A Rash of Glorious WINNING To End The Week

So much winning, you’ll get tired of winning, right? No? Yeah, me either.

Gosh, how many can one guy win? – President Donald Trump was nominated for a second Nobel Peace Prize Friday morning for his work to bring peace between Kosovo and Serbia.

From a report at the New York Post:

WASHINGTON — President Trump has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for a second time this week — this time for brokering a historic peace deal between Serbia and breakaway republic Kosovo.

In a Friday morning tweet, Magnus Jacobsson, a member of the Swedish Parliament, announced he was nominating the Trump administration and the two European nations for their “joint work for peace and economic development, through the cooperation agreement signed in the White House.”

“Trade and communications are important building blocks for peace,” Jacobsson wrote, sharing his letter to the Nobel Committee.

On Wednesday, the president was nominated for the prestigious award by a member of the Norwegian Parliament for helping broker a peace deal between Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

Democrats and their toadies in the corrupt news media were naturally horrified at this turn of events, and no doubt will be furiously lobbying their globalist friends on the Nobel committee to vote to deny the Bad Orange man this prize. Because that is just how petty and depraved these people truly are.

Incidentially, the only effort any Democrat president over the last 30 years made to reconcile Kosovo and Serbia came in 1996, when Bill Clinton attempted to bomb both nations back into the stone age. The military/industrial complex, the generals, Bill Kristol and John McCain all preferred that method of promoting “peace”.

Speaking of peace… – Peace is breaking out all over the Middle East as well, as officials from Bahrain traveled to the Oval Office to become the second Arab nation to sign onto the same normalization of relations with Israel agreement that the UAE agreed to in late August. That UAE/Israel deal of course secured President Trump’s first Nobel nomination.

From an article at Fox News:

President Trump on Friday announced that Bahrain has agreed to normalize relations with Israel, another diplomatic win for the president coming after a similar agreement with the United Arab Emirates just last month.

“This is really something special, very, very special,” Trump said in the Oval Office, predicting that the region “will become more secure and prosperous” as a result of the diplomatic moves.

“The sand was loaded up with blood, and now you’ll see a lot of that sand will be loaded up with peace,” he said.

According to a formal statement issued by the three countries, they agreed to “the establishment of full diplomatic relations between Israel and the Kingdom of Bahrain.”

“This is a historic breakthrough to further peace in the Middle East. Opening direct dialogue and ties between these two dynamic societies and advanced economies will continue the positive transformation of the Middle East and increase stability, security, and prosperity in the region,” the statement said.

Those loud noises you heard Friday afternoon were the sounds of the exploding heads of Nancy Pelosi and Meghan McCain.

NFL Ratings are tanking… – The Kansas City Chiefs, led by the amazing Patrick Mahomes, are without any question the most exciting product the BLMFL has to offer these days. But even they could not save the Marxist terrorist-supporting league’s television ratings Thursday evening.

The game between Kansas City and the incredibly boring Houston Texans tanked miserably in the ratings, dropping a whopping 16.1% from the league’s Thursday night opener from a year ago.

From a story at Outkick.com:

The NFL is back, but the story reads ugly. According to Deadline, opening night is looking at 10-year low.

In early numbers, the Chiefs win scored a 5.2 among adults 18-49 and 16.4 million viewers between 8-11 p.m. ET. While the number will adjust some upward later to 11:30 p.m., right now it’s a 16.1% drop. In fast affiliates, last night fell the same 16.1%.

Though the NFL actually kept wokeness to a minimum, football fans didn’t give it the chance. It was too late. Fans heard the chatter, saw what happened with Drew Brees, and knew social justice would take priority pregame. Americans expected the players to kneel, thus they avoided finding out.

This number is alarming. Patrick Mahomes is the best show in sports, the Chiefs are a thrill ride. If that combination can’t get fans to ignore the exhausting nonsense, few games will.

[End]

At this rate, the BLMFL is going to virtue-signal itself into utter oblivion by 2025.

Texans great J.J. Watt said he didn’t understand why the fans booed the players during the pregame:

“The moment of unity I personally thought was good,” Watt said, via NFL Network, after Houston’s 34-20 loss. “I mean the booing during that moment was unfortunate. I don’t fully understand that. There was no flag involved. There was nothing involved other than two teams coming together to show unity.”

Here’s why the fans booed, J.J.:

The entire reason why professional sports became the multi-billion dollar enterprises they all are these days is because they were designed to give working men and women a respite from the problems of the day. People used to be able to look forward to their favorite NFL team providing them with a 3-hour escape from their worries, cares and the political issues of the day. Fans could plan their entire weekends around making sure they had nothing else going on by kickoff so they could kick back, pop the top on a beer and just vege out for 180 minutes.

You and your virtue-signaling peers have now robbed NFL fans of that 3 hours of getting away from it all, and now fans are returning your stupidity and selfishness by cancelling season tickets and finding other things to do while you and your league and your announcers and your sponsors are flooding the airwaves with all of your efforts to brainwash the public into giving a damn what any of you think about racism and politics.

