Good News: Boris out of ICU; Japan De-Coupling From China

The Evening Campaign Update

Great news for a great nationalist leader. – After what was for a while a nip-and-tuck battle with the Wuhan Virus, an improving British PM Boris Johnson was released from the ICU earlier today:

In a statement, a spokesman at 10, Downing Street said Johnson “has been moved this evening from intensive care back to the ward, where he will receive close monitoring during the early phase of his recovery.”

Johnson had been in intensive care for three days after his symptoms for coronavirus worsened. He tested positive for the virus two weeks ago and at first had only “mild” symptoms.

Britons braced Thursday for several more weeks in lockdown as Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s condition improved in a London hospital after three nights in intensive care for treatment of his coronavirus infection.

Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab said Johnson was “making positive steps forward” in the ICU at St. Thomas’ Hospital and was in good spirits.

Bully for Boris, a father of four children with another baby on the way.

Here is what a congress with no Democrats or Chamber-of-Commerce RINOs in charge would be doing right now. – Japan’s parliament included billions of yen in its Wuhan Virus stimulus package that will go towards helping that country’s manufacturing firms to repatriate their factories and operations out of China. From a report at the Daily Wire:

Japan has earmarked hundreds of billions of yen of its coronavirus stimulus relief to go toward helping its manufacturing companies move their production plants out of communist China and back to Japan or to other countries.

“The extra budget, compiled to try to offset the devastating effects of the pandemic, includes 220 billion yen (US$2 billion) for companies shifting production back to Japan and 23.5 billion yen for those seeking to move production to other countries, according to details of the plan posted online,” Bloomberg News reported. “That has renewed talk of Japanese firms reducing their reliance on China as a manufacturing base. The government’s panel on future investment last month discussed the need for manufacturing of high-added value products to be shifted back to Japan, and for production of other goods to be diversified across Southeast Asia.”

The move comes after communist China lied to the world about the extent of the coronavirus outbreak in their country and tried to cover it up, which led to the outbreak spreading like wildfire throughout China and eventually the rest of the world.

“China is Japan’s biggest trading partner under normal circumstances, but imports from China slumped by almost half in February as the disease closed factories, in turn starving Japanese manufacturers of necessary components,” Bloomberg News added. “Japan exports a far larger share of parts and partially finished goods to China than other major industrial nations, according to data compiled for the panel. A February survey by Tokyo Shoko Research found 37 per cent of the more than 2,600 companies that responded were diversifying procurement to places other than China amid the coronavirus crisis.”

Once all the dust has settled from this COVID-19-caused economic destruction and human misery, the nations of the world, especially the United States, must move to decouple their economies and national security from the inherently dishonest communist Chinese government.  President Trump has made his stance on this matter crystal clear, advocating for decoupling for many years before he ever ran for the presidency.

Any member of congress, regardless of party affiliation, who stands as a roadblock to measure designed to ensure our nation becomes independent of the pernicious influence of the government whose dishonesty caused this current crisis should not only be defeated at the ballot box, but shunned from decent society. This represents an existential moment for the future our country: We can either be a free and prosperous nation, independent of Chinese influence, or we can continue down to the road to becoming a vassal state subject to ChiCom masters.

This is a true moment for choosing, and ordinary American should keep close score on the positions taken by their elected representatives.

The Japanese government led by President Shinzo Abe is setting the early example: There is no valid excuse for America to be left behind.

Biden will be replaced by either HRC and VP Michelle, or Cuoma and Michelle, if HRC gets into more legal hot water

Since Bernie dropped out, it will be very difficult to replace Biden. It will cause hopefully irreparable damage to the Democrats. We have a voting system in place for a Representative Democracy that has Biden as the presumptive nominee. He would have to find a reason to drop out himself, because he has been given a green flag by his Doctor. The DNC can’t just hand a nomination to anybody else without a very interesting to watch firestorm. The Superdelegates totally ignored Bernie in 2016, causing chaos in the party I left. Attempting anything like that again will drive more people from the party and that would be Hillaryous.

Unfortunately, with the current “party dues” system in place in Congress (it’s a thinly legal pay for play scheme of the first order), and by extension Chinese interests able to lobby Congress so easily and egregiously, I think the only solution is to vote them out every two years. Goes for both parties.

China should be boycotted, ostracized and shunned by the world until no human walks its soil.

If our government only had the balls. But each and every politician, lawyer, lobbyist and bureaucrat is owned.

Heard this yesterday: Now that Sanders has dropped out, Trump is running unopposed.

Speculation on Rush yesterday that Trump ally, Boris Johnson, who was very critical of China early on, just happened to get a very severe case of their virus was NOT a coincidence. This could be why Trump often praises Xi in public and presents a positive view of his ‘relationship’ with the Chinese dictator – ‘president’.

He also speaks the same of Putin and Kim. I think he is playing rope-a-dope with our ‘rivals’.

I believe Trump is being very strategic with all of this and we just need to be patient with his policies and pray for his safety and his/our success.

He is the first president I have total faith that he will do the right thing…

What is it about godless atheism that we fail to comprehend?

Repudiate our debt to China and cancel all orders for goods. Remember that they also suggested that they would hold out sending us medicines!

Consequences for a lot of things are coming. The repeated description by the President of the 8 trillion or so spent on Middle Eastern wars as “wasted” indicates something more than the obvious. I won’t go there (for the moment.)

The CCP did this to themselves in present days; there will be consequences for this, too.

Somehow, this all aligns. Color me paranoid if you wish, but strings tie.

Glad to hear both! As the Aussies would say: “Good on ya, Boris!”
And as the Aussies might also say to Japan: “Good on ya. Abe!”
