white guys, or more recently, white women.

The ad the President tweeted intersperses video of Bracamontes and his boyish hijinks with cuts of the fake “migrant caravan” breaking down border gates and throwing rocks and bottles at law enforcement as it forced its way into Mexico, and correctly warns that this caravan – which the fake media itself now admits is comprised of roughly 85% military aged males – probably contains many more Bracamontes-types in its midst. It also correctly blames the current insane state of our country’s immigration laws on the Democrat Party.

There is nothing “racist” about this ad, which happens to be a presentation of reality. Most of the people in this fake “migrant caravan” that someone on the political left is funding and organizing are good, harmless people.  But the Border Patrol knows that any mass of people coming across our southern border is going to be infiltrated by a certain percentage of gang members and people from terrorism-promoting nations. This is the reality that the Democrat Party desperately wants us all to ignore.

Here’s the President’s tweet containing the ad:

Watch it for yourself. If you think it’s racist, tell me about it below.

So, Andrew Gillum will be attacking Project Veritas today. – Project Veritas released video late Wednesday of campaign staffers for Andrew Gillum making some pretty unfortunate remarks. Some of the remarks might even be considered to be “racist” by people who understand what the word means:

The guy calling Florida a “F***ed up” “cracker state” is a campaign staffer for Gillum who has also been a friend of the Democrat gubernatorial candidate since they went to college together.  Expect Gillum to respond today that he barely knows the guy and to attack Project Veritas, because that is always the strategy the Democrats employ when faced with revelatory videos like this one.

Meanwhile, out in fake media Beto-land… – The editorial board at the Houston Chronicle very predictably endorses Irish Bob O’Rourke on the absurd theory that he plays nice with others:

This is the reasoning of a kindergarten teacher.  How embarrassing.

Yes, Texans, if you want a senator who will represent the values of California and play nice with Chuck Schumer, vote for Irish Bob O’Rourke.

Unreal.

Meanwhile, in the real world, these things are happening:

Donald Trump and his administration did that.

Donald Trump’s economy is booming.  Barack Obama, whose policies Irish Bob supports, had written off those mining, construction and manufacturing jobs, telling the nation “those jobs are never coming back.”

They’re back.

Donald Trump and his administration did that.

This election is the easiest decision Americans have ever had. You can either go vote based on the kindergarten report card-logic promoted by the Houston Chronicle’s vacuous board of editors, or you can go vote to preserve the peace and prosperity that have been created by the current presidential administration and congress.

This isn’t hard.  Vote Republican.

That is all.

John McCain: Bitter ’til the Bitter End, and Even Beyond

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

A sad and bitter man ’til the sad and bitter end.  And beyond, apparently. – John McCain always wore his bitterness on his sleeve, generating and holding grudges like no one else in the nation’s capital.  Given his experiences during the Vietnam conflict, it was easy to see why that was the case, and I had planned to make no mention of this reality of McCain’s personality in an effort to avoid speaking ill of the dead.

But then, on a long drive Wednesday afternoon, a radio commentator reported the news that McCain and his family have chosen to ban his extremely loyal 2008 running mate, Sarah Palin, from attending the dead Senator’s funeral.  Thus does McCain reach out from whatever lies on the other side of this life in a pitiful and petty effort to settle one final grudge.

The wonder is why there was any grudge to begin with.  Sarah Palin was nothing but the loyal soldier to McCain, both throughout their failed campaign together and in the decade that has passed since.  She never had anything but glowing praise for the man, and issued this statement last Saturday upon learning of his passing:

Gracious, glowing, praising the man into whose moribund campaign she injected a little life, though not enough to get him across the finish line in the face of a horrifically negative slander campaign mounted against them both by the Democrats and the fake national news media.  McCain was initially gracious towards Palin after the defeat, but over the years became convinced his loss was somehow her fault.  Earlier this year he told a fawning fake reporter that choosing Palin as his running mate was a mistake, speculating that Joe Lieberman, a Democrat, would have made a better choice.  Yeah, sure – all those Republican delegates at the convention would have been just thrilled with the prospect of having to vote against all of their core beliefs so their nominee could have his coveted “collegiality” on the ticket.

