Biden Trainwreck Coming: Michael Moore and Bill Maher get Something Right

I’m no fan of either Michael Moore or Bill Maher, but every once in a great while they get something right that deserves noting. Today is one of those great whiles.

On his Facebook page on Friday, the filmmaker Moore, who has obviously seen the Democrat Party’s latest polling data, put up a post warning his fans of a Biden trainwreck coming. He warned them that voter enthusiasm for President Donald Trump is “OFF THE CHARTS” and that a replay of the 2016 election could be on the way.

From a report at The Hill:

Filmmaker Michael Moore warned Democrats that President Trump appears to have momentum behind his reelection campaign in key battleground states, with the progressive activist saying enthusiasm for Trump is “OFF THE CHARTS” compared with Democratic nominee Joe Biden.

Moore pointed to polling in battleground states such as Minnesota and Michigan in making the case that Trump was running alongside or ahead of Biden in key areas, setting himself up for another potential upset in November.

“Are you ready for a Trump victory? Are you mentally prepared to be outsmarted by Trump again? Do you find comfort in your certainty that there is no way Trump can win? Are you content with the trust you’ve placed in the DNC [Democratic National Committee] to pull this off?” Moore wrote in a Facebook post on Friday.

“I’m warning you almost 10 weeks in advance. The enthusiasm level for the 60 million in Trump’s base is OFF THE CHARTS! For Joe, not so much,” he added. “Don’t leave it to the Democrats to get rid of Trump. YOU have to get rid of Trump. WE have to wake up every day for the next 67 days and make sure each of us are going to get a hundred people out to vote. ACT NOW!”

[End]

Isn’t that wonderful? Isn’t it great to see this human pig flying into another fit of rage and fear? Simply delightful.

HBO’s Bill Maher, another celebrity with whom the Democrats share information and talking points, said on his Friday night show that he is feeling “very nervous, the same way I did four years ago at this time” about the likelihood that President Trump would win the November election.

From a report at DailyWire:

The Left is starting to realize that Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden might not coast to victory in November as easily as they have told themselves he would.

On Friday, “Real Time” host Bill Maher became the latest left-leaning member of the media to voice his concerns that President Donald Trump might actually win re-election. Speaking with MSNBC host Joy Reid of “The ReidOut,” Maher expressed his concerns about how the Republican National Convention may have spoken to voters.

“I don’t know if this stuff works, but it might,” Maher said, as reported by Fox News. “I am feeling less confident about this — maybe it’s just their convention bump got to me, but I’m feeling less confident than I was a month ago.”

Reid agreed with Maher that the RNC was a “smoothly produced thing” and went on to deride the “four black guys” and the “women” who spoke at the convention as tokens that provided a “permission” slip for people who may have been uncomfortable supporting Trump again.

Maher said the RNC strategy was “effective” and noted Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron’s speech as resonating with African Americans.

“He was pushing back on Joe Biden for saying, you know, if you vote for Trump, you ain’t Black and I don’t think that is a good thing for Joe Biden to have said,” Maher said. “He [Cameron] said ‘I have my own mind.’”

“People do have their own minds. I’ve never been a fan of conformity. I’ve never been a fan of, ‘We all wear pink on Wednesday,’ we all have to do this, we all have to say this. … I don’t bend the knee and I get that people are pushing back at that kind of stuff,” Maher added.

[End]

Neither Maher nor Moore would say it, but the ongoing riots being staged by Democrat support groups Antifa and BLM in Democrat-controlled cities all over the country are one of the main reasons why the polling and political equation are shifting beneath Biden’s feet.

CNN’s despicable Don Lemon – with whom the Democrats also share their talking points and polling data – hasn’t been bashful about talking about this inconvenient truth, though. He talked about it on his show for the second straight night on Friday, this time urging Biden to “give a speech” condemning the Democrat-sponsored violence, as if that would make it all better:

“Presentation matters,” he said. “To come out and stand at a podium in D.C., or wherever, even in Wisconsin, and say — listen, this is what I expected today if they were going to really come out and do the thing right, whether it was going to be Kamala Harris or Joe Biden: ‘Good afternoon, everyone. The rioting has to stop. The violence has to stop. And under a Biden-Harris administration, there will be no lawlessness on the street.’ ”

This is sheer panic, folks. These parrots for the Democrat Party know a looming train wreck when they see one. After all, they lived through it just four short years ago, and they hear that Trump train a-comin’ round the bend again.

