The New York Times: All the #FakeNews That Fits

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Warning:  If Everything is Sexist, Nothing is Sexist. – House Democrat Caucus leader Joe Crowley told reporters on Thursday that efforts by Republican congressional candidates to tie their Democrat challengers to House Sepaker San Fran Nan are “sexist.”  Crowley did not offer any explanation as to why Republicans criticizing the obviously incompetent, disgraceful Pelosi is sexist, but Democrat efforts to demonize every Republican woman on the face of the earth is not, and of course none of the fake journalists present would have dared to pose one of their Democrat heroes a followup question asking for more information.

But the reason behind Crowley’s statement is obvious:   Democrats know that their doddering Majority Leader is their biggest handicap in the mid-term elections.  They realize that it’s worth several percentage points to every GOP candidate to use images of her and clips from her outrageous statements in their campaign ads, so their plan is to declare Republicans as being sexist for doing so.  It’s just part of the Democrats’ Saul Alinsky-driven playbook.

Somewhere in India, the Pantsuit Princess is berating Huma Abedin for nothing thinking of this racket first. – The UK Daily Mail reports that swamp skunk former FBI Director James Comey is about to embark on a nationwide tour promoting his new book, and he will be holding promotional events to which attendees must fork over $97 per ticket.  I swear I didn’t make that up.  Obviously, there are too many Americans who are really, really hard up for entertainment.  Someone should tell them about Netflix.

Speaking of the Fainting Felon, it turns out that “sprained hand” reported on Thursday was actually a fractured wrist.  The Grasping Grifter injured the wrist when she she slipped in the bathtub in her hotel room in the city of Jodhpur, according to reports.  If you’re interested, here’s a photo of the marble-cased tub, courtesy of the Daily Mail:

The Cackling Crank is obviously not staying at the Holiday Inn Express while on her India tour.  That’s for those “Deplorables” out there in flyover country.

The Washington Post is reporting that President Trump has definitely decided to get rid of National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster, so I guess McMaster will survive after all.  I mean, it’s the WaPo, which has filed almost as many false reports based on confidential “sources” as the New York Times over the last few years related to Trump.

According to the WaPo, former UN Ambassador John Bolton is Trump’s first choice to fill the job, but the Post also rolls out the names of National Security Council member Joseph “Keith” Kellogg and current White House Homeland Security Adviser Tom Bossert as potential replacements.

It’s interesting to note that White House spokesman Sarah Huckabee Sanders denied the WaPo report late Thursday evening via Twitter:

One would hope the President wouldn’t leave his press spokesman hanging out to dry like this, but it wouldn’t be the first time that happened, so we’ll just have to see how the day goes.

And speaking of fake reporting by fake news media outlets… – In case you missed it, Clinton shill Maggie Haberman and some other fake reporter at the New York Times named Michael Schmidt issued a breathless report on Thursday that Special Counsel Robert Mueller has subpoenaed records from the Trump Organization.  Oh, my word!  Dogs and cats living together, mass hysteria!

Folks, the Trump Organization has been responding to and complying with Mueller’s subpoenas for records since last Summer, when such activity was reported by the NYTimes and other fake news outlets.  In fact, yesterday’s story quotes Alan Futerfas, who is a lawyer with the Trump Organization, as saying the following:   “Since July 2017, we have advised the public that the Trump Organization is fully cooperative with all investigations, including the special counsel, and is responding to their requests. This is old news and our assistance and cooperation with the various investigations remains the same today.”

This is not just “old news,”, is not news at all.  What it is is an effort by the Times – and the unidentified criminal leakers in the Mueller team – to keep the Trump/Russia collusion fantasy on the front page of its fake newspaper.  In fact, Haberman and Schmidt can’t even attribute this story directly to those leakers – their attribution instead is to “two people briefed on the matter,” which could be a couple of guys who, over drinks with one of the Mueller flunkies at the Old Ebbitt Grill, heard the flunkie say “yeah, we tossed out another subpoena to the Trump Organization yesterday.”  Seriously, it could mean almost anything.

Haberman/Schmidt’s big “hook” in their fake story is this passage:   “The Trump Organization has said that it never had real estate holdings in Russia, but witnesses recently interviewed by Mr. Mueller have been asked about a possible real estate deal in Moscow.”   So, because some witnesses have been “asked” by Mueller’s Clinton/Obama-shill lawyers about a “possible real estate deal in Moscow,” Haberman/Schmidt want the reader to think this is somehow evidence of Trump “collusion” with Russia.

Note what that passage does not say:  It does not say that even a single witness has confirmed any Trump real estate deal in Moscow, or how, even if such a deal did take place years ago, that would in any way lead to a joint effort between the Trump Campaign and Vladimir Putin to influence the outcome of the 2016 election.

