Evening Campaign Update: Devin Nunes Drops A Bomb

In case you missed it, House Intel Committee Chair Devin Nunes all but revealed the fact today that the FISA Abuse Memo states that the FBI did indeed use the fake Trump Dossier – a Dossier the FBI Director at the time, James Comey, testified to congress that he KNEW was fake – to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump Campaign (see the text below).

It continues to be rumored that memo details the fact that Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein also used that fake Dossier – that was paid for by the Clinton Campaign and the DNC – to have that FISA Warrant renewed after the 2016 election so that the FBI could continue to spy on the Trump transition team.

If all of that is true, then Rosenstein will without doubt be removed from his current job – either demoted or fired outright – and people will ultimately go to prison. The removal of Rosenstein could also potentially lead to the firing of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, if it is found that he has also violated the FISA process or other laws.

Remember this: The FISA Abuse Memo was compiled mainly from evidence provided to the House Intel Committee by DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz. Also remember that Horowitz has been conducting his own investigation of all of the FBI/DOJ Deep State Cabal wrongdoings for more than a year now, and that his draft report is going through the final approval process within DOJ.

It is highly, highly likely that Nunes and his people have vetted the content of their memo with Horowitz and his staff to ensure the findings laid out in that memo are consistent with the findings laid out in Horowitz’s own report.

The fake news media will downplay the FISA Abuse Memo as a “partisan” document. But they won’t be able to do that with the report from Horowitz, who is an appointee to his current job by Barack Hussein Obama.

Big, big, big stuff coming, folks. Buckle up.

That is all.

There is another very interesting event that happens in two days. Mueller and his prosecutors have a status report they have to make to Judge Emmet Sullivan in the sentencing phase for Gen Mike Miller showing that they have complied with the Brady rule. If the wiretap Mueller used to trip up Flynn in his lying to the FBI case was fraudulently obtained with bogus information then Mueller was and is bound to disclose that to both Flynn’s lawyers and to the court. As we all know the fruit of the poisoned tree cannot be used to convict someone. Judge Sullivan is the one who threw out the Ted Stevens conviction under the Brady rule because prosecutors did not disclose exculpatory information they had. Sullivan is the second judge in the Flynn case. The first judge, Rudolph Contreras an Obama appointee was removed and recused for reasons never disclosed. He was also a judge on the FISA court. Speculation is he might have been the judge on the FISA court who signed off on the Trump transition team wiretap. I would not be totally surprised to see fireworks as early as Feb 2. Judge Emmet Sullivan is a democrat but a very straight shooter and he is not overly impressed with the integrity of DoJ prosecutors.

Given that information, Peter Berg, it is interesting to note that earlier today, Mueller filed a motion with the court to postpone the sentencing of Flynn for 90 days.

David Blackman – And that doesn’t surprise me at all. I was going to say “see fireworks or a request for more time” Did the judge grant it?
