Buckle up, Folks: “Crossfire Hurricane” Means Things Are About to Speed Up

The Evening Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Some things to think about as we enter the next phase of this war against the Deep State and the Cabal within DOJ and the FBI that first tried to fix the 2016 election outcome for the Pantsuit Princess, and have spent the last 18 months attempting to bring down the duly-elected President of the United States:

  • Wednesday’s “Crossfire Hurricane” article published by the fake New York Times marks the end of the cover-up phase of this conspiracy.  The more you read that article in detail, the more you realize it has, in the effort to provide justification for the Cabal’s actions, in fact exposed pretty much every detail of the conspiracy.
  • One striking aspect of the report is that, where all the previous fake reports filed by the Times and WaPo in their efforts to help cover up for the Cabal cited only “unidentified sources”, you suddenly have people like Sally Yates, Mary McCord and some others talking on the record in an effort to cover themselves.  This never happened while the cover-up was going on.
  • We are now beginning to see selective leaks today of certain specifics contained in the report of DOJ IG Michael Horowitz, which is being circulated at DOJ and the FBI so those who are named in it have a chance to provide responses.  Those leaks are not coming from the good guys, who have kept this process utterly devoid of leaks for 17 months now.
  • The leaks are coming from the targets, in an effort get the information into the public domain so that their media support group can publish more fake articles providing justification for the cabal’s actions.
  • By the way, note that only the bad actors who remain employed at DOJ and FBI get the opportunity to read the report in advance.  Those who have already been given their walking papers – people with names like McCabe and Yates and McCord and Page and Baker and Comey and Brennan and Lynch and on and on and on – receive no such opportunity.
  • This helps explain why the only people talking on the record to the Times were people who no longer worked at those agencies.  It also makes it very likely that the leaks are coming from the bad actors still employed.  Think about it.
  • We need to also remember something key here:  While the Times article claims that the Cabal was very careful to keep its actions secret so as not to lend credibility to Trump’s claims of a rigged election, the truth is that details of what was going on were being leaked all over the damn place in real time.  The media was filled with anonymously-sourced articles detailing accusations about Carter Page, General Flynn and Paul Manafort throughout the summer and fall of 2016.  Where are we supposed to believe this information was coming from?  The answer is obvious, and that leads to the next bullet point here, which is…
  • …there are some in the fake news media who were complicit in all of this.  Reporters and editors and TV hosts who were coordinating efforts and messages and timing of articles with this effort to fix the election, and later with the effort to take down the President.  As the evidence of wrongdoing is presented in the IG report and in court cases that will follow, it will not be all that difficult for independent researchers to go back through the media record to figure out who those complicit individuals are.  This scandal does not end at the exit to the Hoover Building.
  • Finally, one of the leaks about the Horowitz report today is particularly interesting to me:  Real journalist Paul Sperry issued this tweet on Thursday afternoon:

  • If true, this clearly demonstrates the coordinated effort going on between Horowitz and his army of more than 400 investigators and Salt Lake City U.S. Attorney John Huber.  If you remember, Attorney General Jeff Sessions cleverly let it be known in an interview several weeks back that he didn’t need to create a second Special Counsel because he had had Huber and his team working in coordination with the IG since at least last October.  It is very, very likely that Huber has had at least one, and possibly multiple grand juries convened for months now, and that he will be ready to move quickly towards prosecuting the bad actors once the IG’s report has been issued.

If you think things have been moving quickly up to now, well, better buckle up, because they’re only going to move faster from here on out.

That is all.

Mueller’s Big Problem: He Keeps Drawing Judges Who Have Read the Constitution

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Tired of all this Winning yet? – There has been much cause for optimism lately as Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his evil band of Clinton/Obama hacks have repeatedly run into trouble when their cases must finally be heard in federal court.

Mueller’s people most famously had to endure a lecture from Federal Judge T.S. Ellis on May 4 when the judge lambasted them for basically lying to the court in an effort to claim their case against former Trump Campaign Manager Paul Manafort has anything to do with the Special Counsel’s charge to investigate the Democrat/Media-constructed Russia Collusion fantasy.  Their day before Judge Ellis became even worse when he demanded that they produce the memos from Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein that laid out the scope of their investigation, and do so by this coming Friday.  The oily Mr. Rosenstein has fought tooth and nail to keep those memos confidential, on the specious grounds that they contain “classified” information.  Oops.

