Mollie Hemingway Speaks the Name that Shall not be Spoken on Fox News

Today’s Campaign Update, Part II
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

It was a dirty job, but someone needed to do it. – All it took was a set of brass balls, which of course means that none of the male anchors or contributors on Fox or any other cable TV channel would ever dream of doing it. But hey, offsetting the cowardly acts of her male counterparts is why we have the great Mollie Hemingway around in the first place.

Since a long-term, ultimately fatal illness removed Charles Krauthamer from the Fox Report’s nightly panel discussions, Hemingway has become the real prevailing star of that show, although Bret Baier doesn’t invite her on often enough. When she does appear there, Mollie regularly lays the rhetorical wood to arrogant NeverTrump jerk weeds like Stephen Hayes and Jonah Goldberg, or some female DC Swamp dweller like the insufferable A.B. Stoddard.

Hemingway is a true treasure: Never at a loss for words, always with something real and useful to offer, and never afraid to speak truth to power on any topic.

Sunday morning, she appeared on Fox’s Media Buzz program, hosted by Howie Kurtz, on a panel that included the despicable Clinton operative Philip Reines. Although everyone at Fox News, employees and contributors alike, have been ordered by the corrupt clowns who run the channel now to never, never, never, ever mention the name of the fake whistleblower – Eric Sciaramella – Hemingway, when the subject was brought up by Kurtz, essentially risked her gig by defying the male cowards and doing exactly that.

Here’s the clip – let us all bask in its awesomeness:

The look on Reines’s face is utterly priceless, and the dishonest response by Kurtz – who is normally a pretty solid guy – pretending to not know whether Ciaramella is in fact the seditious leaker is just cowardly and disgusting.

Hemingway is obviously as sick of the tiresome, false pretense of not knowing the fake whistleblower’s real identity as we all are, and she’s determined to not be a part of it. She is that rarity in today’s national news media – a journalist with actual principles and courage.

Given the cowardly and corrupt nature of the current management at Fox News, her effort to try to force Fox to end the absurd farce could well end up costing her her contributor status there. At the very least, it is likely to make Baier less willing to keep inviting her to participate in his panels. That would be a shame for the viewing public, but everyone should be grateful to Ms. Hemingway for having the courage of her convictions and refusing to pretend not to know how to pronounce the word “Ciaramella.”

God bless her.

That is all.

We need many more just like Mollie.. It’s hard to say if the reactions are better characterized as craven, pathetic, or hilarious.

Even though he was a former Dem and a neocon, I really miss Charles. His passing was pretty much the point at which I gave up Fox news.

I see the flashing box of teevee lights when I’m heading out for a walk but I don’t want to let anyone affiliated with the swamp into my valuable headspace. FAUX news is the top of the hour report for the local AM station and even they are becoming shall we say anti-Trump. The other AM station at least has the last raconteur in Dr. Savage but he is approaching retirement and the show is only on for one hour.
I might stop and listen for a second if I see that M.H. is on the flashing box of IQ draining propaganda if the runt of the litter sons of Murdoch and their wives haven’t fired her by then.

If President Trump wants the name of the phony whistleblower to be publicly revealed why doesn’t he just reveal it? It would be fun to watch more Democrat heads explode.

It’s about time that Eric Ciaramella is exposed as to 1) who he is, 2) what is his agenda 3) how he has colluded with Adam Schiff illegally to enable a coup against the President of the United States of America. Good luck finding a job other than being a taxi driver in the District of Columbia, scumbag.

Some call them Clowns in America, too. If referring to the Brennan group, they’re Conspirators, Imbeciles amd As$hats, or some variation on that theme.

The reaction is telling. Like Trump, Kurtz and others couldn’t comprehend what Mollie said. She did not say he was the whistleblower, only a factual statement that Real Clear Politics had put out a story naming a man, Eric Ciaramella. And then she wonder why it was taboo to discuss whether this story was true, etc.

Instead we see panic. Panic over what? Discussing whether a person named by a news organization is indeed the whistleblower.

Do these journalists, flush with dreams of their own Watergate, not see that it is the cover up that provokes the public’s conscience?

The edict from management at Fox New prohibits saying Ciaramella’s name. Didn’t mater how Mollie couched it – she violated the edict.