The Haberman/Schmidt story is the very definition of FAKE NEWS.  It is nothing more than an attempt to dress up old news as new news in order to try to influence public opinion against the current President of the United States.  It’s a disgrace to journalism, but then, it is the New York Times, so that pretty much goes without saying these days.

Just another day in Fake News America.

That is all.

Democrats’ Fading “Rising Star” and NBC’s Sleepy Chuck Todd

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

Tired of all this Winning yet? – Hey, I’m old enough to remember last week, when every fake journalist in Texas and America was telling us that Texas senate candidate Robert “Beto” O’Rourke, an Irish guy who represents a largely-Hispanic congressional district (thus the ‘nickname’), was the Democrat Party’s “rising star” who was going to whip Ted Cruz in the general election this coming November.  Yeah, that was just another bit of fake news fed to all the fake reporters by the Democrats, who are desperate to pretend they have momentum and are about to have a “blue wave” election this Fall.

Even the increasingly disgusting leftwingers who infest the increasingly fake-newsy The Hill these days are facing up to reality now, with a new narrative on Irish Beto titled “O’Rourke faces uphill battle against Cruz after lackluster primary win”.  This comes after Irish Beto only managed to pull 62% of the vote against a couple of other Democrats with zero name recognition in the primary last week, receiving fewer than half the number of votes Cruz received in the GOP primary.  Clearly, the articulate and good looking Irish Beto is going to have to do more than be articulate and good-looking to appeal to Texas voters outside of Austin.

But don’t blame Irish Beto – this pattern of big “we’re gonna turn Texas blue!” buildup followed by a huge crash and burn at the ballot box is becoming an every-four-year tradition for the Democrats and their fake news media toadies in Texas.  Who could ever forget the gigantic buildup Texas and national media outlets gave to Wendy Davis, who thought she could ride a pro-abortion-until-birth-and-maybe-even-after-birth filibuster in the Texas Senate all the way to the governor’s office in 2014?

In that campaign, Barack Obama sent his Organizing for America clowns down to Austin to assist with the Davis effort, the web-based Texas Tribune became basically the Davis for Governor pep squad, and the New York Times treated its Upper East Side subscriber base to breathless weekly updates on its front page about the coming Reign of Wendy.  On election day, reality came home to roost, as Davis pulled in 38% of the vote against Republican Greg Abbott.

With the Texas Democrat Party probably stuck with a lackluster Dallas County sheriff as its candidate for the governor’s office (Sheriff Guadalupe Valdez, who will face some guy named Andrew White in a runoff for the nomination) Irish Beto has now become the Great Democrat/media Hope for 2018.  The truth is that his chances to defeat Senator Cruz were never any better than virtually non-existent, and all the fawning attention the NYTimes and Texas Tribune can muster on his behalf won’t change that.  Thus, Mr. O’Rourke is destined to become just the latest Great Democrat Disappointment in November, and join Ms. Davis as just another former Democrat “rising star” who has no future in politics.

Because this is Texas, not New York or California, and that is how this stuff works here.

God Bless Texas.

Meanwhile, all those NYTimes-reading Upper East Siders were tut-tutting and clicking their tongues in snobbish horror Saturday night as President Donald Trump delivered one of his classic ad lib stem-winders to a huge crowd in Pittsburgh.  Trump, fresh off a week of #Winning as only Trump can do, was pumped up and in rare form, as he went after his tormentors in the fake news media and the Democrat Party.  Here are some of the highlights:

Speaking of NBC fake journalist Chuck Todd:  The President first referred to Todd as “Sleepy Eyes Chuck Todd,” then followed with “He’s a sleepy son of a bitch, I’ll tell you.”  Wine glasses crashed to floors at dinner parties all around Central Park at that one.  The NYTimes tried to reach Todd for comment, but he was napping.

On CNN:  “…fake as hell CNN.  So fake.  The worst.”  Correct.

On the fact that his candidacy and presidency have been a boon for ratings at the cable TV networks, except for CNN:  “Could you imagine covering Bernie? Or Pocahontas?  How about that? Can you imagine having to cover Elizabeth Warren for four years?”  No.  We can’t.

On Mad Maxine Waters:  [She’s a] “low-IQ individual.”  He repeated this 100% true statement several times, just to irritate everyone in coastal California even more.

On Oprah Winfrey possibly running against him in 2020:  “I’d love Oprah to win, I’d beat Oprah. I know her weakness,” he said. “Wouldn’t we love to run against Oprah? I’d love it. That would be a painful experience for her.”  Again, all true, so delightfully true.