The simple fact of the matter is that the National Football League – like the NBA, MLB and pretty much every other sport – has completely lost sight of the central element that made it such a big deal in the first place. Now that that genie has been let out of the bottle, it’s gonna be really damn hard to shove it back in.

That is all.

Winners all of us. We just need to keep our eyes on the ball and make damn sure everybody votes R up and down ballot. Tsunami the shit out of the ballot boxes so that we got four more years of winning and hopefully 8 more after that.

The demoncrats know it’s coming and they are desperate, but I don’t believe they will be able to get away with much. Too many of their former slaves have left the plantation and they aren’t going back.

The President needs to do a fire side chat. Go down the list of his promises and how many he has kept, Then point out that if everybody votes R and re-elects him and helps return the House to the Republicans and take more seats in the Senate we can really get some serious winning going for all Americans.

He’s not that kind of guy. That’s FDR, or Carter in the sweater, wagging the bony finger of indignation at Americans.

He connects and communicates at his rallies. That is his forum and it works beautifully.

And then he gave away our Panama canal, which China now controls. So disappointed that he was actually a submarine navel officer too.

Well at least he only got a sub named after him as opposed to the other loser presidents (Kennedy X2, Ford, HW Bush) getting aircraft carriers named after him.

BTW here are the names of the new 11-14 billion dollar carriers:
Ford CVN-78, Kennedy CVN-79 and CVN-80 Enterprise, CVN-81 Doris Miller

Carriers used to be named for famous ships and battles.

My daughter was an enlisted nuke in the Navy. She described junior officers (like carter) as worthless and joked about. Senior officers and chiefs knew what they were doing but she said they pretty much ignored the dumb ones.

          3. Stuartswede - September 12, 2020

I was an enlisted Nuc too! Was your daughter on a sub? Back when I was in it was only men allowed. Must be very confusing today with all the many new and creative pronouns casting about.

          4. Bookdoc - September 13, 2020

I don’t know about now but when she went in girls were not on subs. She was on reactor 1 team on a carrier. She’s a solid conservative as well…

Thanks for the reply Bookdoc, I wish you and yours all the best!

What I think would be hilarious if Trump did an interview, his next one, with a teleprompter sitting right next to Hannity, pointing (it don’t matter where) over there. The stoopidheads like Tapeworm, Madcow and the lot would have a full grand mauler seizure supremo. Think of the screeching they’d do about Trump having to use a teleprompter too…

Superb essay by Solway on the foundational lie of the Left’s racial con game:

    https://pjmedia.com/columns/david-solway-2/2020/09/11/systemic-racism-think-again-n920545

The first paragraph is describing irrational secular faith, upon which leftism is based. A secular religion applied with Leninistic fervor. That is why logic, reason, and facts are ineffective against them.

The last paragraph is simply memorable.

    And everything in between

Some liberal wag opined that Kansas City is a small market team and Houston is no good so that rating didn’t mean anything.

    I rated that: weak.

Wait until the weekend numbers are in.

They will rotate smoothly to studiously ignoring all ratings, and any other clearly available evidence of the ongoing dumpster fire of their profession.

Want to know why the “moment of unity” was booed? It’s because we already had a moment of unity- it was the national anthem and we all stood for it. The players screwed that up.

The clueslessness was surprising, I like JJ. Sad he couldn’t connect the dots. Oh well, he’ll learn the truth soon enough when the NFL continues to flame out and bleed fans and money. I miss watching my Buccs. Even more so now that they have a real quarterback for the first time in a long while. Yes he getting old, but he’s still one of the best to ever play the game. Sucks that the NFL had to go down that road right now, but I am not giving in.

Yeah I don’t understand it either. He was booed by the Texan fans when he got drafted, and went on to be beloved in the city of Houston. Especially after he stepped up after Harvey.

Another casualty of the picking the wrong side in the culture war.

Comrade Watt has to follow the party line or be sent to the No Fans Left league gulag, oh wait he is already there playing for the Houston team.
My first memories are NFL games and I haven’t watched even a highlight in several years.
Never again. Go play ball in North Korea or Cuba and find out what real oppression is.
Not a peep from the CCP owned enemedia about these peace deals.
If Hussein Hopenchange was doing the same it would be historic or gutsy call from starry eyed ballwashers 24-7.
The comrades are busy prattling on about globull warming now that the Plandemic has grown stale and dollar bin.
Trump is the last chance for the best representative republic ever and the CPUSA fifth column won’t be able to steal a landslide.

I noticed that Tom Brady has said nothing and has no problems unlike Brees and Watts.

The old adage: “Be silent and be thought a fool rater than speak and remove all doubt” is more true now than ever before.

As Laura Ingham wrote in her book title: “Shut Up and Sing” these guys should just shut up an play. Nobody GAS about what message you want to say during your time on the field.