Thus, McCain reaches out one final time to settle what was in his warped mind an old score.  It is easy to understand his feelings about President Trump; this, on the other hand, is purely mean-spirited and petty.

So let’s all pray that John McCain can Rest In Peace in the next life since he so obviously never could in this one.

Democrat/Media Playbook, Page 1: Play the race card. – GOP Florida gubernatorial candidate Ron DeSantis hadn’t even gotten his general election campaign off the ground before the fake news media and rancid Democrats started throwing their playbook at him.  After he used the common phrase “monkey this up” during an interview Wednesday morning on Fox News, the Democrat/Media axis of propaganda pounced, claiming the term is “racist” since the Democrat nominee, Andrew Gillum, happens to be an African American.

Of course, the Democrats and media are lying here, but hey, that’s what they do.  DeSantis, referring to the undisputed fact that Gillum is an admitted “Democrat Socialist”, said the following:

“We’ve got to work hard to make sure that we continue Florida going in a good direction. The last thing we need to do is to monkey this up by trying to embrace a socialist agenda with huge tax increases and bankrupting the state.”  A pretty reasonable statement that refers to Gillum’s admitted political beliefs, and is obviously not directed in any way at his skin color.

But skin color is constantly at the top of every leftist Democrat’s mind, and so DeSantis’s use of the word “monkey” had become a media-generated fake controversy before he was able to get back into his car following the interview.  I don’t know about anyone else, but if I were a Black man I think I’d be highly offended that every Democrat and fake journalist in America equates me with a monkey.  Because that is what this really is all about.

CNN:  The King of Fake News and damn proud of it. – Management at CNN, the fakest fakety-fake #fakenews outlet on the face of the earth, continued to cling to its latest completely fake story for a third day after it was revealed to be fake.  The obvious hope at CNN is that they can just ride out the storm until the rest of the fake news media forgets about the story – and in reality, most of the rest of the fake news media never paid any attention to it in the first place.

What CNN is going through right now is the direct result of relying on anything Lanny Davis has to say as being true.  Lanny Davis has made a fabulous living for the last 25 years being a professional liar on television.  He has lied for a living on behalf of a seemingly endless array of skunks and snakes, starting with Bill and Hillary Clinton and now doing it for ex-Trump lawyer Michael Cohen.

CNN stupidly aired a “breaking news” story, authored in part by shameless hack Carl Bernstein, claiming that “multiple sources” had told them that President Trump knew in advance about the infamous “Trump Tower meeting” his son and a couple of campaign officials conducted with some Russians in October 2016.  Davis was one of those “multiple sources,” and it is very likely that the other “source” is Cohen himself.

Early this week, Davis admitted on live television that he had lied to Bernstein, and that neither he nor Cohen have any actual knowledge about the story’s allegation against the President.  Any decent, real “news” outlet, when caught so blatantly with its pants down around its figurative ankles, would simply retract the story and ban the source that burned it from its airwaves.  But this is CNN, where the professional liar Davis has been a “source” for all manner of fake stories for a quarter of a century.  When you’re into news fakery as deeply as CNN is, you don’t retract and apologize for the fake story, you just keep lying and standing by your fake source and fake reporters.

By the way, CNN’s ratings for the first two weeks of August were down another 12% from July, as viewers abandon the fake news network in droves for Fox or MSNBC, or perhaps even for a little peace in their lives.  CNN’s prime time lineup is now regularly beaten in the ratings by re-runs of “American Pickers” and “Counting Cars” on the History Channel.  If this trend continues, pretty soon the only viewers CNN will have left are the captive audiences of beaten down travelers in our nation’s airports.

Just another day in fake news media America.

That is all.