It was epic, all over the place, completely un-presidential, stream-of-consciousness Trump at his  best – or worst, if you live in the regional Democrat Party centers of New York, Hollywood or Chicago.

He should do this more often.

Just another day in the Democrats have no clue what to do about all of this America.

That is all.

The Media Narrative Is Dead! Long Live The New Narrative!

Today’s Campaign Update

(Because The Campaign Never Ends)

  • Just because Russia Collusion is dead doesn’t mean you’re not still being brainwashed. – So, the whole Russia Collusion fantasy play has cratered.  No one was buying it, investigations by half a dozen congressional committees and a special counsel haven’t been able to come up with any real evidence for it, and the public didn’t care.  Thus, as soon as Imran Awan, the Pakistani “IT expert” who was paid millions of dollars by dozens of congressional Democrats over a decade to perform duties they cannot explain, was arrested while trying to flee the country, the fake news media and their Democrat clients dropped Russia Collusion like a hot potato and staged a riot in Charlottesville – a riot we now know was organized on both sides by Barack Obama disciples – so the narrative could shift to ‘President Trump’s a racist!!!!!!’
  • That narrative has lasted for all of two weeks, but now that it has become obvious that the vast majority of Americans are opposed to the media/Democrat tactic of trying to tie statues of confederate leaders who fought a war 152 years ago to the racial views of the current President, the media/Democrat axis of sedition are moving the narrative again.
  • The new narrative that you are being brainwashed to believe is what we’ll call the 25th Amendment narrative.  That narrative will attempt to convince a critical mass of Americans that President Trump is crazy – “unhinged” was the favorite term used by pretty much every TV talking head outside of Fox News on Tuesday – and thus, must be removed from office and replaced by Vice President Mike Pence under the terms of the 25th Amendment to the Constitution.
  • Thus it was that on Tuesday, after the President had made a nationally televised speech on Afghanistan that scored incredibly well in snap polls and focus groups, the fake editors and reporters at the NYTimes trotted out a story filled with unsourced quotes from anonymous “sources” who claim that Mitch McConnell is now whispering to confidants that President Trump must be impeached.
  • And thus it was that, following the President’s bombastic rally speech in Phoenix – related to which it was clear that the only “unhinged” participants were the leftist protesters who were paid to be there by Democrat-supported organizers – both CNN and MSNBC followed with panels filled with leftist talking heads who chanted “unhinged” at every opportunity.  CNN even went so far as to trot out serial perjurer and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper to sagely pronounce the President “unfit to hold the office.”  Hey, at least he didn’t say “unhinged” – a little variety in wording is a good tactic for trying to fool viewers that you aren’t just sitting there parroting DNC talking points.
  • So this is the new focus, and it will become ubiquitous for awhile, until the fake media/Democrats figure out that isn’t going to work, either.  Then they’ll move onto some other narrative, and will keep doing so until a) Donald Trump has served out his two full terms in office, or b) they succeed in creating a second U.S. Civil War, which of course is their goal.
  • Nothing says “unhinged” like denying work to an Asian guy because his name is Robert Lee. – Yes, that just happened.  The leftist nitwits who, like a colony of termites have infested ESPN over the past decade, actually did announce that they were denying Mr. Lee his gig as play-by-play announcer for the University of Virginia’s season opening football game because his name is the same as the Confederate general, Robert E. Lee.  ESPN’s leadership made that announcement proudly, obviously in  the belief that they are just the bestest people in the world for being so “sensitive” and for not wanting to trigger all the snowflake students at UVA, who, after all, might well otherwise think that their football game was being called by a 200 year-old leader of the South.  Breathtaking.
  • But it gets even better. – A Catholic priest in Arlington, Virginia has been suspended from his job after it was revealed that he was a member of the Ku Klux Klan in the 1980s.  My goodness.  Obviously, this priest is not a Democrat, because if he were, he’d be lionized by the Clintons and Obamas and the CNNs and the NYTimes as a hero, as former Grand Kleagle of the Ku Klux Klan Robert Byrd was during his 40 years in the United States Senate.

Just another day in constantly shifting narrative America.

That is all.

