The Week In Review: All This Winning Never Gets Old

Here is where the never-ending campaign stands two days before Christmas, 2017:

  • New home sales shot up by 17.5% in November, the largest month-over-month gain in 25 years.  Homebuyers didn’t get that Democrat/media-pushed message that the Trump tax cuts were going to kill everyone.
  • The manufacturing growth index kept by the Philadelphia Branch of the Federal Reserve rose 4% in November.  All the “experts” had projected a 1% drop. Manufacturers also failed to get the Democrat/media fake message.  So much for experts.
  • After doing a 25 minute press availability following the signing of his tax bill, President Trump then boarded his helicopter to head out for a Christmas vacation in Florida.  In doing so, he technically skipped the “traditional” year-end press conference.  CNN’s Jim Acosta wet his baby diapers all over Twitter about that, which has also become something of a tradition.  Of course, neither Acosta nor any other member of the Whiny White House press corps ever whined when Barack Obama also skipped this year-end fake “tradition.”  Shocking, I know.
  • Univision Anchorman Jorge Ramos says he is “having the worst time of my life” in the first year of the Trump Administration.  Um, is that a problem?
  • Las Vegas-based Special Agent Aaron Rouse brought even more disgrace on the FBI than it has already suffered the last few months – something no one had thought was even possible at this point – by announcing his agency would not release its findings on September’s Las Vegas massacre until at least a year had passed after the event.  Agent Rouse called that standard operating procedure for his agency.  Most real Americans think of it more as incompetence and outright mendacity.
  • The fake news media refuses to report it, but ISIS has almost been wiped from the face of the earth, thanks to the Trump Administration military engagement policies.  Just another anti-American legacy of Barack Obama being swept away.
  • UN Ambassador Nikki Haley performed a righteous slap-down of the UN General Assembly on Thursday, as reported in yesterday’s Campaign Update.  One result of her tough message to that collection of miscreants, perverts, grifters and thieves came later in the day, as the UN Security Council, including traditional holdouts Russia and China, unanimously approved a set of new sanctions on North Korea.  Leadership matters.
  • The Deep State Cabal within the DOJ/FBI continues to be marginalized and publicly exposed.  This week included two congressional committees exposing FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe during intense questioning.  It also included the reassignment of FBI General Counsel James Baker after it was revealed he has personal ties to ex-Mother Jones Editor David Corn, who was the first fake reporter to publicly use the fake Trump Dossier.
  • Hey!  Somebody even woke up our sleepy Attorney General, Jeff Sessions!  Late in the week, Sessions ordered not one, but two major new DOJ reviews:  1) A review of the Obama DOJ’s fake “investigation” into the Uranium One scandal, and 2) A preliminary review of allegations that high officials in the Obama Administration prevented prosecution of Hezbollah terrorists running drugs into the United States in order to prop up the horrific deal they wanted to make with Iran.  Both reviews are being conducted with an eye towards the possible appointment of a special counsel to fully investigate.
  • And of course, congressional Republicans finally, at long last kept a major promise to the American people, passing a bill that implements the first major reform of the U.S. personal and corporate income tax systems in 30 years.  In immediate reaction, dozens of major U.S. corporations announced the awarding of special bonuses to tens of thousands of workers, and other major new investments in the U.S. economy thanks directly to their new, lower tax rate.
  • Also in direct response, a bunch of NeverTrump losers whined about so many congressional Republicans suddenly figuring out that it’s a good idea to jump onto the Trump Train while they still can.

That, friends, is winning.  So, so, soooooooooooooo much winning!

Just another day in All This Winning Never Gets Old America.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

That is all.

