Wayne County GOP Members Reverse Course, A Big Win for the Trump Legal Team

Republicans decide to fight back in Wayne County, Michigan. – Don’t look now, but the two GOP members of the Canvassing Board in Wayne County, Michigan – home to the communist Democrat-run city of Detroit – reversed course once again in the wee hours of this morning, refusing to certify the obviously-fraudulent election results from their county.

Board Chairwoman Monica Palmer and fellow GOP member William C. Hartmann, who had been shamefully bullied into changing their original “no” votes to “yes” by the despicable Democrat members of the Board on Tuesday night, notified the board via sworn affidavits that they had decided not to give into this kind of anti-American behavior on the part of the Democrats and changed their votes back to “no” again.

From a story at JustTheNews.com:

In an extraordinary turnabout that foreshadows possible legal action, the two GOP members of Wayne County’s election board signed affidavits Wednesday night alleging they were bullied and misled into approving election results in Michigan’s largest metropolis and do not believe the votes should be certified until serious irregularities in Detroit votes are resolved.

The statements by Wayne County Board of Canvassers Chairwoman Monica Palmer and fellow GOP member William C. Hartmann rescinding their votes from a day earlier threw into question anew whether Michigan’s presidential vote currently favoring Democrat Joe Biden will be certified. They also signaled a possible legal confrontation ahead

“I voted not to certify, and I still believe this vote should not be certified,” Hartmann said in his affidavits. “Until these questions are addressed, I remain opposed to certification of the Wayne County results.”

Added Palmer in her affidavit: “I rescind my prior vote to certify Wayne County elections.”

Both GOP board members said their concerns included discrepancies in nearly three quarters of Detroit’s precinct poll books where ballots are supposed to be matched to qualified voters.

“The Wayne County election had serious process flaws which deserve investigation. I continue to ask for information to assure Wayne County voters that these elections were conducted fairly and accurately. Despite repeated requests I have not received the requisite information and believe an additional 10 days of canvas by the State Board of canvassers will help provide the information necessary,” Palmer explained.

Their pronouncements come just 24 hours after a chaotic meeting in which the county’s election board initially failed to certify the Nov. 3 election results during a 2-2 deadlocked vote when both Palmer and Hartmann voted against certification. But after hours of contentious public comment and criticism — including Democratic allegations of racism and threats against their safety — the two GOP members struck a deal to certify the elections in return for a promise of a thorough audit.

Palmer and Hartmann said Wednesday they learned that state officials had reneged or would not honor the audit, leaving them no recourse but to oppose certification until more investigation could be performed.

[End]

As I noted yesterday, the deal Palmer and Hartmann had made for their decision to give in on Tuesday was based on an agreement with corrupt Democrat Sec. State Jocelyn Benson would conduct a thorough audit of the ballots cast in the county. That, of course, was a pure pipe dream, and it appears that Palmer and Hartmann came to that realization on Wednesday. Sadly, in today’s America, any deal that relies on any Democrat official to behave in a legal and ethical manner is truly a fool’s deal.

The additional 10 days of canvassing, if conducted in a real way (not the fake way taking place in Georgia right now) could narrow the 150,000 vote gap between President Donald Trump and China Joe Biden. The decision by these two canvassing board members also provides support for the claims being made in lawsuits by the Trump legal team in the state. Every little bit helps.

Most importantly, the refusal by he canvassing board to certify the results from the state’s most populous county will certainly delay the statewide certification of the election. It is far easier for any judge to render a decision in favor of Trump when the official results remain up in the air. Valid or not, a state certification of results lends an air of validity to the process.

But of course, as with everything related to this 2020 election, there is a catch:

If Kinloch is right, the affidavits from Palmer and Hartmann could be rendered meaningless as a procedural matter. But the fact that they put their intentions into the public record leaves the validity of the process in Wayne County a matter of controversy.

Regardless, congratulations to Palmer and Hartmann for deciding to suck it up and refuse to give in to Democrat bullying and tyranny in this matter – they ‘ve done a real service for the entire country.

That is all.

Good for them, now we need a couple of hundred “Republican” legislators to grow similar backbones and give us (America) a fair open and honest election.

If they don’t in the six (MI, WI, PA, GA, AZ, and NV) BATTLEGROUND states (most of which – surprisingly – have GOP legislative majorities), then there is no need to ever vote for a Republican politician anywhere.

President Trump has shown the way through his undaunted leadership to prevail against the corrupt loudmouth left. The question is, will the politicians who run as conservatives grow such a spine and actually do their jobs?

The lesson to be learned: Pushback against tyranny and corruption works and will continue to work if it is executed with conviction.

If one of the top headlines on this thread is accurage is accurate – and we know that it is – that the voting fraud is international, not just made in the USA, then is it not the CIA’s responsibility to make sure foreign influence is prevented?

We know that the CIA was involved, via Peter Strzok, who was both CIA and FBI, in the false Russia story, pointing the fingers at others (Trump) when it was the CIA which helped create and perpetuate the narrative.

So now we have multiple international players helping to throw our elections, and the CIA once again either does nothing or is a major participant. If you’re not part of the solution, you MAY be part of the problem! Miss Gina? What sayest thou?

I hope that this kind of courage in the face of threats continues throughout the ranks of the Republicans.

Hats off to both of them for getting back on the horse after being knocked off.

Afraid this just looks like face saving. They already voted for it, so unless there’s some procedure for officially rescinding it, it’s meaningless.

They’re stating they were coerced into their decision. They’ve sworn out affidavits. This means they’re willing to go to jail, if they perjured themselves. No matter what the MI SOS says, you can’t make the kind of threats these folks faced. It’s illegal. It’s going to end up in court with those that made the threats trying to explain away what they said. It’s going to get nasty, no doubt about it.

As the election fraud is being revealed, we see more and more video and photos of the ballot sites that reveal most of the employees are of one color – very interesting BLM!!!