Today’s Campaign Update (Because The Campaign Never Ends) – 4.20.2017

  • She hasn’t heard that thing about glass houses.:  GOP Senator Joni Ernst told an audience on Wednesday that President Trump’s frequent trips to his Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida bother not only her, but other members of the Republican caucus.  “I do wish he would spend more time in Washington, D.C.  That’s what we have the White House for.”  It should be noted that Sen. Ernst said this as she and her fellow members of the do-nothing congress are in the midst of the least-deserved 2-week vacation in American history, and also in the midst of a month in which congress is only in session for 8 days.  But hey, they’re working 12 days in May, so that makes it all better.  One would think that, as a colonel in the U.S. Army, Ms. Ernst would possess a keener sense of self-awareness.
  • The other 11% was Fox News.:  The Media Research Center published a report showing that 89% of the fake news media coverage of President Trump thus far has been negative in nature.  Frankly, I’m surprised it is that low.
  • Speaking of media coverage, you won’t be getting it from Bill O’Reilly anymore.  Mr. O’Reilly was jettisoned by Fox News on Wednesday due to an array of sexual harassment allegations against him.  Mr. O’Reilly denies the charges, and claims that he has chosen to pay out more than $13 million in settlements of similar claims in the past simply to buy peace.  Whatever.  If he is innocent, then shame on Fox News.  If he’s guilty then shame on him, and good riddance.  And for the rest of us, men and women alike, if you still haven’t figured in the year 2017 that that kind of boorish behavior has no place in your work place, then you need to be gone as well.  It really is that simple.
  • She should be placed on the Endangered Species List.:  Noted feminist writer Camile Paglia, one of the few honest left-wing leaders in the world today, told an audience at a NYTimes-sponsored panel discussion that President Trump is on his way to being re-elected already, and that “the Democrats have overplayed their hand.”  Interestingly, she repeatedly referred to the Democrat Party and the fake news media as a single, unified entity in her remarks, which are linked here.  Like I said, she’s honest.
  • They just can’t help themselves.  Faking the news is in their genes.:  Speaking of the fake NYTimes, its fake editors chose to fake up a photo comparison between the New England Patriots’ attendance at a 2015 celebratory meeting with then-President Obama and yesterday’s attendance by the team and staff with President Trump.  They did this only because 2017 photo appeared to show much smaller attendance.  But the Patriot organization itself corrected the error, tweeting that “These photos lack context. Facts: In 2015, over 40 football staff were on the stairs. In 2017, they were seated on the South Lawn.”  Those seated on the South Lawn do not show up in the 2017 photo.  #Fakenews, defined, by the fake newspaper of record.
  • If you like your #fakenews early, tune in to CBS.:  But the NY Times is far, far from the only reliable source of unreliable, fake news.  Heat Street reveals that CBS Morning News fake host Gayle King, who gave Barack Obama a stream of softball interviews over the last 8 years, has spent recent days vacationing with the Obamas in French Polynesia.  FYI, it will be a cold day in hell when Gayle King is caught vacationing with anyone named Trump.

Just another day in Fake News Media America.

That is all.

Today’s Campaign Update (Because The Campaign Never Ends) – 3.13.2017

  • That moment when one fake news outlet attacks another fake news outlet, as reported by yet another fake news outlet.  This is getting extremely fake-complicated.:  Dean Baquet, the fake editor of the fakest fakety fakey fake Newspaper of Record, the New York Times, got all sassy regarding the fake news competition yesterday.  He told an interviewer with another fake news outlet – The Hill – that the new slogan adopted by the Washington Post, “Democracy Dies in the Dark”, “sounds like the next Batman movie.”  Oooooh, burn!
  • Hey, could we just scrap that whole college degree requirement while we’re at it?:  The Associated Press reports that New York teachers’ unions are demanding that the state scrap a basic literacy test that is given to prospective public school teachers.  The test is similar to tests that these teachers would be giving to their students.  The reason they want to do away with the test is so predictably pathetic it would make a normal person (i.e., not a Democrat politician or fake news media employee) cry:  too many prospective teachers are failing the test.  No one could have ever seen that one coming.
  • The Senator From The News Media’s blood sugar was low again on Sunday.:  Arizona Senator John McCain continued his campaign to maximize this appearances on MSNBC and CNN, telling an interviewer on Sunday that he is demanding President Trump prove his claim that Trump Tower was wiretapped by the Obama Administration.  “The president has one of two choices, either retract, or to provide the information that the American people deserve,” McCain said.  That single sentence will net the cranky Senator two eight-minute segments with Chris Matthews on MSNBC’s “Hardball”.  No word if CNN is considering simply making McCain the host of a nightly hour-long program in its failing prime-time lineup, but it should be.
  • Just one more thing for the Senator from the news media to get cranky about.:  The Washington Post reports that the budget submitted to congress later this month by President Trump (I never get tired of typing those words) will contain “historic cuts” in the federal work force.  Of course, the fake news reporters who wrote the story fail to mention the fact the historic increases in the federal work force created during eight years of Barack Obama.  In any event, we can expect to see hundreds of fake sob stories from the fake media as it mounts a coordinated campaign with the Democrats to make sure that each and every federal worker keeps his or her job in the coming weeks.  Because acting as the propaganda wing of the Democratic Party is what the fake news media does.

Just another day in fake news media America.

That is all.
