Twerking FBI Agents, Fired Korean Generals and Another Fake News Media-Invented Controversy. *Yawn*

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

That time when Bill Clinton accidentally stumbled into the truth. – Lifetime woman abuser (that has nothing to do with this story, but it should be repeated every time his name is mentioned) Bill Clinton told an interviewer over the weekend that – gasp! – the  news media gave favorable treatment to Barack Hussein Obama.  Go figure.  Who knew?

“They liked him. And they liked having the first African American president and he was a good president I think,” Clinton said about the media.  Uh-ooooohhhhhhh.  He went ‘there’, the place no one is ever supposed to go in telling the actual truth about the media’s treatment of Obama, and it naturally caused the extremely predictable outrage among social justice warriors on social media.  So tiresome.

Clinton also told the same interviewer that “I couldn’t be elected anything now ’cause I just don’t like embarrassing people,” after being asked what would happen if he ran in 2020.  Funny, he never had any problem at all embarrassing Paula Jones or Monica Lewinsky or Kathleen Willey or Juanita Broaddrick or Sandra James or Christy Zercher or…ok, enough.

Go away, Bill.  Just.  go.  away.

Hey, the FBI is just one grand dumpster fire at this point, huh? – An off-duty FBI agent was twerking on a Denver dance floor Saturday night.  What could possibly go wrong, you ask?

Well, let me tell you.  The guy – who has yet to be publicly identified so we call all shame him out of his job – took time away from twerking long enough to do an awkward back flip, during the course of which his service handgun very predictably fell from its holster onto the floor.  Not that big a deal, you say, right?  Could happen to anybody who feels the need to carry their favorite pistol with them when they go out for a night of shaking their booty.

But wait, this story gets worse.  Much, much worse.

This studly, twerking FBI agent with a bad case of Saturday Night Fever naturally panics (because apparently that’s what they train FBI agents to do these days) and scrambles to grab his gun.  In the process of doing that, he pulls the damn trigger and because he hadn’t bothered to set the damn safety, it goes off, hitting a bystander in the leg.

So, you’re a well-trained FBI agent who has just accidentally shot a bystander in the leg with your service gun while out for a night of imitating Mylie Cyrus – what do you do?  Well, this guy, no doubt implementing the exact training he personally learned from ex-FBI Director and current Teenage Drama Queen James Comey, calmly re-holstered his pistol and just walked away, leaving others to call for an ambulance and get the victim to the hospital.  After all, he’s probably too busy fixing some election there in Colorado.

This is your FBI in action, folks.  I swear I don’t make this stuff up.  Who could?

Chances for a Korea de-nuke deal just got better.  Much, much better. – Don’t expect the fake news media to put much emphasis on this very key story since it’s great news for America and thus terrible news for Democrats, but Reuters reports that, according to senior U.S. officials, the three top generals in the North Korean armed forces were replaced over the weekend.

So, why is this important?  Read this from the Japanese Yonhap News Agency, from a report released later on Sunday:

“The North appears to have brought in new figures amid the changes in inter-Korean relations and the situation on the Korean Peninsula as the previous officials lacked flexibility in thinking.”

The phrase “lacked flexibility in thinking” means the three guys who were replaced were opposed to the Crazy Little Fat Guy doing any deal with the U.S. and South Korea to de-nuclearize the Korean Peninsula.  These three firings come a few weeks after Army Gen. Kim Su-gil’s replacement of Kim Jong-gak as director of the General Political Bureau of the Korean People’s Army.  Taken all together, they most likely give Kim Jong Un the flexibility he needs to move forward on a deal because he no longer has to worry about a military coup taking place while he’s out of the country.  Funny how that works.

Democrats and their fake news agents will do their best to ignore this crucial development or spin it into something negative.  Of course, that’s been their strategy with the booming economy and employment numbers too, and we see how well that’s all working out for them.  It’s just a joy to watch them stumble and bumble around on this stuff.

Your fake news media in action! – Ask leading question, get answer you wanted to the leading question, spin into negative story about Trump.  Wash, rinse and repeat.  Whenever there’s a semi-slow news day, or a day in which the news for Trump just shows too much WINNING to report, this is the formula the fake news media uses to generate some new controversy.

So it went with Rudy Giuliani Sunday on ABC’s This Week With George Stephanopoulous, the former Clinton toady who pretends to be a news guy now.  When Georgie the Toady asked Giuliani if the President has the power to pardon himself, Rudy gave the correct answer:  Yes.  See, Rudy’s actually read the Constitution, which very clearly gives any sitting president the power to pardon anyone he wants.