The Mueller team had another major stumble in court the very next day, when Federal Judge Dabney Friedrich denied their motion for a delay in their absurd case against the Russian firm Concord Management.  Concord is one of the 13 Russian entities that Mueller and his evil minions indicted back in February in a transparently dishonest effort to show their investigation has at least some tenuous connection to the whole Russia Collusion fantasy play.

To make matters even more Keystone Cop-ish, one of the Concord-related companies indicted by Mueller’s band of aspiring circus clowns, Concord Catering, did not even exist at the time the Mueller team claims it was engaged in social media shenanigans.  Oops.

The catch in issuing those indictments, of course, was that the Mueller minions never expected to have to prosecute any of their specious charges, because they assumed none of the accused would actually show up in a U.S. court voluntarily.  But Concord showed up, demanded the Court enforce their constitutional right to a speedy trial, and Judge Friedrich ordered the case to move forward.  Oops.

Mueller’s case against former Trump National Security Advisor General Mike Flynn is also hanging on by a thread at this point.  It has become increasingly obvious over the six months since Flynn entered his guilty plea to lying to the FBI that Mueller’s evil minions withheld exculpatory evidence that would likely clear Flynn of the charge.  The tide in this case began to turn when it was taken over by Federal Judge Emmet Sullivan, who is well-known for his disdain for prosecutors who mislead the court.  Oops.

The developments in all three of these cases clearly demonstrate the utterly dishonest nature of the Mueller “investigation.”  Mueller’s operation is not an “investigation” at all:  It is in fact the witch hunt that President Trump has repeatedly alleged it to be.  Yesterday marked the one-year anniversary of Mueller’s baseless appointment by Rosenstein, and in all that time Mueller and his ever-expanding team of witch-hunters have uncovered exactly zero evidence that anyone in the Trump Campaign or transition team colluded with any Russian to influence the 2016 election outcome.

The series of court setbacks are all very encouraging for those non-Democrats and non-fake journalists who have realized all along what a sham the entire Mueller enterprise has been.  But we all need to take a little breath here and realize that all of these encouraging developments have come about largely due to the luck of the draw.  The fact is that to this point, Mueller has suffered some very bad luck in terms of the judges who have been assigned to his cases.

Although a Clinton appointee to the federal bench, Judge Sullivan has long been well-known as a judge who forces both sides to adhere firmly to the rules of evidence and repect for the process.  The case against General Flynn appeared to be a done deal under the original judge assigned to the case, Rudolph Contreras, an Obama appointee to the federal bench.  Contreras was forced to recuse himself from the case in early December when it was publicly revealed that his is a FISA judge who likely signed off on one of the FISA warrants that gave the FBI authority to spy on the Trump Campaign in 2016.  Contreras had no problem allowing Mueller to just do as he pleased.

Judge Ellis is a Reagan appointee.  Judge Friedrich is a Trump appointee.  Both judges have, inconveniently for Mueller and his evil minions, actually read the Constitution and hold a healthy respect for it.  Had Mueller drawn Obama appointees in the Concord or Manafort cases, he’d likely not be having any problems in either case.

It’s key to note that judges are assigned to these cases on a random draw basis.  Thus, to this point, Mueller has been extremely unlucky, given that there are more Clinton and Obama appointees populating the Virginia and Washington, DC federal bench – where Mueller’s grand juries are convened – than there are Reagan, Bush and Trump appointees.

We can’t count on that luck to continue.  At some point Mueller will draw an Obama judge, and any notion of due process and constitutional protections for the defense will fly right out the window.  Just something to think about as this mess keeps moving ahead.

Just another day in let’s hope Mueller’s bad luck continues America.

That is all.

Whining, Drunks and Prostitutes – How Much Lower Will CNN go to Keep its Collusion Narrative Alive?

