Friday News Roundup: Fauci Goes off the Democrat Script and Portland Riots Expand Again

This is why any task force needs to involve competing points of view. – In case you missed it, Stanford University Doctor Scott Atlas was hired early this week to participate in the White House Coronavirus Task Force and offer a competing point of view to the little menace to society, Anthony Fauci.

Probably not coincidentally, the little menace had this to say about in-person voting yesterday:

National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr.  Anthony Fauci says that if people follow appropriate precautions, safe in-person voting should be possible during the upcoming 2020 general election.

Fauci, who has risen to national prominence amid the protracted COVID-19 epidemic, made the comments to ABC News’s Deborah Roberts during a National Geographic event that aired Thursday.

“I think if carefully done, according to the guidelines, there’s no reason that I can see why that not be the case. For example, you know, when you look at going to a grocery store now in many regions and counties and cities that are doing it correctly, they have X’s every six or more feet. And it says, ‘Don’t leave this spot until the person in front of you left their spot.’ And you can do that, if you go and wear a mask, if you observe the physical distancing, and don’t have a crowded situation, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t be able to do that,” Fauci said.

[End]

Oh. It appears that having a competing point of view sitting across the table from him talking about the real science involved in dealing with the China virus is suddenly encouraging Fauci to moderate his fealty to the Democrat/media script.

Funny how that works.

Let’s crank up that Clinton Foundation influence peddling machine again! – Doing her best impression of a virus that will not go away, The Fainting Felon said yesterday that she would not rule out accepting a cabinet post in a Kamala Harris, er, Joe Biden administration.

From a piece at Fox News:

“I’m ready to help in any way I can,” Clinton responded, “because I think this will be a moment where every American — I don’t care what party you are, I don’t care what age, race, gender, I don’t care — every American should want to fix our country… So if you’re asked to serve, you should certainly consider that.”

[End]

Of course, the Fainting Felon’s actual motivation here would be to make money, which is always her actual motivation. The Clinton Crime Family Foundation has fallen on hard times since the Grasping Grifter ran out of influence to peddle to hostile foreign nations, and no doubt the Clinton finances are being drained as well without the ability to charge the cost of their flights to the private islands owned by pedophiles to the Foundation as “business expenses.”

So why wouldn’t she take a cushy job in a Biden Administration? Mama gotta buy shoes.

They’re coming for what’s left of your healthcare, folks. – Make no mistake about it, if the Harris/Biden ticket wins in November, the days of you having employer-provided private healthcare insurance are severely numbered.

You don’t have to believe me: All you have to do is listen to Harris make the promise repeatedly on national television:

Take Ms. Harris at her word, and vote accordingly. This is not hard or complicated.

Meanwhile, out in Portland, Oregon… – The communist Democrat-sponsored riots continued for a 78th consecutive night, as Oregon state police disturbingly began to pull back their presence out of frustration that the local DA refuses to prosecute the rioters they arrest.

As always, we only  know about the truth on the ground in Portland thanks to the phenomenal efforts of real journalist Andy Ngo:

The Democrat Harris/Biden voters in Seattle took their riots into more residential areas of the city:

Also in Seattle yesterday:

This is only going to continue growing, folks. These people will not stop until they are stopped.

That is all.

Today’s news moves at a faster pace than ever. Whatfinger is my go-to source for keeping up with all the latest events in real time.

Coming soon to a city near you:

Minneapolis ain’t coming back–ever. The people and money are getting or gone.

Silas

Sad thing is, anybody with the means and wherewithal will move out and those who can’t will be left to the wolves. Whole neighborhoods destroyed just to try and bring down Bad Orange Man.
May their ends be painful and slow.

brian

In war you have to band together. When these cowards meet true patriots they get run out of town quickly. From now until after the election neighbours need to meet and discuss before the mobs arrive. Waiting until they arrive to develope a plan is obviously to late and lone wolves will be overrun.