Dear UN: Nikki Haley Does Not Issue Empty Threats

  • So, the PapaJohn’s guy, John Schnatter, has been dumped. – Ok, well, that’s an over-statement, but if you listened to the initial reports on the matter from the fake news media, that’s what you would believe.  Further, you’d believe Mr. Schnatter had been fired by the company he founded because he spoke out against the NFL’s failure to control its players.  What in fact happened was what happens at many, many companies when a CEO reaches a certain age – he is just stepping out of the very active role of CEO, but will remain as the company’s Chairman of the Board.  Horrors.
  • As the motley collection of grifters, miscreants, perverts and thieves that make up the membership of the UN Assembly prepared to take a meaningless vote (because that’s what the UN General Assembly does) condemning the recent announcement by President Donald Trump that the U.S. would be moving its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem, totally badass U.S. Ambassador Nikki Haley appeared to take it all personally.  After correctly noting that the U.S. pays a disproportionate share of the costs incurred by the worthless international organization, she noted that the members of the UN should not expect the U.S. to continue its historic habit of “paying for the privilege of being disrespected.   We have an obligation to demand more for our investment. And if our investment fails, we have an obligation to spend our investment in more productive ways.”
  • Haley also noted that she and President Trump would be paying very close attention to which nations chose to vote in favor of this cowardly resolution, and implied there would be consequences for doing so.  “The United States will remember this day in which it was singled out for attack in the General Assembly for the very act of exercising our right as a sovereign nation,” she said. “We will remember it when we are called upon to once again make the world’s largest contribution to the United Nations. And we will remember when so many countries come calling on us, as they so often do, to pay even more and to use our influence for their benefit.”
  • Despite Haley’s warning, the final vote on the resolution was 128 for, 9 opposed, and 56 other countries either abstaining or choosing to be absent when the vote took place.  This outcome was actually a severe disappointment to the terrorists who represent Palestine at the UN, because in years past, most if not all of those 56 countries would have most likely voted in favor.  So Haley’s warning had a definite impact.
  • Over the past 29 years, whenever any U.S. ambassador to the UN used tough talk to lecture that body’s membership over some similar show of disrespect, other countries could just dismiss it all out of hand, assuming it was just another meaningless threat that would see no follow-through from the U.S. government.  That was a safe assumption, given that that always turned out to be the case.
  • But, as Haley noted yesterday, that assumption is no longer safe to make.  Donald Trump is a different kind of U.S. president – surely, even the most daft nitwit among the general assembly’s membership has figured that out by now – one who actually listens to what his supporters think and cares about keeping his promises to them.
  • Just as importantly, Nikki Haley is a different kind of U.S. Ambassador to the UN.  More than any other since the great Jeanne Kirkpatrick spoke for Ronald Reagan 30 years ago, Haley speaks directly for President Trump.  She does not utter platitudes and sophistries meant to appease the global community, which has been our country’s habit since 1989, nor is she in the habit of issuing meaningless threats.
  • Donald Trump looks at relationships with these other countries in the same way he looked at relationships with contractors in the business world.  True to his counter-punching nature, whenever a contractor treated him badly in a deal, there was a heavy price to be paid the next time they came looking for his business.
  • By the same token, you can bet that the next time any of those 128 countries comes to the U.S. looking for additional aid, there will be a heavy price to be paid for yesterday’s vote.  And when it comes time for dues to be renewed with the UN, we will likely see a very intense renegotiation over what the United States is willing to pay “for the privilege of being disrespected” any further.
  • Nikki Haley didn’t make those statements yesterday for no reason.  Bet on it.

Just another day in This is What Leadership Looks Like America.

That is all.

Republicans Should Make The Democrats’ Insane Tax Bill Rhetoric Come Back To Haunt Them

  • FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe actually showed up for his scheduled testimony before the House Intelligence Committee Tuesday, against all odds.  He was questioned for 8 hours by committee members, and in what has to rank as one of the great upsets in U.S. political history, none of that testimony has been leaked to CNN, the NYTimes or the WaPo as of this writing.  That likely either means that California Rep. Adam “Bugeyes” Schiff either did not attend the hearing, or that Agent McCabe’s testimony was decidedly unfavorable to the Democrats.
  • Never forget that this is what the Democrat Party wants to create in your town – The French newspaper LeMond reported over the weekend that the mayors of 7 major cities in that country sent a letter to French President Macron begging him to step in to stop the flow of new immigrants into the country.  The mayors said that they are “backed up against a wall” by the flood of “several thousand” new refugees per month, which the mayors say is causing a social emergency. Man, no one could have seen that coming, right?  Oh, wait…
  • The certifiable lunatic Rosie O’Donnell went onto her Twitter account to offer outright bribes of $2 million each to Republican Senators Susan Collins and Jeff Flake if they would cast “no” votes on the GOP tax bill Tuesday night.  Unless someone can show why an offer of a bribe to a politician via Twitter is substantively different than doing so face to face, it is hard to understand how Rosie would survive this day without being hand-cuffed and perp-walked to the nearest holding facility for booking.
  • Speaking of Susan Collins, the fakest of all the fake Republicans in the U.S. Senate went off on reporters on Tuesday for what she described as their “unbelievably sexist” coverage of her posturing on the tax bill.  “They’ve ignored everything that I’ve gotten, and there have been stories after stories about how I’ve been duped,” she said. “How are you duped when all of your amendments get accepted? And when the majority leader — and I confirmed it again today with him — will be offering the two insurance bills that I care about as well as the provision waiving the automatic cut in Medicare that could be triggered by this bill?”
  • Collins went on to say that “It’s been extremely discouraging to see the press coverage on this given the significant impact that I’ve had on this bill.”  So, after 20 years in the Senate, it appears that Sen. Collins still hasn’t figured out that the collection of Democrats with press passes that make up the Capitol Hill press corps will always treat her with a double standard for the simple fact that she is a Republican.  That’s how it has always been, and is how it will always remain.  There is no mystery here at all, so why be outraged?
  • And speaking of outrage, well, there was the surreal hyperbolic wailing that went on among the Democrats on the floor of the House and in the well of the Senate as the tax bill came up for a vote on Tuesday.  San Fran Nan called it “the worst bill in American history,” and the Democrat rhetoric went downhill from there, with various members going to their Thesaurus to pull out words like “sham”, “scam”, “theft”, “robbery”, “atrocity”, “criminal”, even a “crime against humanity.”  It was all really sort of breathtaking to watch.
  • Think about it:  This is the rhetoric that Democrats use to describe a bill that will let literally every working person in America keep more of his or her hard-earned money, rather than sending to the government so it can be largely pissed away.  Hopefully, some enterprising young GOP campaign professionals are archiving all those intemperate statements made by the Democrats yesterday, preserving them for use in Republican ads for the 2018 mid-terms.
  • House Minority Whip Stenny Hoyer, after slamming the bill on the House floor, then had the nerve to appear on Fox News and tell Bret Baier that “We’re in favor of ‘responsible’ tax cuts.”  That word ‘responsible’, in Democrat lingo, means ‘tax cuts that aren’t really cuts’, i.e., tax cuts that give money to one class of people (likely Democrat voters) while taking money from another class of people (likely Republican voters).
  • Which is no surprise given that the Democrat Party’s entire operational model for the last century has been based on never-ending efforts to divide America along class lines.  From creating the Ku Klux Klan to Roosevelt’s New Deal to Johnson’s Great Society to Obama’s Reinventing America, every major act taken by the Democrat Party for 100 years has been designed to foment class hatred and envy.
  • Yesterday’s insane reaction to a bill that lowers tax rates for literally every taxpayer and will allow every working American to keep more of their own money is no surprise from the Democrats – it’s simply the latest manifestation of the Party’s sole reason for existence.  That is a reality that all thinking Americans should never, ever forget.

Just another day in Democrat Perpetual Outrage America.

That is all.

Today’s The Day The Trump Tax Cuts Save The GOP Congress, If Only Congress Will Let Them