Giuliani went on to say that President Trump has never and would never even consider doing any such thing, but the fake news media had its fake controversy for the day, a controversy that enabled all the fake reporters, fake editors and fake talking heads to change the subject from the booming economy and very encouraging developments on the North Korea front.

Thus, we ended up with an entire afternoon of endless speculation in the fake news media about whether a President who has committed no crimes and has not even been accused of committing any crimes and who his lawyer says has never even entertained the idea is actually planning to pardon himself.

You want to know why the formerly semi-noble profession of journalism is almost dead in this country?  This is just one of about 10,000 reasons, but it’s one of the biggest.

Just another day in Fake News Media America.

That is all.

Robert Mueller is Really Desperate to Get Fired

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Robert Mueller really, really, really wants to get fired. – As if we needed any more proof of that reality facing President Trump, Mueller provided more last night, having someone on his staff leak a document to the New York Times which the Times claims contains a list of the questions Mueller is just itching to pose to the President.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the questions “relate to possible obstruction of justice, demonstrating how an investigation into Russia’s election meddling grew to include an examination of the president’s conduct in office. Among them are queries on any discussions Trump had about his attempts to fire Mueller himself and what the president knew about possible pardon offers to Flynn.”

In other words, Mueller long ago gave up on the fantasy that there was any “collusion” between the Trump campaign and the Russians, and has been on a 10-month fishing expedition for some evidence that the President himself “obstructed justice”.  Apparently, Mueller considers even a discussion about firing him to be “obstruction of justice”, a prospect so Nazi-like in its concept that it should chill any thinking  American (yes, every one of you non-Democrats) to the bone.

On the other hand, Mueller’s focus on a “crime” that noted constitutional scholar and very liberal Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz has repeatedly said no sitting President can even commit in the firing or contemplated firing of any employee is very encouraging for Mr. Trump.   It conclusively proves that Mueller is holding a gigantic bag of nothing and is attempting to get Trump to fire him in order to provoke a debate in congress over impeachment.

For his part, the President is a little ticked about it all, as he issued the following tweet as I was compiling this morning’s Campaign Update:

Yes, it is quite disgraceful, but it’s also quite transparent in its motivation, and so this tweet should be the entirety of the presidential response to Mueller’s action.

We should also remember here that the President recently brought Rudy Giuliani into his legal team to negotiate an end to this sham investigation with Mueller.  It is likely that Mueller’s decision to leak this list to the media signals some dissatisfaction with the status of that negotiation, and is designed to pressure Giuliani on some point.  Another sign of desperation on Mueller’s part.

But back to the point above about impeachment.  Whenever some seemingly-significant event related to the Mueller sham investigation takes place, it’s always important to keep in mind that, ultimately, that investigation and the seditious conspiracy involving high officials from the DOJ, FBI and the Obama intelligence community leading up to it was always designed to accomplish one of two outcomes:

  • First, to create such a high degree of chaos within the administration during its early days that Trump would be pressured to resign – which is exactly why you saw the most recent season of the Showtime series Homeland end the way it did;
  • Failing in that first goal, the backup goal has always been to build up some sort of a case for impeachment, on the hopes that the Democrats will be able to win a majority in the House of Representatives in the midterm elections.

There is no doubt that the conspiracy to take down a duly-elected president did succeed in at least part of Goal #1:  It did create an amazing amount of chaos within the administration, and its willing participants in the fake news media did create a lot of external pressure on the President to resign.  The fatal flaw in this goal, however, was that the conspirators assumed Trump would react to all of this the same way prior presidents have reacted to the pressure of partisan special counsel investigations:  By panicking and pulling in his sails.

Instead, Trump reacted simply by ratcheting up the pressure from his own end, taking his case to the people, and achieving more notable public policy goals during his first year in office than any president in American history.  Probably 80% of the anti-American legacy of Barack Obama has been repealed, taxes have been massively cut, the economy is booming, and America is once again a true world power on the international stage.

This latest desperate act by Mueller comes at a time when the President’s personal conduct of foreign policy has resulted in the formal end to the 67 year-old Korean conflict, is moving strongly towards the de-nuclearization of the Korean peninsula, is gaining huge trade concessions from our international trading partners, and is about to either significantly reset the horrific, anti-American Obama deal with Iran that endangers the entire Middle East or end the U.S. participation in it.

So Robert Mueller desperately wants to get fired in a last-ditch attempt to create a case for impeachment.

That tweet was great, Mr. President.  Now, just go on about your business of winning the Nobel Peace Prize and let Rudy go about his business of ending the witch hunt.  Today’s a great day.

