Here’s Why Pelosi is Making Impeachment Permanent

Today’s Campaign Update
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Tired of all this WINNING yet? Not a chance.  – All major U.S. market indexes once again attained all-time record high closes on Monday. It was the ninth straight record trading day on the NASDAQ, its longest such streak since 1998. As we approach the end of 2019, the Trump economy has now taken all of the Democrat/media recession promoters, folded them collectively up into a massive wad of smelly BS, and tossed them into the garbage dump of history. It’s a wonderful thing for America.

Tired of all this WINNING yet? Part II. – The stock markets weren’t the only area in which Americans were WINNING bigly on Monday. The leaders in China finally signaled capitulation to the reality of President Trump holding all the real leverage in the trade negotiations between the worlds two largest economies yesterday, announcing a massive reduction in tariffs on U.S. imports into their country:

China will lower tariffs on products ranging from frozen pork and avocado to some types of semiconductors next year as Beijing looks to boost imports amid a slowing economy and a trade war with the United States.

Next year, China will implement temporary import tariffs, which are lower than the most-favored-nation tariffs, on more than 850 products, the finance ministry said on Monday. By comparison, 706 products were taxed at temporary rates in 2019.

The tariff changes were made to “increase imports of products facing a relative domestic shortage, or foreign speciality goods for everyday consumption,” the ministry said in a statement on its website.

This, friends, is WINNING, and it is only going to get better in 2020. Heck, it will likely only get better before 2019 is over – after all, we have a whole week to go.

Why is Pelosi making impeachment a permanent process? – After I posted yesterday afternoon’s update detailing the Democrats’ latest move to make impeaching President Donald Trump a permanent feature of their rule in the House of Representatives, several readers sent messages asking why she and Schiff and Nadler would do this? What purpose does it serve?

Well, there are several reason why San Fran Nan’s traveling congressional freak show is going down this road – let’s lay them out in bullet point form:

  • First and foremost, the Democrats have nothing else. This is all they got, and they know it. They have no real policy agenda heading into the 2020 elections other than promoting the Green New Scam and Venezuela-style socialism, and those are unpopular policy proposals that they must pursue under the radar.
  • Second, because they can. There is no honest media establishment working to inform the American people of the truly subversive nature of what they are doing, and thus, no negative consequences politically from going down this despicable road.
  • Third, because they can never admit that the 2016 presidential election was legitimate. Think about it: They and their corrupt media toadies have spent three entire years now promoting first the Trump/Russia myth and then the Trump/Ukraine myth in their frenzied effort to overturn the results of that election. If they were to stop now, it would be an admission that the entire pretense that enabled them to attain their House majority in the 2018 election was a false one.
  • Fourth, because pursuing permanent impeachment supports their new narrative in which they are already making the case that the 2020 presidential election will be illegitimate. Having a President win re-election while “under investigation” is key to that narrative.
  • Fifth, because they know that Ruth Bader Ginsburg is in terrible health, making it very likely there will be an opening on the Supreme Court at some point next year. Making impeachment permanent enables them to argue that President Trump can’t fill that seat while he’s under “suspicion.”

I suspect it is possible that Ginsburg, who is 85 and has survived several bouts with lung and pancreatic cancer, or liberal justice Stephen Breyer, who is 81, may have even informed Pelosi and others that she or he plans to retire at the end of the current Supreme Court session, which would help to explain the urgency behind the Democrats’ efforts to keep impeachment alive.

Now, if you are thinking that none of the reasons listed above are legitimate reasons for the constitutional abomination Pelosi is perpetrating on our society, I agree. But we have to remember that everything Pelosi, Schumer or any Democrat leader does has a single goal in mind: The acquisition and maintenance of political power. That’s it.

Considerations such as what might be best for the country never enters the minds of these demented and depraved people. Once you realize that reality and accept it, everything they do makes perfect, if evil, sense.

That is all.

Reason Pelosi The Goat-Faced One is withholding articles of impeachment?
She’s being told by people above her to hold off; they’re terrified of Declass – (think Declass has already happened? Nope.) SHF when it’s all revealed, as it was hinted at by a Congressman recently.