  • Hey, have you ever wondered whatever happened to that lovely, delightful Jill Stein?  You remember her, don’t you?  That “Green” Party candidate who received some rounding error-level number of votes in last year’s presidential election, and then held the country hostage for a month while demanding recounts in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin?  Oh, yeah, THAT Jill Stein? Isn’t she a pistol?
  • Well, it turns out she is alive and sort of well, but not completely well, because the Washington Post is reporting today that she is now under investigation by the Robert Mueller Witch Hunt, er, coup d’etat, er, Special Counsel operation.  Why?  Well, I don’t really care.  I just love the poetic justice involved here.  You go, Bob.  You’ve finally stumbled across your witch.
  • Speaking of Witch Hunts, a couple dozen protesters who don’t want their taxes cut found themselves hunting around Capitol Hill for Nancy Pelosi Monday afternoon, when the House Minority Leader failed to show up for their sparsely attended event at which they planned to express their righteous outrage at having to give less money to the federal government.  Pelosi had agreed to attend the event when she was told that hundreds of her fellow leftist nitwits were going to show up for it, but when that crowd failed to materialize, well, San Fran Nan flew the coop.  No word whether or not she was riding a broom when she did.
  • Justice Department Lawyer Bruce Ohr, recently demoted when it was revealed that he held regular meetings with the sleazy operatives of the Fusion GPS firm – where his wife was employed – during last year’s presidential campaign, had his scheduled testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee postponed until later this week.  Committee members rescheduled his appearance after they received a new tranche of long-withheld documents from the Justice Department earlier in the day, and they wanted time to review those documents before hearing from Mr. Ohr.
  • Another cog in the DOJ Deep State cabal, Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, is scheduled to testify later today before the House Intelligence Committee, in what is supposed to be a closed-door session.  It will be interesting to see if McCabe turns up, and how long it takes California Democrat Adam Schiff or some other Democrat to leak the substance of the hearing to CNN if he does.
  • Meanwhile, today is Tax Cut Day in the United States Congress.  Yes, friends, the Republican majorities in both houses of congress, who have been making unfulfilled promises to you for eight long years, are finally, at long last, on the verge of actually keeping one of them!  Yay!
  • The clincher for getting this largest tax cut in American history sent to the President’s desk appeared to come late Monday when the fakest fake Republican in the Senate, Maine Senator Susan Collins, announced that she would vote ‘yes’ on the bill.  Once it became clear that Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has the critical mass of needed votes, Senator From the News Media John McCain fled town so he wouldn’t be a part of a resounding success for President Donald Trump (I still never tire of typing those three words).
  • In all seriousness, this is life or death for the Republican Party’s congressional future.  Get it done, and you have a chance to hold your majorities in both houses of congress in the 2018 mid-term elections, maybe even increase your Senate advantage.  Fail, and you have no chance.  Literally no chance at all – 2018 would become an inevitable wave election favoring the Democrats if this vote fails.
  • Because the fake news media has demonized the bill with talking points coordinated with the Democrat Party – its standard procedure in such matters – the bill does not currently poll well.  But wait until February, when the new tax withholding tables go into effect, and literally every working American sees that his or her paycheck has increased dramatically, and those polls will turn right around.
  • Once that happens, you’ll see the same thing start happening to those “generic congressional preference” polls, which lately have shown the Democrats with a 7-10 point advantage.  The economy is already booming, with the New York Fed now projecting 4% economic growth for the 4th quarter.  More and more Americans are going back to work every day now, and if they also see they are taking home more of their hard-earned money thanks to a bill that every Democrat opposed, the complexion for the 2018 mid-terms will turn around on a dime.
  • Today’s vote is one of the most crucial votes in the history of the GOP.  No wonder John McCain wants no part of it, and we aren’t hearing a peep of support from Mitt Romney or George W. Bush.  That tells you all you need to know about the quality of “conservatives” the Republican Party had been nominating for the presidency before Donald Trump came along.

Just another day in Donald Trump’s America.

That is all.

The Media Just Keeps Faking The News And Donald Trump Loves It

  • These continue to be trying times for the NFL.  While most teams continue to announce their games as “sell outs”, thanks mainly to corporate ticket-buying programs, games all over the NFL were played to sparse attendance on Sunday as actual fans choose to stay home in droves.  This week’s Thursday Night Football game between the Denver Broncos and some other team that no one cares about received the worst Thursday game ratings in years.  The player protests of the national anthem go on and on, though their coverage has been muted by the TV networks desperate to move on from the matter, but the damage has been done.  The sub-moron team owners recently chose to extend the contract of Commissioner Roger Goodell, saddling the league with a raging nitwit-in-charge for another five-year term.
  • If you want another reason why many fans have abandoned a league they supported for many years, all you need do is look at what happened at the end of the game between the Steelers and Patriots on Sunday.  After Tom Brady had led his team on one of his 50+ 4th quarter TD drives to apparently put the game away, the Steelers stormed right back down the field in 3 plays, scoring what appeared to be the winning TD on a pass from QB Ben Roethlisberger to TE Jesse James with 28 seconds left.  This was a play that would have counted as a clear and unambiguous touchdown at any other level of football – college, high school, jr. high or Pop Warner – it was a TD anywhere else on earth as soon as the ball crossed over the plane of the goal line with the receiver in firm possession of it.
  • But, because the receiver lost control of the ball when he slammed to the ground in the end zone, the replay officials called the play an incomplete pass.  Roethlisberger threw an interception on the next play, and the game had been literally given to the Patriots by the officials.  This is the same horrible, idiotic rule that was invoked to hand an apparent Dallas Cowboys playoff win in 2014 to the Green Bay Packers instead.  The fact that this lunatic rule is still on the NFL’s books three years later tells you all you need to know about the morons who run this league.
  • The fake editors and fake reporters at CNN will get this story wrong, too. – The UK Guardian reports that Pope Francis “has criticised journalists who dredge up old scandals and sensationalise the news, saying it’s a “very serious sin” that hurts all involved.”  In response, fake reporters all over the fake news media here in the U.S. were assigned by their fake editors to look into the Pope’s background and see what, if any scandals they could dig up.
  • Speaking of faking the news, the national news media and the Democrat Party coordinated all weekend long to push a fake story about President Trump supposedly planning to fire Robert Mueller.  Faced with having to make the GOP’s pending passage of the largest tax cut in American history the lead story of the weekend, the Democrats and fake news outlets did what they do anytime they’re faced with having to cover a positive story about the Trump Administration – they made a fake story up that they could focus on instead.
  • Late on Friday, the Democrats sent obscure California Congresswoman Jackie Speier out on TV to push out the claim that there was a “rumor” going around congress that the President planned to make a nationally televised speech right before Christmas announcing the firing of the Special Counsel.  Once Speier had made that claim – a claim no one else in congress was making, a claim put out into the public space absent the slightest shred of evidence, a claim made despite the consistent, repeated denials from the White House every time the question has been asked since March – it became the lead story on every fake news broadcast, headline news in every fake news paper across the country, and the lead story on every one of the Sunday morning fake news programs.
  • Thus, for an entire weekend, when responsible, real journalists would have been working to inform their readers and viewers about what this new, gigantic reform of the U.S. tax system – the first such major reform in more than three decades – means to them, the fake news media focused instead on coordinating with the Democrat Party to promote a myth.
  • Granted, there are all sorts of great reasons why Robert Mueller deserves to be fired, including 1) his appointment by Rod Rosenstein was illegitimate to begin with, 2) Mueller’s massive personal conflicts of interest related to the case, 3) his stacking of his staff with an array of hyper-partisan hacks, and 4) his resorting to illegal means of obtaining the Trump Transition team’s email records, to name just a few.
  • Despite all those great reasons that would fully justify Mueller’s firing, there has never been the slightest indication that the President had any plans to do so.  As he has been since Day 1 of his presidency, Donald Trump appears perfectly content to let the media fake up all the fake stories it wants to fake, while he and his administration just keep executing radical change for real Americans with little notice.
  • Winning.  So, so, soooo much winning.

