When Do We Get Our Peaceful Transfer of Power From 2016?

Today we had more revelations about FBI/Obama Administration wrongdoing in the targeting of General Mike Flynn and other incoming officials in the Trump Administration that took place during the transition period from November 2016 through January 20, 2017.

Here’s an excerpt from a report by Mollie Hemingway and Sean Davis at the Federalist:

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents tasked by fired former Director James Comey to take down Donald Trump during and after the 2016 election were so concerned about the agency’s potentially illegal behavior that they purchased liability insurance to protect themselves less than two weeks before Trump was inaugurated president, previously hidden FBI text messages show. The explosive new communications and internal FBI notes were disclosed in federal court filings today from Sidney Powell, the attorney who heads Michael Flynn’s legal defense team.

“[W]e all went and purchased professional liability insurance,” one agent texted on Jan. 10, 2017, the same day CNN leaked details that then-President-elect Trump had been briefed by Comey about the bogus Christopher Steele dossier. That briefing of Trump was used as a pretext to legitimize the debunked dossier, which was funded by the Democratic National Committee and the Clinton campaign and compiled by a foreign intelligence officer who was working for a sanctioned Russian oligarch.

“Holy crap,” an agent responded. “All the analysts too?”

“Yep,” the first agent said. “All the folks at the Agency as well.”

“[C]an I ask who are the most likely litigators?” an agent responded. “[A]s far as potentially suing y’all[?]”

“[H]aha, who knows….I think [t]he concern when we got it was that there was a big leak at DOJ and the NYT among others was going to do a piece,” the first agent said.

While the names of the agents responsible for the texts are redacted, the legal filing from Powell, quoting communications from the Department of Justice (DOJ), states that the latest document production included handwritten notes and texts from Peter Strzok, Andrew McCabe, Lisa Page, and FBI analysts who worked on the FBI’s investigation of Flynn.

Agents also said they were worried about how a new attorney general might view the actions taken against Trump during the investigation. Shortly after then-Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) was confirmed to be Trump’s new attorney general, congressional Democrats, media, and Obama holdovers within DOJ immediately moved to force Sessions to recuse himself from overseeing the department’s investigations against Trump.

“[T]he new AG might have some questions….then yada yada yada…we all get screwed,” one agent wrote.

[End]

Go read the full piece – it is damning as hell.

While our nation’s news media wails about President Trump reserving the right to challenge rampant Democrat voter fraud that we all know is coming this November, I can’t help sitting at my desk thinking, “When do we get our peaceful transition for 2016?”

Because the fact of the matter is, we never got one from the Democrats. Throughout that period of transition in late 2016/early 2017, the outgoing Obama Administration, which had illegally spied on the Trump Campaign throughout 2016, remained at war with the incoming President and his people. We know today that that war was in fact planned and coordinated at the highest levels in the White House, up to and including Vice President Joe Biden and President Barack Hussein Obama His Own Self.

In addition to that, we had the Pantsuit Princess and her minions running all over the world whining to anyone who could stand to listen that the Russians had stolen the election, labeling the President-Elect as a Russian Agent and illegitimate. The Democrat Party itself got in on the act by coordinating with George Soros and his myriad front groups to create, stand up and fund Antifa exactly as Obama, John Kerry and John McCain had created, stood up and funded the Syrian “rebel” group that ultimately became ISIS several years before.

The war on the Trump transition team then continued into his presidency with the efforts by James Comey to entrap the new President into some pretense for an obstruction of justice charge, efforts by disloyal cabinet members like Mad Dog Mattis and Rex Tillerson to convince others to join them in a 25th amendment disqualification, and Rod Rosenstein’s coordination with Comey and Robert Mueller to create the pretense for the appointment of a Special Counsel.

That all flowed into the 20 month-long Gestapo-like Mueller Investigation whose failure next led to Adam Schiff’s impeachment hoax, whose failure has led this year to all the various hoaxes related to COVID-19, whose failure led to the full summer of Democrat-sponsored riots, whose failure has now created the need for even more riots leading up to Election Day.

The simple fact of the matter is that this current “peaceful transition” uproar targeting President Trump is just one more example of Democrat projection related to their steadfast refusal to ever concede the 2016 election and their remaining at open war with this President and his administration to this day.

Amid all of this uproar and rioting and projection, and with the first debate just five days away, the Biden campaign handlers called a lid on the day yet again today at 8:20 a.m. Eastern Time. This is the 9th day in the 24 days of September in which this has happened, as the Unfrozen Caveman Candidate remains suspiciously unable to perform.

