It’s Deep State Keystone Cops Time at the CIA

Hey, maybe that new law that makes it legal to poop on the sidewalks has something to do with this. – The good news is that people are packing up and leaving the Marxist enclave of San Francisco in record numbers.  The bad news is that all those Californians are moving to other states and will start messing up the politics there.  Because that’s what transplanted Californians do.  Just ask Colorado.

The Coughing Crook stages her comeback. –  The Pantsuit Princess, after hiding out for most of the month of January, has begun reappearing in public again this month, at least via video, and boy, nothing at all has changed.  On Friday, she treated an audience of Hollywood #MeToo regulars (because of course a bunch of Hollywood nitwits would invite a life-long facilitator of woman abuse to speak at such an event) at something called The Makers’ Conference to one of her signature hacking fits.  Fortunately, she did it via a live video feed from wherever she’s currently hiding out rather than in person, so nobody in the audience got sprayed.  Good times…good times…

The Schiff hits the fan. – After reviewing the Democrat memo sent over by the House Intelligence Committee, the White House, on the advice of the FBI, determined that it was too filled with classified and sensitive information to be released.  That’s because bug-eyed Adam Schiff had intentionally loaded the memo up with this sort of information, knowing the White House would do exactly that so that he and his fellow liars in the Democrat Party and fake news media could spend this entire weekend screaming about bias.  This stupid game has become so predictable and frankly tiresome that it’s hardly worth noting anymore, so let’s move on.

They’re playing Musical Chairs over at DOJ. – Rachel Brand, the #3 person at the Department of Justice, resigned on Friday.  Turns out she’s going to work for Wal Mart.  No, don’t get excited – Wal Mart didn’t just increase its incredibly inadequate staff of check-out workers.  Ms. Brand is going there to become the giant company’s top lawyer, which she described as her “dream job.”  So the lines at check-out won’t be getting any shorter anytime soon.

Unlike all the other firings, resignations and reassignments over the last two months at DOJ and the FBI, this one does appear on the surface to be just a normal-course-of-business case of someone leaving government to make gobs of money.  Stepping into Ms. Brand’s position, at least on an acting basis, is a 37 year-old guy named Jesse Panuccio, who is a real, actual Republican who just came to Washington last year from Florida, and who probably hasn’t been fully absorbed into D.C.’s Deep State borg yet.

It’s Deep State Keystone Cops time at the CIA. – The NYTimes has a report out claiming that some deep state CIA agents paid $100,000 of taxpayer money to a Russian agent in an attempt to obtain dirt on the duly-elected, sitting President of the United States of America last September.  Yes, it’s the NYTimes, so it’s 50/50 the story is a complete work of fiction, but on the off-chance it’s actually true, well, my goodness.

The CIA guys claim they were really after some “cyberweapons” that had been stolen from the National Security Agency (NSA), and that they told this Russian that they just, like, had no, like, interest in, like, that nasty information on Donald Trump.  But well, once they, like, brought the hundred grand in a briefcase – yes, I kid you not, $100,000 in a freaking briefcase like in a bad spy movie – to the guy’s hotel room, well, you know, like, they just couldn’t help, but, like, look the film the guy had that he claimed was Trump in a hotel room with two women.  You know, because, national security or something.

Of course, the film was so grainy that no one could tell who was really in it, and there was no audio, so no way to match the man’s voice to the President, so….ooopsie.  And of course, the Russian took their money but never delivered the NSA cyberweapons in question.  Seriously, it’s like our national intelligence agencies are staffed by thousands of clones of Inspector Clouseau.

If nobody’s head rolls over this little fiasco, then we are well and truly screwed as a country.

Just another day in Deep State Keystone Cops America.

That is all.

Today’s Campaign Update (Because The Campaign Never Ends): 4.2.2017

Some thoughts about the events of the past week:

  • The ongoing demonization of House Intel Committee Chair Devin Nunes by the fake news media and Democrat Party is classic Saul Alinsky tactics (Rule 12:  Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.).  They see someone getting to the heart of a scandal that will ultimately cause great harm to the leftist cause, and so they demonize the messenger.  There is absolutely nothing wrong in any action Nunes has taken in getting accurate, truthful information out regarding the Obama Administration’s blatant surveillance of the Trump campaign and transition team, and the illegal unmasking of General Mike Flynn and several others that resulted from that activity.  Thus, having no way to refute the information Nunes has revealed, the fake media and Democrats focus on the messenger and the process in an effort to convince the public that that is the “real” issue at hand.  It isn’t.
  • Nunes must not resign or be removed from his chairmanship.  If either happens, the fake media/Democrat strategy wins, and it will continued to be deployed against others so long as it is effective.  We can likely trust Nunes to stand firm;  but, can we trust Speaker Paul Ryan to do the same?  That’s a perilous question.
  • On the Senate side, watch Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley and his efforts to get our bi-polar FBI Director, James Comey, to release information regarding a Feb. 28 WaPo story that alleged that the FBI actually was paying the British intelligence agent who concocted the false “dossier” about then-candidate Donald Trump.  Grassley issued a letter demanding information on the matter on March 6, which has been stone-walled by the FBI.  So he issued a second letter this past week.  The Senate hearings on this matter – which if true, should result in the removal of Comey and anyone else who was involved in constructing that false dossier – will be fascinating.  Naturally, the fake news media has held a virtual blackout on reporting on this story.  But they can’t ignore it forever.
  • As well, the Evelyn Farkas matter is key.  She went on record admitting that the Obama Administration did indeed spy on the Trump campaign and transition, and shared classified intelligence far and wide.  Her denial this past week was weak and a transparent effort to do damage control.  If she is not called by the House and Senate Intel Committees to testify under oath, then people should demand to know why.
  • Also, pay attention to this story:  Fox New’s Adam Housley reported on Saturday that he has spoken with multiple sources inside U.S. intelligence agencies who confirm that the Obama spying on Trump began “before Trump was the GOP nominee,” and that “The person who did the unmasking is “very well known, very high up, very senior, in the intelligence world & is not in the FBI.”  John Brennan and James Clapper come immediately to mind as the prime candidates here.