Just another weekend in So, So, Soooo Much Winning! America.

That is all.

The Campaign Update Week In Review – Soooo Much Winning!

Here’s where we are in President Donald Trump’s Administration eight days before Christmas…

  • The economy is booming, with the New York branch of the Federal Reserve now estimating it will grow at the pace of 3.98% in the fourth quarter.  That would represent our third straight quarter above 3% economic growth, a feat not achieved in over a decade.
  • Unemployment is nearing a record low, asThirteen states this year have seen their unemployment rates drop to the lowest levels ever recorded since the federal government began keeping track of state-level data more than four decades ago.”
  • Regulations are vanishing at an amazing pace –  When he came into office in January, one of the first things President Trump did was issue an executive order mandating that, for every new regulation his agencies propose, they must eliminate at least two existing regulations.  The Trump Administration announced that it has in fact eliminated a staggering 22 existing regulations for each new proposal.  This rapid elimination of the Obama regulatory agenda is probably the main reason why the economy is booming today.
  • Obama holdovers are also vanishing at a rapid pace More than 700 employees have now left the EPA since President Trump took office.  Of course, as a friend pointed out Twitter, most of them will just go back to the radical leftwing anti-development groups they came from and continuing being a burden to society, but at least taxpayers won’t have to pay their ridiculous salaries anymore.
  • Meanwhile, at the Department of the Interior (DOI), Secretary Ryan Zinke announced this week that he had fired 4 senior DOI employees for charges of sexual harassmenet, and  said “I will remove 400 more if necessary.”  Cool.  Get after it, Mr. Secretary.
  • The Dow Jones Industrials closed at a record high on Friday, marking the 69th time that has happened since Donald Trump won the election over the Pantsuit Princes last November.  That is not a coincidence, either.
  • The largest tax cut in American history is on the verge of being passed – As mentioned in yesterday’s Campaign Update, the announcements by GOP Senators Marco Rubio and Bob Corker that they will support the bill would give Mitch McConnell the 51 votes he needs on Tuesday to send the bill to the President’s desk.
  • CNN, the king of the fake news universe, continues to suck wind behind Fox News and MSNBC in the cable news race.
  • The Federal Communications Commission rescinded the Obama Administration’s absurdly mis-named “Net Neutrality” rules.  These rules actually were designed to give favorable treatment to Obama-preferred Internet behemoths like Facebook, YouTube and Twitter, in that presidency’s fervent efforts to have the government picking winners and losers in every industry.  No more.
  • #MeToo meets “Hardball” – fake MSNBC host Chris Matthews found himself the latest NBC celebrity to be embroiled in the never-ending sexual abuse scandal on Saturday, when it was revealed that the network had paid out $40,000 to an accuser in 1999 and formally reprimanded him for his behavior.  Of course, like congress, the Peacock Network – which obviously has had a whole bunch of peacocks in rut running around its halls for many years – kept it all a secret until it had no choice.  With Matt Lauer, Mark Halperin and now Matthews all outed, The Campaign Update just can’t wait to find out what NBC has been keeping secret about its other hosts.
  • The Mueller-led attempted coup d’etat continues to unravel, and leftwingers are getting so desperate that they are now resorting to sending California Congresswoman Jackie Speer out to push fake “rumors” that the President is planning to fire Mueller before Christmas.   Hilariously, 70 year-old commie producer Rob Reiner and 80+ year-old washed up actor George Takkei both threatened to “take to the streets” should Trump fire the Witch-Hunter-in-Chief.  Now, that would be fun to watch.