Isn’t it all just absolutely glorious?

That is all.

This is a desperation move by Michael Moore and Bill Maher to generate enthusiasm in the Democrat base, as well as independents for Joe Biden.
Expect both of them, the news media, the Hollywood personalities and celebrities, the Democrat Party leadership. unions, health care professionals, everyone you can think of to try to generate enthusiasm for Biden. They’re all trying to cover for him.
If he does debate Trump, and Pelosi is desperately trying to stop him, he may come across as scatter brained or even senile, so there’s going to be a Democrat mass movement to stop the debates.

Although I don’t recall Maher being nervous in advance of the 2016 election, both Maher and Moore (as awful as they are) are among the smarter Dems, and they are already heading for the exits.

This is all about getting out in front of an approaching election disaster and positioning themselves for the aftermath.

And the aftermath is going to be brutal and litigious.

That is where it is all heading.

“Reid agreed with Maher that the RNC was a “smoothly produced thing” and went on to deride the “four black guys” and the “women” who spoke at the convention as tokens that provided a “permission” slip for people who may have been uncomfortable supporting Trump again.”

So, according to Reid, blacks and women are in fact MONOLITHIC, because if blacks and women think for themselves and support Trump they are “tokens”. Any non monolithic black or woman is to be scorned and ridiculed. How racist is that?

‘“People do have their own minds. I’ve never been a fan of conformity. I’ve never been a fan of, ‘We all wear pink on Wednesday,’ we all have to do this, we all have to say this. … I don’t bend the knee and I get that people are pushing back at that kind of stuff,” Maher added.”

Really Bill? Your whole shtick is based on conformity, singleness of thought and, like all leftists, extreme hubris. You all know better and everyone else who is not in lockstep with your thoughts and vision is a deplorable or worse.

You hosted a show called “Politically Incorrect” which was nothing but PC garbage and Politically Correct Speech is nothing more than censorship by another name.

Think one way, speak one way, behave one way and be one way – just like in China, Cuba, North Korea etc..

It continues to amaze me the complete lack of any sense whatsoever the Dims are doing since Trump was elected and to some extent before.

First you maximally insult someone to their Core.

Second you say repeatedly how stupid they are.

Third you treat them as some substandard person.

Fourth you incompetently use the US Federal Government to spy and destroy the elected President.

Fifth you don’t stop no matter what new information comes out to prove the first FOUR.

Then you start a scam of disease epidemic which anyone with a brain would know would be found out, as as a consequence of this you truly damage the lives and livelyhood of a large number of voters.

Lastly, you unleash riots in all Dim controlled cities and states to add insult to injury.

You have to admit is a great winning combination and really should have been used before.

Who The F—- are these people!!!!!!!!!

I pray every night for our country and our President but what these two idiots have to say (maybe I should make it three idiots and include Don Lemon) mean absolutely nothing to me. The opinion of a farm animal would probably make more sense and be said with more intelligence. One other thing, as many here that have already said would happen did happen last night in Portland. The violence is ramping up. It is time for President Trump to step in and sweep the streets of the vermin that is BLM and Antifa

    When you lose Andrew Sullivan:

“But here’s one thing I have absolutely no conflict about. Rioting and lawlessness is evil. And any civil authority that permits, condones or dismisses violence, looting and mayhem in the streets disqualifies itself from any legitimacy. This comes first. If one party supports everything I believe in but doesn’t believe in maintaining law and order all the time and everywhere, I’ll back a party that does. In that sense, I’m a one-issue voter, because without order, there is no room for any other issue. Disorder always and everywhere begets more disorder; the minute the authorities appear to permit such violence, it is destined to grow.”

A significant point not brought to light in the article: On Thursday Pelosi openly admitted (in Progressive doublespeak) her realization that Biden is incapable of debating Trump – and then egregiously added “Don’t tell Joe I said so.”

It is increasingly obvious that the woke crowd has sublet the rational part of their collective brain to the itinerate mental patient that is the DNC. So now, their voice of reason is Joe Biden, who has never had a rational thought in the first place, and who’s remaining grey matter has turned to pureed squash. Not to mention, if your pathway to victory is paved with violence and destruction, there is something wrong with you to begin with.
