Monday News Roundup: Democrats Crack, Trump Doubles Down, McEnany Blasted by Hacks

Today’s Campaign Update (Because the Campaign Never Ends)

Is the Democrat governor dam cracking? – Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, a true doofus who has kept his entire state on lockdown despite seeing fewer than 100 Wuhan Virus deaths that did not occur among nursing home residents, seems to be beginning to see the light.

Two days after President Donald Trump threatened to begin withholding federal funds from states that continue to discriminate against places of worship, Walz announced on Sunday that churches in his state would be able to reopen at 25% capacity beginning Tuesday. The Governor had been under heavy pressure from Catholic and Lutheran leaders, who informed him in a letter they planned to reopen Tuesday regardless of any orders he chose to leave in place.

Here’s an excerpt as reported in the Daily Caller:

Walz had previously announced that restaurants, bars, and certain small businesses would be allowed to open at 50% capacity on June 1, but this order did not afford the same relaxation of restrictions to churches and instead limited church serves to 10 people.

Minnesota Catholic and Lutheran churches responded to Walz’s order in a Wednesday letter in which Archbishop of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, Reverend Bernard A. Hebda, told Walz that public masses in Minnesota would resume May 26.

“It concerns us, however, that we still are without a clear roadmap, metrics, or definite timeline from your administration about a phased re-opening,” the letter told Walz. “Executive Order 20-56, moreover, seems to have taken a step backward, imposing an explicit prohibition on faith-based gatherings where none had existed.”

“Your willingness, at the same time, to allow a ‘click forward’ for other sectors and activities on your dial –many of which cannot be classified as essential as the life of faith, prompts us to consider it necessary to move forward. We certainly remain ready to work with your administration as events unfold and circumstances change.”

Thus, Walz relented under pressure. This could be the start of a trend.

Nevada’s doofus Governor, Steve Sisolak, also finds himself under increasing pressure. One reason why is the data, which increasingly reveals that the man’s ongoing shutdown orders have no basis in science or reason. Check this out:

Sisolak and his medical advisors repeatedly warned that the state would probably see a significant increase in hospitalizations and new cases once restaurants were allowed to start reopening at low capacity on May 9. Instead, the number of new hospitalizations per day in Clark County have dropped steadily to zero.

With his senseless, draconian shutdown orders threatening to destroy his state’s gaming industry, most now expect Sisolak to announce on Tuesday that he will allow casinos to reopen at 25% capacity beginning on June 4. We’ll see.

One thing is for sure: As the data increasingly demonstrates that every prediction they’ve made about this virus is false, the cracks in the Democrat dam of obstruction are growing. The crowded beaches, lakes and shopping centers we have seen all over the country on this long weekend show that most Americans are already over this unprecedented and nonsensical approach to virus control and ready to resume living their lives.

Holdout Democrat brutes like Gretchen Whitmer, Kate Brown, Tom Wolf, Gavin Newsom and Andrew Cuomo will ultimately be faced with a choice of relenting or seeing their citizens force the issue en mass. Because this is still America, even in the blue states, whether they like it or not.

It all comes down to Ratcliffe, Barr and Durham. – President Trump gave a wide-ranging interview to Sinclair New’s Sharyl Atkisson, host of ”The Full Measure.” Among many other topics, Mr. Trump probably put the final nail into the coffin of the flagging campaign of Jeff Sessions, which is a service to the country.

The interview is very long, and the full transcript can be found at this link. The President made some particularly interesting remarks about Obamagate and his four-year battle with the Deep State. Here are some excerpts from that:

Now what’s happened, but I didn’t know people in Washington and whether it’s Sessions, which was a mistake or Dan Coats was a big mistake, but Sessions was a big one. Coats, he sat there. He didn’t do anything. When you look at what Richard Grenell has done in eight weeks, these people didn’t do anything for two and a half years. They should have been exposing this. So I’m very disappointed in certain people.