Prepare today… its war

Silas

That’s why I call it a garbage account. 😛

Silas

DOH! Wrong thread. lol

phineas gage

Nice to see they burned down their post office.

Silas

And the demoncrats will still blame it all Trump.

phineas gage

Weekly jobless claims fall below one million for the first time since mid-March. Unexpectedly!!

I’m thinking bigly employment numbers for August.

Silas

Quite bigly!

Note that these are all women:

I’m not going to make the ‘chicks can’t do math’ reference, but the inference is clearly there.

That was a good draw for a three-judge panel. If this can be appealed to the full 9th Circuit it will probably be overturned.

Brian email me at my garbage account [email protected]

Thx for the chat… Its great to be able to communicate personally to a brother. Very appreciated and honored. My spam email is [email protected]. I check it every few days… sorta but I do check it.

LOL–somebody needs……well, something:

Joe might want to leave the house for a few days.

Hard to leave when she keeps him locked up like the Gimp, right down to the leather I suspect.

brian

Whoa… Almost had a nasal coffee moment there… Would have been slightly better if she’d doused her her with lighter fluid and lit it…

another good sign…. metal markets are dropping slowly… but dropping.

So politicals going to jail, more pending, plea deals coming up, stock markets coming up, metals dropping, jobs are climbing…. Look’n pretty good… confidence is building and demoncraps are in full blown panic which alone is worth the admission.

Watching Trump at his latest media brief was very good. Calm, to the point, controlled the questions afterward like a pro… a good leader… Well done sir…

phineas gage

I believe this to be accurate:

https://www.redstate.com/shipwreckedcrew/2020/08/14/the-hoax-claims-about-trump-and-the-postal-service-are-laying-the-groundwork-for-dems-in-congress-to-deny-election-results/

Now it is still implausible–particularly if Trump wins convincingly– except for crazed Democrats, but the GOP had better have a good plan of action.

phineas gage

Start spreading the news….

https://nypost.com/2020/08/11/a-mad-rush-for-the-exits-as-new-york-city-goes-down-the-tubes/

This is what happens when you vote for communists. Hopefully this will serve as an object lesson for the entire country in advance of the election.

stevekerp

Has Barr had anyone arrested yet? Asking for a friend.

phineas gage

Ask your friend if they understand how plea deals work. The target pleads guilty to lesser time in order to testify against higher-ups. Your friend might also like to know that McCabe and Comey are in direct legal jeopardy.

But then, with your clairvoyant knowledge of future events, why don’t you already know this?

Silas

I have come to the conclusion it’s a troll. Or some variant thereof.

Stuartswede

I don’t think he is trolling, I’m the one who said that an optimist never has a pleasant surprise. Today I think we all welcomed this good news. Pray that it is just the first domino.

Stuartswede

Looks like Durham has his first torpedo strike. Hopefully one of many!

I’m disappointed however, that Breitbart linked to a pathetic AP story that was anti trump in every way. C’mon Man!

Stuartswede

Sooo nice to read words like defendant, violation of USC blah-blah-blah, BAM! finally!
Please sir, may I have some more?

Silas

It starts with a trickle then becomes a flood. You will be getting many more, soon.

Regarding safe voting: We in TN just had our primary and the safe voting protocol was excellent.

Masks
Distancing
Place your PICTURE ID on a clipboard
The election official moved the clipboard without touching the ID, and entered it in the system
Slid the clipboard back to me
Issued me a single clear disposable plastic glove
Printed out a voter form for me to sign
Sent me to the computerized voting station, which got wiped down after each vote
Another official took the form and opened the station
I pushed the desired choices using the disposable glove
Tossed the glove in the trash on my way out.

No problems, no issues. If regular people can’t do this simple task once or twice every couple of years their vote shouldn’t be counted. TN also had early voting which I am also against due to the potential fraud factor.