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Tired of all this Winning yet? – We’ve all been wondering how it is that Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel, the single most incompetent law enforcement officer ever put on public display, still has his job.  Perhaps we should wonder even more about Jimmy Kimmell.  Why does this clown keep getting invited back to host the Academy Awards Ceremony?  It was bad enough that the ratings for last year’s program came in at a 9-year low.  But Sunday’s 2018 version of the ceremony completely collapsed, coming in at 16% below last year’s terrible ratings, a whopping 41% down from 2014, and reaching an all-time low.  Maybe, just maybe, this year’s ratings will convince the organizers of the event to hire a host next year who is an entertainer, rather than just another social justice warrior.

Little Jimmy’s in time-out, and he doesn’t much like it. – My daughter, who is a wonderful mother, has three rules for her two precious daughters:  No whining, no whining, and noooo whining!

Poor little Jimmy Acosta, CNN’s preening fake reporter assigned to the White House, broke all three of those rules on Monday.  The man who wants to be Sam Donaldson without having to put in all that hard work or adhere to those pesky ethics isn’t getting enough attention from White House Spokesman Sarah Huckabee Sanders, and wanted to let her know about it.

After Acosta’s shouted question at Ms. Sanders as she wrapped her daily press briefing went unanswered, he tweeted “Third press briefing in a row that @PressSec did not take a question from CNN. ” before rushing to the nearest CNN camera so he could whine on-air about not being the center of attention.  This guy must have been a real handful for his mother when he was a toddler.

Sanders, as always keeping her sense of humor about the petulant bunch of nitwits she must deal with every day, responded on her own Twitter account with  “Courage isn’t taking “a question from CNN,” Jim. Courage is combat veterans Sgt. Peck and Staff Sgt. Dwyer – the two heroes at the briefing. “, which is about how you’d expect any good mom to respond to a whining 3 year-old.

So, what was the burning question to which Little Jimmy thought the world needed an answer?  “Do you expect the Justice Department to enforce all subpoenas, Sarah?”  Seriously, that was the question Acosta had shouted at her.  It’s like asking if all paint will dry or whether all Democrats and CNN reporters will lie – of course the Justice Department will enforce its subpoenas.  Why send subpoenas out if you’re not planning to enforce them?

It’s not about #courage, Jimmy, it’s about #irrelevance.  And whining – it’s about the whining.

The Nunberg Chronicles. – But Little Jimmy wasn’t the guy who made the biggest fool of himself in the nation’s capital on Monday.  No, that award has to go to former Trump campaign adviser Sam Nunberg.  Mr. Nunberg spent the entire day submitting himself to a series of progressively more incoherent and embarrassing interviews on CNN and MSNBC, as either he had more and more to drink, or some sort of chemical imbalance became progressively worse.

The main thrust of Nunberg’s ramblings began as defiance  against the abusive process being employed by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who is using his office to destroy numerous people’s lives, forcing them to incur huge legal bills as he vainly casts about for something to hang on President Trump.  Nunberg, who has been subpoenaed to appear before Mueller’s grand jury, repeatedly claimed he would refuse to do so, until late in the day, when he hinted that he might cooperate after all.  That was during a happy hour-timed interview with CNN’s fake host Erin Burnett, who told Nunberg during the interview that she could smell alcohol on his breath.

Nunberg denied he’d been drinking, which may be true, but no one believed him.  He might want to reconsider that denial, because when you think about it, the least damaging explanation he has available to somewhat excuse his behavior is that he had a couple of martinis over lunch and said a lot of stuff he didn’t really mean.  All other possible explanations just become progressively worse.

Back to CNN, the fakest of all the #fakenews outlets has actually sent reporters over to Thailand to interview a prostitute from Belarus who claims to have information about collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russians during the 2016 campaign.  This move came after CNN spent several days referring to the woman as a “Russian prostitute”, indicating that the fakest #fakenews outlet doesn’t even know that Belarus is not, in fact, Russia.

The fake journalists at the fakest #fakenews outlet apparently consider this prostitute to be “credible” because she was once photographed with a big Russian muckety-muck who once had a meeting with former Trump campaign adviser Paul Manafort.

The truth, of course, is that CNN will resort to literally anything in order to keep its Trump/Russia “collusion” narrative alive, because that’s the deal the fakest #fakenews outlet has with the Democrat Party.  And if that means interviewing alleged drunks on-air, whining incessantly at the White House press spokesman, or sending fake reporters halfway around the world to interview prostitutes, why, that is what CNN will do.

Just another day in CNN is all fake news all the time America.

That is all.