I’m fighting the deep state. I’m fighting the swamp. And I said I was doing it. And I’m exposing the swamp. I think if it keeps going the way I’m going, and Ratcliffe is fantastic. If it keeps going the way it’s going, I have a chance to break the deep state. It’s a vicious group of people. It’s very bad for our country.

They never thought I was going to win, and then I won. And then they tried to get me out. That was the insurance policy. She’s going to win, but just in case she doesn’t win we have an insurance policy. And now I beat them on the insurance policy, and now they’re being exposed. Comey is a dirty cop, McCabe, bad guy. These are all bad guys. Lisa Page and Strzok. These are the two lovers, right? And they use public servers. They put it out public, because they didn’t want anybody to see, like spouses, et cetera, to see that they were having an affair. And because they did that, they got caught. Tremendous things have happened. They forged documents. We caught them. They had people that had forged documents.

Now, hopefully Bill Barr is going to do something about it. And you know what? Other things are going to come out too. And a lot of other things are going to come out, but you don’t even need other things. What they’ve done is so corrupt, they’ve tried to take down a duly elected president of the United States, happens to be in this case, me, but we can never allow it to happen again.

Interesting stuff, and rumors were flying in DC over the weekend that this could be a very interesting week. Let’s hope so.

You can tell the quality of a person by their enemies. – If that old adage is true, then Kayleigh McEnany is obviously a stellar person doing a hell of a job in her role as White House Press Secretary.

On Fox News Sunday, McEnany became the target of corrupt old media hack Chris Wallace and never-was Jonah Goldberg, who in 20 years has yet to write a single memorable word. Wallace clutched his pearls and tut-tutted about McEnany’s regular lecturing of the press corps, saying that “I spent six years in the White House briefing room covering Ronald Reagan. I have to say, I never — and in the years since too — I never saw a White House press secretary act like that. I have to say that if Kayleigh McEnany had told Sam Donaldson and me what questions we should ask, that would not have gone well.”

Of course, what Wallace fails to mention is that, as biased as he was, a Sam Donaldson in his prime would have been all over Obamagate, because he used to be an actual working journalist. Wallace never really was much of a journalist, and probably would have just parroted the Democrat Party narrative, something he’s made an entire career out of doing.

But the capper came when Goldberg, the “Never Trump” surrender monkey who has used the Wuhan Virus outbreak as an excuse to lose his razor blade and gain 30 pounds, called McEnany’s practice of actually fighting back against press hostility as “indefensible and grotesque.” This is completely in keeping with the “Never Trump” credo that good fake conservatives must never fight back, but keep surrendering ground so that they can get invited to all the right DC/New York dinner parties and occasionally appear on the Fox News Sunday panels with Chris Wallace.

People like Goldberg have built good livings out of constantly losing and surrendering. Thus, they despise Trump and anyone who supports him, because those people are upsetting the apple cart on which they have built their entire careers.

These are the worst people in our society, folks, leeches who produce nothing of value. Remember their faces and never forget what they have tried to do to our country.

This is especially important on this Memorial Day, as we remember our fallen heroes who lost their lives fighting to preserve our freedoms. Not a single surrender monkey or societal leech among them.

God Bless America.

That is all.

The whole modern world has divided itself into Conservatives and Progressives. The business of the Progressives is to go on making mistakes. The business of the Conservatives is to prevent the mistakes from being corrected. G.K. Chesterton

If he is opening Churches to a 25% capacity limit then give this idiot 25% of whatever federal money he think is due…

From the movie “Patton” starring George C. Scott as General Patton:

“Your job is not to die for your country; your job is to make the other poor dumb son-of-a-bitch die for his country… and America loves a winner… won’t tolerate losing…”

On this Memorial day, we should all give thanks to the many who died for our nation and its ideals, for close to 250 years. In all our wars over a million (mostly young white males) have given their lives for the cause of our freedom and for he cause of freedom around the world. Today – Memorial Day – is set aside for the ones who gave their all. November 11, is Veterans Day (also World War I Armistice Day) and recognizes the ones who served and survived. The significance of both days needs to be recognized for what they represent. If we didn’t have brave people willing to sacrifice for the ideals of our nation, we wouldn’t have the nation we have with the freedoms we now enjoy.

