Today’s Campaign Update, Part III
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)
No kidding. Turns out the rumors running around about Jeffrey Epstein’s associate and alleged procurer Ghislaine Maxwell hiding out somewhere in France were just more bad rumors.
As reported by the New York Post, she’s actually in LA, and was caught dining at an In-N-Out Burger on Monday by an enterprising regular who snapped a shot of her. Hilariously, the Post’s tattle-tale source said she was reading a book titled “The Book of Honor: The Secret Lives and Deaths of CIA Operatives.”
Because of course that was the book she was reading. Right? Right.
More from the Post story:
Maxwell reportedly recruited underage girls for Epstein and participated in their abuse. At least two women who accused Epstein of sexually abusing them sued Maxwell in 2015, alleging she launched a campaign to damage their reputations and discredit their allegations.
A new front in the Epstein case opened Wednesday morning as his accuser, Jennifer Araoz, filed a lawsuit against his estate, Maxwell and three unnamed female household staff members.
Once spotted, Maxwell — who was sitting alone with a pet pooch — told an onlooker: “Well, I guess this is the last time I’ll be eating here!”
You seriously can’t make this stuff up, folks.
Police and the FBI have reportedly been scouring the globe for Maxwell, hoping to secure her testimony in the still-ongoing case involving Epstein. Hopefully the Keystone Cops who couldn’t be bothered to keep their star suspect alive will have someone monitoring the New York Post and will now redirect their intrepid investigative expertise towards California.
That is all.
