The Week in Review: No “Blue Wave” Coming

The Campaign Update Week in Review

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

There is no “Blue Wave” coming, anywhere in America.  No Dodger Blue, no Dallas Cowboys Blue, no Democrat Blue, no blue wave of any kind.  Trust me, folks, it ain’t happening, and it never was.

My goodness.  As I sit here typing this Week in Review this morning, Fox News is interviewing one of the guys in the fake “migrant caravan” down in Mexico.  This guy is an admitted convicted felon, for the crime of attempted murder, and he’s already been deported once.  He’s embedded with this obviously-staged political stunt group, and is telling Fox he expects to apply for a “pardon” when he gets back to America.

*sigh*

What do you even say about that?  If you’re a Democrat, I suppose you say hey, that guy right there is a potential future voter so we need to get his butt back into the good ol’ U.S.A.!  Because that is the essence of Democrat political thought in 2018.

Donald Trump is a man who has Jewish grandchildren.  His son-in-law, Jared Kushner, is a Jewish man and his daughter Ivanka converted to the Jewish faith when the two were married.  Yet today, on all the Sunday morning talk shows, you are going to hear every Democrat talking head blame President Trump for the atrocity that was committed by a deranged, Trump-hating anti-Semite at a synagogue in Pittsburgh, where a Jewish family was celebrating a bris for their child.

Eleven people died there, and four law enforcement officers were injured before the this latest lunatic was finally subdued and taken into custody. It is an unimaginable tragedy, one to which any normal person’s natural reaction is to mourn the loss of precious lives and praise the work of the first responders in Pittsburgh’s law enforcement community.

But not to Democrats.  Democrats’ knee-jerk reaction is to point fingers of blame at political enemies and anyone else they hate – which is an awful lot of people – and rail about the need to take away everyone’s guns.  Because they’re Democrats.  That’s what they do.

With this latest nutjob, the Democrats and their fake media toadies have a real problem.  They’ve spent the last three-plus years pushing their “Trump is Hitler” narrative, yet this guy is a self-described Nazi who hates Trump because “he is controlled by the Jews.”  Ooops.  That just won’t sell well on “Meet the Press” with Chuck Todd or “Sunday Morning” with George Clintonopoulous, so they’re all busily getting their joint talking points in order as I write this piece this morning.

The new narrative will be rolled out later today, and we will all marvel at its lack of any factual merit whatsoever.  So, it’ll be just like all the other narratives the Democrats/fake media have rolled out this week.

Let’s go to the Week in Review:

It was the week that the “President Trump is responsible for the Saudis butchering this Khashoggi guy” narrative crashed and burned because most Americans understand that the Saudi government does worse than that to its citizens on pretty much a daily basis and no one at CNN or the New York Times cares.

It was the week that the obviously-staged “feel sorry for the fake migrant caravan, you heartless Americans” narrative failed because, to most Americans, a growing group of 7,000 people, the vast majority of whom appear to be military-aged males, looks suspiciously like an invasion.

It was the week that the “caravan migrants”, who our fake news media keeps telling us are just a bunch of poor, down-trodden “asylum seekers” turned down an offer of absolute asylum, including healthcare, housing, jobs and food, when it was offered to them by the government of Mexico. Of course they did, because they’re not being paid to stop in Mexico – they’re being paid to get to the American border.

It was the week that a nut in Florida was arrested for “mailing” “bombs” to a bunch of high-profile Democrats, and the fake news media jumped for joy when they found out the guy was apparently, at least, a fan of President Trump.  The only problem with this narrative is that some of the “bombs” weren’t mailed at all, given that the packaging they were supposedly sent in contained no postmarks, and that they weren’t “bombs” at all.  Other than that, great story, guys.  Trust me, there is something more here that has yet to be revealed.

It was the week that the news media swore to us that a mail-bombing nutjob who is half-Filipino and half-Seminole Indian is “white.”  Because that would best fit the media’s narrative, so he must be.

It was the week that soul-crushing dread began to creep into the hearts of leading Democrats (that’s assuming that ghouls like Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer actually have hearts and souls) as early voting numbers from key states like Florida, Arizona, Nevada, Indiana, Tennessee and Texas began coming in unexpectedly (to the Democrats, anyway) favoring the GOP.  So much for the polls.

It was the week that Dodgers Manager Dave Roberts made no less than five indefensible pitching moves in a span of just 2 innings of a single World Series game, marking the 2nd straight year that Roberts had changed the entire direction of a World Series against his own team with horrible pitching decisions.  Roberts was so indescribably awful on Saturday night that he became the first manager in Major League Baseball history to be panned by a President of the United States on social media:

It’s almost enough to make you want to become a Giants fan.  But not quite.  Nothing is ever bad enough for that.

It was the week that America’s Biggest Mistake, Barack Hussein Obama, said the following:  “It shouldn’t be Democratic or Republican to say you don’t try to punish political opponents. Or threaten the freedom of the press just because you don’t like what they say.”  This is the very same Barack Hussein Obama who famously had his FBI bug the computers and illegally search the homes of journalists who were critical of him, and sicced his IRS on opposition political groups.  The very same guy.

It was the week that we found out that NBC had evidence in-hand that would have cleared Brett Kavanaugh from the outrageous “gang-rape” charges while his confirmation process was still ongoing, but decided not to report on said evidence.

It was the week that Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley issued not one, but two criminal referral letters to the Justice Department targeting the Creepy Porn Lawyer and his scurrilous nutjob client, Julie Swetnick.

It was the week that Chris Wallace took that preening peacock Shepard Smith to the woodshed, and it was glorious:

It was the week that overrated and overpaid Megyn Kelly finally got canned by the woman-abusing thugs who run NBC. No one should spend a moment of time feeling sorry for anyone on either side of this particular dust up.

Finally, it was the week that a leader in the Texas Democratic Party was arrested for running a voter fraud ring, and nobody in Texas or anywhere else was surprised in any way, shape or form.  Because that’s what Democrats do.

It was quite a week, a week in which the Democrat/media desperation became so palpable you could cut it with a knife.  There is no “blue wave” coming, and there never was.

That is all.

There is no “blue wave” coming, and there never was.

I think any 2018 Blue Waves have already come and gone: Florence and Michael being most significant. I imagine that is enough in any one year, let alone an election year.