Sadly, that won’t be happening, because Mueller won’t be going anywhere, at least not until the DOJ Inspector General issues his final report on wrongdoing within the DOJ and FBI in January.  Then, all bets will be off.

Just another week in Soooo Much Winning! America.

That is all.

The Mueller Coup d’etat Unwinds a Little More

  • Heck, I didn’t know he’d gone anywhere. – The UK Metro is reporting this morning that the “comeback album” for white rapper Eminem – the natural inheritor of the proud legacy of the great Vanilla Ice (ok, I’m JK) – is not being well-received by what I have no doubt is his legion of fans.  The British writer says that the collection of what I guess are ‘songs’ is getting “quite a whammy of negative comments.”  And that just breaks my heart.  Can you tell?
  • I had no idea you could take the over/under bet on whether or not we go to war. – Senator Lindsey Graham is apparently angling for a future career as a Las Vegas bookmaker.  “I would say there’s a three in 10 chance we use the military option,” Graham predicted in an interview with a fake reporter at The Atlantic. If the North Koreans conduct an additional test of a nuclear bomb—their seventh—“I would say 70 percent.”  So, if any of you are out in Vegas this weekend, put $100 down for me on the under.  I’ll pay you back.  No, really, seriously, I’m good for it.
  • Is there an over/under on the Mueller Investigation ever finding any evidence of actual “collusion”? – The slow-rolling coup d’etat led by Robert Mueller continued its unraveling on Thursday, as Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Ron Johnson (R-WI) released documents showing that the statement given by former FBI Director James Comey in July 2016, which “exonerated” Princess Pantsuit of wrongdoing in her blatantly illegal emailing activities was heavily edited.  More to the point, it was heavily edited and watered down during early May, two full months before Comey had even bothered to interview the Coughing Crook or about a dozen other key witnesses in the case.
  • The original text of the memo, written by Comey himself, states several times that the Fainting Felon was guilty of “gross negligence” in her handling of classified emails.  That’s important because, in the federal statutes, “gross negligence” in handling classified information happens to be a crime.  But the edits watered that charge down to “extreme carelessness”, to which the governing federal statues make no reference.  Voila!, the Cackling Candidate was magically exonerated.
  • The revelation of this editing process within a highly-politicized FBI does deep damage to the already tattered reputation of James Comey, who just happens to be a key witness in the Mueller witch hunt.  After all, the entire basis used by the oily Rod Rosenstein for the appointment of Mueller in the first place was Comey’s illegal leaking of his meeting notes to the New York Times for publication.  If Comey lied to the American people about what he had found during the Clinton investigation and when he found it, and lied to multiple congressional committees during testimony on the same subject matter, why would anyone believe anything else he has to say?  The man is obviously a skunk and a snake, the very worst kind of DC Swamp creature, which I told you all he was back in July 2016.
  • Coming as it does on the heels of so many other revelations this week about various players in the Mueller coup d’etat staff, even some hardcore Democrats are starting to come to the realization that Mueller’s own credibility has been irrevocably damaged.  One such hardcore Democrat is Mark Penn, who served as the head pollster for Bill Clinton, and also worked on Princess Pantsuit’s senate campaign.
  • Appearing on Fox News last night, Penn told host Martha MacCallum that he believes both Mueller and the FBI face a “crisis in public confidence.”  Penn cited a recent poll conducted by Harvard in which 54% of respondents agreed that Mueller himself has conflicts of interest that prevent him from conducting himself fairly, and a whopping 63% believe the FBI is stonewalling congress.  He also noted that this poll was conducted before this week’s flood of new revelations about the horrific behavior of FBI super agent Peter Strzok and various other players on the Mueller coup staff.
  • Folks, our country is in a major crisis.  It is in that crisis because the utterly corrupted leadership at the FBI and various intelligence agencies during the Obama Administration set themselves up as a de facto fourth branch of government, a branch unaccountable to anyone.  The evidence we now have at hand clearly shows that, early in 2016, that fourth branch engaged itself in a focused conspiracy in coordination with the Clinton Campaign and the DNC to try to deny Donald Trump the presidency.  After Trump won the election last November, that conspiracy morphed into a focused  effort to undermine him and to ultimately remove him from office.
  • The Harvard poll cited by Mr. Penn shows that, despite the best efforts of the fake news media to avoid reporting these realities, a clear majority of Americans have begun to figure this all out.  This is a big problem for Mr. Rosenstein and Mr. Mueller, because the flood of revelations isn’t going to slow down anytime soon,  and they really haven’t left themselves any easy way to end the conspiracy they’ve been leading without their own culpability being fully revealed.
  • The next few months are going to be a very interesting and perilous time for our country.  Better buckle up.