Now the Dems are bitching about postal funding and defunding to mess up the vote by mail process. Last I heard the PO handles over 120 million pieces of mail per day and somehow we are to believe it can’t handle delivering a similar number of ballots once to and from the voters without Nancy Klink’s infusion of 25 Billion Dollars – in yet another pork laden “stimulus” package – to the USPS to handle the mailings? And if Trump doesn’t go along, he will be guilty of voter suppression.

Think about this: perhaps 250 million ballots would be mailed out and perhaps half would be returned for a total of 375 million mailings. Dividing Klink’s 25 billion by 375 million would equate to $66.66 per ballot each way. It has also been reported that since the ballots are prepaid bulk mailed they are not postmarked making it impossible to know when they were actually received. If mail in voting was that critical, why can’t the return envelope have a first class stamp placed on it where it would be cancelled like any other first class mail? Isn’t our “most sacred right” worth a first class stamp? And if the USPS can’t get local first class mail delivered in two days it should be disbanded and privatized.

These people aren’t even trying to make mail in voting appear to be legitimate and accurate. I do know this, if mail in voting, or illegal immigration, was found to benefit Republicans, mail in voting would be outlawed and Klink and Schumer would be on the border laying the first brick of the wall and the ICE budget would be doubled.

And now I hear the Dems want the ballots that appear up to three (3) days AFTER the election to be counted too. I mean “Come-On-Man”, how ridiculous can this be and how obvious an opportunity for voter fraud can one have?

Why do they need to go to these extremes if their polling is showing a Jo and Ho landslide?

When are some prominent people on our side going to start raising hell and point out that every fraudulent vote not only suppresses, but cancels out a legitimate vote? Is that not as bad or worse than any bogusly alleged voter suppression effort? Especially since the vast majority (99%) of all this voter fraud always redounds to the benefit of the Democratic candidate.

BTW, the last major and actual voter suppression effort was carried out by racist southern DEMOCRATIC Governors, Sheriffs and Election Officials over fifty years ago!

Silas

Speaking of the scamdemic. I have been doing a kind of impromptu man on the street survey when I’m out and about and at work. It goes like this:

Me: I am so done with this corona thing!

Other person: Me too! (and some other things I won’t publish as we try to keep it somewhat family friendly around here)

Not one person thus far queried this way has yet to disagree with me. Don’t ask what my sample size is I quit counting after 25.

So in conclusion folks are fed up with it and not buying the panic crap anymore.

Descent Into New York

Fraudski the Clinton ballwasher is a mole of the CPUSA. Funny how he “predicted” that Trump would have to deal with the plandemic back in 2017.
What a prophetic crystal ball the esteemed party member must have.
When the people rise up then the riots in the unglorious people’s republic of Portland will stop.
Das Radio reported last night that police were blocking all Chicago interstate off ramps in order to prevent undocumented reparations.
Some high end stores are moving out of CPUSA HQ also known as Chicago.
People who vote for the first wymyn preezy of the steezy the immaculate Kamala get what they deserve.
Resistance leader Hussein Hopenchange is patting himself on the back and saying totally nailed it on the Kamala pick.
Speaking of nailed it maybe slimy Willie Brown didn’t want her to run because the details of their sordid affair will get out?
No need to worry comrade kommissar because the CCP owned enemedia has your back.

Speaking of the interwebs (off topic) I really do love it today. The wife’s laptop suddenly decided it didn’t want to wifi anymore. Supposedly the new windohs! 10 update messed up some folks IP stuff somewheres. Thankfully, we have lots of wonderful folks out there sharing the ways to fix things like that. In less than 45 minutes of reading and playing around with command prompts, regedits and such she’s now wifi enabled once again. Thanks interwebs! 😀

Silas

It’s Fraudci Dave Fraudci! 😛 One of the few times in my life that I wish I had gone to law school.
I’d be suing the little moneygrubbing menace to oblivion.

I didn’t take up the law as I would have been the poorest one alive. Too many folks with no money being screwed and little ol’ me with a big heart and conscience.