Our nation has always been under threats – both foreign and domestic – and we have been victorious in meeting and, for the most part, defeating those threats. Today our nation still faces external threats, but now more than ever, we face a heretofore largely unseen until now, domestic threat that must be faced and dealt with this November. If we are to avoid another civil war where this time, not 600,000 or so thousand lives were lost and several million more were wounded or otherwise incapacitated, we must defeat our anti-American internal enemies at the ballot box. If we fail this November on election day, millions, if not tens of millions lives will be lost or gravely damaged. Our constitution gives us the unique ability to win a domestic war without fighting a killing war; the question this year is: will we exercise the peaceful way or the killing way?

While other countries have lost tens of millions – especially since 1914 – fighting for their cause, there is something unique in the “casualty adverse” American Military culture. With the exception of our Civil War tragedy, our combat and civilian casualties have been remarkably light relative to our enemies. For that we all can be very thankful. We are also very fortunate that our culture is still able to produce the one percent (that is the approximate number of active duty and reserve military) of our people who are willing to volunteer to serve. We owe them much thanks today and every day for the sacrifices they routinely make for all Americans and many of our allies.

Enjoy the Memorial Day holiday and please take some time to reflect on its significance.

“Remember their faces and never forget what they have tried to do to our country.”

If anything in this article, this is probably THE most important of all. Yes remember the heros that have fallen and celebrate them,, remember that they put their lives in service for the country.

But more importantly, and I’m certain the heros who sacrificed would be standing next to you pointing at the enemy in front, and saying “your turn, theres the enemy, stay on target”

Thoughts on Wallace, Goldberg and other faux ‘conservatives’:

Goldberg is just another ‘never Trumper’ hack faux ‘conservative’ who worked for ‘National Review until 2019.

Cortana says he is a constant critic of President Trump…

Just another phony ‘conservative’ writing for a phony ‘conservative’ publication and now just another empty talking head.

That is fine by me; I used to get angry and then disappointed by the ‘conservatives’ like him and George Will, but I’m not any more, because they serve as a good barometer on Trump.

If they ever began praising Trump like every other faux ‘conservative’ politician like the Bushies and Ace McLame, then I will become worried.

Schiffing on and screwing Trump makes you a loser in real conservative circles. Urinate on the president and he will schiff on you ‘bigly’; just ask Jeff Sessions and Ann Coulter.

About Ann and people like her who “doth protest too much”, very disappointing. She is apparently pissed at Trump because Trump didn’t have a hundred foot high and two thousand mile long border wall built by February 2017. She was another of many people – ‘journalists’ – who I had trust, respect for, and faith in and I appreciated her and Sessions’ early and strong support for Trump when it was most needed, but she has become a loud shrill single issue voice that is apparently oblivious to every other positive Trump accomplishment and political reality.

Question for Coulter: You are 58 years old, never married, never had children, why do you care so much about America’s future since you have no personal legacy or progeny to be concerned about? You also must have oodles of money from your books etc. and you were originally from Connecticut; so why didn’t, haven’t, you run for office – for Senator from CT for example? Trump didn’t need to run for president and deal with all this crap, but he had a sense of duty to America and its and his family’s future so he ran and won. What have you done for the country Ann Coulter? What have you really accomplished besides being a successful keyboard warrior and now an acerbic anti-Trump twittering loudmouth trying to hurt only the second president in the last hundred years who is really trying to fix America.

Same goes for Sessions. Jeff, why did you take the AG job if you weren’t going to do the AG’s job? Now you want to try for your old senate seat? Just please go away and enjoy retirement like we all wish Walking Eagle and other hasbeens like Gaffe O. Joe would do.