If they are this shrill and violent and desperate now, imagine how shrill and violent and desperate they will be come November.

That is all.

Today’s news moves at a faster pace than ever. Whatfinger.com is the only real conservative alternative to Drudge, and deserves to become everyone’s go-to source for keeping up with all the latest events in real time.

    David, awesome question!!!!!!

    Excellent article!

Huber was one of those “minders,” who did nothing, saw nothing, said nothing: he was a monkey with his hands over his eyes, ears and mouth. So many of these types remain.

Sidney Powell has been brilliant; she’s been consistent; she’s been a fighter who has exposed more than her share of this plot, this coup d’etat.

Now we see Huber’s “work” being handed off to Durham. I wonder if Durham will be looking into Huber’s obfuscations as potential criminal obstructions, or if that will come up in Powell’s solar system? It does not look like an accident that Huber sat on his ass.

We’ve had a series of corrupt IGs – not all, but some. What good is an Inspector General if all they inspect is their navel? (“hair; lint: that’s all I see.”)

I’ve suggested that Durham has been frustrated. I was right. I’ve suggested that Barr has been surrounded by quicksand and alligators. I was right. And Q’anon, in the past, put a lot of trust in Huber. Which makes me wonder: who is being played, who was being played, and Q followers who believe all the conspirators are sitting in Guantanamo and Julian Assange is really sitting on some beach sipping from a coconut shell…well, you’re unimaginably stupid.

Let us PRAY that all of the malefactors from the last administration are brought to justice, either before or after the election. First, we have an election to win.

And to Q: blow it out your ass. You put up Huber as a “whitehat,” when clearly he was a minder, a saboteur. You are not a conspiracy theorist: you are a fuggin idiot leading fuggin idiots.

Durham is looking at the FBI’s handling of the many investigations of the Clinton Foundation and other issues – issues that Christopher Wray pretend don’t exist.

I have a hunch that Wray is going to resign soon, because his fingerprints are all over this.

Again, Q called Wray and Huber “white hats,” as he did Gina Haspel and Jeff Sessions (Sessions was fooled by careerists at the DOJ, because he was surrounded and stupid.) Sessions did a few good things, vis a vis human trafficking, but otherwise he was useless.

Wray needs to be investigated, fired and possibly prosecuted.

They are such dang hypocrites. Your point is right on point. He should get two more terms just to make up for the headwinds he overcame in the first one.

As I said earlier, if you live in any big blue city get as prepped up as you can. Food, water and cash. Get some hard currency if you can just in case. The cities will go into total chaos as the terrorists will be in full destruction mode. I wouldn’t put it past some to try and disrupt utilities.

The police, sheriffs and state police will be overwhelmed. Don’t count your governor doing their job and activating the national guard. It’s a 50/50 proposition that they will.

It’s why we are living in a small town. All the coastal towns I go through on my way to work are quiet and the sheriff here is a no nonsense person. I worry about friends and family in the Portland area, but it’s in God’s hands now.

A pox upon the demoncrats and their socialist echo chamber media. May their ends be painful and long.

Speaking about a “Peaceful Transfer of Power,” when is VP Pence going tp file against Mrs. Harris’ ineligibility to be Biden’s VP? If he doesn’t file before the election, he’ll have missed a rare opportunity to bring the question of just who is an Art. II, §1, cl. 5 natural-born citizen before SCOTUS.

If, God forbid, Mr. Pence loses on Nov. 3rd, this case will still be pending! The one thing Mr. Pence cannot afford to do now; IMHO, is nothing. He should at least file now and start a record. If Mr. Pence wins, which I certainly hope he does, the case is moot; I believe. No harm, no foul!

    These bastards need to hang.

Hopefully this is a preliminary drop prepping the ground for,Durham indictments.

Good thing I’m not in charge: there’d be a line of people heading toward the gallows. No hoods allowed.

      1. Gregg - September 24, 2020

Wish you (or anyone who comments here regularly) were in charge Jimmy

        1. Jimmy MacAfee - September 24, 2020

I’d like you to pull the lever on the scaffold – you’d do an unflinching job, one that needs doing.

  7. Gregg - September 24, 2020

Heads Must Roll!!! (but they won’t)

As Walking Eagle shrieked in 2016, FIX This (election), because if that @#$%^&* bastard wins we all will hang.

For nearly four years there has been a shortage of rope at the DOJ, but plenty of bullschiff.