Just another day in the Mueller gun is out of bullets America.

That is all.

Some Men Just Need Firing, and Rod Rosenstein is That Man

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Thursday was like last Friday, another one of those 5 news cycle days…

– Congressional criminal referrals against McCabe, Comey, Lynch and the Pantsuit Princess;

– The James Comey teen angst tour continues;

– The DOJ Inspector General issues a criminal referral on McCabe;

– Trump hires Rudy Giuliani to “help negotiate an end to the Mueller investigation,” according to Rudy;

– DOJ releases the vaunted “Comey memos” to congress, they immediately leak to the press.

..and that all happened by 5:15 Eastern Time.  Holy cow.

The Campaign Update covered both the Congressional and IG criminal referrals here and here, and we are sick to freakin’ death of talking about the drama queen ex-FBI Director’s teen angst tour, so let’s focus on those last two items this morning, because they are very crucial in everything that is going on.

First, the release of the Comey memos, those precious little tomes that the preening then-FBI Director claims he felt a pressing need to write in order to memorialize this interactions with the new President of the United States.  If you want to read them, just go Google “Comey memos” and trust me, you’ll get several million hits – the things are all over the place this morning, after having been held back by a stonewalling FBI and DOJ for the last year.

Here is the crucial thing to remember about these memos as you read them:  Both Comey and the oily Rod Rosenstein admit that what is in these memos formed Rosenstein’s justification for appointing Robert Mueller as Special Counsel.  Both of them have not only admitted this, they both have done so under oath in testimony before congressional committees.

Here is why that is important:  There is literally nothing in these memos that indicates even a smidgen of wrongdoing by President Donald Trump.  No indication – by Comey’s own admission – of obstruction of justice and no indication of any “collusion” with anyone from Russia.  No indication of any corruption, obstruction or unethical behavior by Mr. Trump whatsoever.

Congressman Trey Gowdy – himself a former prosecutor – as Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, has been aware of what the memos contain for many months now, and he has spent those many months telling anyone who asked that the memos not only do not damage President Trump, they would actually be used as “Exhibit A by the defense” to clear Trump of any wrongdoing.  It turns out that Congressman Gowdy was 100% correct in that assessment.

What these memos do show beyond any doubt at all is that Rosenstein, as the man who appointed Mueller, has perpetrated one of the most massive frauds on the American public in history, and that Comey and Mueller have been accessories to that fraud.  In a just world, Rosenstein would be fired before this day is out, and a special counsel would be assigned to prosecute them for all the perjuries and other crimes they have committed in this endeavor.

But obviously it is not a just world, so Rosenstein will be allowed to slither on through his daily duties of absolutely refusing to supervise Mueller in any way, Comey will be allowed to continue his teen angst book tour, and Mueller will be allowed to continue his assault on the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 6th amendments to the Constitution.

Well, until, that is, Rudy Giuliani – America’s Mayor! – rides in on his white horse and “negotiates an end to the Mueller investigation,” as he put it himself.  If your initial reaction to that bit of news is to think, “What the hell?  Why should President Trump have to negotiate anything in this situation?”, well, join the crowd.

But here we are.  Rosenstein refuses to do his job, Mueller’s sitting there holding such a huge bag of nothing that many in the anti-Trump media speculated that he conducted his jack-booted raid on Michael Cohen in a desperate effort to get Trump to fire him, and the President is understandably quite anxious to put an end to the massive fraud that has thus far haunted his entire presidency.

The things to remember about Giuliani that are very pertinent to this matter are:

  • He’s a former U.S. Attorney himself, and knows how the processes within DOJ work;
  • He’s extremely adept at exercising leverage to get the things he wants to do done, which is what made him such an extremely successful mayor of New York City;
  • Perhaps most importantly, he has direct knowledge of evidence of criminal conduct by Hillary Clinton that was buried by Clinton cronies at the New York P0lice Department and New York City FBI Field Office. Think 600,000 Clinton emails showing up on Anthony Weiner’s laptop.

So he has tons of leverage to exercise in a negotiation with Mueller, whose “investigation” is as much about protecting the Pantsuit Princess and his best buddy Comey as it is about anything else.  Mueller desperately wants to save face by snagging an interview with the President before closing up his shop, something the President should avoid at all costs, given that any interview with Mueller would be set up solely to try to catch Mr. Trump in some perjury trap.

Giuliani’s job will be to convince Mueller it is in his interests to let the thought of any interview with the President go.  Can’t think of anyone better to take on this assignment.

Just another day in Rod Rosenstein needs firing America.

That is all.