Just another day in the Coup keeps unwinding America.

That is all.

The Road Goes On Forever And The Fake News Never Ends

  • The road goes on forever, and the fake news never ends (with apologies to the great Robert Earl Keen) – After 10,000 texts between FBI Agent Peter Strzok  and his lover, Justice Dept. lawyer Lisa Page, were made public, the three national broadcast networks very predictably disgraced themselves with their fake coverage of the matter.  But then, it would have been actual news had they behaved otherwise, and these networks are not in the business of making or covering real news anymore.
  • None of the networks mentioned the two federal employees were engaged in an extra-marital affair, and none mentioned the most disturbing message of all, the one Strzok sent to Page reading, “I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office – that there’s no way he [Trump]  gets elected – but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk. It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40…”
  • Wait, what?  The “Andy” to whom they’re referring is obviously FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, but what is this “insurance policy” the two apparently discussed with McCabe, a policy that would presumably undermine Trump should he ultimately win the election?  No one at any of the three networks had the curiosity to ask, much less report on that key question.
  • Nor did any of the networks cover the later exchange that begins with Page texting, “maybe you’re meant to stay where you are because you’re meant to protect the country from that menace,” to which Strzok – who apparently thinks he is the FBI’s version of Batman – replies, “I can protect our country at many levels”, presumably referring to whatever secret “insurance policy” had been hatched in the office of Andrew McCabe.
  • All of which probably adds up to the real reason why McCabe suddenly decided to cancel his long-scheduled Tuesday appearance before the House Judiciary Committee at the last minute – he may need time to coordinate with the DNC and the fake media on a set of talking points about this “insurance policy”.
  • But the 20 million or so Americans who for some inexplicable reason still get their “news” from ABC, NBC and CBS all went to bed blissfully unaware of any of this, which, of course, was the networks’ collective goal.
  • Elsewhere, fake host Anderson Cooper and the PR hacks at CNN had to scramble to come up with an explanation for a highly-inflammatory tweet that was sent out from Cooper’s Twitter feed early Wednesday morning.  After President Donald Trump tweeted that “The reason I originally endorsed Luther Strange (and his numbers went up mightily), is that I said Roy Moore will not be able to win the General Election. I was right!”, the Cooper account quickly came back with  “Oh Really? You endorsed him you tool! Pathetic loser.”
  • Cooper then went into panic mode, first tweeting that he  “just woke up to find out someone gained access to my twitter account. i have not sent a tweet in days or replied to any tweets. We are looking into how this happened.”
  • CNN officials, already seeing what little credibility they had remaining – which, let’s face it, wasn’t much – swirling down the Anderson Cooper toilet, later issued an absurd explanation that said that “His assistant inadvertently left his phone unlocked and unattended at the gym early this morning, and someone took his phone and sent the tweet.”  Which of course is ridiculously and hilariously false.
  • Either Cooper sent the tweet or his assistant sent it in a fit of pique.  That’s the only rational scenario that would explain this.  But rather than just admit that, apologize for the incident, and move on, CNN wants you to believe that some random guy at the assistant’s “gym” picked up the phone, somehow realized he could shoot a tweet from Cooper’s Twitter account, paged through the news to figure out what he wanted to tweet about, and then sent that inflammatory tweet, all while the assistant was working out or whatever he was doing at his “gym.”
  • The main thing this proves is that whomever it was at CNN that came up with this cock and bull story has no future whatsoever writing scripts for James Bond movies.