Schiff or get off the crapper Barr. And if Durham is frustrated, he can go to you, his boss to get some action. Where do the millions of us average Americans go to get unfrustrated? At this point I don’t even care if these Obamagate players go to jail; I want them to go through four years of trial and bankruptcy; I want them to get the Flynn treatment. No DC jury will vote to convict anyway. Supposedly federal prosecutors can indict a ham sandwich. WHY IS THIS NOT HAPPENING? Why are Comey, Bolton, Strzok and others getting rich writing tell all books and the other criminals getting even richer on PMSNBCDNC and DNCNN?

Why hasn’t that happened Barr? The bigger question is how is President Trump putting up with his collection of Keystone Cops?

BTW, MaligNancy says we (the house) can impeach the president every day of the week.

So much for it being a solemn event and her being raised Catholic and having no hate in her heart for anyone, and her praying for the president.

I cannot wait for her and btfsplk, and Fauci and many others to join McLame and Epstein and RBH. I am told it is not too bad as it is a dry heat where they are going.

    ***

So now there is election fraud going on in PA (from your last post) I’m Shocked, SHOCKED I tell you! Who would have thought that possible after being assured by the media that there is no evidence of voter fraud?
Amazing how fast Wray’s FBI can schiff more than a dozen investigators to investigate a pull cord on a race driver’s garage door, but will take years to investigated everything about Obamagate and his coup d’état.

I’m not worried though, Barr will get to the bottom of the found Trump votes in the ditch by oh, ten o’clock next summer, or some summer.

    1. Gregg - September 24, 2020

      typo, RBG not RBH.

      PS:

Scalia was a pretty remarkable judge; where was the celebration of his life and career for ten days?

Just how over the top will Klink’s or either of the Clinton’s funeral be? I may need to take my bucket list vacation to Gaudalcanal and other Pacidfic Islands like Tarawa, Wake, the Marshalls, Midway, Kiska, Attu, and Iwo Jima for a couple of months to miss those specticles.

      1. Jimmy MacAfee - September 24, 2020

According to the reports, it isn’t just Durham who is frustrated with The Obfuscator Who Sits On His Ass (Huber) but other attorneys and Barr.

We’ll see if this works out that way. I could be wrong, but reports that Huber was relieved of his part in this is not just musical chairs. How many other Hubers are out there? We know that a few FBI investigators were told to destroy evidence from the Weiner laptop. That was pre-Wray, but Wray’s thumbs should be falling off at this point, because the exposure to rectal bacteria would have dissolved them by now.

And again, I blame Q for leading people to be excessively hopeful. Pressure on Barr was reduced because we were all being given dates…and more dates…and more dates (Barr did this, too.) Barr is not exempt from criticism, but if he’s got any sense of right and wrong, he’s going to be headhunting. And very, very angry.

If he’s not angry enough to do something – like call for the resignation of Wray – then he’s given up and conceded defeat.

  8. Jimmy MacAfee - September 24, 2020

If no one knew that anything criminal was occurring, why did FBI and DOJ employees take out liability insurance?

    https://www.citizenfreepress.com/breaking/mollie-hemingway-breaking-fbi-agents-and-coup-plotters-took-out-personal-liability-insurance-after-trump-won/

Proof of knowledge, of collusion, of conspiracy. Everyone who suddenly took out insurance should be investigated. Follow the professional liability insurance: ask why it happened all of a sudden.

Just like all those phones being scrubbed by the same methods pretty much all at the same time. Was it a cell phone version of a circle-jerk?

  9. Jimmy MacAfee - September 24, 2020

    A more complete version:

    https://thefederalist.com/2020/09/24/trump-was-right-explosive-new-fbi-texts-detail-internal-furor-over-handling-of-crossfire-hurricane-investigation/

Some of the FBI/DOJ people were obviously afraid of what the others were doing. Will they testify? If not, they’re complicit.

    1. Gregg - September 24, 2020

That’s what I’ve been saying; where are our Whitehats, where are our whistleblowers? Where is the integrity in the Fidelity Bravery and Integrity (FBI) agency?

      Largely nonexistent, that’s where.

    2. Silas - September 24, 2020

Yes, Tick Tock’s 99%. Where are they right now? The texts plainly show some were not necessarily on board with the coup, but definitely were in the know about it.

I am certain there are some dedicated, honest folks in the fbi, but I don’t think they want to stick their necks out to save the reputation of what was once considered the gold standard in criminal investigation.

Shut it down, fold the responsibilities into the US Marshall’s office. If they want to join the Marshalls, complete financial and background check including their social networking and a lie detector test.

  10. Silas - September 24, 2020

    stupid askimet

  11. Stuartswede - September 24, 2020

Liability insurance!!!??? Hang ’em high. Or electric chair, firing squad would be too lenient. Bastards need to face justice.