Where is the One Who Sells Books With Her Boobs? Seems to be missing.

Are you referring to ‘Stormy’? Maybe she actually has some brains and decided to punt the whole deal after Avenatti screwed her financially (at least). She may hace actually realized her 15 minutes of fame has actually passed her by.

BTW, Did anyone see that Dingbat ‘actress’ Milano calling for people to wear masks? Hers was a crochet fashion statement mask with visible holes in it much like the vapid pink pu**y hat wearing malcontents who are even less intelligent then she.

Ann Coulter: cleavage pictures on most of her, books.

About Ann being MIA, I saw in an article that Whatfinger is no longer linking her columns. BZ to them for de-platforming the fifth columnists.

Got a couple of her books and while I found her attractive, never really noticed the bimbo boob sales pitch – I must be getting old to have not noticed. Regardless on how she sells her books, it is a shame to have seen her go over to the dark side.

About Chris Wallace – His dad, Mike Wallace, was a long time hack reporter for the SeeBS ‘news’ show magazine “60 Minutes” so the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

One comment: if Jeff Sessions were qualified for the Senate (again) he would have admitted that his recusing himself was not only the wrong thing to do, but he should never have chosen people like Rod Rosenstein, nor allowed the Mueller investigation. The only good thing coming out of the Mueller “investigation” is that the cabal was more completely exposed, as more and more traitors are revealed.

Sessions has no humility; Sessions has no guts: instead of recusal, he should have resigned if he couldn’t do the job, or never demanded the job in the first place. The word “spineless” comes to mind. If he were to be elected Senator, he could not be counted on to support the President as he once did. Loyalty-turned-disloyalty should never be rewarded; this was no small difference of opinion, but cost us the House of Representatives as the sham investigation proceeded for far too long.

Sessions isn’t man enough to admit his complicity, his failure, his weakness. I see some claiming to represent Q who say that he is a “whitehat,” and the same youtubers claim that Christopher Wray is, too. Wray and Sessions are reminders of what it means to be feeble; their white hats are stained with offal and their weakness and incompetence is only rivalled by their ambition. It is their ambition which has revealed them for who and what they are. Let’s not hear any more rah-rah from Q until this truth is told.

Thanks, DB. Enjoy the holiday. Remember the Fallen. (Today would have been my Dad’s 87th. He was a Staff Sergeant in the Air Force back in the day.)

On this Memorial Day, we remember those who laid down their lives to secure our Nation, to preserve our Liberties, to uphold our Constitution, who fought against enemies internal and external. WE owe them thanks, deep gratitude and a solemn vow never to allow what has recently happened to ever occur again.

There will be viruses; there will be attacks from foreign and domestic enemies; there will be natural disasters, but we must resolve to never allow anyone to do what has been done against the American People, against the Constitution – ever again!

It is time to rise up against this tyranny, to show what happens when the American People are pushed too far: the goodwill and generosity of Americans allowed us to be misused and abused by tinpot tyrants and international (and Internationalist) thugs, who scream “security” while we are beginning to shout, en masse, “FREEDOM!”

We watched all-too-silently as our “betters” in the press – finally admitting that their “job” is to “tell us what to think,” refused to raise the alarm as sick people were thrown in with the remnants of the Greatest Generation, to spread their disease. We watch as the governors of some states gave executive orders designed to remove elderly Americans from the face of the earth.

The battle is now: strip away your masks; throw off your chains, stand up against those who undermine us from within.

G0D Bless President Trump, and those warriors and patriots who stand up on this Memorial Day, while bowing our heads in remembrance of the sacrifices others have made in the history of our nation and in the present days.

Rise up! Defend your Freedom! Defend your Constitution! The battle is on.

Spot on Jimmy… Peoples of the USA… Look to Hong Kong if you need an example… Theres a continuing vigilance and necessity to fight for freedom as there is ALWAYS those that seek to rob you of it.

Have a happy but mindful Memorial Day., Lord bless our good neighbours to the South