Just another day in the fake news never ends America.

That is all.

That Time Poor Little Jimmy Was Bullied By Mean Ol’ Sarah

  • Alabama GOP Senate Candidate Roy Moore got his head handed to him Tuesday, losing the vote to Democrat Doug Jones by more than 21,000 votes in the final count.  Despite that margin, Moore, as of this writing early Wednesday morning, is still refusing to concede victory, telling his supporters they need to let God sort this all out.  Um, Judge, to the extent God cared about what happened in your election, he’s probably already done all the sorting he’s planning to do.  Show just a little grace here, like your Bible teaches you to do.
  • The editorial board for USA Today has obviously decided it wants its fading platform to join the grand pantheon of fake news organizations.  After President Donald Trump (I never tire of typing those three words) responded to Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand’s call for his resignation with a tweet that says that the Democrat Senator “would come to my office “begging” for campaign contributions not so long ago (and would do anything for them),” the USA ed board responded with an insane op/ed that accused the President of calling the Senator “a whore.”  No, guys, he called her a politician.  Try to keep up here.
  • The President has quite often made that exact same reference to Democrat politicians – mainly New Yorkers like Chuck Schumer – who, when Trump was a private citizen, used to come to his office and beg for money in return for whatever favors Trump wanted them to do for him.  There is really no mystery at all what the President was saying in that tweet, and, as stellar White House Spokesman Sarah Huckabee Sanders told fake reporter April Ryan at Tuesday’s press briefing, only those with their mind in the gutter would take the tweet to be a sexual reference.  Of course, as we have discovered in the past two months with all the revelations about liberals in politics, entertainment and the fake news media being engaged in rampant sexual abuse at the workplace, having their minds in the gutter is apparently where Democrat politicians and fake reporters live 24 hours a day.
  • Never to be outdone, Senator Fauxcahontas Warren weighed in by issuing a statement accusing the President of “slut-shaming” Senator Gillibrand with his tweet.  This led to the fake Indian from Massachusetts being utterly ridiculed in the social media space by Millennials who understand that being “slut-shamed” means the person who is the target has been engaging in slutty behavior, an accusation to which Sen. Gillibrand just might take offense.  Obviously, Senator Heap Big Running Mouth needs to brush up on her urban slang dictionary before wading into controversies such as this in the future.
  • Speaking of Sarah Huckabee Sanders and fake reporters, the fakest White House Reporter of them all, CNN’s Little Jimmy Acosta, hilariously accused Ms. Sanders of being a mean ol’ bully to him on Tuesday.  When the President came out to make a statement to a limited number of White House reporters at what is called a “pool spray” (wonder if April Ryan thinks that’s some sort of sexual reference, too), Little Jimmy claims Sanders came to him beforehand and warned him that his access to future such “sprays” would be limited if, as is his grandstanding habit, he shouted out a question to the President.  Little Jimmy, who has been desperately trying to get a hosting gig on CNN by making a constant ass of himself at the White House, predictably shouted out his question, then bravely tweeted out “Sorry, Sarah – we will not be intimidated.”
  • Now, none of this would be remotely noteworthy were it not for the reality that reporters are very often told that “sprays” such as this are not open to questions, and that, for the past 8 years, whenever the assembled White House press corps was given that instruction by the Obama spokesman, they wagged their tails and panted like the good little lapdogs they were, and then went out and regurgitated whatever Obama had had to say without further comment.  Little Jimmy was maybe the most obedient lapdog among them, though he had plenty of competition.
  • Let’s also remember that, whenever His Royal Oneness Obama did lower himself to take a few questions from Little Jimmy and his gang, the questions asked by these intrepid fake journalists were things like “How ya doin’ today?”, or “What is the very, very best thing about the job you do?”, or “Why are you just so darn wonderful?”
  • After eight years of that on-the-job failure, for Little Jimmy now to lose all sense of proper decorum at the White House or of his place in the world because the people elected a President he personally hates, and whine about being “bullied” is almost too pathetic for words.  But there, I found them.

Just another day in poor Little Jimmy’s being bullied by mean ol’ Sarah America.

That is all.