When the prosecutions begin, Cheatin’-Gropin’-Quid Pro Joe will drop out of the race. Stalling for time, because they have to find someone to replace him. They think holding back on the Senate trial will keep the first arrest is made. In other words, when John Brennan is arrested (and/or James Comey) they’ll send the article over to the Senate in order to keep the press’ attention on impeachment, and not on the arrests. The press will always be happy to comply.

But what if the press itself has been part of this scheme? Won’t some of them be arrested, too? Not reporters, but executives. The answer is “yes.” The devil is not eager to be thrown into the place where the fire never ends.

      https://pjmedia.com/election/watch-only-98-turn-out-for-biden-town-hall-in-iowa-protester-takes-microphone/
“The American Mirror estimates from the photo that only 98 people turned out for the town hall event featuring the former vice president.”

I thought that either Bloomberg or Steyer was supposed to replace Biden – guess that is not working out too well. I have a suggestion on who the Dems could get to replace biden: Jimmy Carter! Since he only (Thankfully) served one term, he is eligible to run again. Grover Cleveland split his two terms with four year’s separation; Carter could do it with forty.

He is still alive, relatively “clean and articulate” for a Dem, his health is about the same as Biden’s, he is only a little older than the Quidster, and unlike Hunter, Amy could provide comic relief to the campaign rather than be a lightening rod pulling never-ending corruption stories directly to “The One’s” former VP. That is how thin the Dem bench is.

Carter is tanned, rested and ready, all he has to do is polish up his phony Schiff eating grin and get into the ring.

      1. Jimmy MacAfee - December 24, 2019

They’re so desperate, they may be looking at Mark Warner, who is about as popular as a coat hanger in an abortion clinic. No bench. Nothing but 3rd stringers. What is telling is that even counties which voted Democrap also voted to become sanctuary cities in Virginia. That is the death knell for Bloombug (another Edomite.)

          Maxine Waters is running.

Ever seen the model representation of the part of the brain called a “homunculus?” Picture of Maxine! Look it up!

“PELOSI JR. DOES BUSINESS IN UKRAINE WITH ACCUSED FRAUDSTER
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s son Paul Pelosi Jr. visited Ukraine in 2017 to meet with government officials in connection to a business initiative. Now, National File has learned from overseas that Pelosi Jr. was in Ukraine representing his business efforts with Asa Saint Clair, a close Pelosi friend and self-identified business associate who has been charged by the Department of Justice for wire fraud. Asa Saint Clair is under house arrest facing twenty years in prison.” https://nationalfile.com/exposed-pelosi-jr-worked-in-ukraine-with-accused-fraudster-facing-prison/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=exposed-pelosi-jr-worked-in-ukraine-with-accused-fraudster-facing-prison

Nancy is also trying to find something other than Ukraine to base an impeachment upon, because all roads lead to her collaborators and their sons. Ukraine is the thing that will bring them all down, even as they tried to use it to remove President Trump. Later, she’ll say:

“It never was about Ukraine. What has Ukraine got to do with this?”

    Deflection.

    1. Jimmy MacAfee - December 24, 2019

All roads lead to Ukraine, spook-central. Haspel is in trouble.

      1. Gregg - December 24, 2019

My only criticism of Trump is he seems to get duds like Sessions, Haspel, Wray, Tillerson, Bolton, and Mattes in high positions, replacing one swamp-rat with another swamp-rat. His second replacement, does seem to be the right choice more often than not however. I hope all his judges are right choice the first time, because there are no do-overs with them. I’m pleasantly amazed at how the Dems are not slowing down the confirmation of lower judgeships. Is it a brilliant move on Trump’s part to have them fly under the radar of all this other “noise”, or are many of these new judges liberal activists in waiting? Time will tell.

Apparently, the senate intel committee’s tag team of Burr and Warner blocked Radcliff’s appointment, so I guess it is not all Trump’s fault.

It just shows how shallow the pool of good qualified people is in Washington, DC. It is also a sad commentary on how there are so few good people who are willing to go through the Schiff-storm of confirmation (like for judges). I don’t really blame them. That is part of the left’s diabolical plan; to make the confirmation process so toxic and painful that no decent person would subject him or her self to it; same for any other conservative pro-American outsider running for president.