The bottom line is this:  The real story in all of this is that, for the better part of a year, we had a sitting presidential administration spying on the campaign of the other party’s candidate, all while the sitting President was actively out campaigning for his own party’s candidate.  That is an abuse of power so extraordinary and stunning that it makes Richard Nixon look like a 4th grader playing tiddly winks.  If the proof of this is ultimately made fully public, many Obama officials and probably media personalities will go to prison for a long time.

Congressional Democrats and those in the intel community who were involved know that that is the real story, and are continuing to pound on the fantasy “Trump/Russia” collusion nonsense, along with the “process” deflection about Devin Nunes as their means of deflecting media and public attention from the real story.  Naturally, the fake news media goes along with the deflection in keeping with its willing role as the publicity arm of the Democratic Party.

Everything the Democrats and fake news media are doing here is classic Saul Alinsky 101.  If they are able to prevail and prevent the truth from seeing the light of day, our country is well and truly doomed.

That is all.

Today’s Campaign Update (Because The Campaign Never Ends) – 3.9.2017

  • Tired of winning yet?  Part I – The ADP private sector jobs report for February came in at 298,000 new private sector jobs created by the Trump economy in its first full month, the largest jump in years, and fully 100,000 more than “experts” had anticipated.  This is what happens when we elect a President who actually cares whether or not people have jobs.  That hasn’t happened in awhile.
  • Tired of winning yet?  Part II – The San Antonio Express News reports that apprehensions of illegal immigrants along the Southern border slowed by more than 40% in President Trump’s first full month in office, and border detention centers (which the fake news media used to call “holding center” or some other more innocuous term during the Obama years) are now running at less than 20% capacity.  This is what happens when we elect a President who actually cares about enforcing the nation’s immigration laws.  That also hasn’t happened in awhile.  A very long while, in fact.
  • Tired of winning yet?  Part III – Erik Wemple, a fake journalist at the Washington Post, posted a story in which he quotes members of the White House Press Corps whining about the “unsustainable pace” of having to cover President Donald Trump, who works at all hours of the day, gets lots of stuff done every day, and creates controversies or has fake controversies made up about him pretty much every day.  Why, these reporters, who had gotten used to a President whose main strategy for his final 7 years in office was to literally do nothing about anything, are seeing their formerly extremely active social lives suffering as the result of having to actually work for a living!  Amazingly, Mr. Wemple actually thinks that Americans should sympathize with their plight.  This is what happens when we elect a President who actually likes to do his job.  Awesome.
  • Did the CIA sign off on this? – Samsung announced it will be moving some of its manufacturing and jobs currently located in Mexico to the United States.  No word if the CIA has signed off on this move, but given the news this week – thanks to WikiLeaks – that the intel agency has been spying on citizens via the microphones contained in Samsung smart televisions, the move seems to make all sorts of nefarious sense.
  • Oh, my…. – If you think Monday’s release of WikiLeaks’ so-called “Vault 7” trove of documents contained the extent of the CIA misery in this episode, think again.  A spokesman for WikiLeaks announced yesterday that the group has yet to release “99%” of the CIA-related documents currently in its possession.  Y.I.K.E.S!
  • The current state of feminism is…well, it’s a joke. – Yesterday’s “Day without women” strikes attracted very few participants, as most women have better things to do with their time than to go out and try to block traffic and entrances to work places, shouting idiotic slogans all the while.  The star of the show in New York City – where a few hundred turned out to block traffic at Trump Tower – was radical Muslim Linda Sarsour, who was one of the main organizers of the event.  Ms. Sarsour is a fervent advocate of Sharia Law.  Ladies, if you think of yourself as a “feminist”, and you let yourself be led around the streets of New York by an advocate of Sharia Law, you are…well, words kind of fail me.  For once.  It doesn’t happen often.

Just another day in Trump Derangement Syndrome America.

That is all.
