Mini-Mike Suspends – The Ball is Now in Fauxcahontas’s Teepee

Today’s Campaign Update, Part III (Because the Campaign Never Ends)

We won’t have Mini-Mike to kick around anymore, which is a crying damn shame when you think about it. – Just like that, Mike Bloomberg suspends his incredibly ineffective, humongously expensive presidential campaign; thus, the Democrat Party establishment has successfully now cleared the field of anyone who can be referred to as remotely “moderate” and left the clearly-addled Quid Pro Joe standing alone against The Commie and Lieawatha.

From the Axios article on Mr. Excitement’s withdrawal:

Michael Bloomberg, who spent hundreds of millions of dollars to self-fund his 2020 presidential run, announced Wednesday that he is suspending his campaign after a poor performance on Super Tuesday and will endorse Joe Biden.

The state of play: Bloomberg opted to skip campaigning in early states, staking his candidacy on a string of Super Tuesday victories to launch him to frontrunner status, but that plan was ultimately felled by the resurgence of Joe Biden’s campaign.

“I’ve known Joe for a very long time. I know his decency, his honesty, and his commitment to the issues that are so important to our country – including gun safety, health care, climate change, and good jobs.”

The big picture: Bloomberg’s self-funding drew backlash from an increasingly progressive party that is skeptical of the role of big money in politics. Bloomberg was one of two billionaires in the race, joined by Tom Steyer, who dropped out over the weekend.

The President himself responded to Mini-Mike’s announcement with a pair of hilarious tweets:

And…

Now that the Party’s panic has achieved its desired goal, the focus will fall on Princess Little Big Mouth Always Running to see if she will have the grace to clear the radical path for The Commie. Her continued presence in the field already cost The Commie at least two primary wins on Tuesday – in Massachusetts and Maine – and would be likely to continue to cost Sanders in the delegate count in future primary contests.

So, the question becomes about who Elizabeth Warren really is: Is she really the progressive radical she pretends to be, or just another tool of the Party’s establishment?

We will find out very soon.

That is all.

Ironically, if Mini-Mike is really serious about supporting Quid Pro Joe, he could prove it by throwing money at Princess Gray Beaver’s campaign.

Yes. She’s whatever you need her to be, including an Indian, when it worked.

Easy answer, she is there to be the foil for Bernie so there is a brokered convention.

This Dem nomination process very much resembles the 2016 GOP nomination process where we had over a dozen candidates vying for the nomination. The differences are: Every one of the 2016 GOP candidates were light years more qualified to be president than the Dem wannabes were this year, and the GOP Establishment failed to defeat Trump while the Dem Establishment has killed off its insurgent candidate twice. Lieawatha will stay on the warpath which will continue to hurt her fellow traveler and commie: BS, AKA Dr. Emmitt Brown from Back to the Past – 1955 USSR.

Pocahontas’ DNC masters could provide her with just enough wampum (which will probably be laundered via Walking Eagle’s DC law firm from MM’s personal “campaign fund”) to keep her “viable” – much like someone in the GOP worked hard to keep the postman Cliff Kasich “viable” against Trump in the 2016 primary.

MM’s wampum (through PACs and anti-Trump/GOP PSAs) will continue supporting the DNC by splitting of the commie vote to the benefit of Joe Mondale. He will also spend oodles of money to support their vulnerable congressional races (like when he “bought” the Dem House in 2018). This will be his contribution to the DNC.

After the Cherokee Dominatrix has crapped out BS’s run, she will be dropped by the DNC to fade into relative obscurity as a meaningless/marginal senator from MA.

She will be as “viable” in future Dem politics as Cliff Kasich is in current GOP politics. She, Mutt McRomney, Walking Eagle, and all the other establishment hacks from both parties will become irrelevant and when that happens, it will be a great day for America.

PS: This upheaval/reform in both party’s establishment is happening for one reason, and one reason only:

The election and leadership of President Donald John Trump. No one could/would have caused this.

One other thought about Super Tuesday 2020 versus 2016.

So far, Sanders has lost or underperformed in many states this year vs. Biden, as opposed to Clinton in 2016 where he did much better than expected in many races. He and MD Gov. O’Malley were supposed to be foils for Hillary so she could gain some national bona fides outside of New York. An unknown and underfunded, upstart – Sanders – almost proved to be too much for her to overcome – amazing he is still walking among us.

There are at least two ways to look at this:

Many more people now see the Bernie sequel with his more militant supporters (via Project Veritas etc.), and after seeing American captialism working and being revived under Trump for the last three years now see Bernie’s ideas and platform as fraudulent and dangerous Bull Schiff.

Or, Hillary Clinton was such a GOD-awful candidate – who had Bloomberg’s sense of entitlement, since it was supposed to be “her turn” that almost anybody else was seen to be a better choice.

If the latter is more likely, then we have to consider how bad a candidate, and unlikeable she really was/is when Bernie was unexpectedly knocking the Schiff out of her in many states, requiring the need for her to be bailed out by her bought and paid for DNC Power brokers via the superdelegates. We have to also consider that since both Walking Eagle and Quid Pro Joe are equally corrupt, though currently unindicted, then Biden is a better and more likeable candidate than Walking Eagle. This realization is probably another reason why the DNC didn’t want a brokered convention – so they could keep her out of the nomination fight.

How low must Mini Mike and Walking Eagle feel today to be certifiable losers to, of all people, Joe Mondale!

It would have been very interesting if there had been a repeat BS – WE campaign this year.

As Dave would say, Wait there’s more:

In one of my earlier comments a couple of days ago, I said one of the main things to look for is turnout (enthusiasm) for unopposed incumbent Trump this year versus unopposed incumbent Obama in in 2012.

Here are some numbers from Super Tuesday from Trending politics.com:

Trump 2020 vs. Obama 2012 primary results:

(Numbers on the left are Trump, numbers on the right are Obama)

    New Hampshire: 129,696 / 49,080
    Oklahoma: 273,562 / 64,389
    Massachusetts: 207,495 / 127,909
    Tennessee: 324,119 / 80,705
    Vermont: 33,863 / 40,247
    Alabama: 690,381 / 241,167
    Texas: 1,584,661 / 520,410 (w/ 66% in)
    North Carolina: 704,328 / 766,077 (w/ 69% in)

Trump is absolutely trouncing Obama’s 2012 numbers, which paints a very clear picture of the energy behind Trump in the 2020 election.

    Stunning. Something to really celebrate!

I voted for the president on Tuesday since there was no one who was weaker than the Dem “frontrunner”; couldn’t vote for any of these Dems at gun point – just couldn’t do it.