America must remember that Trump didn’t need this job, especially with all the Schiff that has been thrown at him, his family, his friends, and his associates. We are truly blessed as a nation that Donald John Trump stepped up to take the job.

That is the left’s tactic: make getting the position so onerous that only “moderate” loser RINOs or Democrat leftists need apply.

This is another part of DC politics that he needs to permanently fix. One suggestion, next time he appoints a SC judge have him/her forgo the charade of making “courtesy calls” to all the senator’s offices; the visits serve no purpose and waste everyone’s time. Another is to play the “Washington political game” that Hoover, another shady FBI Director played. Get dirt on the Feinsteins, the Leahys, the Hironos etc. and use it to IMPEACH AND REMOVE them (preferred) or to Hoover them to conform to Trump’s agenda. Same with the questionable representatives of both parties.

So if Eric Cinderella is called as a witness, he’ll be asked about why Haspel didn’t do anything to limit his spying. The Articles of Impeachment probably won’t be delivered. Ever. They’ll have to try something other than everything else where Cinderella has stuck his sticky, nasty fingers.

        1. Gregg - December 24, 2019

If CIAderella becomes too much of a problem, he’ll be “accidentally and tragically” Seth Riched. Boom, problem gone. And the MSM will probably try to pin it on Trump since the “Trump threats to his safety” narrative (projection) has already been inserted to the narrative.

We’ll have to investigate and impeach Trump for that too.

          1. Jimmy MacAfee - December 24, 2019

Funny you should mention that: about 45 minutes ago, the same thought went through my head – almost word-for-word.

    2. Jimmy MacAfee - December 24, 2019

      https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/trump-impeachment-inquiry/intel-officials-want-cia-director-gina-haspel-protect-ukraine-whistleblower-n1077771

“As President Donald Trump and his allies continue to denounce the CIA whistleblower whose complaint led to an impeachment investigation, pressure is building on the spy agency’s director, Gina Haspel, to take a stand on the matter, current and former intelligence officials tell NBC News.”

If she defends a (at least one) CIA employee who has spied on the Trump administration, who put in a fake whistleblower report, she’s toast; she is not in a position to defend criminal behavior, and what Eric Cinderella did was criminal. She also hasn’t ordered the rules for whistleblowers back where they were before they altered those rules on Cinderella’s behalf.

Haspel doesn’t want any attention. A Senate trial would bring it right back on her, even if the vote to acquit takes place immediately after submission. The Senate can do a retrospective on the impeachment, post-acquittal. And that they will do; Graham will be under the gun by McConnell. Haspel is telling the Goat-Faced One to let the matter drop.

Any other good reasons the Goat-Faced One is withholding? Yes. TBA.

Merry Christmas, folks! Dave, you are awesome!

  4. arjr111Art - December 24, 2019

Sixth, because Pelosi and the Deepstate are very worried about what is in the upcoming investigative report from U.S. Attorney John Durham, and could be strategically stalling in an effort to mitigate the shock, or avoid perjury traps during impeachment testimonies.

    1. phineas gage - December 24, 2019

Yes, the investigations must become permanent to obfuscate their crimes and to give them enough time. Time is really the critical issue for them.

At first they believed the removal of Trump would be relatively quick and easy. When that proved to be untrue, they and their media allies proceeded to the plan of politically damaging Trump so that he could not be reelected in 2020. Impeachment was a large part of that.

Instead, Trump has been politically strengthened. They also have a clown show of presidential candidates. It has become abundantly clear to them that they have no chance of winning in 2020.

The goal of the Deep State now is to run out the clock until Trump is gone in 2024. That requires an ongoing operation. I personally don’t believe they can sustain it, but as David says, they have little choice. Their only other option to free themselves from Trump and regain their power is unthinkable, but something of which I believe they are capable of in their desperation.

Also, yesterday was the greatest Christmas shopping day on record.

The Dems contributed to it with all the ‘Impeachmas’ T-shirts they bought.
